Quality time is made up of caring professional people. When I had need for a mid-day dog walk they were more than glad to cover that. When I had need for an evening visit they were there for me. They are bonded and insured and love working with pets.

I've had a great experience with Fetch Pet Care and regularly use them to care for my cats while I'm away. They are super responsive, reliable, and professional. Robin is my regular caregiver, and he loves the cats, sends me emails everyday to confirm he was there and give an update, so I am always sure they are cared for.

My experience thus far with Fetch! has been nothing short of excellent. Their customer service is always quick, flexible, and helpful! Their GPS tracking app shows where your dog was walked, updates you on their business and even allows the walker to send pictures. You never wonder if they cut your time short because all of the information is sent to you after every walk. The best part about this service is that I lucked out with my awesome dog walker Crystal. She has been so pleasant to work with, and she always puts up with my crazy dog mom requests. Thanks Fetch!

I've used Fetch twice now, and I've been very pleased thus far. It's SUPER easy to schedule. They are great communicators before, during and after the service provided. Care giver meets up to learn the ropes prior to the scheduled visits. It's nice that you can give them instructions (such as recycling or watering plants). When we arrived home from being gone for a week, it's like our cats didn't even notice we were gone. :/ Of course, they're cats. ;) Anyway, great peace of mind knowing they were cared for during our trip. I'd def use Fetch again.

After years of elaborate arrangements to take care of our pets, my neighbor told me about Fetch. Fetch is a godsend. They responded quickly and I was able to get the exact coverage I needed when I needed it. We have used the almost overnight and overnight options. I like that I got to meet our petsitter, Kylee, and that we can ask for her again (and again!). Our dogs are getting lots of walks and personal attention. Our sitter stays in close communication with us and sends lots of pictures, along with the more official emails from Fetch. Easy to reserve, great service. I love Fetch! We have already used them twice, and have scheduled a third. Our dogs are so happy to see our sitter and sad to see her go.

We love our pet care professional Cherry! She provides timiley updates when we are away and truely loves our dog Holden. Fetch is super easy to use and very responsive to our needs, even if it's last minute. I will continue to recommend their services to friends and family.

Veronica was amazing! When she came by to get the key the cats immediately liked her. She sent very detailed texts about the cats while I was gone and also sent photos. It was really nice and made me feel like my cats were in good hands. Also, when I got home I could tell they were still happy and relaxed (they act a little whacky if they don't get enough attention when I'm gone), so I could see that Veronica spent a lot of time with them. Everything was perfect. I would definitely use Fetch again, but unfortunately I'm moving soon.

Fetch! is extremely flexible and conveniant. Every staff member is friendly, helpful and efficient. This is one the best services I have ever received from any company. Last minute plans and need to cancel a walk at 11pm the night before? No problem. I literally got a response to my email and an updated invoice after 10minutes. Even if when our dog was injured and needed specific care the walker was more than happy to help. Just outstanding service all round.

Fetch! was not only amazing with my dog, they came to my rescue in a time of need very quickly! I was out of town and the original person who planned to take my dog out cancelled the day before. I had no one else to let my dog out and a few other companies were unwilling or unable to meet my request in such short notice. Not only did Fetch! come to my rescue and let out my dog, they sent an amazing person who was able to easily coax out my extremely shy old dog and then took her on a long walk and left her with a good scratch and a treat! I will absolutely be using Fetch! again and recommend to everyone!

Sophia provided our family with a great sense of relief. Our plans to travel during the holidays were cancelled at the last minute but we kept the service anyway. Our days were very hectic and it was wonderful to know that the pets had additional love, care, no feedings and fresh litter boxes overlooked during this busy time. Our dog Lucy was a big fan and would watch/wait for her at her scheduled arrival time. Two thumbs up!

We contacted Pawwws Aboard to see if they were able/willing to watch a mini pig. Jazmin stated she had never done it but was willing to try. She came to meet him and we all felt comfortable so we booked her for 2 visits a day while we were away. She has fair pricing with multiple ways to pay. She was very communicative while we were away and sent pictures, videos, and updates during each visit. We felt at ease knowing she was there taking care of our pig. Will definitely use Pawwws Aboard again for future trips if she’s available

She is an awesome puppy sitter!! I will definitely be using her the next time my husband and I go on vacation! She sent us videos everyday for updates on our little one and she was always happy and playing. She showed our Frenchie lots of love and attention. We started daycare with Jazmin for our very energetic pup. Bailey loves her and always enjoys her time. Jazmin really cares for all the pups that she takes care of.

I had a pause in my need for a pet sitter during the past year. We just did a camping trip and needed to board our fur babies. Even though we moved further away from Jazmin, I thought of her first. She responded quickly that she had an opening and during our trip she sent pictures of Emma playing with a toy and Lingling playing with the puppy, Beauty. I knew they were in good hands!

Countryside is the BEST find we could have ever hoped for. We truly feel that they've become family. The staff is phenomenal and they are a one stop shop. My puppy goes there for daycare, grooming and we will also be using them for day board and train and boarding when we go out of state in August. The pricing is always fair and honestly I would gladly pay more than what they charge for the grooming services. I always know my boy is in the best hands when he goes to countryside and truly feel they love him like one of their own. And the awesome videos and pictures they post on FB every day are so fun to look out for! One look at all the smiling dogs in the photos says it all. BEST PLACE EVER!!!

We brought our 4 year old Pit-Mix little girl with us from NY while we visited with family. She stayed here at Countryside in daycare for 2 days, from early morning until early evening. Our dog doesn't get that much time to run around off-leash in the city, so being able to play in the sun, running free with other dogs for hours, is such a treat for her. The staff at CPR was great, very friendly and attentive. We asked for notes on her visits as, we got her from a shelter a year ago and she still has some trauma/anxiety issues when she's not with us. They kept an eye on her and made sure she adjusted well with the other dogs. Both days she was there, she came out happy and tuckered out after a full day of playing. They groomed her the second day, we asked for one of the spa treatments. She came out with a cute pink bandana and a matching pedicure that I was not expecting, she looked adorable and smelled so good! We're definitely going to bring her back whenever we come down to MD. Thanks to CPR and your wonderful staff... This will be our fur baby's new home away from home!

As far as I know, this place took excellent care of my dog. He came home at least 5lbs. Lighter and he was VERY happy. So I give this boarding house 5 stars! He was definitely well taken care of! I definitely had my concerns as I’ve never been away from my dog for more than a day in 13 years. This place put me at ease. My family was allowed to come visit (all though you have to call a day in advance.) and see my buddy while I was in Japan. I definitely recommend this place. If I leave the country again, I will definitely use this Kennel.

10/10 recommend & looking for excuses to go back! My partner and I aim to play with Zaya 1.5-3 hours daily so for overnight boarding I signed her up for 3 solo play sessions and 1 group play session. Wasn't sure how she'd be so we totally assumed she would need another good play session when we got home. We Were Wrong 😁! Zi has been tuckered out for the last couple of hours. Countryside Pet Resort truly lives up to their name and then some 💕. The services look good but the staff pals truly make the resort experience. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to was well-informed and clearly passionate about animals. I really appreciate how they balanced being professional with pointing out a misunderstanding on my part (timeframe for a vaccine). Super appreciate their emotional intelligence 🥰 I feel confident pets are well taken care of with them.

The staff is wonderful at Countryside and they really get the know the individual dogs. We have used the doggy daycare and grooming services. We also did a day board and train program with Brian and it was the best investment ever. Brian was able to give our dog a wonderful foundation to build upon, thanks to his skills we get to enjoy taking our dog everywhere with us and he is always so wonderfully well mannered. If ever I have the need I would not hesitate to board with them. Wonderful facility and staff 5 stars is not enough.

Countryside pet resort is absolutely wonderful!! Dexter loves going there for daycare 2-3 times a week and we board there when we go away. Every employee is outstanding with him, it's like the dogs are their own family. He has also taken his 3 week training from Brian which was a huge success. We are so pleased with the resort.!!

This was the second stay for my Frenchie Pack. They enjoyed their stay. We added the services of nail trim with polish for the girls and a Woodland hike. They offer extended stay and day boarding.

Do not board your dogs here. The boarding price LITERALLY only includes allowing them to stay in their enclosed room and go potty. The staff does not play with them at all unless you pay a $15 fee per dog per play session. Every normal boarding activity has an extra charge of $10 or more per dog for each one!!! They completely price gouge. Ask for their price sheet before boarding unless you don’t care if your dog is just locked up constantly. Facility and staff were professional, just a horrible business model.

We’re very lucky to have Countryside within a reasonable distance from our house. We’ve boarded our 3 pets there for 2 longish vacations and they’ve been well taken care of by the Pet Resort staff and owners. We have a large and medium dog and they get to share the larger family room accommodation so they can keep each other company and console each other for going to doggy jail. Not really a jail, but they’re locked up instead of roaming the house, so they probably think of it as jail. On our last vacation, our cat had just been put on medication the week before we left and Countryside was so accommodating by agreeing to give her meds although it’s not their policy. They said she was very good about taking the med - hopefully they weren’t just being polite 🙂 Anyways, we feel blessed to have this nice facility run by real animal loving people available to care for our critters while we are away.

She was a new sitter recommended and I was nervous; however, I could not have been more pleased with the level of care provided, including all the little extra's she does. I received daily pics showing how happy my paw babes were and how comfortable they were with Odrun. Ms. Brazelton is BOMB!!!-Diggity!!! She knows her dogs! She's very astute regarding proper pet care and training (we have a 3 month old puppy). I love being able to leave her cash or cashapp her for services, and she has a steady base of clients who appreciate her services as well. A very professional pet sitting service. The owner was very helpful in an emergency situation involving a neighbors pet during the late night hours. She was able to take the animal to the animal emergency care center and treated the animal for several days after release from the emergency care.

We have an indoor/outdoor cat and a couple times a year we go on a weekend trip. C-PUP has always provided great service for our critter and has always been there, even on short notice. They feed our cat, top off or change the water, clean the litter, give some pets and playtime, email us a picture of our cat, and bring our mail and packages inside once a day. They've taken care of our cat when we decided to leave her in the house or outside. They have also kept our garden alive during summer trips by watering for a little extra charge. I would highly recommend C-PUP! We have used their services a couple times a year for the past 5 years or so.

We've been working with C-PUP for dog walking and dog sitting for over a year now. If you are looking for a walker or in-home sitting service, I'll assume that your fur family members are incredibly important to you and you want to make sure they are getting the best care possible. C-PUP provides just that. They are incredibly professional, well-organize, thorough and meticulous when it comes to understanding what your pet needs for care. We have three dogs of various ages, including a senior dog that requires extra-special care and C-PUP is incredibly attentive to all of their different needs. They are wonderfully communicative as well, especially during over-night pet-sitting. Your fur family will be in wonderful hands with C-PUP.

C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs. When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!

We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.

Great place to keep your dogs for vacation. We received constant updates with pictures and our dogs were freshly bathed and pooped from playing with all the other dogs when we retrieved them. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone who worries about their dogs on vacation!

Great place, lots of room for the dogs, lots of very supervised playtime, and groups are made to ensure that no dog is put with a dog they don't get along with. Very accommodating, and they accept unaltered dogs! (So long as they aren't in heat of course)

I thought I was making the best decision for my pets when I took my cane Corsos to Darryl . I dropped them off . I was met by Darryl he’s pretty nice personality my male is 2 yrs old and didn’t like him at all but he insisted that he stays a young lady that lives near him came up and my male attached to her quickly . I appreciate that I had a place to take them what I don’t appreciate is being called saying my 6 mos old female is throwing up while I was out of town. Then was told on the third day did she eat a blue cloth of some sort? I ask to so me a picture Darryl said he tossed it . My male is shaking his head a lot and my female I was told wasn’t eating so their home and was drinking so much water for about 20min back and forth my male is sleeping and my female is drinking like crazy and she is also eating I feel fleas biting he had my dogs and his drinking out of a small bowl . How sad. I will never return.

Lulu was just a puppy when i got her from the rescue center. After a year of working at home, i’d begun a new position and didn’t want to keep lulu home alone all day long. A friend referred me to Darryl. He has been Heaven sent! I was having some trouble getting lulu fully trained and on a schedule. Darryl helped so much with all of the things we needed. Lulu is happy! She gets excited when we arrive. The atmosphere is clean, calm and controlled. There are lots of “puppy friends” for her to engage with. Darryl remains professional yet personable and he definitely seems to have a great rapport with other owners. Pricing is very affordable and the environment is welcoming. Thanks so much!! We’re going to continue using this service.

I wish there was a -1 rating!!! I have been a dog owner for roughly 13 years, and I've never experienced this level of incompetence EVER! I have boarded my dog in Atlanta, MD, DC, and VA over the past 12.7 years. This "business" was referred 2 me by a colleague, but after my initial visit, I wanted 2 back out but was locked in because of a family vacation during Xmas. Upon arrival, he was late, and the house (feels like his mother's house) reeked of weed. No judgment becuz it was legal, but he could have waited until I left. He said he was/is an Animal Care Techician, but I would argue that the certificate should be rescinded! I gave care instructions that were not followed. When my dog returned, he was sullen. I plan to file a complaint w/ the BBB in his county. Oh, and I forgot, he didn't return certain items and tried 2 charge me a fee 2 mail them to me. DO NOT TAKE UR PET TO HIM!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Alexandria Pet Care and are very pleased with their services! We left our cats in their care for five days during a holiday weekend, during which we got updates for each visit and were able to see the times they visited, all of which were within timeframes requested. They also sent cute pictures and went above and beyond in every way. They provided excellent care and we came home to a lovely journal documenting their visits and funny ways our cats behaved. Alexandria Pet Care has been so helpful for our dog. We scheduled 4 in home one-on-one sessions for our newly adopted puppy last year and it was so helpful for her. She was reactive towards other dogs and people but after just one session our dog made so much progress. Alex, the trainer, also taught us the best way to help with her anxiety and how to continue making progress with her after our 4 sessions were completed. Alex has also been helpful answering questions via email since our sessions have ended, and at no charge.

The APC Team's kindness and attention were truly exceptional. They provided extraordinary care to our fur babies, treating them as if they were their own. Their commitment to meeting us and collecting comprehensive information before starting services ensured seamless and thoughtful care. Joe is an amazing dog walker. He's prompt, professional and affordable. I've been working with him for ~a year and I am compelled to write a review sharing his amazing service. If you are looking for a loyal and reliable dog walker, Joe is your man. My 4 year old 20 pound terrier mix is in love with Joe and looks forward to their 2 walks every week. I am extremely comfortable and secure with Joe having access to my home when I am at work. My pup recently had an upset stomach and had an accident in my home, Joe was quick to alert me and clean things up. I greatly appreciate his kindness, warm personality and genuine love for my dog Doc.

Joe was great with our dog. Setting up the visits and overnights was easy and Joe was very responsive. He kept us updated and helped us out with a last minute visit when our travel was delayed.

I had Googled professional dog walkers the Fall of 2021. Thankfully, WaggnTails Pet Care showed up in my search. Joe immediately responded to my inquiry. We set a day and time for Joe to meet my babies (my two Maltese, Amos and Stella) and for us to discuss the pet services I needed. Amos and Stella took a liking to Joe right away. What was most impressive, is that when Joe came in my house to meet my babies for the first time, he sat down on the floor and bonded with them for some time before he and I even discussed the details of the pet care I needed for Amos and Stella. Wow! Because of COVID, I started out needing care for one day, twice a day each week. With the restrictions having been lifted, I'm in need of care three days a week, twice a day. Joe runs a professional business...he tracks vaccinations and he also does an assessment of pets' likes and dislikes, and their overall needs. I love my fur babies so much and it's important to me that I have the best care possible for them. I found that in Joe and I'm ever so thankful. He is careful, attentive and very likable. Amos and Stella can attest to that.

Joe is wonderful! He walked my dog, Brutus, and did very well with him. Brutus can be a bit rambunctious, but Joe’s calming demeanor eased my dog’s anxieties. Joe is knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and trustworthy - all of which are important when choosing someone to care for your fur-baby. I highly recommend Joe for your dog-walking needs.

Mr. Reeves was very professional, as well as, knowledgeable. He was prompt and courteous. He provided outstanding service, to my dog, Doc. I loved the communication he expressed, with Doc. He was a true lifesaver, for me.
