Sara and her team have been taking care of my Labrador, Lona for more than a year now. Not only are they amazing with her for the daily dog walking and dog sitting, but Sara is a Fantastic trainer too!! LONA loves Sara and Brittney!!!

K9 Excursions is fantastic. After just 2 sessions we began to see a remarkable improvement in our dog’s behavior. Another plus is the training Sara gave us she was always very respectful and patient with us and our puppy, Scout. We have also used their dog walking services when we have not been away. We even received notes from whoever had walked Scout telling us how he had responded to them and any other information they felt to be helpful. We highly recommend K9 Excursions.

Sara is awesome! She has helped us first time dog owners get off on the right track with our new puppy. We noticed a difference in his behavior after only 2 sessions! I signed on for 10 sessions with Sara for my German Shepherd puppy. My dog was extremely nervous and often aggressive towards other dogs and I was convinced that I wasn't going to be able to take him anywhere. In literally a single session my dog went from frantically barking at dogs outside the dog park to being inside the dog park much more calm. It definitely took additional sessions after that to get him to where he is now but it was 100% worth every penny. My dog is doing much better and I was able to learn so much that I can continue to apply with my own training. Sara did an incredible job.

Mine and my dog Nikki’s experience with K9 Excursion and Sara was the most rewarding experience. Nikki has issues with anxiety while on walks and around unfamiliar dogs and I was feeding into it with my own anxiety, but Sara was patient and encouraging and got both of us to a place of mutual understanding. Nikki now listens to me, most times; we still have a little way to go, but now we both have the tools to create an equally enjoyable relationship. Can’t say anything but the best about Sara and her company. Sara has done wonders for our boys in the boot camp training sessions. From basic manners to behavior modification, we saw huge improvements from our two dogs. Sara takes time out of her day to check in with us about our concerns. She makes house calls when we are in absolute need of help. She makes the stress of training less stressful and Loves and treats our dogs like her own.

We use K9 Excursions for both dog walking and training, and couldn't be happier with both! Our Border Collie has a lot of anxiety, especially around strangers. In our first session with Sarah, we made more progress than in several weeks with our past two trainers. Her understanding of dog's behavior and her approach to teaching us how to handle it, made all the difference. I highly recommend both the training and dog walking.

Sara is AMAZING!!! We did two rounds of “boot camp” with my 4 year old pup, Knox and not only did Sara do an outstanding job training Knox but also helping us understand what she was doing and teaching us how to continue the training as well! But over all the love Sara genuinely had for Knox was also super reassuring, too. I knew I was leaving my Knox in great hands when I saw how much they loved AND respected each other! Knox is now a master at common commands and is more socially integrated while we’re on OFF LEASH walks!! I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Sara and her company! 🐶❤️

Annie absolutely loves going to Michelle and Aarons. She is still just a baby so she is learning how to socialize. Michelle has provided the perfect setting for her with the group Annie is part of twice a week. And on that off day Aaron comes to our house and walks her. They are both very loving and kind and it shows in her smiles from daycare. If you are looking for excellent, competent, kind and caring people to look after your dog then Aunty Michelle and Uncle Aaron are just the folks you're looking for. Two thumbs up from Annie!

The pure joy that my pups Willow & Lucy feel when Uncle Aaron shows up to take them for a walk in the woods is a 12/10. Aunty Michelle has been caring for Willow since fall 2019 when we got her as a baby, & this dynamic Aunty-Uncle duo welcomed 8-week-old Lucy into the pack with open arms in early 2021. Michelle & Aaron aren’t your typical dog walkers/sitters — they care deeply for each animal, which shines through in the thoughtful feedback, gentle training and commentary they provide. & of course, all the treats & pats for Willow & Lucy! Both of my dogs have struggled with being reactive at times, which Michelle & Aaron handle with grace and empathy (& without judgement). We think our pups might like them more than they like us! Aunty Michelle and Uncle Aaron have given me such peace of mind, knowing that, in my absence, my pups are being so well cared for and looked after. I am so thankful!!

Wow, Michelle and Aaron were amazing in caring for our sweet kitty while we were away for 2 weeks! We’ve trusted only one sitter with our cats for the last 10 years so were nervous about a new sitter but felt very comfortable after meeting them. Our shy cat with a history of being timid with male visitors and caregivers may have fallen in love with Aaron! He definitely has a way with cats that put our cat at ease. Michelle is great as well and full of such positive energy! The regular and timely communication and tons of photos during each visit to our home helped us to enjoy our vacation even more since we could see how comfortable she was with both Aaron and Michelle while they ensured that she received her meds as needed. Aunty Michelle and Uncle Aaron are the best! Lenny waits at the door for their PICK UP! He shakes, jumps and hollers when they come up the driveway to collect him!!! When he gets home, his bed is calling for a nap!! He’s just runs and runs!!! He’s been one of the crew for over a year!!

Cindy is wonderful! She has been helping me with my dogs for over 20 years. Currently I have a very fearful female rescue who I would never take to anyone but Cindy. She comes out looking great and happy with her clip. Cindy is a true dog person and can handle any aspect of dog management - walking, boarding, grooming and overall loves what she does.

First time at Cindy’s with my toy Aussie and she did an amazing job. Not only was she able to get me in the following week, which was perfect because he was overdue for a groom. Cindy cut him down perfectly he is so cute! Pictures speak for themselves thank you Cindy! We will be back, might try doggy daycare one day.

Cindy has the best doggy day care around! She is attentive, responsive, and friendly, and her day care is set up and run perfectly. Best of all, she loves dogs. She always take fun pictures of them and sends those to my wife and I, which we really appreciate! I don’t know what we would do without Cindy.

My dog has been going to Cindy for over 5 years. He looks forward to going on his daycare days. Her yard is large and spacious with fun things for the dogs to play with. Her basement is air conditioned and has several crates and beds where the dogs can take a break from the fun outside. She also does grooming, which my dog typically hated before going to Cindy. She always shares photos of their fun and even gives them presents at Christmas (owners included). Highly recommend her daycare to anyone looking.

Cindy has the perfect environment for dogs to safely play with a large fenced in yard and plenty of shade, she is an experienced groomer and I will not bring my Pomeranian anywhere else! My dog comes home happy and smelling good for weeks after being pampered! Highly recommend!

Our dog Pip loves Cindy's! He was a fearful rescue when he started, and going to Cindy's with all his friends has helped him grow so much. Let me start off by saying I recommend booking unique for all your pet care needs! My pup Gucci, my partner and I had the pleasure of meeting unique and we all automatically felt so comfortable with her! She’s such a kind, responsible, and hard working woman! My pup loved her right off the bat which is not always the case when he meets new people so I was so happy to see him getting along perfectly with her. We had unique house sit for the first time for about 6 days while we were on vacation and have no complaints WHATSOEVER! It was the first time someone stayed with our pup alone and we couldn’t have felt any more secure 🙏🏾 She constantly kept us updated and sent us pictures of him, checked in and let us know when she would be stepping out. Finding a dog sitter for our pup had been so hard due to his separation anxiety but now I’m sooo grateful we found unique and her services! We now have peace of mind and won’t have to worry about finding someone to watch our pup. He made a new friend and now we have someone we can trust to take care of him whenever needed! Great experience! It’s very tough nowadays to find a consistent puppy sitter. Finally found one who my wife and I have been using and will definitely stick with. Unique is very efficient, punctual and flexible. She is also very caring and affectionate towards our puppies. The chemistry she has with our puppies was amazing. My wife almost got jealous at one point because of how loving our puppies got with Unique while we were away. They just loved her and really enjoyed her company and care. My wife and I are now very comfortable with any sudden trips because we can alway count on Unique! One last thing, you won’t need to have a camera in your home while Unique watches your puppies because the amount of photos and videos we received from her was all we needed.

Unique is 100% the first person I reach out to when looking for care for my dog, Nala. I came across her business by chance, on a referral from another dog owner. I had out-of-country travel coming up and scheduled a meet-and-greet with Unique (she was super responsive and got back to me with her availability and sign-up process within a day). Nala can take a minute to warm up to certain people, but took to Unique so quickly that I had no second thoughts about leaving Nala at her home for a week. Unique sent regular updates and photos of Nala's antics. While I consider myself a dog lover, Unique is on the dog whisperer level. My only worry was whether Nala would still want to come home with me when I got back (ha, but actually). Maybe most importantly, Unique noticed some plaque buildup on Nala's front incisors that I'd missed. This ended up being an issue to take care of with our vet and it was something I wouldn't have known to look for. As a first time "dog mom", I've quickly learned how meaningful it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Grateful for Unique's warm presence and proactive, playful care of Nala - 100/10 recommend for massive peace of mind next time you're looking for boarding.

We travel often and have used several pet care providers to board our Our 9 year old lab. We were referred to Unique and what an incredible stroke of luck. Unique is a sweet, kind and enterprising young woman who is building a Unique brand (pun intended) out of her home in Lawrence. Her love for animals was apparent from our first meeting and her daily pics captured the walks, naps and doggy smiles. We will not hesitate to use Unique the next time we travel, based on her service, I just hope she's not too busy.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I highly recommend Unique. She is extremely friendly, professional and caring. Following our initial meeting I knew she was the right pet sitter for us. Our 8 month-old Bichon immediately warmed up to her as if she was a family member. She kept us updated daily with photos and videos of our Jovi. At one point we started getting jealous. Unique and Kennedy had pictures with our dog posing effortlessly for the camera which made us envious as we have never been able to get him to pose for pictures 😂 We will definitely will be using Unique again and HIGHLY recommend her services

Couldn't ask for a better pet sitter! Unique is amazing, and as you'll gather from most of these reviews she is punctual, caring, communicates well, and actually takes the time to get to know your pup. I'll be honest I was a little nervous leaving my Reg with someone new, as I had ran into some issues with the previous facility that I had used all 4 years of his, Reggie's, life. These troubles and my concerns left me in a rock and a hard place since I had an upcoming trip and all Reggie had known was his prior care arrangements. Unique took all of those worries away from me, and I could tell from the first meet and greet she was going to be great. Unique surpassed my expectations, it was as if Reggie had known her all his life. I've never seen my boy look so at ease, and just happy to be somewhere. It was as if he went to an aunt's or something. I could go on raving about the loving and expert care she gave my boy, if you need a pet sitter DO NOT HESITATE to book with her. She provides multiple picture updates of your fur baby, she is honest with how they are doing in her care and how they are adjusting. She is thorough in her assessments, and realizes not every dog shares the same needs as the last. Again I could go on and on I was so impressed with the services I received. I will be booking with her again soon.

This is the 3rd time that I leave Tyson with Unique because I’ve developed the utmost trust and confidence with her. There’s not a doubt in my mind that Tyson is in the best hands while I’m away. In the past, before Unique I never wanted to leave because I was not sure who to leave Tyson with but that’s not an issue anymore :) Unique always updates me with how Tyson is doing, how he’s eating and behaving. She sends pictures and videos of him playing or just relaxing and that’s incredibly comforting while I’m outside of the country. Unique is great and someone I will be booking going forward. I was looking for someone to board my dog since I was going on vacation and I was referred by a friend . I was very nervous because it was my dogs first time staying in some else’s home and also being dog sat by someone for multiple days. My dog is also a crazy puppy with lots of energy but unique did great! She always kept me updated and sent me a bunch of pictures which helped with being nervous. She would take him to the dog park to let him get out some of his energy and she didn’t care about the time or weather. She treated him like her own and took such great care of him while I was away.

Our dog is not able to stay in a kennel anymore, but we were very fortunate to find Uniques Pet Care with a recommendation from a friend. She stayed in our house with our dog Sammy while we're on vacation. It was perfect for Sammy because he was in his own home and Unique was able to keep him on his schedule is including feeding and walks. From their first meet n greet, Sammy was comfortable with Unique. She has a great way about her and clearly loves dogs! I highly recommend Unique's Pet Care!

Free Dog is honestly the best. I am not typically the kind of person to leave a review one way or another, but I feel that this place genuinely deserves it. I have used them a few times now and they are consistently amazing. The staff there are so friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. The facility is clean and has a very cozy feel to it, which I truly believe makes my dogs feel more at ease when I board them. They are extremely thorough in getting to know your dog's from everything to health issues to temperament to how they like to play best. I feel that my dogs are safe and very well taken care of while they are there. I had tried countless places before finding free dog and now I will never go anywhere else. I even changed the dates of a planned vacation once because they did not have availability. I love getting to see photos of my dogs everyday and I can tell from the photos and from their behavior when I pick them up that my dogs are happy here. I would also like to add that I highly recommend Free Dog to anyone with dogs that need one on one play instead of group play. Other places I have boarded my dogs have very clearly not given them any real play time. At Free Dog they will actually play with your dogs and your dogs will go home tired but in the best way!

FreeDog is our favorite groomer! I have a 100 lb Doddle who is very spirited and nervous. He starts wagging his tail as soon as we pull in. Once we get inside and he sees Emily he can barely contain himself! He always comes back to us looking and smelling great and most importantly, very happy! Emily is the best!

This was our first time using Free Dog for boarding our two dogs, Guinness & Bailey. We were so nervous leaving them due to Guinness' cancerous tumor & seizures. The loving care of our pups & your compassionate, dedicated staff was incredible. And the facility was perfect. You helped us relax more knowing both were in such special place & you can tell they really loved their stay with you. You helped our Guinness enjoy his last boarding experience. We’ve used Free Dog for boarding twice, and they were absolutely amazing both times! I love that you can text with the staff to check on your dogs, and there is someone in the building 24/7, so your pups are never alone over night. They even fed my dog chicken and rice and transitioned her back to her regular diet when she was recovering from an upset tummy. I highly recommend Free Dog. Our dogs will be thrilled to return for their next stay this fall!

I cannot say enough about Cindy and her staff! They’re wonderful and my dog is full of excitement the minute we turn on the street to go to Free Dog! I would give 5 starts except there’s a set schedule and limited days to use daycare. This is understandable due to small groups needed to match dogs with different temperaments. Cindy puts a lot of care into matching each group member. It’s not a negative unless you need certain days or FT daycare. Highly recommend!!

We LOVE Playtime Pet Resort!!! And Moose does too! When we get off the exit, he knows exactly where we are going and the tail doesn’t stop. The staff are so wonderful and take such amazing care of all the pups. And not to mention, they take photos daily and it makes my heart so happy to see our baby having the best day!!! We feel so fortunate to have such wonderful people caring and looking after our pup.

Playtime Pet Resort is a safe, wonderful place for our little pup Nova. She loves it there and we love the staff! Always willing to go the extra mile for us because our schedules are so crazy! Angel and I love Playtime Pet Resort in Salisbury! The staff is wonderful! I love looking at the pictures they post. She always looks so happy to be there. I also love how I can drop her off no appointment necessary. I am retired so I don't bring her on a regular schedule just when I am going to be out for an extended period of time. It makes it so convenient for me. Have not boarded her overnight yet but I will not hesitate if the need arises.

Our dogs go there and they love it. They know exactly where they are going when they’re on their way and get so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The facility also has a ton of extras for the dogs (ie bacon bubbles, one on one playtime, and other fun treats). We love taking them, and they come home pooped everytime !!

Every member of the staff is outstanding! In addition to day care, I have used their boarding service, which is exceptional. My family is so grateful to Playtime ❤️

I took my dog, Rudy to obedience class here one week after I adopted him at 1 1/2 years old. He had no formal training. I can't say enough about the trainer, Tara Altgilbers! She is a brilliant trainer. Tara quickly identified Rudy's issues and knew exactly how to train both Rudy and I. Amazing canine/people skills. Tare uses positive training which helped Rudy and I bond while learning. I have never had a dog that trained so fast and was happy to do so!!!

We boarded our 3 dogs for 10 days and they were well taken care of. We also brought 2 of our dogs there for obedience training which we were very happy with.

Took my puppy to obedience school and the trainer was great! It was very informative and interactive. Also took my puppy their to get groomed and she looked, felt, and smelt amazing. I would highly recommend visiting Aintree Kennel!

Our very anxious and reactive rescue dog got kicked out of a previous boarding kennel, but Aintree worked with him and now he loves going there!

We recently had occasion to board our dog and wanted to check out this kennel before boarding him. Upon arrival we were informed we could not go inside to see the facility or check where our dog would be housed. A few days before boarding we left him there for a half day to see how he would adjust. Upon return to pick him up from day care we were greeted by a staff member with an immediate request for payment! No greeting or information on how he had settled in. Our gut instinct was not to board him here but we were limited in time. When we returned from vacation and picked up our dog his bed was urine stained and he had scratched up his bed liner to the point we had to replace the bed and carrier. When we got home, we had to bathe our dog as he also smelled of urine. Our dog has never urinated where he sleeps. We would not recommend this kennel.

We started with puppy training at Aintree and progressed to once per week daycare. The training was helpful to us, as this is our first dog. We love the place because my dog is always happy to go and comes home exhausted from his play. We have had shampooing and nail service there too. Staff is friendly and we can tell they love the dogs. Keep up the good work!

We left our dog there for 5 days. the dog came back fed and clean pretty happy. He wasn't as traumatized as he was after boarding in another kennel. The only problem I had was that I wasn't allowed inside at all. so I couldn't see the facility. that was a bit strange to me.

Aintree took great care of my cat while we were away for vacation! I had misheard the time we were supposed to drop off and they called me and were kind enough to stay a few minutes later so we could take our vacation! Kind to people and animals!

I have been taking our dog, Hank, to Aintree for the past 5 months. He goes to doggy daycare 2-4 days a week and have boarded him there a few times. As new dog owners, we were very nervous at first. I had a lot of questions and concerns-the staff put me at ease immediately. All of the staff members at Aintree has been amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell that they really enjoy their jobs. I have complete confidence that Hank is in the best hands when he is there.

Cant say enough about these folks. My dog absolutely loves the staff and they treat him like a friend. He goes insane every time i tell him we're going so i have to be careful about when i say it lol. They post a lot of Facebook pics so check em out and youll see them having a blast. Im about to get another german shepherd puppy and as soon as shes ready theres no other place I would take her. We've seen our share of not so great options (or even borderline nightmares). These guys are down to earth and you can feel like your dogs who are members of your family are also being treated like family.

Playtime Pet Resort Windham has been so good with Melon. She can be a little sassy. The team at this location has recognized when she needs to have her alone time and gives it to her. We appreciate all of you with being so aware of Melon's needs. She loves all of you and we couldn't ask for a better staff and team to take care of her when she needs to board as well. We always recommend Playtime Pet Resort when asked where we go for Melon's daycare and boading. You all ROCK!

We LOVE the staff at Playtime! We have been bringing our dog here for the past two years and he gets so excited to see everyone every time! They are truly the greatest group of people, and I feel safe leaving my pup in their care!

Playtime Pet Resort - Windham staff are attentive, friendly, & kind. I was in search of a new doggie daycare for my two dogs- my hound mix had previously gone elsewhere and when I tried to have my pit mix pup attend they profiled him and wouldn’t let him join. Playtime Pet Resort is accepting of all breeds. They gave tater tot a chance and saw what a total lover boy he is! Now both Luna and Tater Tot attend daycare. Greatest daycare! Cannot say enough good things about the workers and location. My dog absolutely adores everyone and is so excited to go each time. Plays hard and enjoys his time there. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about the ladies (and gentleman) at PAD! They have gone above and beyond for me and my Pups. I know when I drop them off they are safe and loved and they're always so excited when they get there. The best part is they are tired and happy when they get home! I love the extras they provide, like pictures with the Grinch and the Easter Bunny, acknowledging birthdays, and I love that they post a ton of pictures everyday. The facility always looks and smells so clean. The employees are always taking some new kind of classes and certifications. I highly recommend this Daycare to everyone I know.

Diggy here, and I give PPR two paws up (mom says that equivalent to 5 stars in the human world)! I'm a quirky kinda fellow and the entire staff understands that 100%. They help me to be the bestest boy they know I am! I could go to work with mom, but that means I'll be sitting in a kennel all day, and that's no fun. I love seeing my doggo friends and people at PPR, mom says keep up the good work!

My dogs have been going to Play all Day in Windham, now Playtime Pet resort, for years! My one biggest take-away, honestly, is COLLEEN!!! Not only have we been going for many, many years but there has never been, not one interaction with Colleen that hasn’t just been the BEST!!! She is ALWAYS happy and smiling and makes you feel like your dogs are her favorite (she does this with everyone) but I KNOW my dogs are safe when in her care. Everyone else that works there is amazing as well but she is honestly my favorite thing about PPR!!! Other than that, my dogs have always been safe, cared for and happy! Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a fun and crate free environment for both of my dogs! I have also boarded with them 20-30+ times over the years and my pups have always been safe and well taken care of. I always recommend PPR whenever asked where I bring my boys. 10 out of 10!!!!! ❤️🐾 Photos: a day after daycare! Lol!

We used to bring our Doodle to Preppy Paws in Hampstead, NH. It is closer to our home. However, the staff there is extremely rude and abrasive. After a few incidents where I was yelled that for showing up at 6 p.m. to ask them a safety question and also after my dog vomited four entire leafs, we decided to switch to Playtime Pet Resort. The staff there is friendly, pleasant to speak to and raise questions, and wonderful to our furbaby. I will never just trust a pet facility because of convenience. Thank you Playtime Pet Resort. We are truly more at peace knowing our pup is being cared by you.

Where to start…My Zoey loves loves loves this place. I don’t even have to tell her we’re going. She can sense it, and she immediately goes into zoomie mode because shes going to see all her friends. And when she gets there, without fail, she’s greeted like the princess she thinks she is. And unless all the employees give Oscar worthy performances, they're all genuinely happy to see her. Every time. The one time she was boarding and her ear was cut, I was traveling and they got her to the vet and patched up, and proceeded to take extra special care of her; and gave her so much love and attention that I couldn’t thank them enough. And every single time we get home, she decompresses for about 10 minutes before she collapses and sleeps like I wish I could. Thank you for loving my little baby doll as much as I do!

We absolutely love our experience at Playtime Pet Resort in Windham. Raven has the best time playing all day with her new friends and the staff could not be friendlier. Keep up the great work!

We have been boarding and attending doggie day camp with Best Friends for several years now, and my dogs love it! When we arrive, they rush in the door and head toward the back, knowing they're going to have fun playing. It wasn't always this way... We switched to Best friends about 4 years ago after suspecting my older dog was being mistreated at another (unrelated) facility - she would cower and urinate on the floor when arriving there. It took a few years for her to feel comfortable boarding again, but the patient and caring staff at Best Friends have brought her out of her shell. My newer dog (age 1.5) can't get enough camp at Best Friends. Both come home happy and tuckered out. We also like to do grooming there after longer stays, a great add on service! I trust my dogs are in good hands at Best Friends.

Best Friends Pet Hotel is amazing! The staff is very friendly and definitely have a love for animals! We use the boarding facility for our pups and we have been very satisfied. The dogs come home happy, not stressed and tired, lol! The facility is sparkling clean. Definitely recommended!!!!!

They took good care of my dog. When I picked her up... she was happy to see me but most importantly when I got home she was not holding a grudge.. because I left her.. she was just vas happy as she always is.. that was a great sign that she enjoyed her visit.

Amazing staff! My dogs go crazy to go there and spend the day and come home exhausted… mission accomplished. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Staff knows every dog and has special events for all holidays for dogs. While the outside facilities are tired and need to be updated, it’s not the building that makes it special. They took great care of my cat during my 2 week vacation. He came back so sleek, Shiney and clean from the groomers. I loved the photo updates they sent too.

Best Friends in Boxford always does a great job grooming Lilly my German Shepherd. Cecelia is usually our groomer. She does an outstanding job. This is the only place I bring Lilly. .

We have been taking our two dogs here for about 6 months and have loved it! They do a great job with both of them, but most notably with our smaller reactive dog. They are very patient with him and have helped him make friends at the day care. We love how we can also schedule grooming, nail trims and baths for them. Booking a boarding appointment is very easy too. We also see on the cameras that they thoroughly clean out the dog area after the dogs are done with playtime for the day. We highly recommend them.

Best friends is absolutely amazing!! I was panicking on what to do with a new puppy having to work and we found their wonderful puppy group. My dog has now grown with the staff at best friends boxford and she is SO happy on the days she goes there. They have become a second family for her and truly care for her as if she were their own. They have helped my husband and I on our puppy journey as well offering guidance and advice as we welcomed a puppy for the first time in 16 years! I cannot recommend them enough! Our pets are our family, the comfort I have leaving my dog in their hands in my absence is something worth every penny we pay.

I am sick while writing this review, and you can look through my many reviews, I do not normally have anything bad to say about most places my family does business with. We boarded our dog for 6 days while on a trip to Florida. We were told that we could bring our own food and they would follow our instructions. As you can see in the picture my wife labeled each days food with a date. The canned food was never given to him. We also sent treats with him and the bag was never even opened. Lastly, we sent him in with brand new toys and they were never given to him. I would not reccomend bringing your animals here.

Our dog practically pulls us in to the facility to go to the doggy daycare. He always comes home exhausted. The staff are very friendly and kind to us and our young son at pick ups and drop offs. They are always commenting about our dog's personality, you can tell they really love the pets and take the time to know them.
