We have used Pawfect Stays for almost four years now, since our puppy arrived. Otto absolutely adores staying with them, he literally goes crazy when he hears their van arrive. He recently stayed for two weeks and the love and care and attention he gets is incredible. They only have a small group of dogs at any one time and this is brilliant for interaction and play time. The team at Pawfect Stays update you with photos and videos when you are away which is lovely and I can honestly say, we wouldn’t leave our dog with anyone else. Thank you so much xx

I would highly recommend Pawfect Stays. My dog Loki has been coming since he was young and I am totally confident leaving him in a home from home setting, safe in Iona and Tara’s hands. I love the pupdates when we are on holiday, and we also use daycare to cover work commitments. The secure field is great too, I always know Loki will be happy and safe at Pawfect Stays.

I cannot fault Pawfect Stays. Iona is kind and patient and a natural with dogs. My labrador has stayed a number of times both overnight as well as just for a full day. She loves her visits and always heads off very happily and comes home having been carefully cared for. Access to a secure field gives me peace of mind whilst we are away. For me, the location of Pawfect Stays is ideal as it is easily accessible not only from my home but also from the M25.

Ula spends a day a week with Sarah and I'm pretty sure it's the highlight of her week. She can be quite a handful at times, but I know she's in great hands with Sarah. Plus, she always comes home a very happy, tired pup!

Doodledooz looked after my dog Lola for a week-end and I was very happy with the warm and friendly service. Not only did they take her for walks, they asked lots of questions about her likes and dislikes which gave me a lot of confidence safe in the knowledge that she would be well looked after. There is a large fenced garden for the dogs to run around and I was pleased to have received pictures of Lola having lots of fun with the other dogs. I definitely highly recommend Doodledooz.

Tamsin is brilliant with our dogs. We always feel at ease when we leave them to go away & both of them are very happy in her daycare when we are working. We highly recommend Doodledooz to anyone looking for a safe and loving environment for their dogs.

Louise and her team have been amazing with our puppy, Winnie. We live in Greenwich, but are often in Chelsfield to stay with family, and they have been so flexible helping out whenever we need daycare / boarding. She loves to go and comes back exhausted, so we are happy! Prices are very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend.

Louise cared for our two pugs while we went on holiday. The dogs loved her could tell by the photos she sent me. I enjoyed my holiday without worry . I highly recommend louise to new clients she was outstanding.

My little guy Archie is a 1 y/o maltipoo and has been going to doggy daycare here twice a week since he was 6mths. He LOVES it. He has a great time with his doggy friends and adores the staff who take great care of him. He is completely exhausted when he gets home from the day's adventures. I also get him groomed here; he's not a fan so it's nice that it's done by people he knows and trusts. Highly recommend Louise and her team!

I was reasonably happy with padifoots. The walkers are very good and they were always happy to provide updates on my dogs walk when I happened to speak with them. Found the owner to be slightly uncommunicative and forthcoming with information or responding to queries but as my dog loved the walkers i was ok with this. Just been told at 10pm on Sunday that I have 5 days to find a new dog walker as she has moved and will no longer be providing a service to dartford, to say I am fuming is an understatement and I know of other dog owners in my area in a similar position. Moving does not happen overnight and the lack of communication is disrespectful to a loyal client of nearly 3 years. I would not recommend them because of this as you never know when the "goal posts" will change

First of all you need to understand that Lily is my baby and as such, only the best will do for her. That's where Padifoot Pet Care came in. My home life circumstances changed and as such I was going to be spending more time away from home. I went along to meet Louise and to 'check the place out' before committing to leaving Lily in their care, all looked perfect and all my questions and concerns were answered without a flicker of hesitation. Initially I was just looking for someone to look after her a couple of days a week here and there while I was at work. I have to admit that the first few times I was very nervous about leaving her, allowing my mind to wander and imagine all kinds of dramatic scenarios...nothing of the sort happened...in fact, Lily loves it there. As soon as we turn the corner to drive up the road, Lily is alert and making whining noises demonstrating how excited she is to be going there. She has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, she goes out for lovely long walks and runs around freely with Louise and her team having the time of her life. As I said, it was initially for only a day here and there but it has turned in to much more than that and some weeks she is there every day. She has, on occasions, stayed overnight and again, the first couple of times were the hardest (for me, not her) but she was fine. I love it that she is happy to go there as often as she needs to, I love how friendly Louise, her family and team are and how much care they take of not only my girl, but all the dogs in their care. It makes my day when I see photos posted on their FB page and I can see how much fun she is having. If your dog is your baby and you are having any doubts whatsoever, trust me, this is the place to go, they love and you too will be happy with your choice to take them there. I would definitely recommended Padifoot Pet Care to everyone (in fact, I tell most people I meet about how great it is). If you are in any doubt, just have a look at the photos on their page, Lily is the chocolate lab with only one eye...the one loving life and having a ball!

Padifoot Pet Care are the best in town! You only need to open their front door to see how happy the good boys and girls are, all wagging their tails. As a Home Board, the dogs get the absolute best treatment you could wish for when compared to standard kennels. The dogs are spoilt with lots of toys to play with, sofas to lay on, a garden to run around in, a wooden agility course within the garden, a paddling pool in the hot summer months... the list goes on! The dogs have such an active day, every day, with multiple walks in the local fields and woods, and non-stop playtime with their doggy friends during day care. Padifoot offer grooming services too if your pooch is in need of a wash, dry and trim. The owner has worked with dogs for over 15 years, so really knows what she is doing with the animals, how to take the best care of them, and how to properly deal with any troublesome situations. Your pet will be in the absolute best hands with Padifoot, guaranteed. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have relied on Padifoot for over 3 years now to watch our two kitties, and we've only had good experiences. We recently had to fly out of the country for over 2 months straight, and Padifoot jumped in to keep our kitties feeling safe at home. Ace Buddies has been amazingly reliable for Layla. Kieran has never let me down and I always know she is in good hands. I never worry about her. She was introduced to Ace Buddies as a German Shepherd puppy and has grown to be a playful, well behaved and confident dog who loves humans. I give ace buddies much credit in this. First time using Auntie Jack, but it won’t be the last. Our very nervous cat has been very well cared for, didn’t lose weight as he normally does when in a cattery, and even gave some cuddles (rare!) showing he liked and trusted Nick and Jackie. Very reassuring to have WhatsApp photos and updates daily. Highly recommended.

Fabulous! Jackie (who is super friendly and welcoming) provides the highest level of care, love and attention to your pets. Fabulous setting with updates as often as you like whilst you’re away. We've used Purple Paws a number of times to walk our Boxer who can be a bit of a handful but Cora is excellent with him. We are so happy to have found her and Milo clearly loves his walks with her. I can't recommend the services of this company highly enough.

Cora is fantastic with our Cockerpoo she has looked after him whilst we have been away and he gets so excited when he sees her. I’ve used Purple Paws for the occasional dog walk too and Cora also feeds our rabbits when we are away. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else, she’s just brilliant.

Purple Paws offer a great service of excellent pet care. I use Cora for her pop in service to feed and check on my rabbit Milkshake!! Highly recommend!

Amazing!

Chloe has been looking after our German shepherd wilf since we moved to the area, and I’d recommend her to anyone (even though I want to keep her all to myself). It’s honestly like leaving him with family - except better because Chloe is super qualified and won’t ignore our instructions. Her communication and dedication makes it easy to trust her with our fluffy son.

Chloe has been walking lyra for the last few months and the progress lyra has made is incredible, she is more responsive to commands and a lot calmer. The one thing lyra needed the most was consistency and chloe does that she will update me with anything that she has found helps when walking lyra. Chloe is fantastic at what she does and I can't thank her enough for helping me with my cheeky husky. Will definitely recommend her. Thank you chloe for being you and treating my girl like family.

Chloe has looked after our dog, Winnie since she was a pup and now 3 years on Winnie loves seeing Chloe every Wednesday and we can barely get her to come home after each visit. Would highly recommend Chloe, as she's reliable and takes great care of our dog every week.

Willow was a “very clingy” puppy a year ago when we first started using Happy Acres. They persevered with her and I can honestly say that within a few weeks she was a different dog. Willow loved her days in Daycare (as was obvious from the photos that get emailed daily showing what the dogs have been up to) and I cannot thank the caring staff for all they do to entertain the dogs they look after. It is with regret that we no longer need to use the services of Happy Acres however I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs a dog sitter!

My dog has always had a brilliant time at Happy Acres. She comes back exhausted after a day of fun. I love how we get a report with photos on what she’s been up to whilst she’s there. All the staff are super friendly and the set up runs very smoothly. We are very lucky to live near such a good doggy day care!

My pup loves coming to the Happy Acres, she gets so excited as soon as we arrive and drags me over to the staff! The staff are great, super friendly and you can tell they really love their jobs, nothing is too much trouble. They use a really good app for bookings, and after every session you get a report card for the day with pictures. So reassuring to know that we have such a great place that our pup loves whilst we are at work. Thank you Happy Acres!!

Happy Acres is an amazing Doggy Day Care centre! Our Labrador puppy gets so excited when he realises that we have arrived at Happy Acres. Tom, Laura and the whole team are very caring towards all of the dogs under their care. Their knowledge, in my opinion, is second to none.

Stanley loves his time at Happy Acres where he gets to play with all the other dogs in a well managed and controlled environment. Lots of open space for him to run around and burn off that energy whilst under the watch of the friendly and accommodating staff. He absolutely loves it !!

Koko gets so excited when she knows she’s going to Happy Acres and I can relax knowing she’s well cared for and having fun. It’s great for her to run around and socialise with other dogs so it’s ideal . It’s really easy to book her in and at short notice as well .

My two dogs, Pip and Lex, absolutely love Happy Acres. They go once or twice a week to play and socialise with other dogs. They come home worn out and happy! All of the staff are friendly and it is obvious how much they love the dogs.

Our dog has been going to Happy Acres twice a week for almost a year now, and he absolutely loves it. The team members are lovely and they care for the dogs really well. They are also very well organised, all admin is easy and they communicate perfectly. Loving the photos of my dog having fun each day, uploaded to the app. The pick-up and drop-off service makes our lives so much easier!

Thank you so much to the lovely guys at Nestledown. I have a rescue and was really nervous using kennels. I called them and they were so friendly and lovely. I said that I was really nervous to leave my dog and they suggested to bring her in for a few hours – for fee and pick her up later so that she knows Im coming back. They also said that I can look at the kennels before dropping her. SO the day I dropped her I did not tell them want time I will be arriving, just to check (yes I am paranoid) but…. they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They are so friendly, welcoming, helpful and I noticed that they have a passion for what they do. When I got to the kennels, they were doing their routines taking dogs into their own personal secured garden area and giving them individual attention. They do this a few times a day with all the dogs. But when the dogs are in their kennels, they have so much room. When I dropped my dog off for a few days, I called every day to see how she was doing and I received a full update. Nothing is ever to much for them. And AMAZING value for money. I know my 32kg baby was well looked after. In the heat they even have aircon for the dogs. When I collected her, her food and and water bowls were all washed and clean – AMAZING service. Can not recommend enough.

Best Nero's out there! And I have visited many in London. Never been disappointed with the coffee served up. It's HOT! And the staff are very good!

It was first time when we have left our dog. I have no words how thankful we are!!! She came home happy, clean and she put a little bit weight(like we did on holiday as well :D) and later looks like she was missing you :) Thank you a lot!

After taking our dog to a kennel that wasn't very suitable for him we decided to try out Nestledown. We haven't looked back since. Einstein loves coming here and practically jumps out the car and drags me in every time. Andy has been great and is really attentive to Einsteins needs - he had to stay for a short while during the recovery period from knee surgery and Andy & the team understood the need to make sure he didn't run around like a loony but still got his exercise and were happy to give him his medication too. We feel so comfortable leaving our fur baby with Nestledown, we know they take good care of him and just know he loves every second being there. Plus, he always come home super tired which is always a plus!

I wouldn't send my dog anywhere else. My Belgian Malinois has been going to Nestledown Kennels for almost two years now - (Due to his breed a lot of kennels wont house them). He is an extremely difficult dog to manage, he has severe separation anxiety and destroys everything when left alone. He goes to Doggy day most days and Andy and Mark are extremely flexible. They always give me a full rundown of what horrors Axels been up to that day and tolerate his mental behavior.They adapt a normal working day to fit around Axels needs and are just amazing. They are 10000% trustworthy and i wouldn't leave my dog with anyone else!

Just called this business and was super polite, didn’t even finish my sentence and the man at the end of the phone said in a very rude and abrupt manner “No chance with us” I didn’t even get to say July, Next year!! Well you’ve just lost out on business for 2023 for 4 dogs! Never will I use or call you again! So extremely rude…

Our Rabbit Thumper came to you for 2 weeks. I was so worried about leaving him as he had never been left before. He is also a house Rabbit. I cannot rate this place enough, it is absolutely fantastic and he was so well cared for. The photos on facebook were so lovely to see, I was looking daily to see which other animals had arrived. It was so lovely to see him outside in the fresh air but what I really loved was the arrivals and departures boards on the website-this was a fantastic touch. Thank you for looking after Thumper so well he will definitely come back for his holiday 😊

So happy to have found a lovely boarding centre where we know our rabbit Harley will be well looked after when we're away. Lorraine clearly cares a great deal about the animals staying with her and we really appreciated that Lorraine shared a photo of Harley on the Now Boarding Croydon Facebook page while we were on holiday so we could see how he was getting on. Would highly recommend!

I have been taking my rabbit Rolo to stay with Lorraine for a few years now and once he stayed there for around 2 months whilst I was moving home. Rolo has always been well cared for and I feel very happy to have somewhere to leave him where I know he will be looked after and happy! Lorraine always asks for vaccination certificates which gives me confidence that all the animals in her care have up to date vaccinations so I know Rolo will be safe there. There have been a few times when I have had flight delays or similar and Lorraine has always been accommodating! Very pleased with the service and I would thoroughly recommend Lorraine and her family

I'm disappointed to say that I didn't share the same positive experience as the other customers have reported. There is no doubt that our 2 male Guinea Pigs were cared for during their stay here. This review is more to do with the interactions with me as the pet owner. Communication with me was very poor, not one single update either during the GP's 4 day stay nor when I picked them up. Yet the owners thought it was appropriate to take pictures of the GP's & post on social media for their own gain, without the common courtesy of asking permission. Unfortunately, I was held up driving across London to collect, I'd let Lorraine know & she was ok with this. When I arrived, I feel like the boys had been in their carrier for some considerable time, they were petrified. I can only believe that they were put in at a certain time & left regardless. Also worth noting that there is a cat roaming around the house where the boys were left in their carrier. Bottom line, it feels like this is very much a business transaction for Lorraine, once you've paid that's the comms over with & for a place that is looking after my pets, I expect a little more heart & care to be shown towards them. I won't be returning.

Have been taking guinea pigs to stay at Now Boarding Croydon for several years now. Responses are always prompt and the guinea pigs seem to really enjoy their time being looked after. Would recommend!

We’ve been taking our two budgies to stay with Lorraine when we go away for a few years now and we wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. Excellent service and communication and they are always well cared for, thank you!

Always book our rabbits in here when we are away. Know they are being well looked after and never need to worry about them.
