Excellent service! Friendly, reliable & very helpful. We have used Tracy’s Pet Caring Service several times now over the last few years. We have 4 cats, budgies & finches. On each occasion, all were cared for impeccably. The cats even made friends with the carer which is most unusual for them. Daily text messages & photos really helped in terms of allowing us to relax while away. Highly recommended! ⭐️🌟

Tracy’s Pet Services is by far the best pet sitting service I’ve ever used. Janne has been absolutely wonderful with my two cats. Her attention to detail when booking absolutely blew me away. She truly cares about your pets. I felt 100% confident leaving my pets in her loving capable hands while I’ve been away in both Japan and Vanuatu over the last year. She sent updates and pics so my mind is completely at ease. I came home to two very happy and content cats. Our dog Molly has had a wonderful stay with Tanya! Tanya and her husband love dogs and it really shows with the care provided for the pets they look after. We felt so safe leaving Molly in Tanya’s capable hands! We highly recommend Tanya as a kind and responsible carer and will definitely book Molly in again! We have used Tracy's Pet Services for over a decade, and we have had the best carers imaginable for our beloved dogs. We now have only one young cocker spaniel, Ruby, who is ecstatic whenever she sees Grace even if it has been a while between visits. Highly recommend Tracy's Pet Services.

I stumbled on Tracy's Pet Services after a couple of years of relying on random people from the internet to watch my cat Ruby. I couldn't be more happy with their services, as they are very reliable and professional. I can now happily plan long(ish) trips away without being too anxious about leaving my very social cat alone. They also take great care of our house and I feel very comfortable leaving things in their hands. Tracy has the best pet services. Through Tracy we found Tanya. Or Aunty Tanya. while other pet services would not take my Luna as she was shy and had anxieties I found Tanya, who is amazing with my dog, both Tracy and Tanya took the time to allow luna to get to know her surrounds and were patient with her. We made a plan gradually being her in, 1 hr then 24 hrs preparing luna for the week or 2 week holidays. Luna settled in very well. I have now used Tracy’s pet services and Tanya numerous time. I cannot fault them. Always kind patient and loving, Tanya treats luna as part of the family, when we go on holiday luna has her holidays as well. . We get daily reports and pictures of luna while we are away. Cannot fault them! We will continue to use them. :)

My cat Angie is so much better now that Grace is caring for her at home. It gives me the freedom to travel without the stress of having an anxious cat for weeks afterwards. Tracey’s Pet Services are reliable and professional and prices are comparable with local catteries, and I get a house sitter as well. They take good care of my home, check mail, water my plants as well as play with Angie. An amazing service!!

So happy with Tracy’s Pet Services, our carer Grace has been fantastic with my cat Macy who is quite timid and requires daily medication. Our holidays are so much more enjoyable knowing I don’t have to worry about Macy and that she can stay at home and receive daily visits and quality care from her new friend, Grace.

It is evident that Kylie really cares and goes the extra mile for your pets. She really treats them like they were her own. I have really sensitive cats who find strangers threating however they bonded with Kylie straight away. Kylie sends updates and photos each day and makes helpful suggestions as an added touch. Would highly recommend.

While living in Brooklyn Park Kylie would check in on my cat, Charlie, whenever I was away. My cat doesn’t usually like strangers but after a few visits she started to really love Kylie. Kylie would not only give Charlie her food, fresh water, and change her kitty litter, but she would stay and spend some time with her. After each visit Kylie would send a detailed update with lots of photos and videos. I have since moved away from the area and have really struggled to find anyone that even comes close to the level of care that Kylie had. Kylie is the best pet sitter you will find!

I can not sing Kylie at West Adelaide Pet sitters praise highly enough! She is absolutely fantastic, so professional and caring. As it was getting colder I didn't want to have to put our puppies in boarding, theyre used of coming in & out as they please - I wanted to find someone to come to our place, look after the puppies, cats, cover the bird and let them know they are still loved - and particularly needed to find someone who was able to give our 9yo Diabetic Groodle her insulin injection morning & night. After much research I came across West Adelaide Pet Sitters, after the initial contact with Kylie we organized a time for her to come meet the family and learn what was required, Kylie was so professional, she took so many notes so as she was aware of everything that was needed of her. Bruce, our rather boisterous Red Kelpie X Husky, who can be quite daunting on meeting - was eating out of Kylies hand within minutes - which does not happen often! After each of Kylies visits she sends messages and photos of what happened, what they where doing, had done - fantastic. Kylie can (and will be in the future ) look after Our Family any day - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kylie and WEST ADELAIDE PET SITTERS.

Kylie is absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend her and her fantastic service enough. Not only did she take great care of my sweet cat while we were away (giving medication, cuddles and sending daily pics & updates), she offered to look after her for the day while we moved house (she's not only great with pets but a lifesaver too!). I can't speak highly enough of Kylie and the absolutely wonderful care of my cats Shadow and Jag. Kylie started looking after my cats early 2017 after Shadow hadn't been well staying at a local cattery. Not the cattery's fault at all as Shadow had a cat flu virus that decided to kick into high gear while I was away overseas. It was that incident that prompted me into having another go at trying to find someone to look after my cats in their home environment. After a discussion with the cat's vet and a few follow up emails, I found West Adelaide Pet Sitters aka Kylie. The first booking didn't quite go as planned as Jag ended up cutting her foot and had to be taken to the vet but Kylie was absolutely wonderful getting here there and then looking after her post the visit. My partner went from grumbling about giving someone access to our house to saying he wanted Kylie to look after our two cats from then on. So from there Shadow and Jag had multiple visits from their "personal concierge" service as I started calling it. Unfortunately, Shadow passed away in July and I really appreciated Kylie's care of him right up to when I had to make the difficult decision that it was time for him to rest easy. After that, her care of dealing with Jag who had suddenly become a solo cat for the first time in her 10 years of living was great. Thank you again Kylie for all your wonderful care and I can't recommend West Adelaide Pet Sitters enough.

Kaden was amazing 🤩 We trusted his professionalism from the start and felt so at ease while he was with our puppy 🐶 Sunset went on beach walks & cafe trips & was so happy. His knowledge and intuition of puppies is amazing and communication with us so clear. He even went above & beyond to keep us updated on our ‘elf on the shelf’ movements in the lead up to Xmas.

All of our animals love Kaden which puts us at ease every time we travel. He has great communication, goes out of his way to accommodate our high maintenance doggo and takes perfect care of our home when we're away. We love recieving daily pics and videos of our pets too ☺️ I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a pet sitter for their animals 🐕

Our super playful and energetic Goldie, Sonny, has been attending Kip Hindmarsh weekly for the past year, and he absolutely loves it! One of the highlights of our week is receiving the photo and video updates—seeing him happily playing with the other Goldens and all the other friends he's made along the way is such a joy. Sonny's a high-energy guy, and the team at Kip Hindmarsh has been outstanding at meeting him at his level, supporting his social development, and encouraging his group play skills. We can't speak highly enough of the service they provide, and we're confident Sonny will be a regular at Kip Hindmarsh for many years to come!

Kip West Hindmarsh is a fantastic doggy day care. Our Otto attends a couple times a week and just loves it. The staff take extra good care of him and he always comes home a very tired but happy puppy!

Always a good experience at KIP. The staff are amazing and look after Taggart as if he were their own. We add in a bath regularly and it is always a pleasure to pick him up smelling better than when he left. One tired puppy on pick up. He loves it!!

If you love your dog you should send them to Kip Hindmarsh! It’s Barry’s favourite place in the world, we know this because he told us…😉 the girls are so incredible, they truely adore all the dogs that come through. Barry has come to Kip once a week for the past year and he loves coming to see his best friend, Cosmo AND the girls who give him lots of cuddles. Upon our request they threw him his first birthday party which included a doggy friendly birthday cake! I couldn’t give a higher recommendation, we are so happy we found an environment our dog loves and has a blast in!

Iggy always has the best time at Kip, she loves the girls (staff) and she loves running around and being chased by all her friends, the staff have always been super accommodating and always so happy to see Iggy, couldn’t recommend a doggy daycare more highly.

Every paw parent needs a Kip West Hindmarsh in their life! By far the best doggy care out there. Koda has been going since she was just a pup and still loves it 2 years on! She now knows what “kip” means and gets excited to hangout with her friends every week. The staff at Kip go above and beyond to make sure that Koda has the best experience, as they do for every dog that enters their doors! We love the ‘pet portal updates’ and seeing the dogs dressed up for different events throughout the year. Such a fun environment for your dog! Highly recommend :)

Kip day care is really amazing. Staff are wonderful. It certainly tires out energetic Springer out. She loves every minute there. Definitely worth the money

Our greyhound Heidi has been going to Kip at West Hindmarsh since June last year. We took her there because she suffers from separation anxiety and we cant leave her home for more than two hours. She and 'us' were a bit nervous to start with, but we need not have worried as she has an absolute ball and kip staff know exactly what they are doing! We love seeing the photos and videos they send by email each day to see what a great time she's having with all the other doggos. She usually goes to Kip twice a week and comes home happily exhausted. Thanks so much to the lovely staff for your love and care for all our doggos ❤️

Wonderful place our puppy did the 5week puppy program and now goes once or twice a week. Staff are awesome and our puppy just loves going she gets very excited. Britt. An incredibly friendly and welcoming place for dogs and their humans, with the team here making every effort to make new comers and regulars feel welcomed and supported. My dog loves coming here and I know she’s amazingly well looked after when she spends the day!

I AM A VERY FUSSY DOG-MOTHER❣️ And Dogcity Daycare does not disappoint. My little girl (Frankie) started at Thebarton in the Puppy Program at 12 weeks. She is now 11 months and has been going to DcDc 2 days per week since. The team have been beyond amazing! They even take care of her grooming needs. Because of their genuine care and commitment Frankie has developed beautifully. She is confident, sassy and very well socialised with other pups and people. I cannot praise the team enough and would give more than 5 stars if I could 🙏🤗

They've been excellent, have been recommending them to anyone I talk to at the dog park. The first Pawgress Report was great/hilarious and regular photos of Bob enjoying his day (while I'm stuck at work) are nice to receive. They genuinely know the dogs. They dont push every addirional product and service down your throat like the previous providers owner did which is refreshing.

Took our beagle puppy there and he had an amazing time. Was super tired by the end of the day and so our evening was very quiet after dogcity daycare. The staff sent us lots of photos and updates of him throughout the day so it was reassuring to be able to see what he was up to. It is a great way for our puppy to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment and gave us peace of mind that he's not bored or anxious at home on his own.

Staff are super friendly and amazing with the dogs. Their opening and closing times are fantastic too. Great location especially if you work in the city.

My dog love to go there! She is super excited when we are near, she jump from the car when we arrived ! We received pictures every time and she is happy and tired when she gets home. 11 years ago, I tried Dogcity in Kent Town for my Bikkie Boy. He loved it and tragically we lost him in a hit and run. It has taken us that long to get over Bikkie’s loss. Now we have Maisy-Jane and Dogcity are still the best. She absolutely loves it. Support local!

My puppy absolutely loves her days at Dog city Daycare. The team are super friendly and willing to help with anything they can during her stay each day. The puppy pawgram was a great start for her, especially with the one-on-one enrichment time. Love the daily photo updates too, it always makes me happy to see how happy she is! 😊🐾

Our Greyhound absolutely loves coming here, to the point where she refuses to get back into the car when I pick her up! The staff are amazing and attentive and I have full confidence leaving our girl here. They also do fun and adorable activities, particularly during festive holidays. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Don’t bother!! They don’t have a clue on how to manage dogs. All they care about is your $$$ - my Border Collie got told off because she was barking excessively. I asked them what they were doing and the girls told me that they were playing with bubbles. No wonder why my dog got excited!! She was probably super happy. Anyways - I quote “my pest of a dog is not welcome here anymore as she is barking too much”. They just don’t have time to deal with hundreds of dogs in such a small place.

For several years, my dog has been a regular at Doghouse for both daycare and grooming, and I wouldn't consider taking him anywhere else! He's developed a wonderful connection with his groomer, and I can tell he feels very safe and special during each grooming session. The results speak for themselves – he looks fresh, happy and gorgeous after every groom. Doghouse truly went the extra mile to deliver a picture-perfect groom for my wedding. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and their communication is excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough. A big thanks to the fantastic Doghouse team for everything!

We can't say enough good things about Dog House Daycare! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the clean, spacious, and well-organised facility. Ted has been going to Dog House since he was 12 weeks old and just loves it! The staff are all so lovely, they genuinely care about the dogs in their care. I made a Last minute booking while in Adelaide on holidays with our dog. They were very helpful and accommodating for a once off daycare day. This enabled us to spend the day at the Zoo and city. With the added bonus of having a worn out dog at the end of the day.

My boy Baxter thoroughly enjoyed his first day at Doghouse Daycare & Grooming. I chose this particular daycare due to the great reviews and its proximity to Adelalaide Showground Car Parking so I could get the train into the city and the Adelaide Market. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email during the day with a photo of Baxter and an update on his wellbeing! I'll certainly be taking Baxter back to Doghouse Daycare. He is so tired now! Have been bringing my dogs to Doghouse for years. I live in 2 hours away now, but still book our new pup in for grooming and casual care when in Adelaide. Moses has minor reactivity, so it’s comforting to know staff are willing to take the time needed to build his confidence around other dogs.

Our boys had an amazing, personalised experience at Adelaide Dog House. We really appreciated the photos and check ins throughout the day. They came home looking great, and completely exhausted from a big day of socialising. Great value for money, we’ll definitely be going back.

A truly wonderful team and service. After a very poor experience with another groomer/different business, took our puppy and second dog for daycare and grooming service. Everyone listened to concerns, provided reassurance and treated our two dogs wonderfully. Groomer spent time getting to know our puppy to provide reassurance. Both came home very happy and well groomed. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back :)

Both of our Goldens have attended Doghouse daycare and accessed their grooming services since they were old enough to do so. Our boys latest grooming session surpassed our expectations. The staff listened to what we wanted and produced astounding results. Our boy’s groom was more than 3 weeks ago, and he is still looking stunning. Amazing results and excellent value for money when you throw in 8 hours of free daycare. Penny my 10 month old Mini Sheepadoodle has been now attending Paws for months often more than once a week. She has the very best time, is cared for, looked after and treated like their own. I love that I can leave her there knowing that she is living her best life!! The photos and videos through the day, prove not only her but all the dogs in the videos are adored. She has also been groomed here and was done professionally and exactly as i asked. Penny loves her new Daycare Family!!

Both our dogs enjoy their experience at Paws. They have become familiar with the term "day care" and on hearing that rush to the door in excitement and when arriving pull on their leads in their hase to get in. My boy Bowie has been going to Paws for just over a year now and it has been one of the best things I've ever done for him. His days at daycare are undoubtedly the highlight of his week and I could not recommend Chris and her fabulous team highly enough. You can so clearly see how much they all care about the dogs in their care, and they are treated like one of the family. The absolute best daycare centre for dogs in all of Adelaide!

Chris and her team are the best! Absolutely first-class. They really love the dogs, and it shows. After 2 years of weekly visits and occasional grooming, Daisy still charges in to see her doggy friends with pure excitement, every single time. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for dog day care or grooming.

I recently took Milo in for his first groom. We took ownership of him when he was 1 year old, and he was matted and overgrown. Evelyn did an amazing job to remove all the matted fur and turned him into a handsome young man. Thanks PAWS and thanks Evelyn, see you in a few months.

Do not use these groomers … We left our beautiful labradoodle puppy Buddy here for a groom. We dropped him off at 8.50am … and when we picked him up (a whole 9 hours later) he was unrecognisable. The groomers made us pay $140 before Buddy came out … definitely too much, given the end result. Buddy is normally happy after a groom - today he was timid - especially when the groomer tried to approach him. I left clear instructions to do a full groom and acknowledged that his chest was a bit matted - so asked for his chest area to be clipped, but blended into the rest of his body, which was only to be trimmed to half the original length. I also clearly stated that I wanted his head to remain fluffy. See below the before and after photos for reference. The clip is patchy and his eyelashes cut unevenly. There was also blood on his ears. What I am most disappointed about is that there was no communication throughout the day asking permission to cut him shorter. Instead, the groomer preceded to tell us how matted he was “all over his body” when I know it was only his chest where his harness sits that had knots. It seemed they wanted to do what was easiest for them. I will not he returning to these groomers.

Awesome people, and outstanding service. My family member hurt themselves while walking our dog (wasn’t anyone’s fault), and they took care of my dog free of charge. Great place to go for a doggy pedicure too!

Excellent grooming for my poodle Wesley. Not only that but after he was happy, playful, hungry. Even the people we meet on our walks commented on a very special haircut.

I inspected other pet accommodation facilities and was less than impressed. A tin shed with little to no natural light is not acceptable for pet boarding in my opinion. Beau’s Pet Hotel offers accommodation similar to what a true home environment is like. Bright airy rooms with windows, a private courtyard and exercise 3 times a day on a grassed area instead of concrete. This was of utmost importance to me, I couldn’t have enjoyed my holiday if my dog was sitting in a cold tin shed on a cheap worn bed, in fact I wouldn’t have gone at all. I could see that my boy enjoyed his stay with Beau’s, the smile on his face said it all. Well done Beau’s Pet Hotel for offering quality boarding that the dogs actually enjoy.

As a pet owner, I want the best for my pets. I recently booked my border collie for a trial stay ahead of her longer one in January 2025. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the "pawgress" report. The feedback at checkout reassured me of the care she received, as her carer knew her well enough to offer valuable insights. I've already booked my dog and two cats for their stay next year, confident they'll be well cared for. Thank you for looking after my girl!

Beau's cared for our three cats during our holiday in Japan. Two of the cats are very sensitive and missed us. Beau's lovely staff could not have been more kind and caring giving us regular updates on their progress. Beau's Pet Hotel is light, bright, clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to any pet owner.

I’ve been using Beau’s Pet Hotel for just over three years now for my dogs. Biscuit and Toffee both absolutely adore the staff and I know they will be loved and cared for whenever I go on holiday. I get regular updates from Beau’s and they have so many wonderful extras for your pups you can add on to their stay. I have very social dogs, so I always add on the half day daycare option for them. Will always use Beau’s for when I’m travelling and need to board my dogs. All the staff are absolutely wonderful and caring. 10/10 would recommend.

Our 11yr old golden retriever had the most wonderful stay at Beau’s pet hotel. We can’t rate the care high enough. The regular updates and photos shared with us while we were away from our precious boy were so reassuring and gave us the peace of mind we needed being so far away on our travels. Great facilities. So clean and Rem loves going there. The staff are great and you can tell they love him back. Comes out clean and happy. Super happy with Beau's. Both my dogs are of age, so I was extra worried about them. They are both use to being inside so the temp controlled rooms was perfect. The fact that someone also took them outside a few times each day for some sunshine, fresh air, love and attention made me so happy. The lovely updates with photos of their stay was really appreciated, made me more at ease. The staff were very friendly, professional and genuinely love their job and the pets they look after.

Bertie's pawcation was an absolute success. While he was a little anxious on day 1 he settled very quickly with lots of cuddles from the team and daily play sessions outside. We can highly recommend Beau's.

First time we have used Beau’s pet motel and it won’t be the last time. The team are friendly and clearly have a passion for their work but also for the animals they take care of. I loved the constant daily paw updates while we were away, knowing our puppy was in great hands made our holiday stress free. We have already booked for our next trip. See you guys soon 🐶

We initially looked into pet hotels which charge around $90 a night for the “luxury” suites and are still pretty much pet prisons. Took one look at a pet hotel and definitely didn’t want my dog Ollie staying there. Then we found jordy’s and I couldn’t recommend him enough. His weekly prices are actually cheaper than the pet hotels luxury suite and your dog gets far more love care and attention. He sent photos often of their adventures together, clearly got out of the house a lot and was really well looked after. Thanks again mate

Very happy with Jordy’s dog sitting services. My black Lab loves Jordy and is always happy to see him. At $60 for a full day’s pet sitting, walking and playing it’s very reasonable. CBD location is convenient too. Will continue bringing my pup here!

Great experience from start to finish. Jordy and Nikki were really lovely and took amazing care of our family dog Oscar while we were overseas. Needed a last minute booking and we were so grateful he was available. Definitely recommend!

We left our retriever Mingus with Jordy and his lovely partner Nikki for 3 weeks while going on a trip interstate and I would confidently use them again. Very friendly people, Mingus instantly liked them and was very happy staying with them. Jordy sent photos of Mingus on walks and adventures which was really nice to see. I’ll definitely use Jordy’s Dog Sitting for next time. PS They also took great care of the house. 5 stars all round!

Our dachshund stayed with Jordy for a weekend as my partner and I went to Melbourne, she didn’t even wanna come home when we went to pick her up!!! You can tell that Jordy and Nikki love dogs like their own and really care about them. Definitely better option than a pet hotel boarding place

Jordy is really friendly and passionate about caring for dogs. He looked after our dog for two weeks while we were on holiday overseas. Sent photos and videos of her almost everyday so we knew she was taken care of. Thanks again Jordy!

Ive had several dog sitters in the past and Jordy and Nikki are the best, very diligent sending me photos of them playing and they love my toy poodle very much. Good knowing that Victoria park is just around the corner where george my dog gets a run around. Highly recommend for needy dogs like mine
