Sarah clearly loves dogs and knows how to care well for them. Our large breed is welcomed with enthusiasm at Vacation Pet Care, Sarah is responsive and flexible, and very reasonably priced. We get photos, videos, and other updates constantly through our 4-legged family member's stay helping us to feel connected and confident in how well she's doing while we're away. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

Absolutely incredible place. We had our dog here for 1 week. The setup is perfect for dogs with big yards that can be separated. The owner absolutely loves dogs and it shows in how she cares for all the dogs boarding. She would send dozens of photos and videos daily to ensure we felt connected to our pup while we were away. Clear and easy communication, followed all instructions regarding food. Our dog was so happy and healthy. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Wonderful!!! If you are in need of a dog sitter, look no further! Sarah was amazing and took such great care of our dog as we went out of town. It was our first time using a dog sitter & leaving our pup in the care of someone else, and Sarah made sure he was taken care of. She texted us often sending photos and updates on how their day was going. He was able to socialize with other pups, had lots of play time, got walks and lots of love. Sarah is not just a dog sitter, she goes above and beyond to make our lives that much easier while we are away. From the many photos and videos, brushings, and quality time to refilling our dogs' water tank and mini dog lessons. Sarah has watched our two dogs twice for long trips and they always have such a great time! Last time I think they were even sad to come home and punished me for 24 hours after, wanting to go back to her house. She plays with them so much, takes great care and will even do whatever training you are working on with them. She sends lots of updates and I know they are well cared for and happy.

This was our two year old corgi's first time being boarded and we are so happy he stayed with Sarah! Everyday, we received many photos and videos of our dog having a fun time with Sarah and the other dogs she was caring for. We will definitely reach out to Sarah for dog boarding in the future. She is absolutely the best!

I asked Sarah to take care of my senior dog with some special needs while I was away for a week, and I'm so glad I did. She was so attentive and caring with my four-legged soulmate, sending me pictures and videos on a regular basis and keeping me in the loop on my dog's day to day condition, mood, habits, everything. This was the first time I've ever boarded my dog, and all my worries were very quickly dispensed. Sarah is amazing and you couldn't do better for your pet care.

Rebecca is great! I have boarded my one year old dog Matilda with her a couple of times now and Matilda is always so excited to be there, she doesn’t even look back when I drop her off! I love that I get daily updates and photos of my puppy while she is in Rebecca’s care, and she always looks like she is having the best time :)

This is a great place for boarding senior dogs or dogs with medical needs! Valerie and Rebecca took great care of my dog Jake and they were very conscientious about managing his specialized diet and medications. They are also really communicative and easy to work with, and they send daily photo updates. They take just a few dogs at a time so they can give your dog lots of individual attention and care, and it's obvious that they really love what they do.

I found Rebecca last minute when I really needed her and wow she took care of me and my pup better than any other dog sitting service I’ve ever used! Not only is she a pleasure to communicate with, but she is a skilled trainer and has gotten me real results with my 8 month old puppy. She worked with him on potty training to the point where he had zero accidents, she taught him how to come on command, and she taught me how to change my tone of voice when working with my dog which is making a huge difference! I will continue to use her for safe boarding when out of town as well as doggy training classes, I couldn’t be happier with Peachy Pet Care!

We have been boarding my dog Bibo for last 1 year and have been only sticking to Just Peachy since first boarding, it’s because of my dog behavior. He behaves very good after boarding and his health is taken good care of. They take very good 1:1 care for every dog and very knowledgeable about schedules etc. Very flexible with scheduling with drop off and pick up. All these things add up about why we are repeat customers here. Highly recommend Just Peachy for future boarding of your dog.

We have been boarding our dog with Rebecca since we moved to the area a year and half ago and feel so lucky to have found her. We now have 2 dogs and they both leap out of the car when we pull up to Just Peachy Pet Care and can’t wait to see Rebecca and her dog, Peach. Rebecca is great at communicating how the dogs are doing and sending photos and updates. Both our dogs are full of energy and can be a bit mischievous but Rebecca handles them so well and I can tell she loves them!

I was so nervous to leave my little girl while i had to go out of town, but Lia immediately put both of us at ease! It was comforting that she does an evaluation for new dogs to make sure they play well with others. She sent lots of photos of my pup playing with her new friends which was a comfort as well! Nice to know that she was having so much fun while we had to be separated!

Lia did so well with my cattle dog, Reishi. If you know cattle dogs you know they pick a small group of people in their life they choose to love. So new experiences can be challenging for the dog and new person. So I was very stressed about leaving her with a new sitter! Lia was very knowledgable about the breed and Reishi did great in the environment Lia has created! Lia was very communicative and sent me lots of cute photos throughout Reishi’s stay. Would highly recommend! She even took this cute polaroid photo and included it when I picked Reishi up!

We left our Chi-mix with CCC for a long weekend and it was a great experience for all! Our pup had a blast and was very well taken care of - allowing us to enjoy our vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job! My 13yr old man is not easy to handle he takes special attention and care. He’s really sweet but he’s not great at standing and can be quite a handful when he feels like it but she takes such great care of him. And to top it all off he comes out looking and smelling wonderful. I’ve been going to Ashley for almost a decade now and I’ve continued to follow her to every location she’s groomed at. A good groomer is hard to find and an amazing groomer is 1 in a million. And Ashley is an amazing passionate groomer we’re so thankful to have her around.

My golden retriever has been going to Four-Legged Fun Zone since September, and she LOVES it! When she arrives, she wants to gallop to the back to join her furry friends. She comes home happy and tired every day, which tells me she's had a blast. The outdoor space is huge, with tons of agility equipment. She loves playing with her furry friends both inside and out. The staff is amazing too – so friendly and caring. I highly recommend Four-Legged Fun Zone to any dog owner looking for a top-notch daycare!

I am so happy with the grooming service today! The staff is friendly, professional, and really care about peoples pets! My dog looks amazing after grooming—clean, trimmed, and smelling great! Ashley took extra care to make sure my dog was comfortable, and I could tell she truly loves animals. The shop is clean and welcoming, which makes me feel good about leaving my dog there. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I am so grateful and appreciative of the fabulous care Ashley provided my 3 cats while I was out of town. They provided very detailed notes, which is a great comfort to a cat mom. One of my cats, that very rarely makes an appearance for anyone, warmed up to Ashley! Amazing! If my cats love a sitter, I know they're happy and safe. I have recently became acquainted with our new groomer on Saturday afternoon, I wasn't sure as you never know with a new groomer how your hairy baby is gonna turn out. We were given a quick tour of their facility and was offered to have hot chocolate and make my girl, a dog cookie using the decorations they had to choose from. Then only an hour after they took her back they were already done and she looked so adorable and so happy!! Then to top it off we got a free picture of me and my baby girl a free picture!! It was a fun environment, and all the personal were very happy, friendly people, genuinely. It was nice to bring my pup in somewhere where people are so personable and happy I would totally recommend these guys to anyone who is or isn't looking for a new groomer,because once you walk in the door and are greeted with a smiling face you'll be sold Thanks again guys, I'm really happy I chose to change from our previous, blah, and impersonable,overly crowded, scrunched for time, staff,that never made me feel appreciated for my business or even greet me or walk me to the front door like i was here. Tailored Pet Service saved me both before and during my trip when I couldn’t find a place for my elderly small/medium service dog that doesn’t like being in a “free roam group setting.” No place would accommodate her being in a room most of the day as she would THRIVE IN. Or, timing was too close to when I needed to leave. I finally found TAILORED PET SERVICES!! They were quick to reply and gave a detailed and complete estimate/bill. The deposit was reasonable and the rates were beyond competitive. I loved how my girl dog could either be seen at home or be at someone’s home alone or with another dog or two. She has all her vaccinations as required and I got the stool test too as needed. She accommodated me so well and we were able to get my girl in. I met Antigone and her husband and I immediately knew my girl was in good, no, GREAT hands. It was originally for about four days to be kept but an emergency happened medically during the trip and we needed her kept longer and we were accommodated so kindly and they cared so much for me and for my girl. I got photos and updates daily. The photos were better than ones I could take! She looked so so happy! They kept her many many extra days and didn’t charge extra and now I have a forever place for my girl. And, since she has been with them, my girl has become more cuddly and allows us to hold her in our laps more. She even fell asleep in my dads arms the other day. She has never done that due to prior owners to me being abusive. This makes my heart sing knowing she was so, so loved. You won’t regret trusting your loved ones with Tailored Pet Services. Your furry friend will be safe, loved, communication is top notch, and the prices are beyond competitive. I trust them 110% and I love my girl as she’s also my service dog she’s my entire world. I trust her with my parents and boyfriend only after a YEAR. so that’s huge! Four-Legged Fun Zone made training my new puppy, Sunny, a breeze! With Lise’s help, we’ve mastered sit, stay, & lay down. While continuously working on not jumping up. I’m very grateful for the training and time Lise has put into my dog. My dog is a Pitbull/Chihuahua so she’s needed extra help, and Lise has always been there to support us! I highly recommend training with Four-Legged Fun Zone .

We enjoy taking our dog Mitch here for daycare and meet ups. The attention she receives is evident throughout the process, from first signing up to the end of day report card we get after picking up. Mitch has a great time and we feel good knowing she's having fun while we're at work. Convenient pick up and drop off times and location as well.

We've been a customer of TAILored Pet Services for some time, and have had several of their dog walkers. They have all been great. Also, everyone in the business has outstanding communication, from the daily walk reports to working with office staff. I feel like they know our family and care about our dogs. We would leave a 6-star review if we could.

I wouldn’t go to this place if you can avoid it. I got my puppy groomed by Debbie 3 times (2 puppy intros and 1 normal groom). The puppy intro grooms were fine, but that was because they don’t cut hair in those. My first real groom, I showed Debbie inspo pics for what I was looking for and she barely glanced at the photos and followed curtly with “I can only do what she lets me”. I understand this to an extent, but to charge me $100+ for this (picture below) is insane. She basically gave her a kennel cut for her entire body and shaved everything off, but didn’t touch her face at all. My dog looked like a bobble head. This cut was something I could confidently do by myself at home for free. In addition, the interaction I had with her when attempting to show her what I liked was quite off putting and discouraging. Since this incident (well over 6mo ago) I have been a regular at A DIFFERENT SALON who 1, listens and takes genuine interest in the cut I want for my dog and 2, makes her experience so comfortable— she absolutely loves going to them and comes out looking so cute! The issue is not my dogs behavior or “what she allows” the groomer to do, but Debbie’s sloppy work and lack of dedication here at Doggy Haven.

I’d avoid this place for grooming at all cost. My golden doodle was groomed by Debbie and came back with deep cuts that required an emergency trip to the vet. The groomer didn’t even inform when we picked him up and we only noticed this once we got back home. Please don’t waste your time and $$.

Thank you Doggy Haven for lavishing love and attention on Rose and Cooper! It’s been 10+ years that I have brought all of my sweet dogs to you for care. The DH team is attentive, kind and caring. Appreciate the upgrades too to your scheduling, and updating of my kids medical files too! Blue ribbon service on every level! ♥️

It's out of the way enough that you don't have to deal with Bothell and I5 traffic. The report cards are great. They take better pictures of my dog than I can. They offer daycare and boarding, which we are doing both.

Hunter loves Doggy Haven daycare! We are so pleased he is excited when we drop him off and my favorite thing is the “report card” photos! Doggy Haven takes good care of him and he gets his exercise and friend time! We know he is in good hands all day long!

Best staff, playyard, cleanliness, grooming, and location. They send pics at the end of the day, and provide a great place for boarding, daycare or grooming. They also do training. Our puppies loves going there. Highly recommend!

This was my Kahlua’s home away from home and she loved every minute there. They treated her as if she was one of the family. Now my granddogs go there and love it too.

Our dog Nola needed a special trip to the vet while we were out of the country. A family friend took her in and the girls at Doggy Haven stayed open an extra hour to provide ample time for Nola’s return back to Doggy Haven. They always take good care of our precious babies!

Fritz the Doberman- Doggy Haven Resort was Fritzi’s home away from home. He loved going there twice a week and would always go crazy the closer we got to DHR. My wife and I can’t thank the staff enough for how they treated our dog. They always greeted Fritz with a smile when we dropped him off. Although you can never truly know how well your dog is treated at a day care facility, one thing is for sure, we sincerely believe they treated him very well. Their policy of always giving dog owners a report card and photos of your dog at the end of the day is something that we cherished. Fritz is now living in Tarifa, Spain enjoying daily walks and runs on the beautiful beaches of Costa de la Luz in Southern Spain. He is very happy, but no doubt misses his friends and staff at DHR. We love doggy haven!! The staff is so caring and attentive, Finnegan always has a great time with his human and doggy friends! He does not enjoy getting his nails trimmed but does well there because he likes and trusts the employees. I will never take him anywhere else!! Pictures for cuteness!

Love this couple. They take care of your babies like they were their own. We were worried the first day, but they flooded us with pictures of Freya. We got to see her from meeting new dogs to playing and interacting with the other doggies by mid day. We try to take her weekly for her socialization, and she has a blast each time. They also offer a wide range of services. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

Absolutely love PAWsitiveTailz. They provided care for my pup from 5 months to 11 months and it was instrumental in my dog having a great relationship with new dogs and people. They have the best communication sending daily pictures and updates. Hendrix always came home so happy and burned out from his time with the other doggos at the daycare. He could tell when it was Tuesday and he would get so excited to go do his puppy Tuesday visit. We also used PAWsitive tails for boarding where he received the best care possible. It felt like he was going to his second home every time we dropped him off. LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR PET CARE NEEDS! 😁

Nick and Helen have taken great care of my pup at doggy daycare. I really appreciated the meet and greet where I was able to check out the outdoor space, meet with both of them (owners and pet sitters) and see them observing how my dog interacted with other dogs one by one. They share pictures and updates each day which is really nice when you’re wondering how your dog is doing in a new space. I will definitely take my dog there next time she needs day care or boarding.

I’ve taken both: my adult golden retriever and my golden mountain puppy to Helen many times. Bottom line: I like everything about her daycare, but feel free to read detailed explanation below. Outside. Helen’s place has a nice backyard area with grass and wooden chips. It’s big enough for my dogs to run around and play chase with other dogs. Unlike another place we went before, her family maintains the outdoors area even in the winter so that my dogs don’t come home dirty after running and playing in the mud. Indoors. She has a nice open hardwood area with carpets where dogs hang out. It’s puppy proof so I don’t have to worry about my puppy picking up bad habits from finding things to chew on. Helen and people that work with her They are very professional and never leave dogs unattended! I noticed that they always properly introduce dogs to each other over time to make sure there are no unexpected accidents. Nice bonuses. On multiple occasions Helen took our dogs to local doggy parks for them to have extra fun, and after every stay she sends us pictures of Lucky and Charm playing.

I HIGHLY recommend PAWsitive Tailz. We've taken our Doberman puppy here for a while now and it's done wonders for his socialization skills and overall agility. I never have to worry about him after dropping him off. The owners keep a very close eye on all dogs and takes wonderful care of our boy. I can't say enough positive things about this place. We needed a doggy daycare for a day while we went to a baseball game and got to see a bit of downtown Seattle on vacation. PAWsitive Tails took my boy for the day. I was so appreciative of their help and he seemed very happy when we got home. I really appreciate that they sent us photos and were great with letting me know how he did! I have never taken him to dog daycare before and they made me feel very comfortable leaving him. Thanks Helen!

This is the best doggy daycare we have found. Our Great Dane Kona has been with Pawsitive Tailz for a year and a half and we love it. She plays with the other dogs, but also gets training and learns new tricks every day. The backyard is big, fully fanced with dog toys and obstacle courses. We get pictures from the day spend at doggy daycare every time and our big girl goes there 3 times a week! Best place in town!

These are best people to bring your dogs to. They are wonderful and kind and INCREDIBLE with the doggos. 11/10 do recommend. Helen and Nikita are the best!

I cannot say enough great things about Pawsitive Tailz. Our 2 year old Chocolate lab mix is FULL of energy and needs playtime more than we can provide working from home. They love him like their own, and he always enjoys going. He comes home with a huge smile on his face, hungry and exhausted. Great pictures showing us how much fun he has and which pups are his best buds. Worth every penny. The best doggy daycare I've ever found.

Nikita and Helen are the absolute best. We love leaving our dog with them and always have peace of mind that he is being taken care of. I could not be happier with CHP! The property is expansive but secure, the dogs are cared for and provided with lots of attention. We recently moved our pup from another local spot, due to its size and ability for our dog to play in a larger space, and it’s been amazing…she seems more tired after for sure! But, the absolute best part is the staff. It’s obvious they all absolutely love what they do, love the company and love the dogs. I am greeted every time I drop or pick up, with positive energy, and a customer focused attitude. I know this is transferred onto the dogs. They are also super flexible, no crazy packages, max days requirements and no kennels when boarded. I just text, get thumbs up, and go! Amazing place!

We love camp (all photos were taken by camp employees)!! I had a Covid puppy that I didn’t want home alone when we went to work and picked out camp because she has always loved the wilderness and knew she would have so much fun in the environment camp fosters. When we decided to get a second dog, Becky (camp owner) was one of the first people I talked to about it! Both my girls go twice a week and love it, my youngest sometimes plays dead dog at pick up because she doesn’t want to leave. I love keeping up with their instagram and the staff are so committed to the dogs that they asked what commands we use at home and started using them at camp (my Aussie has unmatched recall now when you say place). They always come home happy and well stimulated and that’s all I could ask for in a daycare!

The only place I trust to love my dogs when I'm out of town. Camp Happy Paws is amazing! From a safety perspective, the staff is attentive and dogs are fully supervised 24/7. When one of my dogs was howling at night, I heard about it, and what they did to address it. So reassuring! Beyond that, dogs get to run and play with friends all day on a great property. My dogs come home exhausted and not at all mad at us for having left them - they enjoy the experience too much to even miss us. The instagram photos and videos are a great touch. It's always so fun seeing how happy the dogs all are. One extra note - I have one "normal" dog and one other dog who started life in poor circumstances and needed to be rescued. The extra care the team takes with my rescue dog is incredible. I'm so grateful to live near this wonderful business.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely incredible experience at Camp Happy Paws with our dog Giddy! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the owner, who is not only wonderful but also incredibly personable. She and her team go above and beyond to ensure each dog feels comfortable and loved. During Giddy’s trial, she was quite nervous. To help her adjust, they thoughtfully placed her in a room with two larger, friendly dogs. They took their time with her, waiting until she was ready to come out, which meant a lot to us as dog parents. Giddy stayed for 8 nights, and I love that Camp Happy Paws doesn’t use crates; the dogs sleep in beds! Every day, Becky sent us pictures and text updates to let us know how Giddy was doing, putting our minds at ease while we were away. After her boarding experience, we took Giddy to daycare yesterday and she absolutely loved it! (first picture is of her on her way home yesterday evening) She was so excited that today she seems a bit down — I think she misses her new friends and of course Becky🐾 It’s clear that she understands the word "daycare" now, and we're thrilled to see her so happy and safe at Camp Happy Paws. We adore how much the employees genuinely care for the dogs, and it's hard to imagine finding a place like this in Arizona. Thank you, Camp Happy Paws, for giving Giddy such a fantastic experience! We highly recommend it to any dog owner looking for a loving and safe environment for their furry friends! And I’ll be honest - we first took Gidget to paradise pet lodge and to be honest she seemed a bit traumatized once we got home. We rescued a 4 month old Cavalier from a neglectful breeder situation in February, she was super shy and struggled a lot with social confidence and being around other dogs and new people. Because she's so little and she was so nervous, the owner of Camp Happy Paws (Becky) took Ginger under her wing and invited her to play with her own Cavalier for a few hours a week. Becky took care of Ginger like she was her own puppy, and over time Ginger totally blossomed into a new dog! She now attends camp 2-3 full days a week, and is known as "The Party Animal" at 10 months old. She went from a nervous, socially awkward, and insecure puppy to a confident and happy dog that has the most fun at camp every day she goes. Cannot thank Becky and her wonderful team enough, they were instrumental in helping socialize Ginger, and I would have paid hundreds more for the care and love they showed Ginger and us. You can't go wrong with this daycare; they love your dog like their own, they provide amazing social situations for young dogs to learn in, they're flexible with payment schedules and they're super affordable, and you get to pick up a happy and tired pup at the end of the day! We couldn't be happier with Camp Happy Paws and the staff there.

We just moved here from out of State and this is the first Doggy Daycare of this kind I’ve ever seen. All fur babies get to be outside all day in a forest like setting with lots of room to run and play. The staff is giving heart-warming care and is always happy to offer advise and recommendations which is especially helpful for a first-time dog owner like me. This place made such a difference to our family – it’s giving me balance and breaks and I know that my dog Mac is well taken care of. We come three times a week and whenever I say “lets go to daycare” – Mac gets so excited and is running to the door. I am so thankful for Camp Happy Paws and would highly recommend it!

My partner and I had a lot of trouble finding the right spot for our Ruby and we are so happy we found camp happy paws. Our girl has resource guarding issues but otherwise loves to play and run outside, camp happy paws was perfect (they are a no toy facility and fed her alone for us). The whole team at Happy Paws embraced her for all her sassiness and she had a wonderful stay while we were out of the country on vacation! Becky was so wonderful and updates the instagram with pictures and videos every day so you can check in with your pup. Highly recommend this place :)

Camp Happy Paws & all the staff...we love you!! (And so does Bruin) We first came to Camp Happy Paws 20 something years ago with our lab, Maggie. Becky and Scott the owners were amazing to deal with and were incredible to us and our pup. She day cared and boarded with them and the experience was 5* Fast forward 20 years and years after after our girl passed we now take our young Chocolate lab, Bruin. Camp Happy Paws has grown but the care, dedication and fun remains through and through. From the owners to every employee. They are all wonderful, down to earth, kind and dog centric. It's all about the dogs ...and they have made an incredible space where dogs can be dogs and be part of a special pack. Our Bruin lovvves to go to camp and she knows where we are going as soon as I say "school" (its more like heaven) and she cant get to the car fast enough. She has blossomed in their care and is happy and tired at the end of the day. I cannot say enough good things about the people, the grounds (are beautiful, clean and tranquil) and the energy is amazing. I highly recommend Camp Happy Paws for "playcare" or boarding.

We absolutely love Camp Happy Paws! Becky and her team have always treated our mini dachshund, Seager, like the princess she is. I never have to worry if she’s getting enough attention, and she is so lucky they are patient with her when she decides she’s going to be a picky eater! I also love that they provide a safe environment for her without kennels/crates. The camp has always been so accommodating, flexible, and reliable. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful Camp Happy Paws is!

A neighbor referred us to Camp Happy Paws and we’re so happy she did! The property is large and beautiful with plenty of room for the pups to run around. Becky and her crew are very attentive with all the dogs so we can rest easy knowing our boy is in the best hands — they’re true dog-lovers. Also, as an added bonus they are flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which really helps with our unpredictable work schedules. Our sweet boy always comes home happy and exhausted.

Met with Julie a week back. Super nice! Love the way her home was set up and she's very sweet to animals. She is taking my pups for a few dates and I'm really excited and glad they will be in good hands. Many of the places I was looking to board pretty much told me they would sit in the crate most of the time, unless I paid for 15 min walks. Julie gives 1 on 1 attention to your animal. Looking forward to working with Julie. If you need boarding or pet sitting I would recommend her.

Julie is the best dog sitter on the planet. Our boys love her and her family. We have leaving our dogs, but knowing they're at Stella and Floyds gives us peace of mind.

We moved out of the state recently, but we used Cali’s services for about two years. She took the best care of our cats and I am sure they miss her. I appreciated the detailed daily messages along with great photos of each cat that day. One of our cats is very shy and Cali made sure to find her and make sure she was okay, but after a few trips Stella loved to get attention from Cali. She also was so helpful with collecting our mail/packages and taking our bins to the curb on trash days. I would recommend her to anyone in the area needing pet sitting!

Had a great experience with Puget Paws! We needed help on pretty short notice to walk our dog during the day, and Heather and her team helped set everything up and walk my dog with less than 24 hour notice. For the visits, I got pictures and a prompt write-up. And pup was happy which is the most important part. There is a website and app you can use to communicate easily and pay through. Big fan of the local team and look forward to using them again in the near future!

Heather and her team at Puget Paws have been walking our very energetic dog three times a week for over a year now. Our dog is a handful on a leash, especially when other dogs are present, and he does so well with them. She and her team are also prompt, reliable, communicative. Our pup adores them and always returns happy and tired.

I left a review for Puget Paws recently but already feel like I need to update it because they have been so great. On a recent trip there was a health crisis with one of our pets and Puget Paws (and Heather in particular) handled it so well, calm and effective in an emergency situation, compassionate for us and our pet, and absolutely going above and beyond for us without hesitation. I am so grateful for everything they did for us! I also highly recommend them for the day-to-day petsitting as well; I have always returned to happy, well-taken-care of critters. We have a diverse array of pets and Puget Paws has been wonderful pet sitters for all of them. We get an update including photos every time they visit, which I love. Prices are very reasonable and incredibly easy to book and pay for via their website, and they are quick to respond to booking requests.

Puget Paws was the perfect choice for watching our dog over the weekend. Heather and Leah visited our home for an introductory visit and to get to know our dog (and cat) better. They provided vet paperwork for both animals in case anything happened and asked all the right questions, making us feel like our pets would be well taken care of while we were away. We were able to easily coordinate what times would work best for them to visit and walk/feed our dog. They were very diligent about communicating to us what was going on while our dog was in their care and even provided pictures! After using their services, it's clear why they have so much support from local businesses. I would highly recommend using their services!

We cannot recommend Puget Paws highly enough - they've been our one and only pet care provider since January 2018. My wife and I are both out of the house all day at work, and our dogs are all active and need regular exercise. The PP team comes in on weekdays and walks them around the neighborhood in ones and twos (we have 4 dogs). Our pack considers the PP staff to be additional pack members and is always super-excited to see them. The communication from PP is always timely and detailed. On the daily side, we get a picture and a summary of each dogs' activities during the visit. For canceling/adding additional services, responses are always prompt and clear. Billing is easy to understand - it's easy to see what each charge is for. The website/app combination they use for communication and paying invoices is simple to use. We love Puget Paws!

Rob has been taking care of our cats for over five years now. He's been fantastic--very reliable, professional, thorough. He always leaves a detailed note for us after his final visit. He's the first cat sitter I've ever had who follows up if he doesn't hear back from me in a timely fashion after we get home! That reassures me that someone will check on our fur babies if something delays our return. And he's good about feeding my son's new fish. I can't recommend him and his team enough!

Rob and his associates are very professional. They have watched our guinea pigs several times while we are on vacation - sometimes as long as two weeks. They are careful to make sure they have everything they need dietary wise, that their cage is kept clean, and are also very respectful of the house. We always return home to a clean and tidy house, all packages and mail brought in from outside, and I know they’re willing to water plants as well. All of this together allows us to really relax on our vacations because we know someone competent is taking care of all the things that are precious to us back home. A big thanks to Rob and Colleen who have befriended our piggies. :) We will be calling again and recommend you do too!

I've been using Windance's services for over 10 years and they always do a great job. I know that my animals will be loved and cared for by Rob and his staff's when I travel. They always leave a note on the last day for you to read when you get home and let you know how things went. I would absolutely recommend their service!

Rob has pet/house sat for us for approximately 15 years. We have found him to be very reliable and honest. We have found him to be very trustworthy and capable of taking care of all our dogs over the years. He has taken care of them from the puppy years through the waning years. When we traveled out of country and are dogs were sick, he made sure they went to all their visits to the veterinarian. He is very good in gathering all the information needed to take care of your pet while you are away. It is comforting to know your dog is in good hands when you travel. We recommend him very highly.
