Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Thank you for taking care of her!
We were very lucky to have had Nia for our recent house sit. She communicated well before the sit and arrived as planned. We shared a meal before we left which gave us time to get to know her and tell her about the house and our pets. After we left it soon became clear the cats loved Nia and the attention she gave them. We were kept informed throughout her stay with regular updates and video clips of what they were up to and how the garden was growing etc. We highly recommend Nia as a pet/house sitter and we would certainly have her back should the opportunity arise. Thanks again Nia
I'm delighted to have found Lisa as a sitter and hope to have her back again! She was detail oriented and clearly cared about my cats' well being. She asked good questions about the cats' routines and needs and about the house to be sure she'd meet my expectations and have a comfortable and successful sit. She communicated very well before and throughout the sit and even though I was unreachable for much of the time I was confident everyone was in good hands. Lisa left the house in immaculate condition and the cats were relaxed and happy when I got home. What a delight!
There are not enough words in the English language to express my deepest gratitude to Teresa and all the amazing love and care she showed my sweet cat Milo. From the moment she met Milo, I knew there was going to be a very special bond. He instantly relaxed when he first met and already looked so happy and at peace with her. The bond between the two of them only seemed to get stronger and stronger with every day that I was away. This two-week trip was so important for me as it was the first real "vacation" I had taken in a few years. I was in desperate need of a mental and physical break and knew that in order to have a true "time off', I needed to feel completely at peace with Milo being well-taken care of. Well my prayers were answered as Teresa was the "cat whisperer" I was hoping for. I could not have asked for a better, more compassionate, self-reliant, and intuitive sitter ! Teresa was also so diligent in sending me her daily picture and video updates of my cat. With every picture and video I saw, I knew that Milo was so happy being with her and I never worried for one minute while I was away. What a gift ! Teresa was also a serious life-saver for me as literally an hour before I was leaving for my trip, I found out my cat's tracker app was not working and after a few emails and phone calls, we found out the tracker's server was down. Teresa took the initiative to follow up with getting the tracker to work again which was a HUGE stress-relief for me . She is not only wonderfully savvy with animals but also with technology as well ! I feel so fortunate to have Teresa in my life now, not only as an amazing sitter for Milo but also as a wonderful friend for life! Thank you, Teresa for everything.... Milo and I so appreciate you .....
Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.
Angel was absolutely the best house sitter we could have hoped for. She is a very warm, open and diligent person and our two cats adored her. She looked after our house and garden with really conscientious care. She won over our very timid cat, Billie, and sent regular photos of both cats looking supremely content which gave us perfect peace of mind. The house was completely spotless on our return and the garden was fabulous... no mean feat since there was a heatwave while we were away and she kept everything watered and in great condition. We would have Angel back at the drop of a hat and cannot recommend her highly enough.
Heidi was an outstanding cat sitter for my Luna! She was very communicable via calls or texts. She followed all my guidelines for feeding and care of Luna. Luna was very content when I arrived home thanks to Heidi! My home was immaculate when I arrived and she did some snow shoveling. She even pulled a large broken tree branch off my roof following a windstorm. I hope Heidi is available for my next trip because she is awesome. Jim
We couldn't have asked for better sitters than Pares and Mark. Since our initial contact, it was straightforward to communicate with Pares. We were lucky enough to get a chance to meet Pares with our dog Luna, and Luna got along with her immediately. During our time away from home, she kept us informed about how both our dog and cat were doing, and they were both cuddling with her since the first day. We got a lot of pictures and knew that they were safe and happy. The apartment was exactly as we had left it when we came back. Pares and Mark even ran the dishwasher and the washing machine for us. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and it made our trip very easy knowing they were taken care of so well. We'd have Pares and Mark back to our home without any hesitation.
Ann Marie was an excellent house sitter who went above and beyond. She flew in a day early and stayed at a local hotel so we she could meet my cat and get the keys before my early flight the next morning. When I returned, she and Tryke were best friends and the house was immaculate. She even washed the sheets and towels, and remade the bed. I strongly recommend Ann Marie for any future sits!
Cat and Paul were wonderful sitters - our cats were contented and calm when we returned. And the house was spotless. Plus Paul mowed our entire yard including the back meadow - what a surprise! We very much enjoyed visiting with them as well and getting to know them. Highly recommend :)
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?
Veterinarians advising to leave cats at home with a pet sitter who will stay overnight in your home, boarding is not recommended for cats as they are stressed in a new environment, you can find a sitter who will care for your cats and home overnight at Sittsy.
How much should you pay someone to watch your cat?
At least $25 per visit, per overnight watching in your home, otherwise you can find a free sitter at Sittsy.
What do people do with their cats when they go on vacation?
Inviting a cat sitter to your home, boarding the cat with a local business, asking a friend, family or neighbour to feed and check the well-being. The most efficient way to leave your cat during your vacation is with Sittsy cat sitters overnight, in this way, you will save cat sitting costs and make vacation not only for you but also for your cat sitter!
I’ve been meaning to write a review but keep forgetting to! Our upcoming boarding served as a great reminder. We’ve been boarding our beagle Hallie at Wild Thyme for a few years now and she loves it so much. We never have any worries leaving her in Tracy and Pete’s care, and even when we’re gone for weeks we feel comforted knowing that she is being well cared for. Looking forward to her upcoming stays again this year :)
Our 1 year old female chocolate Labrador pup just came back from a 2.5 day stay and we couldn't be happier with Wild Thyme. She settled back in with us right away (which had not been our experience with her coming back from other extended daycares) which makes us think that her time there was just like being at a vacation home. The owners really seem to care about dogs as members of the family versus clients. We feel very lucky to have found this place and can highly recommend.
I knew Wild Thyme Dogs was the place for my dog when, after his first boarding stay, he saw Pete weeks later at the grocery store and started whining in excitement and rushing over to say hi before I even knew who was there. It really shows that they care for the dogs like a family. At all of the other facilities we'd tried, my dog came home stressed and exhausted, but every time he's stayed at Wild Thyme Dogs, he's come back tired but clean and relaxed! We have been so happy with Pete, Claire, and Tracy - so much so that my dog now goes regularly for daycare. Everyone is lovely and accommodating and very quick to respond. Wild Thyme Dogs takes very few dogs at a time and the dogs stay in a home environment with a huge yard to play in. I can finally relax and know that my dog is loved and in good hands. As a bonus, my dog has learned to love car rides instead of dreading them!
My Saint Bernard puppy loves this place better than any other daycare he’s been to! probably because they get extra attention and the owners treat every dog like part of their family, and there is a routine of dogs so my pup has made some good friends because there’s not new dogs going in and out all of the time like other daycares. I’m not saying other daycares aren’t as good we usually take him to unproven dawg if we need a couple of hours on short notice and he loves it there too but he is still a puppy and needs his rest and at Wild thymes he gets more rest because all of the dogs have a schedule. it’s also been great for when we go on vacation and have to leave our baby there!!!
Pete and Tracy are the best. Our dog doesn't like any other daycare or boarding. They go above and beyond and give their dogs the best time. Duncan loves his time here.
Ok I have finally decided I can’t be selfish not say how much I love wild thyme dogs and the wonderful amazing people that care for and love my beloved white German Shepherd Molly .This place is almost sacred to me and I didn’t want word spreading out too much 😊 But that was too selfish of me I decided . Whenever we go on vacation or just need a weekend breather they are ALWAYS there for us .They have the most wonderful set up and the dogs are literally a part of their family in their house . The back property is to die for . And this should be enough but NO They take the dogs on daily walks in the woods ! I am taking a chance here on sharing this . It is that good !!!! SHHHHHHH 😀
The best most wonderful place to take your dog and know that he will be happy and in the best care in the world. My dogs have gone to Wild thyme dogs for many years when we go on vacation.
Not impressed, unable to review because despite many attempts and methods to contact them over many weeks to arrange a booking , they didn't respond- ever. Doesn't inspire confidence in their care protocols if they don't respond to messages.
We highly recommend Wild Thyme Dogs! From our first visit here, we knew our Belgian Shepherd Kona would never go anywhere else
Always have a happy tired dog to come back to at the end of the day. My dog loves this place and so do I.
Everyone at Good Dog has always been so helpful. We have used the grooming, daycare, and boarding services for our small, somewhat nervous boy. They have gone above and beyond!! We definitely recommend them! ✨️
So took my dog in for a Profile and Tidy today and got him back and noticed his feathers were quite long still. So I took him back in, spoke to the front desk girl and mentioned what I noticed. I asked them to be trimmed just a little bit so they weren’t super long and then get him back and they were very tight/short. Think it was a misunderstanding/miscommunication between what I asked for and what was done. If you want something more specific, please be clear with your dogs and make sure if you have any concerns to actually speak to the person grooming your dog before it goes back to have anything done. ***Update*** I received a call from the manager and they were very understanding of my concerns and apologized. We spoke about it, and clearly it was a misunderstanding and explained both view points. Just to be clear as I mentioned above please be clear about your asks and if it’s something special they are more than willing to listen and help in these instances. She offered me credits and or add ons for next time which was very kind of her and they truly stand by their services, so that being said we will be back in the future. I appreciated that she took the time to call me and reach out. Customer service is very important and the manager did exceptionally well in this.
I brought my Samoyed here after numerous tries at another grooming location in which they told me I’d have to shave my poor boy because his fur was too compact. I spent hours brushing him out thinking that I got everything but he still needed a full groom. All I can say is that every dollar I spent on his grooming service with the team was 100% worth it!!! He is barely shedding, feels so soft, and they must’ve spent 4 hours brushing this boy because he is pristine!! Thank you- I am already looking forward to a more regular grooming schedule with your team!
Truly a 5 star experience- so much so that I am hesitant to post this review, as they are already so busy! Our dog Gatsby sees them weekly for daycare, and just stayed with them for an 11 day boarding trip. The care, the attention to detail, and the passion is unmatched. We have never experienced such amazing care for our little old man. Truly the best facility in the lower mainland. Thank you thank you thank you Good Dog! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was our second time at Good Dog Rocky Point for Copper’s Grooming and I was nervous as our previous groomer had left this location but I must say Shylow was exceptional and this is definitely my favourite look!!! Thank you for taking the time to come out and meet the two of us to go over pictures and style. He is so handsome and I couldn’t be happier!!! Just a couple pictures of the many I have already taken 😉
We really appreciated all the cuddles & love & attention our reactive dog received. I appreciated that there was a worker assigned to her each day so that she could get used to one person & the updates & pictures that they provided--it was very reassuring to see how relaxed she seemed. Also appreciated the puzzles & mental stimulation that she got to try out. I highly recommend this kennel for any dog, but especially for dogs who struggle with reactivity. Thanks Good Dog staff!
I came across good dog while researching good borders in my area. Good Dog has a very informative website that answers all possible questions. They just seemed so appealing and so right for our dog. I was in for a first assessment for daycare and boarding within a couple days. Dropped him off in the morning by mid afternoon, ,I had already been contacted with an update, detailing what he had done for the day. That evening, I was emailed a video report card absolutely amazing. I am definitely going to be using this facility for daycare and boarding!.
We’ve been taking our dog Emmy-Lou to Good Dog Rocky Point shortly after they had opened in Port Moody. We have used their daycare, boarding and training services. Ida was our trainer for both the group sessions as well as one recent private session. She went above and beyond to address all of the concerns we had with our puppy. Her passion, commitment and positive energy makes it a pleasure to be around, and Emmy loves her too which is a huge bonus because of how cautious and shy she usually is around people. Highly recommend Ida as well as all of the custom daycare/boarding staff. Top notch services all around.
We are so grateful for the amazing experience we had today. From the moment we reached out to Good Dog with our own pawrental anxiety due to our bestest boy, Indiana Bones, having such a terrible experience at a another kennel, we were cautiously optimistic that his first visit would go well. But it didn’t go well. It went absolutely perfectly and more amazing than we could’ve hoped and exceeded our expectations. We’re absolutely elated to have Indiana in a safe and nurturing environment full of friends and enrichment. Thank you for giving Indiana and his nervous pawrents a chance.
I've never taken my dog to a groomer before but I've had an amazing first experience with the staff at Good Dog. They were friendly, kept me updated and I felt like they truly cared about the well-being of my girl, Kira. Would recommend!!
Nightmare of an experience, please never trust this business if you love your dog. They will hurt your puppy and absolutely deny everything. I will post a before/after picture of my puppy which has developed alopecia now because of this terrible company and their unprofessional staff. EDIT: they reply to every review except the one that needs an answer. What a shame !
Cassandra is the BEST groomer in the business. I have told everyone I know that has a dog to go to her. I live far and will make the extra trip first thing in the morning just to see her. My dog is scared of every other groomer except for her. She handles him with the best care I've seen. When Charlie see's her, you should see his reaction. He acts the same as when I come home from work! He LOOVES her!!! She makes Charlie look like a fluffy little ball of snow.. She knows exactly how to cut his hair every time and I've never been happier. If I can figure out how to upload a photo I'll add it in after I post this :)
We’ve been taking our dog here for about 1.5 yrs . No complaints about the grooming, that was always fine. I wouldn’t however recommend the boarding services. We have used the daycare and boarded him there before and there were no issues, he’s an incredible dog and very chill, gets along great with the pack. This last time we boarded him we got a call the next day that he’s too over stimulated and mounting so they are putting him on “breaks”. They go right into listing off other suggestions instead of boarding him there in the future with so many dogs. 1. How many dogs exactly are there because of course he’s going to be extra excited to be with friends so it sounds like maybe they are boarding too many dogs at once. 2. Does a break mean you are isolating him? 3. Exactly how many of these “breaks” are you putting him on, isolating him from the pack? How is that supposed to help him socially and emotionally?? 4. Are you not giving him a proper chance to settle down and get used to being around a lot of dogs because then he would obviously start to listen and settle and not mount anymore. Their tone felt like they were shaming us, making us feel like we were doing something wrong. The happy peppy dog we dropped off came home lethargic to the point we were concerned he might’ve been sedated. It’s been days since we brought him home now and he’s still depressed, sad and lethargic, he is not at all his usual happy bouncy self, he has no life in his eyes. I’m extremely disappointed in Uptown dog and we will never take him back. We’ve been boarding him for 5 years at various places and have never once had a complaint about his behaviour. We don’t know what they have done over there to him but he’s not the same dog and we are extremely upset. It’s clear to us they isolated him too much and weren’t fair to him because that was the easier thing to do rather than help him to adjust to the environment. This is abusive treatment. We paid a lot of money just to get a dog returned to us displaying like he was mistreated. This is not acceptable. We will never recommend Uptown Dog for Boarding nor use their services again.
I recently visited Paws & Perfection Dog Grooming for the first time, hoping for a pleasant grooming experience for my beloved dog. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory and left me deeply disappointed. The grooming itself was where the experience truly fell short. Despite specific instructions provided at check-in, it was evident that these were overlooked as my dog emerged looking nothing like what was discussed. it was clear that minimal effort was made to ensure a thorough job. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the manager on duty, their response was dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, they brushed off my feedback with a curt, "We did our best." Edit: I am referring to my boyfriends puppy here and I have made this post for AWARENESS. I do not want anyone to go through what we have been going through with them. Hope this helps people who are considering doing business with them.
We have been bringing our rescue pup Rocky to Uptown Dawg Poco for over a year now. We always have a great experience and all of the staff is so friendly and helpful. Rocky is selectively reactive and the ladies here always make sure his needs are met when he’s in for a groom - where Hayley knocks it out of the park every time. I was very lucky to find such amazing helpful service from these women so close to home!! Thanks for all you do everyone :)
Uptown is a great place and my dog loves it there. She always comes home happy, healthy and tired! They care deeply about the dogs and their professionalism and care for our best friends is evident.
I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I need to after our dog’s 3 night stay at uptown dawg. It turned out to be a disaster and a very stressful time for our dog. We dropped off a happy and let me stress a very healthy (10 month old) puppy Tuesday morning. I called the day before, Monday to schedule daily walks for our little girl. I was told yes that they take them for walks at 10 am around Rocky Point, I thought great. When I dropped her off on Tuesday they said no she won’t be going for walks due to the dog walkers not starting until 10:30 and by then it would be too hot to walk the dogs. I left feeling upset as that was communicated at the last minute. Our puppy was never taken out for walks. We called uptown dawg that evening to see how she was doing. They said great, they set up a pool in the back and she was having fun. We felt better and left it at that. We picked her up Friday. She was so stressed on the drive home. She was panting and chewing at her toes. When we got home I noticed most of the hair on her right front paw had been chewed off and she was also chewing the rest of her paws all the while panting and not settling down. No one at uptown dawg said anything about this to me at time of pick up. I emailed uptown dawg to express my concern and astonishment that this chewing on her paws was over-looked by the people who we left our little girl in the care off. I got a phone call the next day from someone saying they noticed her hiding and chewing her paws and tried putting a cone on her head but it didn’t work. They said the chewing started that day. (?) We took her to our vet immediately. Our vet was shocked that all 4 paws were infected at the same time, something she has never seen before. There was dried puss between her toes, they were red, raw from chewing and all infected. She was in distress. She was put on antibiotics, her toes were trimmed as best as possible without having to put her to sleep, she was prescribed a cream for her toes as well as a flush. Our little girl suffered for 2 weeks. I believe all of this was caused due to the environment at uptown dawg. I don’t think it’s a healthy one. A pool for dogs is nothing more than a germ infested place for a dog to play. A last note, which was a red flag that I ignored, I was not allowed to view the daycare area, the outdoor play area or where they spend their night because they didn’t want to disturb the dogs already there. We have since searched out 2 other doggie daycare’s in our area. Both daycare’s set up an appointment with us to tour their facility. Happy to report we have found the perfect daycare for Charlie. It’s been a month since Charlie was left at uptown dawg and to this day no one from uptown dawg cared enough to do a follow up on how our puppy was doing after my e-mail to them expressing my concern over the condition she was in after her stay with them. Cheryl
this daycare is the best! I booked here for my friend's dog who is new comer in Canada. I was worried because it was first time to use the daycare and the dog is quite anxious but now I believe here is the best day care! dog trainner is really kind and caring. I highly recommend here!
The staff here are so sweet. You can tell they genuinely care about pets and we discussed the concerns I had about my pet (flakey skin and excess shedding) and not only offered a wonderful service, but recommended some at-home remedies and practices to help better maintain the skin and coat. They have a great selection of local, healthy, minimal ingredient treats and food options for cats and dogs alike and were very helpful in comparing products to find what was best suited for my pet. I will continue to visit this store and their other locations.
We were impressed when we called Uptown Dawg and they were very friendly when they answered the phone and said that we were able to bring our dog in right away to have his nails cut. The store was very well laid out and the staff were very friendly. His nails looked great when they brought him back to us. They even gave him a treat. We will definitely be back.
As a dog owner, I am very satisfied with Maggie taking Uno for a daycare. She's flexible and available always to help client's take care of their dogs. I will highly recommend Magie to my friends, relatives and whoever is reading this review. You can never go wrong with Maggie. She's amazing!
Maggie took really good care of our energetic border collie. She got lots of exercise and was all tired out when we got her back. We were able to get her last minute and she was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
Our dog loved her stay with Maggie. It was our first time using Rover and, after our meet and greet, I felt comfortable booking Maggie took our dog for hikes and sent photos of my dog.
12/10 would recommend Ian and the amazing adventure service he provides. We have 3 dogs who absolutely adore Ian and come home happy and exhausted after all of their adventures. We struggled to find someone who met our needs as our pups are used to off-leash hikes, and Ian far exceeded our expectations. We were weary about sending our slightly dog-reactive dog on pack walks, but Ian tested the waters slowly but surely, and was able to integrate all 3 into his packs with no issues. Ian is communicative, considerate, and wildly accommodating.
Ian has been taking our pup for adventures for almost two years and we love seeing how much fun he has on his outings. We trust Ian completely. He is always reliable and consistent, cares for all his dogs and finds amazing locations for his pack to play. Highly recommend adventures unleashed!
Ian Thanks so much for what you do for our dogs Kona and Vida. They love the adventures with your pack. Our dogs are always safe and having the best time of their lives while with you in these great adventures!!!! Rain , snow or sunshine - Ian is always there👍🏽😜
My Leo is living a new life since meeting Ian. We've tried three dog daycares before, but Leo struggled to socialize with other dogs and always resisted going. Fortunately, we discovered Ian, and since then, Leo has been radiating his abundant energy and happiness. When I mention Ian's name, Leo wags his tail and rushes to the door. Dogs may not speak, but their actions reveal the exciting adventures Ian brings into their lives. Bonus: fantastic photos!
Ian has been taking our rescue dog,Joey out for adventures for over a year now . Our pooch had issues meeting other dogs and socializing however Ian took him under his wing and Ian turned our dog into an unleashed butterfly. He’s as reliable of a dog walker as they come and he has done wonders for building our boy Joeys confidence! If we ever needed an emergency dog walk he has not once said no. He truly cares for his pack of dogs as if they were his own! Can’t recommend him enough!
We have been very fortunate to have known Ian and have him be a big part of our dogs Josie and Fred’s lives for the better part of the past two years. Our guys absolutely adore him and love the amazing outings Ian organizes for them and their friends. It’s no wonder because Ian is an exceptionally kind and caring person and it is clear he loves his dogs as much as they love him. Ian has also helped is numerous times when we were stuck and needed a short term sitter or maybe some additional adventures.
My sons and I met Ian up at Bunzon Lake last summer, and after we hung out for a hour with his pack I knew i could trust Ian to care for my dog. I was right! He has been super friendly, reliable, and has really helped me with my large but slightly anxious pup when I had to return to the office more. Ian is trustworthy and great at communicating and is honest in feeding back progress and tips and tricks and any concerns he has. I know he really cares about all the pups he looks after. Shadow has bonded with Ian and his the off leash groups really well and always comes home worn out. I have a crazy busy life and Ian has been flexible and accommodating when possible to squeeze in an extra walk or change adventure times. I couldn't recommend his services more!
Ian is reliable, friendly and communicates well. He is fabulous with my dog, who can be stand-offish and shy; Ian won her over and she LOVES her adventures with him!
Ian is amazing with our dog. Monty lays in wait by our front door everyday. Ian also was very helpful in training Monty as a very stubborn pup. Ian come rain or shine.
Absolutely love the service provided. We feel confident and safe leaving our dog in Ian’s care. Very grateful our dog is able to experience this and just simply “be a dog”.
When I am out of town and my pups need walking or a sleep over, Carolina is my go to friend. My dogs love her and I always know they will get the best care. Thanks Carolina!
We recently used Pawsitivity Pet Care for our wedding, which was one of our best decisions! Aysia was so amazing with our dog and even arranged to meet him beforehand - so we already knew he was in great hands. We were so thrilled that we could include him in our big day but also knew that he was well taken care of without burdening any of our friends and family. Getting an email with adorable photos of him throughout the wedding was an added bonus! Thank you, Aysia!
Aysia was absolutely amazing with our girl on our wedding day helping Finnley be a part of every aspect of the ceremony. Highly recommend her!!
We LOVE PPC so much, and for the first time in 20 years I can leave a pup in boarding and vacation care free. I couldn’t rave more about the care the dogs get at PPC and how happy my girl Matilda is to go there for sleepover parties - I literally tell EVERYONE to take their dogs there. Knowing that Aysia worked at a vet clinic and is also an R+ trainer is literally the cherry on top. Huge fan. Huge.
Aysia and the team at Pawsitivity are absolutely amazing! Our dog is more than a handful, and as their name suggests they gave him an incredibly Pawsitive environment. We got updates on how our little guy was doing, and could tell by the photos that he was having a blast and beyond well taken care of. It was an amazing experience for our dog and us. I know he already can't wait to go back.
Pawsitivity Pet Care is simply fantastic. Our dog adores all the hikes, swims, and treats she gets whenever she is with Aysia and always comes home tired and happy! Aysia is very accommodating and sends lots of updates on how our dog is doing while we are away. We completely trust Pawsitivity Pet Care with our dog and are so thankful for all her!
I cannot recommend Pawsitivity Pet Care highly enough. Aysia took such amazing care of our crazy 11 month old pup Cedar when we were away on vacation. Loved the daily updates and personalized care. It is such a relief knowing that your pet is so well cared for and happy. It really made it possible for me to relax and enjoy our vacation fully. Thank you Aysia!!
I can’t say enough good things about Pawsensitity! They are so good with reactive pups, our doggo is not a happy camper about nail trims & have had no luck with repeat nail trims anywhere until now. They are so incredibly welcoming, & so caring with both doggo & parent never making you feel like a bad pet parent for your dog being a a jerk about something scary like a nail trim…my doggo likes to bring the drama. I don’t trust many with my doggo but hands down trust Pawsensitiity with our girl!
Aysia and Alexia are literally the biggest blessings in my (and my boys) lives. My one dog Dexter was not thriving at other daycares as he was being overstimulated by tons of other dogs and would have little human interaction. This was turning him into an unpredictable dog. I ended up pulling him out of daycare and panicking on where to take them. I believe everything happens for a reason and while at work, a coworker suggested I give Pawsitivity Pet Care a try. I literally drive an hour and 15 minutes out of my way to drop my dogs off because I refuse to take my dogs anywhere else. From the endless attention they get and the perfect amount of playtime my boys are happy yet tired at the end of each day. I’ve been with Pawsitivity for over 2.5 years now and we will be life long clients. If you have the opportunity to take your dog here, jump on it. My boys are my entire life and I would not trust taking them anywhere else. There has not been a single issue in the time we have been here and that proves what an incredible business they run both professionally and how much they truly care about their clients. 100 stars out of 5!
I have abit of anxiety leaving our golden retriever whenever we go anywhere and have always had the hardest time leaving him; feeling like he would 100% be care for the same way he is at home. Then we started taking him to Pawsitivity. Have not looked back since. I am absolutely confident that he is having a puppy vacation as we are having a human vacation while he is left in Aysia’s care. All meanwhile I know he is completely safe and is getting the best care and love as well. I will never go anywhere else simply because all of the animals Aysia cares for are family and that is how they are treated, daily adventures and constant new fun activities ensures the whole time!
I’m not sure I can even express in words how incredible Aysia and the Pawsitivity Pet Care team are! Their extremely personalized approach to your pets needs and their above and beyond style to truly treat your pup like one of their own is unlike anything my pups and I over the years have experienced anywhere else. Truly one of a kind and we feel so lucky to be part of the PPC family!!
We just got back from a 2 week vacation & had Carole watch our fur babies - Tia our darling little dog - - Midnight our lovable cat - and our fish aquarium - I have no words to commend Carole on a job well done!! - not only is Wags 2 Whiskers reliable, affordable but your fur babies are not just taken care of they are tenderly loved by Carole. We think Tia is missing her today. Carole emailed us regularly while we were away making our holiday that much more enjoyable. Rocky went out of his way to assist Carole when Tia would not go to the bathroom, Rocky also took time out of his day to look at our vacuum cleaner as Carole was ensuring our place was spotless upon our return. We have hired other pet sitters in the past & our thoughts are that Wags 2 Whiskers is the best!! If you have a upcoming holiday and worried about the care of your fur babies Wags 2 Whiskers is highly recommended by both Russell & me.
Phoned and left a message. Got no reply. My wife did the same and also got no reply. If they can't return a simple phone call how can I expect them to take care of my dog.
We use W2W whenever we go out of town. Always take fantastic care of our cats, especially our 17 year old with kidney issues and special medication requirements.
Best dog walker in the Tri Cities.
Never been there. Great question Google. 🤔 …
