We used them for in home services, for our cat and two dogs who are rescues. I felt so comfortable being away knowing our fur babies were being well taken of. Also seeing their experience with handling nervous dogs put me at ease. I got updates and pictures. It made me so happy to see. I love the fact that they can take care of other animals, chickens, fish,ect as well as maintain things in the home upon request, such as watering plants and whatnot. It helps us make plans for future vacations or emergencies that may come up. 10 out of 10 we highly recommend them!

My dog, Maggie, stayed at The Pet Companion for six nights. This was her first experience at a kennel and it was a successful one. Upon arrival I immediately got good vibes! They are strict with the drop off and pick up times to ensure the dogs get used to a schedule and have a calm environment. Thank you for taking good care of our dog and for sending text updates with pictures!

The Pet Companion is the only place I will ever take our dog. They’re great with him. They take time with each and every animal. When he had a partial cruciate tear in his back leg, they took him for walks instead of playing ball since he couldn’t run and jump. They take wonderful care of him while we’re away. And we really appreciate all they do for him.

The Pet Companion is the only place to go if you want your dog to be well taken care of. I have known Lisa for several years now and I trust her implicitly. She is very professional, pleasant and I believe genuinely cares for your pet as if he was her own.

The dogs went willingly with her when we dropped off and seemed super happy when we picked up. We were super nervous being our lab had a bad experience at a previous stay somewhere else. I booked our next trip for their stay with Lisa before we left.

Just stop looking and choose the Pet Companion. Lisa is by far the best pet sitting service I have ever used. One of my dogs works as a therapy dog, so I only want the absolute best for him to keep him in tip top shape for work. The first time I visited, Lisa answered all my questions and took me back into the kennels so I could feel comfortable with the lodging. She was also very thorough in making sure they had no communicable diseases, which I appreciated. I initially started using the Pet Companion only on small overnight visits, but I soon realized that my dogs were in the absolute best of hands and I have no reason for concern. I just came back from a 8 day trip out of the country and it was so lovely to know that my dogs were being pampered on their own personal vacation as well. She gives me such peace knowing she is caring for them.

I highly recommend The Pet Companion if you need to board your pup. The facility is clean and well run. The owner is fabulous! My dog recently stayed and I will definitely use this facility the next time I go out of town.

I have a 2 year old border collie and a 13 year old Chihuahua mix who love coming here! Both of my dogs have had really bad experiences at traditional daycare/boarding places where their needs we're not being met (unsupervised group play where other dogs started fights and mine were blamed, small kennels with only short 10 min walks, minimal one on one interaction) . My older dog gets very anxious when being boarded and I love that i am able to have the two of them in the same kennel so she doesn't feel so alone. The property is huge so the dogs have plenty of room to burn energy and wander around to sniff. I love that the dogs have their indoor space that is temperature controlled, but then an outdoor run so they can hang out outside if they wanted to. Whenever we drop them off they both go straight back without looking twice. I feel like her prices are fair and (unlike a lot of boarding centers) you actually get what you pay for in the quality of care Lisa provides. We make about a 45 minute drive out, but it's worth it having the peace of mind that Lisa takes such good care of them when we travel and they have a great time. I can't reccomend the pet companion enough!!!!

We have been taking our two dogs to Pet Companion for years. Lisa takes good care of them. She is very caring and attentive to our dogs. They really like going to visit her and get excited every time we drive up. She has a nice large fenced exercise area and clean modern kennel units which have separate inside and outside areas. They get a lot of exercise and it’s an stress-free place for them. I recommend Pet Companion for a nice safe local place for dogs.

Caroline and Tyler are truly amazing. We are incredibly grateful that we found such caring and reliable petsitters in our area. We are "those people" that shower our animals with love and pretty much obsess over finding them the best possible care when we are out of town. Ohana Pet Care exceeds expectations. It's like our cats and dog didn't even know we were gone! We also send our dog to get groomed with them and they do an amazing job. Commuicative, extremely caring, and all around nice people. You can tell they love animals and love what they do. Could not recommend more!

Ohana Pet Care recommended to me by a neighbor. I had recently moved to the area with my dog, Bo, and was trying to find a reputable place to take Bo for grooming. This quickly turned into Bo going to Ohana for daycare 3 days a week. Bo LOVES Ohana Pet Care. Caroline and Tyler really took the time to listen to my concerns about Bo. Bo has learned how to play with all types of dogs. He has also learned how to play gentle with smaller dogs (he is an 80 pound gentle giant) solely because of Caroline and Tyler. Bo even knows the word "daycare" now and goes crazy when I tell him we are going there. You can't beat the prices they offer and they give exemplary service! I seriously can't recommend this business enough!!

Caroline & Tyler are really amazing! No longer do I have to feel that anxious guilt when I leave my 3 dogs at a traditional kennel & no more worries about my dogs feeling abandoned. So happy I found Ohana Pet Care before my last vacation in December 2021. I felt completely at ease and confident leaving my dogs with them. Caroline & Tyler made themselves available for a meet & greet, and they answered any concern or question I had. They were flexible with my early drop off time & throughout my trip they were in contact with me via texts & photo updates. They welcomed my pups into their loving home as if these were their own family pets. And for the first time ever my dogs actually seemed excited to go stay with pet care providers! We also had grooming services done before pick-up and all three dogs were clean & nice smelling with beautiful nails & the cutest little bows on their collars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OHANA PET CARE!! We will use Ohana for boarding & grooming for as long as they will have us.

Thank goodness I found 3 Dog Farm! I really needed a spot to board my beloved Husky while I cared for my elderly parents. She requires a lot of exercise and she gets lots of it at 3 Dog. Gina and the staff are fantastic--very engaged and caring about what they do. The facility and acres of fenced-in yards and streams are clean and well-maintained -- just what I need for my special girl. I also love how the staff provides photos each day of what the dogs are doing. Fantastic! I like seeing who my girl interacts with. I would definitely recommend this to any pet owner for boarding or doggie daycare.

Nothing not to live about this incredible space for pups. The entire team is so on their stuff it’s hard to be upset about anything Our dog actually bolts out the door and forgets about us the moment she does long stays here Fun fact: we drive 3 hours one way to get here and don’t regret it. It’s worth it

Suzi is the best. Our three goldens adore her and she is so good with them and all their crazy. She gives some of the best (and funniest) daily updates and picks up on anything out of the norm. Our fur babies are our babies and I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else.

Suzi is fantastic. She is patient and kind. She won over my oldest cat which was no small feat! She's extremely dependable - especially important as I have a senior dog. I can leave the country for extended periods and never need to worry when Suzi is caring for my fur babies!

Suzi is such a good pet sitter, I was afraid my baby wouldn't want to come home. She Played his favorite music (opera) for him, sent us pictures, and even took him on a road trip for his McDoubles. in our absence.

Suzi is BEST! She has been caring for my cat Drake for over a year when I need to be away. For health reasons he has to be an only cat so I worry about him being lonely. Drake considers Suzi his girlfriend. She loves him like her own pets. They chat, watch tv, and she gives him lots of fishy treats and love. As a matter of fact she is checking in on him tonight! I never worry when I travel. I recommend her highly for the professionalism she brings to her business. I have a happy😺Cat.

Suzi is just the best! We have a rescue doggie who has had unknown traumatic experiences. She’s a very skittish and fearful dog. Suzi made friends with Dolly and gained her trust before ever taking care of her for us. Suzi’s main priority is the pet’s comfort. She came to our home for an introductory visit and walks. When a long time had passed between us needing her, she came back to get reacquainted before we left town for an overnight. Dolly trusted Suzi and they had a great time together. I received several text updates and photos. We just found out that our dog has an illness that is going to require months long treatment. I’m so grateful that we know Suzi and feel completely comfortable trusting her to follow the medication and activity schedules required. You cannot do better than Harpers Ferry Tails!

Suzi is wonderful with pets, and Is a real pro with running her pet sitting service. She was referred by several neighbors on my street who have her watch their dogs. She cared for my 3 cats while I was on vacation and they were happy and chilled out when I came home. She even connected and cuddled the cat I said would probably hide from her all week - very impressed with her ability to sweet talk them!! She came over to meet the kitties ahead of time and learn about their routine and personalities, along with how I'd like to communicate with her. She was happy to send daily updates and pix or not, depending on what I preferred. She set specific visit times and honored those. My next door neighbor told me Suzi did a great job while I was away and said 'she's the best petsitter I've seen' which is high praise from a longtime local! I think Suzi has that special energy that some people just have around animals, and it makes you know your fluffy family members are in loving hands when you're away from them. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and 6 paws up for Suzi!!

Suzi is an amazing furry babysitter. She loves animals like children and she will love yours and treat them like her own. Reliable, caring and trustworthy. We love to have our babies stay with a buddy instead of a kennel. With Suzi in home stays or sitting with your pets they won't miss you near as much when you are away. She will gladly check in on your babies during the day for potty break or just alittle romp around the neighborhood.

Suzi at Harpers Ferry Tales is the best pet sitter in West Virginia she took care of my dogs while I went to Florida for a week and I had no worries once so ever I was able to call he, she sent me pictures of her having fun with my dogs which I really appreciated. She talks to them in there language she stays over the night and when I got home it wasn't even like they even missed me they wanted to see her so if you ever looking for a dog sitter or cat sitter or animal sitter Suzi is the best.

They took fantastic care of our two dogs while we were on vacation. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our small puppy was very nervous but they did a great job of making her feel comfortable. We were able to see pictures of our dogs each day while on our trip. It was a comforting feeling knowing that our dogs are loved and cared for. Pick up was smooth and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend boarding your dog here!

everyone is wonderful and so helpful. we never really have much idea for how we want our pups hair cut but it always comes out amazing and better than we could expect! plus the photos they take are perfect!

I brought my 2 Australian Shepherds in to be groomed, It was the fist time for my 9 month old pup and the first time with Tri state for my 2 1/2 year old. Tabitha was so perfectly matched with both of them. She was patient and kind to the older dog who had had a bad experience with a groomer in the past. She was able to get his coat bathed, hair cut, mats out, nails done etc. both dogs looked beautiful and were in good spirits once we got home. I am very happy with ten care and attention my dogs received and have already referred other friends to Tri State Pet Care!

The best experience with a wonderful group of Groomers and people EVER! I explained my little girl whi is very shy with strangers, and it all went so smoothly, and the absolute best experience ever for my baby girl. She was calm and no issues whatsoever! They sent me a picture they took of her sitting on a barrel, with the Mountains in the background, I am amazed with the care she received, too! Simply OUTSTANDING!

Tri State Pet Care takes excellent care of dogs. The daily pictures kept us updated that the dogs were enjoying their playtime. Tri State Pet Care took care of everything, no need to worry about the dogs. They came home tired, but happy. Grooming services are wonderful. The staff assisted with taking in the details of the dogs, their unique personalities, food choices, medication. They assisted me when it was time for pick up with getting everything to my vehicle. We are repeat customers. 5 Stars, Highly Recommend.

A+ experience for humans and dogs. We will definitely be returning for future boarding needs. Everyone here was so nice, and they post pictures on Facebook almost daily so you can see how your furbaby is doing. That alone was such a relief for me, and it let me focus on my vacation instead of worrying about my dog's well-being. I'm a big fan of taking pets on vacation, but if you can't, tri state Pet care is the next best thing.

My dog was well cared for and had a lot fun staying at Tri State Pet Care while we went on a short trip to NYC. Will definitely bored him at Tri State Pet Care again. I will also use their grooming service.

I can’t say enough about Rosie and her wonderful staff. Rosie is very quick to respond to any requests and all the arrangements are seamless. I recently needed a dog walker for a week - without much notice - and Rosie had Martha come to take care of my older dog. Martha has been excellent! She is kind and attentive and tuned into my dog’s needs right away. She took lots of photos and updated me daily. I am very happy with their service and recommend them highly!

We have been using Au Paws for several years now and every experience has been great. We have two cats that are skittish around strangers and all of the pet sitters with this service have been able to coax them out in less that 2 or 3 visits to be come best friends with our pets. The service is easy to use, the owner is responsive to requests, and the invoices are easy to read. I can't recommend them enough.

We have been loving the service from Animal Au Paws for 4 years. Our dog was a rescue and had major issues with strangers so we were nervous about getting a dog walker. Everyone Animal Au Paws has sent to take care of our dog over the years has been so great that our dog immediately took to them and we never had a problem. His behavior with strangers and in general has improved in part to the interactions he has had with the dog walkers over the years. our first experience with Animal Au Paws could not have been better! we have taken our dog to a kennel in the past but we now have 2 kittens and we thought they would all be happier at home together. We met with our assigned sitter and introduced the pets, the house, the routines and felt all was going to be in good hands. While we were away, the sitter communicated with us for updates and it was nice to hear normal activities and that all was well. When we returned, everyone seemed comfortable and happy. Both the owner, Kim, and our sitter were very attentive, enthusiastic, caring and really great to work with. We will have Animal Au Paws care for our pets when we are away.

I've been using Au Paws for 5 months now and am very happy. They assigned a walker named Richard to us when we brought our new puppy home. Richard was patient and worked with him. He also left us a note with an update daily. There were a few days where I worked from home nexpectedly so I was around when Richard came. He greeted our pup like an old friend, and it was obvious that our pup was fond of him and happy to see him. We recently moved outside Richards service area and no longer need daily walks. I use Aw Paws when I travel for business. We don't receive a daily note on our puppy's behavior, anymore, which I miss, but Aw Paws always accmodates last minute trips.

Incredible care of my two dumb dogs! I have a crazy schedule, and they often need them to take care of the dogs last minute, and they are always able to accommodate. They take beautiful photos of the dogs. 1000 times better than I ever have of them. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I had to stop taking them to daycare because they always came home sick, and this is a amazing alternative!

My family and I are first time pet owners but when we met Oscar, our schnauzer, he stole our hearts right away. We knew we wanted to give him the best. So we began the process of interviewing midday dog walkers. It was IMPOSSIBLE for us to think of him all alone all day while our every day lives continued (work, school, kids, etc) so we knew right away we had to hire someone special that would love him the way we loved him. We met with 5 different local companies (yes FIVE) to find the right person for our Oscar. While all companies sent wonderful sitters, we just had a gut feeling with Animal Au Paws. We were actually hesitant to use them because of a negative review but our neighbors actually have used them for years and immediately told us that we had to give them a try.

Carol is GREAT! She helped us last minute with providing boarding for my mother in laws 2 golden retrievers when we had a family emergency. The kennel she has allowed our dogs to go inside and out at their own leisure. She even let our goldens go swimming in the kiddie pool to cool off. She provides a great service and we feel comfortable leaving our fur babies in her care! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve boarded my pups here every time I’ve been hope and or traveled back home with them. Carol has been such a life savor in helping me board my pups and always has helped me out in crunch of a situation or last minute endeavors. So man plans would have never happened if it wasn’t for her. AND…. My pups always come back better than I gave them to her. Grooming is excellent and always smelling so fresh and so clean!!!! 10/10 recommend

We've left our dogs here for years. We've never had any issues. Our dogs have always come back clean and looking good. When we arrive, our dogs always seem at ease.When we pick up, they are happy to see us but none the worse. The reports we've gotten have always been consistent with normal behavior whenever family or friends kept them. I don't have any problem recommending them.

Years ago I and My then-partner boarded our dog here for maybe 3 nights. When we tried to pick him up we were told we were late and would have to pay for an additional night and return in the morning. The operators live on the property. At the time a teenage girl was in charge. We were told our leaflet had cited a pick-up time frame and when produced it was blank. We had to threaten to call the police in order to get our dog back. I left this similar review on Facebook some time ago. Years later, I received a message from someone who read my review and wanted me to know that two of their dogs died in the care of flowing springs kennel just last week. It is not safe. Go anywhere else.

I know someone who boarded their dogs here, only to get a call three days later saying that two of them had died. Necropsy report says there were no findings to explain the sudden deaths. The kennel staff had no explanation. No working cameras either.

We boarded our two dogs for a week. Cody was very attentive and she is a great groomer!
