Our dog Oliver is always well taken care of are of while at Best Friends. He comes home well bathed and happy. Kudos to the ate staff! Thanks for providing a safe place for Oliver when we need him to be boarded.

Best Friends- Cincinnati has been great! Our Rottie is nervous, actually scared of new people, but he loves his visits to Best Friends! We used to have to drag him out of the car to go inside and he now jumps right out and heads straight to the door. They treat him with compassion and give him space when needed, which he doesn’t anymore. He loves his play time with the other dogs and comes home wiped out! We ask for a bath on his pick-up dates and he comes homes smelling great.

Our appreciation for Best Friends is next to impossible to overstate. We were apprehensive about how our 5yo rescue pup would do in dog daycare because he is not fond of other people or dogs when we are around. But, we were in need of help because we receive medical care out of town and had a need for extended care for our dog. The team at Best Friends reassured us, gave him time and got him expertly socialized and secure. We are so grateful to the whole wonderful team at Best Friends!

Abby did Amazing Job looking after Vader in Outdoor Camp with the big dogs. It was only his second day at dog daycare ever. Erica , Abby and the staff is very good and attentive with each dog and there needs at daycare. I'm glad that this daycare was recommended to us for him. They Are doing an Awesome Job.

My dogs Molly and Maggie love to come they get so excited! They are always taken good care Of and are happy when we pick them up. They do a great job!

We having been sending our pets for boarding and care to Best Friends Pet Hotel for years now. The staff is awesome, our dog loves it there and we always have peace of mind when we can't take our four-legged roommate with us somewhere. I cannot recommend more highly their services!

My pup has been going to Best Friends since she was 4 months old in the midst of the 2020 pandemic. Four years later, she is a regular at camp. They truly care about all of the fur babies in their care. They are truly THE BEST EVER!!

I recently went on vacation and they kept my two dogs for about a week. My bully mix is very unsure and anxious around dogs. The staff at Best Friends Pet Hotel made sure that he was comfortable and he was even introduced to camp and loved it!! The were very understanding and took great care of my dogs very knowledgeable about dogs and helped me with some tips and tricks. 10/10 would 100% recommend it’s a wonderful boarding and day camp facility.

Absolutely love this place! The team is wonderful and spoil my kiddos just like I would at home. The boys especially enjoy having positive interactions with the other dogs. Best Friends has different daycare events and photo ops for the kids and there's grooming! BONUS points - you get a cool report card after boarding! Thanks for always loving my furbabies. They LOVE you!

My dog Brawndo LOVES Best Friends! I’ve never had a dog RUN into a boarding facility. I pass off the leash to an employee and he follows them in without looking back. I’m almost offended 😂 the people who work there are great. They’re so friendly, and they remember my dog. I also love being able to watch the live cams! This place is perfect for my dog because he needs a lot of exercise, and not all kennels provide that. Highly recommend.

Boarding our senior dog at Puppywood - Montgomery has been a great experience. They are very accommodating to his needs as an elderly dog...allowing him to stay in the office area with other older dogs, cleaning up accidents and dealing with his hearing loss! Thank you Puppywood!

I moved to Montgomery in May, I had always taken my dog to Red Dog but wasn't happy with some things there & the cost had gotten out of hand. I now take my dog to Puppywood & I couldn't be happier. The staff is absolutely wonderful/friendly & most importantly my dog, Lola, absolutely loves everyone there. While it may not have all of the bells & whistles of Red Dog, it's almost half the cost & Puppywood is always so accommodating. I can't say enough good things about them & would highly recommend Puppywood-Montgomery for anyone in the area looking for quality daycare/boarding.

I was nervous boarding my 2 puppies for the first time while I went out of town on a work trip. But the staff at Puppywood was absolutely wonderful! Both my puppies loved their time there and I was able to watch them in the cameras too. I have a pitbull puppy and I love that they don’t breed discriminate like some other places. Price is great too! Will be back!

Huge mistake using puppywood.. we boarded our dogs here thinking they would be safe. They where not!! While on vacation our smaller dog was attacked. It required him to go to emergency vet. Then they lied to us about it at first saying he was playing rough. When the vet said it was a puncture wound they finally told the truth. ( They didn’t call when it happened we found out when we checked in). Because our dog was attacked they put both our dogs into isolation. When this happened they neglected both dogs. Our larger dog lost twelve pounds in one week. He also could barely stand or walk. On top of that he got a infection in his private parts most likely do to urine or not being clean environment. Now he has to be neutered at a cost of $800. They will not pay for procedures or vet visits. DO NOT BOARD HERE!!!

Boarded two dogs over Memorial Day weekend. One was groomed (Bernadoodle) and they did a good job. They were accommodating for both dog personalities, I got to see my friendly happy dog on the camera very often in the common area. I think the rate was reasonable, staff was nice and responsive in communications.

I love ALL the staff at Puppywood, they are so sweet, and Angie is so very helpful. These are my two rambunctious goofballs after a day at Puppywood! Thank you all at Puppywood for keeping them safe and happy while I'm at work! 🥰 You guys are the best! ❤ …

Our 9 year old Cockatoo loves Puppy wood, he loves interacting with other dogs, his style, rough and tumble! He is always very excited / happy to arrive and sleeps very well when he comes home. The staff has always been great.

My dog gets SO excited every time we pull in the parking lot. He is a very high energy dog, and comes home tired every single time (even after only a half day). As someone who currently works in vetmed and who has worked in boarding in the past, I have a lot of opinions about places like this. They require vaccines to be up to date (some surprisingly do not), and I feel like they give me honest feedback about my dog’s behavior regularly. I wish their webcam system was functioning, but I am told that will be fixed soon. Whether it’s genuine or not, the employees act like they personally know my dog every time we walk in the door. I feel like he’s in good hands and will continue using Puppywood and recommending them to friends. Side note: My dog is a rambunctious, young adult, rescue pit bull mix with a rough-and-tumble play style. I have never felt any judgement based on his breed, which is appreciated. Another local facility flat out turned him away based on breed alone, without even meeting him (while accepting huskies, shepherds, and dobermans). 10/10 for Puppywood!

The employees could not be any nicer!!!! They all LOVE dogs the way I do-“Dogs are better than people” :) I always feel relaxed when I go out of town and have my dogs stay there. Also they wash all of my dog bowls and belongings so when I pick them up they are all clean.

Louie loves puppywood! I feel so happy leaving him with you. All i have to say "puppywood" and he's by the door!

We take our corgi Cash to daycare here for socialization with other dogs. They take amazing care of our boy. The place is clean, the animals are well supervised, and he always comes home worn out from a day of play! We also have him groomed here. He is a difficult guy to clip his nails (if you have a corgi, you know) and the groomers always do a fantastic job! When we went on our honeymoon, we boarded him for 8 days, and they took excellent care of him! They kept us constantly in the loop. When he did not want to eat, they tried different atmospheres until they found one that worked. Every single staff member is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves dogs with a passion. We especially love the text communication and Webcams to watch him play! It eases my anxiety so much knowing he is safe and well loved and cared for when I am not with him.

Truth be told, they don’t really deserve a star but they make you give at least one so it is what it is. I’ve known people who work at dog town present day and in the past and have never heard good reviews of the place. I personally have a dog that has gone to dog town and have seen first hand the way the business is ran and it’s sad to see. The management is beyond horrid, areal managers don’t care about the way operations run and the way the staff is treated. Lower management such as site managers don’t care for their staff. Communication is horrible and things need to change but due to who’s in charge, nothing will change. But what can you do. Soon there will be better options than dogtown. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dogtown is a blessing for us! Our dog gets so excited to go when we take him. He absolutely loves it! We take him for a play date rather than a sitting! The staff is amazing and always very nice! I also love how she always gives a report on how our dogs day was! I love hearing about it! You can take your pet day or night in case of emergency and the cost is manageable for the great care! There is live feed to check in on your loved one as well! Like I said a blessing! Thank you Dogtown! I will update with photos.

We love Dogtown. The employees are super awesome, and they treat my guy Copper like a king. He really enjoys going there even if he's just getting his nails trimmed. Every time we pull up in the lot, he can't contain his excitement. Dogtown has a customer for life. Great place right here.

Our puppy always returns happy and tired. I love the camera access so that we can watch our girl play.

We love the kennel free boarding and staff being there 24/7. The employees are all so nice and my dog is excited to go there!

We went on a family vacation to Arizona to see the grand canyon and could not take our newly adopted family member with us. By word of mouth I had heard about Dogtown and how it was cage free. After calling and talking to a staff member I was made aware that there is also cameras that are online 24hrs a day that you can view your best friend with. We had him do the temperament test, which is required, and upon acceptance we dropped him off on our way to the airport. While we are gone we were able to check in on him daily. He made so many friends and one of the staff members actually lays with them in one of the sleeping rooms so they don't miss the human interaction. Overall it was a great experience for all of us.

Great!!! We have used them with Rudy. Great place. Not only you can you Check in on your dog day and night with with cam but you can see how much fun he is having. He always comes home to just relax from all the fun. The other thing that is just amazing. You can schedule is online and card on file. The Staff know each dog by name and the checkin and pickup is 5 mins so fast.

I don't recommend dogtown west chester, first they lost my dogs leash which was very special to me. Then I had to take him on a week day thati had to work, they locked him in a room with 2 other dogs and no humans for 1 hour while other dogs that came after him went straight to the play room. That same day I was watching the camera and he was barking at another dog trying to get the dog to play with him and the employee standing next to him, smacked him in the face. Very upsetting! He was also nowhere to be found for about 20 minutes on camera so not sure what was going on there, then he was acting strange with us that night and acting strange with his food...

I have been using their day care services for about 3 months now and have used their boarding services. My pup absolutely loves going to day care. In fact, he loves it so much there he tries to run back in every time I go to pick him up! The staff is very friendly and always greets my pup by name. The facility is very clean and never smells bad. The staff is very good about making sure dogs with the same activity level and size are kept together. Also, every time I have gone they have someone on the floor monitoring the dogs to make sure there is no issues. The daycare and boarding prices are fair and I think you get good value for your money. I suggest buying the packages and they are the best value for your money. If you want a happy and tired dog take you pup here for fun!

The facility is so clean and nice! I appreciate the access to the cameras to see how the dogs are doing. But, the best part about Camp Bow Wow is the incredible care they give to the dogs. My dogs love enrichment days and I love the pictures from enrichment days! Could not recommend more highly

we love Camp Bow Wow!! love that our puppy isn't cooped up in a crate all day. also love that they have both indoor and outdoor play areas. the staff is great. and you can check in on your pup any time via the webcams.

I love how excellent they were with my dog yesterday. All the girls there loved her and told me anytime I needed/wanted to bring her back to please do. Jessica R. gave me the 2 pictures I added. My dog did day camp while my mom and I went to the zoo. We were in Cincinnati to pick up my daughter's dog that was flying in from Hawaii.

Had a pretty disappointing experience with Camp Bow Wow. We have never had any behavior problems with our dog. In fact, she has passed her training program and holds a certificate to visit schools and nursing homes. She also plays well at dog parks and has never been part of a fight (which break out often there with other dogs). We wanted a place for her to be able to play with other dogs on days where we were both at the office, Camp Bow Wow seemed like a perfect fit. My dog had passed all of their temperament tests and had been to visit there many times (6 or 7) without incident or anything noted about her behavior. Then we asked for a grooming appointment, and the groomer called us to say that she could not complete the grooming. I understand that things happen, but the groomer was rather rude on the phone call, and seemed to doubt that she had been fine with other groomers. I didn’t think much about it, but every time we dropped her off after that interaction with the groomer we received phone calls about her behavior. We had never had problems with this before, so we watched her on the puppy cams to check her behavior. While watching her play we did solve one mystery, she would come home very wet some days, and we saw her being sprayed by team members when doing nothing more than walking past them. Our dog did not seem bothered by it and she loved playing with the dogs so we didn’t say anything. Today they told us that she was no longer allowed at Camp Bow Wow. Nothing had happened, no fight or anything like that, just not welcome. I would understand if there had been some sort of inciting incident, but there was none. From what we could see, our dog was being a puppy who wanted to play. It seemed unnecessary to spray her with a spray bottle constantly, which we would see happening. Bow Wow‘s slogan is “where a dog can be a dog.” Apparently not.

I have been taking Roscoe and CeeCee to Camp BowWow for years and Marco had his first visit/interview today. He did wonderfully, of course. I love being able to my furbabies via webcams on the app as they meet, great and play with new friends. For my healthcare traveler friends.this a national chain so we have lots of options for our furbabies.

Our dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow for boarding! She gets to play with all of the other dogs at Day Care during the day and we love being able to see how much fun she is having via the webcams. The facilities are clean and the staff are all friendly. We feel fortunate to have found a place we can trust while we are out of town.

My dog LOVES Camp Bow Wow. We encountered a lot of issues with our previous doggy daycare. Camp Bow Wow's staff, on the other hand, has been exceptionally kind and professional. The facility is clean, and the dogs are healthy. Highly Recommend.

Hanna says, “Pick me, pick me”! Mom and Dad are fine, but represented by the second picture, they can be a little boring. I love going to PetSuites. I know we are close when we get to Reading and Hauk Rds. I get some one-on-one play time with the staff. They are my jam!! Sometimes I spend the night and sometimes I’m there just during the day, but either way I have my best time. I always go home totally exhausted!!💤🐶

I’ve taken my dog here twice and he is always so excited. This last boarding visit I decided to get him groomed upon leaving and it was the best decision. The groom was attentive an cut him exactly like the photo I gave her.

We have used PetSuites Sharonville specifically for many years because of the confidence we have in their staff to provide loving, patient care to our pets. The staff and offered services are amazing!! Our dogs are greeted by name and always welcomed warmly. They provide on-site training to reinforce what we do at home, which helps all of us! We get feedback about how our dogs do in playgroup and suggestions for making any stays easier for the dogs. When our boarding senior dog became ill (due to his genetic condition) they worked closely with us and our veterinarian to ensure our dog’s safe transport to the clinic and treatment. We HIGHLY recommend this site and LOVE the staff.

They BUTCHERED my dog. He literally winces when I’m touching him right now because the RAZOR burn on my DOUBLE COATED Aussie hurts so bad. If you look at the pictures, I only show one side of his head, behind his ear where they shaved him with clippers. That is because he is only shaved on one side. Do you go to a hair salon and only cut one side of your hair and leave it at two levels? NO. His stomach has a hole in it from where I assume the blade they were using was too short and left red patches on him. I don’t care if you’re a new groomer or have 30 years experience, EVERYONE knows not to shave an Aussie. I am now having anxiety that my poor 2 year old aussie will never get his soft baby hairs back. You can’t tell me you thought this was okay enough to send home. Shame on you.

I was nervous about leaving our anxious dog while we were on vacation for a week, but the staff at PetSuites were great. They answered my questions via text, and I was able to check in on Alani on the cameras when she was in group playtime. They even sent me a couple pictures so I could see that she was doing well. She came home happy and tired. She will definitely stay there for our next vacation or if we ever need doggy daycare. Thanks, PetSuites!

Sharonville Pet Suites is fantastic! My dog Lucky highly recommends this place. Lucky has liver cancer and the staff their gave him the extra care that he required. What a class A operation. I would give them ten stars if I could.

Pet Suites Sharonville! DO NOT trust them. They had a table at an event on the loop in Sharonville giving out coupons for 30 days of play for $99 bucks. I take my dog down there and there testing him out. I get a call that he is in the corner crying? I asked please try again? I was told in a hour or so they would. So I wait a couple hours and I go back. They tell me they did not try again but will right now. I am watching on there camera system. They do not let him past the entrance to the play area. The girl brings him to me and says he is aggressive. I just watched them on camera. The 30 seconds the girl had him on leash at the entrance did not show him to be crying or aggressive. At American Care they have never reported him being aggressive or crying on the report cards they give. I believe at Pet Suites Sharonville they just out and out lied to me. I wanted to use there coupon because I had to have surgery and knew there would be Nurses and rehab staff coming in and out of the house for a couple weeks. So I was thinking I would have him taken to play for a few hours on busy days. Maybe they just would not honor the coupon. My dog is like one of my kids and I can not trust Pets Suites and there staff with my family members.

First grooming visit and very impressed with the facility but even more with the staff! outstanding and friendly service and demonstrated excellent care and concern for our elderly little Shi-Tzu. Thank you, we will be back.

The best boarding and doggie daycare in Greater Cincinnati, hands down! The service and care is high quality, and I love being able to see Gracie via their online cameras while I'm away. Gives me additional confidence. Highly recommend Go Fetch!

Love, love, love Go Fetch! We brought our greyhound who suffered from separation anxiety here for daycare for the past two years. They consistently provided great care and affection for our dog. She loved coming here each day and was always exhausted by the time we picked her up. I would recommend Go Fetch to any dog owner who’s wanting great daycare or boarding services for their pup.

Our Golden, Luke, has been going to Go Fetch for years and he cannot wait to get there... almost every day through the week. Matt and the staff are awesome and they treat our pups with loving care. Luke runs around chasing tennis balls a good part of the day and sleeps and eat better after all the exercise. Go Fetch is a clean and safe environment and I highly recommend their services.

Our high energy dog always comes home so tired after doggie day care! She definitely has some fun playing with her friends in camp.

My Dog Chopper loves Go Fetch. He's been going for about 8 months 2-3 times a week and on several occasions for boarding. He gets excited the minute we get there. All of the staff are great and you can tell they really care about the dogs. The best part is he comes home all tuckered out so he's getting his exercise and he's staying out of trouble.

We have boarded our dogs for a couple years with Go Fetch. They take care of our dogs as if they were their own dogs. We love Go Fetch!

Go Fetch Dog Day Care and Boarding is the BEST! We have tried other boarding facilities in the past but once we tried Go Fetch we will never go anywhere else. Our three fur babies jump out of the car and run straight to the door so they can go play all day. The facility is always spotless, the staff is so helpful and know every dog by name. When our fur babies get home - they go to sleep immediately - they are worn out! Tucker, Buckeye and Remmy personally recommend Go Fetch Services!

The best. Our pups literally come to us in the morning and give us “that look” to let us know they want to go play. They are happy and best of all worn out when they get home so we are happy.

K9 county club is wonderful! During the day, dogs can play outside all day. They have multiple different yards for the dogs to play in and you can tell the owners and employees, give the dogs so much love. My dog comes back so happy and tired when she comes home. Without K9 County Club, my dog would have to stay at home while I'm at work all day. It also helped with her socialization around other dogs, so I'm very thankful for the K9 Country Club to keep her active and happy!

We used K9CC for daycare and boarding during late pregnancy and the birth of our daughter. The staff was always super kind and flexible, so we knew our pup was in good hands while we were busy becoming new parents. I highly recommend this place.

K9CC was recommend to me by a friend. I have a 8 month old rough collie named Carmel. I was nervous for she can be really hyper and loves to eat everything but, really needed to socialize and have interaction with other dogs. My husband and I decided it would be best to leave her for the day. When we dropped her off, Joe the owner took her to a spot and discussed what would transpire during her screening. Both owners (Joe and Amy) are extremely knowledgeable and have your dogs best interest. They sent me pictures during the day to show me she was having fun and really enjoying herself. Plus you can log in to their site and see what you dog is doing throughout the day. That helped ease my mind. Upon pick up you could tell she had a great time and once we got her home, she went right to sleep. I had to work to get her to eat her dinner. She will be a regular at K9CC and I know she will be takin care of and have a great time while at the facility.

I brought my rescue beagle to stay 5 hours, this was her first time going to a daycare so I was naturally nervous about how she would react. I love that k9CC provides live cameras and Amy also sent me a lovely update message about how she was doing. Dolly did great! Was told she didn’t play with the other dogs too much but she did NOT exhibit signs of stress or anxiety like I feared she would. Amy and her staff adored her, it was so relieving to know that she had a fun time! When I took my pooch home, she did the zoomies and then took a long nap from such a good time :)) Definitely recommend k9CC, I know my baby is in great hands there because they are very professional and compassionate there!

It was the first time for our dog, Diesel. He just loved it and wants to go back. He will be going at least once a week. Joe and Amy and crew really took care of him. I love the webcam so I can watch him play. I definitely recommend bringing your dog here!!

Amy, Joe and the staff always love our dog, Buddy. He is always excited to go back, even after we have boarded him there. I would have thought he would have felt we had abandoned him and he would not want to return. Not the case. He loves it there!! I just hope he always loves us just a little bit more, lol!! It was our dogs (2 labs-3 years old and 1 year old) first time coming here for daycare. My wife and I really liked the fact that we could live stream them from our phones whenever we wanted to check to see if they were doing okay. We watched introductions with the other dogs and checked on them periodically throughout the day. The staff was great with all of the dogs in daycare in addition to being friendly and professional with us. The establishment was very clean and knowing there was a vet on hand provided additional peace of mind. We highly recommend this place and our pups will be going back when we go to Kings Island again.

That was pretty cool. We use a pet daycare at home for when we're going to be away from the pups too long or for kenneling when we're out of town and can't take them. This was different. We're out of town camping and had a very full day planned where it would be inappropriate to keep the dogs in the car, too hot. So we found Red Dog as a near-by alternative. What I liked: 1. I liked setting up everything online vs. on the phone. I'm a big believer in the personal contact thing. But where records and requests are concerned, I like doing it myself. 2. I liked scheduling online. Nearly the same, but it's just faster to check availability rather than calling someone else to check for me. 3. The facility was big, clean, and efficient. What I loved... Our regular kennel has the option to watch the play time on web-cam. It includes a daily fee which I've never opted for. Access to Red Dog's web-cam is included. That was awesome. But the reason is not exactly what you may be thinking. We've gotten reports of how our pups did during daycare from our regular kennel. I generally take those comments as feel-good tactics to make sure I keep coming back. Seeing our dogs interact on camera at Red Dog gave us a sense for how our dogs behaved among their newly made friends. It was far more refreshing to actually see them having a good time. Just knowing that is a ginormous relief to over-protective dog parents. And, it meant the written review could be trusted to be an accurate reflection of their time there. As an aside, it was hysterical that later in the day, the group of previously active dogs were seen on camera all sprawled out on the floor resting from their very active day. It was also really interesting to see what other dogs they became closer with and how they regarded each other in the pack. Really interesting.

So there is nothing wrong with this daycare. They are friendly and they watch the animals in their care. My issue is they don’t interact with the animals from what I have seen. They allow you to have camera access to see your pet while they are there and they spend most of the time on their phone. So

We boarded our two cats for the first time. I was a little worried, but It was great that they had adjoining cages. We'll bring them back again with no worries.

We took Penny, our mini bernedoodle, for her doggy daycare evaluation today…we think it was the best day of her life! We watched her throughout the day on the camera and could tell she was having so much fun. We saw care takers with her at all times and she was surrounded by her new friends. She came home and took the biggest nap…I consider that a sign of a great day! We are excited to bring her back 1 or 2 days a week, knowing she’ll be taken care of!

Scheduling and account setup is very easy and straight forward. The facilities at the Mason location are clean and well maintained. The staff are all very accommodating and understand your concerns and will work with you to see that your pet has a good experience during their stay. Highly recommended.

Our pup had a fabulous 5 day stay at Red Dog. He was well cared for and returned healthy and happy to us. Would highly recommend this caring place!

This was our first time at this Red Dog (we live in NKY) and we could not be happier with everyone from the front desk making us feel so welcome to those who took care of our little Poppie. Our 3 dogs enjoyed their recent stay…always happy when we bring them and they take very go care of them. Additionally, I called every day to see how they were doing. Got a great report! Thanks❤️
