Kendra was a great cat sitter to Genepi and she truly is a cat whisperer. Genepi usually takes 4 days to make friends with a new person but she came out and made friends with Kendra Day 1! Kendra regularly sent wonderful videos and pics of Genepi purring happily. The apartment was neat when we returned and our garden was blossoming. Would absolutely ask Kendra to sit again and highly recommend her. Thanks Kendra!!

Our review is written by Steven (house owner, host + my father) + also by Kim (the daughter). Written by Kim: This was our first house sit since the passing of my mother in late Dec 2023. I was helping my father Steven (whose profile it is) manage all the emails + try + find a great house sitter + came along Gretchen’s profile! Not only is she a cool cat + someone you might want to get to know, I found myself quickly talking to her. I shortly found out her profile is just a glimpse of how interesting she is but talking to her was so much better! She is a world traveler with many experiences + stories to share. We quickly became conversationalists who could talk forever + probably will continue to do so! Thank you TH! She is easy to communicate with + continued the consistent communication all along our journey of having her as our *first* guest after my mom’s passing. It was clearly a time filled with anxiety + sensitivity so there were some sensitive topics to go over + Gretchen got it right away. A few of our rooms in the house were off-limits (as they housed my mom’s things) but we reassured her the house has ample space for her to enjoy + there are many lovely outdoor spaces to boot! When she arrived she felt she was in paradise + really relished in the outdoor beauty + the indoor coziness. We were happy to share it with someone who appreciated it so much! She also was very understanding with the fact that both my dad + I would both be involved as we both handled different parts of the stay. Me, writing + setting up the Welcome Guide + would go over the situation but then upon her arrival my dad would take over + answer any questions mostly during her sit. The good part of having 2 people is she had accessibility to us both, in the case she needed it + sometimes it came up! She juggled all the communication oh so well. My mom usually handled most of the logistics so this being our first time we were nervous something would come up we might not know but it didn’t! It was new territory for us + we wanted to make sure she had everything. Gretchen handled it all with such ease, seamlessly, really respecting our wishes/desires + taking all the information into her hands + making it seem easy on her end to do so. She was easy to coordinate schedules with! There was a gap in her 1st + 2nd sit but everything went seamlessly even when my flight had a day long delay. She was able to coordinate schedules with me arriving in between, then leaving, my dad arriving different days + us extending the trip too. It all worked out! We were all a good team! She absolutely loved our older cat, Benny + he fast + furiously fell in love with her oh so easily. When I saw him, he looked oh so loved + after saying hi to me went over to ‘her’ bed + slept there waiting for her to come back. She sent many pictures, videos + even cute creations + toys she made for our Benny + it was obvious the house + our Benny were her first priority. She even asked us if she could help prune our flowers/shrubs, something my mom used to do + honestly it was an honor to hear her ask that. She was welcome to set up her art studio + play away. She was very communicative when our house cleaner, landscape gardener + house manager showered up for different reasons. When I arrived back for a short stint before she came back the 2nd time our mail was so well organized it was an assembly line! She also offered to take down our xmas tree (as we were a bit behind in taking down our xmas decorations) + she was sensitive to the fact that we were adjusting to a new normal. Thank you so much Gretchen! You made our first sit in a long time so seamless + such a relief that we are ready now to host again. We only wish we could have more Gretchen’s! (She’s also a super talented artist!) Written by Steven: Overall, Gretchen has been an absolute treasure. She has fulfilled our goals for a house sitter perfectly - she took good care of the house, great care of our treasured pet, Mr. Benny + took care of the grounds such as watering a few plants + trees. She excelled in all the above + is welcome back anytime I will be out of town in the future.

We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.

Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Angel was absolutely the best house sitter we could have hoped for. She is a very warm, open and diligent person and our two cats adored her. She looked after our house and garden with really conscientious care. She won over our very timid cat, Billie, and sent regular photos of both cats looking supremely content which gave us perfect peace of mind. The house was completely spotless on our return and the garden was fabulous... no mean feat since there was a heatwave while we were away and she kept everything watered and in great condition. We would have Angel back at the drop of a hat and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Ruoyi was the perfect sitter for our cat Toni! We would highly recommend her to any pet owner, and hope she can sit for us again in the future. Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

Jinnie was an excellent house sitter for me and my cat Felix. Completely responsible and reliable and helpfully flexible. She was willing to work with me as I dithered on whether I was actually going to go on my trip (which was dependent on good weather), and when I finally decided on making my trip one day shorter. House was clean and organized on my return, and, more importantly, my cat was calm and relaxed on my return. I would happily have Jinnie come sit for me and Felix again.

We couldn't have asked for better sitters than Pares and Mark. Since our initial contact, it was straightforward to communicate with Pares. We were lucky enough to get a chance to meet Pares with our dog Luna, and Luna got along with her immediately. During our time away from home, she kept us informed about how both our dog and cat were doing, and they were both cuddling with her since the first day. We got a lot of pictures and knew that they were safe and happy. The apartment was exactly as we had left it when we came back. Pares and Mark even ran the dishwasher and the washing machine for us. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter, and it made our trip very easy knowing they were taken care of so well. We'd have Pares and Mark back to our home without any hesitation.

Cat and Paul were wonderful sitters - our cats were contented and calm when we returned. And the house was spotless. Plus Paul mowed our entire yard including the back meadow - what a surprise! We very much enjoyed visiting with them as well and getting to know them. Highly recommend :)

I approached HWPC very recently for my dog "Butkus". While we went out for vacation Kaushal and his team took really good care of Baku. He would respond within minutes. He kept me updated through the time even took the initiative to send Baku a grooming session, getting his food, including picking him up & dropping him down, everything. Kaushal is a very humble man. I cannot recommend Kosala highly enough. He looked after my 2 daschunds for over a month when we returned to the UK. As nervous dogs we were looking for someone who could give them one to one attention and love in a small family environment. Kosala provided me with video and picture updates regularly and put my mind at rest. When they ran out of food it was no problem for him to sort more out which took the stress out of sorting it from another country. I have already booked them in again I was so happy to find a dog boarder like this in Dubai, it’s brilliant!
It was my first time using this kind of services and I was a little worried, but this was the best decision I’ve made. Dilbit was coming to feed, meet and play with my cat everyday while I was away. He took such a good care of him, sending me videos of him everyday which was putting my heart at ease! Very friendly and very trustworthy company, I would recommend it 100%!!
Each time, they took a very good care of my dog, Panther. She is kind but not easy and they have always been very patient and nice with her.
Kosola is just amazing! Whenever we travel for a few days and need someone to take care of our Husky we call him. Needless to mention how excited and happy Trinity, our dog gets when he comes to walk her or even sometimes spend an evening at his house due to guests whom maybe afraid of dogs. Going to Kisola’s is a fun outing for her! She jumps in his car as if she’s known him for years! He is always on time, very respectful and you can tell with the way he is with her, that he just loves animals! Highly recommend! You or your fur baby will be super happy!
I can't recommend this daycare enough! Kosala and Manoja provide a loving and professional environment that feels just like home for our furbaby. Our 3-year-old Dachshund, Cutie, adores it here, and we've happily opted for a monthly package. It's reassuring to know she's not caged and is monitored constantly while we're at work. If you're looking for a place that treats your pets like their own, this is it!

Love the service and super care! Anita has gone out of her way to take care of my two senior cats. She has looked after them several times when I have been on trips from 1 - 3 weeks. Daily updates with several videos have always put me at ease and she has kept the place so extremely clean how I left it which was so nice for the cats and for me coming home! The cats always have been in good spirits when I came home which is a big sign they were looked after properly as with other carers I have had different experiences unfortunately. I trust her fully with my cats and home and will rebook her again anytime I need her
I did not regret choosing Cuddle Crew to take care of my pets while I was on vacation. They also have better pricing than other competitors in the market. The assigned sitter Richard did a great job. Cuddle Crew is absolutely amazing! We have a 5 year old Beagle Houston who loves spending time with them. Our pet sitter was amazing and looked after our puppy with love and taught her so many new disciplines along the way as she is still a puppy and was a bit naughty but she fixed some of those issues 10 out of 10.

We visited with our granddaughter and Simba, who is an extremely nervous rescue. Shiva was very kind and the groomer very calm. Shiva even took the trouble to introduce my granddaughter to some of the dogs and she made new friends. Our first visit - but we will be regulars.

First timer here at Pawsome Friends. I was in Dubai for the weekend and my usual spot was fully booked. Fortunately they had availability and I had all their info from before when I was researching boardings. The booking process was quick and easy. Their facilities were definitely neat and impressive. The huge amount of space for big and small fur babies was nice to see and the fact it’s all visible because of the transparent windows. Best part about my little one’s stay was the regular updates and the overall care she received. She came back to me happy as always. 10/10 would recommend the boarding facilities at Pawsome Friends.
Pawsome Friends did a good job taking care of my dog! The staff at Pawsome friends was professional and caring, they regularly send updates of my dog to me through whatsapp. They took the time to ask about my dog’s needs, and any special instructions. The facilities were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, my dog came back smelling good too! Overall, I highly recommend Pawsome to any pet owner in need of boarding services.
I recently boarded my pet, Toto, and had an excellent experience! The onboarding process was smooth, and the team did a great job keeping me updated with photos and videos. It was reassuring to see Toto happy and well-cared for. A big plus is that they take the pets for walks on real grass, which Toto absolutely loved. Highly recommend their services!
I send my little Nala to Pawsome at least once a week for day care and have sent her for a long stay when we have been away! They are so nice with her and always send me videos of how much fun she is having! Would highly recommend! :)

I've been using Celine & Paws for both pet daycare and grooming services, and I cannot express enough my satisfaction with their love & care. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dog feels at home in their clean boutique. My dog has come back after grooming session looking refreshed and well-groomed, making me feel confident that they received top-notch professional attention. The pricing is fair and transparent, which adds to the overall value of the service. Our puppy Enzo is always extremely happy in Celine&Paws. He cannot wait to get there every morning and meet his human and furry friends. He has been always treated with the utmost love and care and the team at Celine&Paws are involved even in behavior correction, walks, plays, and everything that a puppy requires. We LOVE Celine and Paws and would highly recommend to anyone looking to board their cat. Our 10m kitten spent 3 weeks at C&P, she had never spent a night away from us before so was very nervous and they loved her like their own! Giving her lots of love and cuddles and helping her to feel more comfortable around other cats (amd the dogs too!). She was so well looked after and returned home very happy. They also clipped her nails for us and groomed her ready to come home! As they only board a small number of cats you know that your cat will get lots of attention amd they have so much time out of their cages to play, unlike many other places we looked at which only offered half an hour playtime a day. And the best part...you get constant photographs and updates whilst you are away! Prices are very reasonable also. We won't use anywhere else!
I would definitely recommend Celine&Paws to every pet-owner! Atmosphere here is so nice and all staff is a huge professional! They can find an approach to every pet! My chihuahua treats Michelle as a second mum. She is VERY loving and friendly person and that’s why my dog allows her to kiss and do whatever she wants ahah! They will always help you here, give you advice. And also will arrange a taxi. My dog is so lucky to meet lots of new friends here and to be a star of Celine&Paws Instagram account! It’s the best way to socialize your dog. Mine visits this boutique once a week (for daycare) and any time we need to leave for a couple of days. Be sure that all your wishes for pet care and feeding will be taken into account. What is more - here they are very attentive to all the vaccines and usually monitor the condition of the pet. We woof this place for all our hearts!
Celine and Paws is a fabulous boutique doggie daycare, groomers and pet boarding in JLT. I got a puppy recently and was recommended Celine and Paws by a friend in the JLT dog community, as a local place for small dogs to go. Being Luna is a toy Pomeranian puppy this was the perfect spot for her to go every day whilst I was at work :) I also put Luna into their pet boarding for over a week and she was the happiest puppy when I picked her up! Monia, Michelle, Arnold and Michael truly all love the animals like their own pets and give so much love and kindness to the animals that any paw- parent would be so thankful for! Love you guys at Celine and Paws, can’t recommend their services enough :) They also have a fabulous range of doggie clothing and accessories which Luna now has many of! Love Gemma and Luna xxx

I would say. I have onboarded my pet bella for a month after lot of research. And Celine & paws took very very best care of my pet. My pet was really happy and healthy, they send me many photos and videos each days. I went for holidays tension free. I took best decision by trusting Celine and paws with my pet.
I boarded my cat Boots for around 6 days and they took care of him and pampered him just like i would do. The overall experience was very beneficial for Boots as well because he got to socialize with other cats and people. Now he is no longer shy and can get along with other cats. I take my dog Lili for grooming since she was 4 month and they always advised me about her grooming and to wait for her haircut until she is an adult so her hair grow properly, it’s obviously they are passionate about what they do and it’s a business run out of love m. I recently took my pets to Petsville Palm and overall, it was a very positive experience. The staff are incredibly attentive and seem genuinely dedicated to making sure each animal is well cared for. It’s clear they prioritize the comfort and happiness of the pets, and they take their roles seriously, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, and my pets seemed relaxed in the environment, which is always a great sign. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and they seemed to have plenty of space for the pets to move around and interact. It’s also nice to know that they provide updates, so you’re never completely out of touch with how your pet is doing. We book our dog (Yorky) in on a regular basis for boarding and daycare. The staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and caring. Our dog does not show any sign of mood or behavior change when coming back from boarding. We can highly recommend this place.

I can’t recommend Petsville Palm enough. The team there are truly amazing, and are me (and my dog’s) favourite and most trusted doggy daycare/hotel. The staff have a personalised approach to the pets they take care of, even celebrating key dates like doggy birthdays and holidays such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day. It’s obvious that the team are all massive animal lovers and they know the personalities of the pets that visit their branch, inside out. They sent lots of pictures and updates throughout any time my dog spends there which helps me relax. They send these whether my dog is there for a few hours during the day or a longer nightly stay. My dog has made lots of friends there, and by attending this daycare - he has become much more sociable. I love to put him there especially during summer days to burn his energy when it’s a too hot for him to manage longer walks outside and in every picture update, he looks so happy. 10/10 recommend Petsville Palm and the team.

Everyone is friendly and supportive. Completely trust them to take care of Mable whether it be a day or for weeks at a time. Love the photos and videos that are shared to keep me updated. Always make extra fun effort with her photos on her birthday and over the holidays.
