We are so grateful to have found Dogsters! Upon adopting our little Mitty—a ten pound, rat terrier/Scottish terrier/mini pin—as a rescue, we recognized the value of socialization with other dogs, but were feeling a little nervous about how to do so. Jan from Dogsters was so kind and understanding, easing our anxiety with her gentle guidance & reassurance. Mitty is now a happy little camper, playing with his new doggo pals every week at Dogsters Daycamp!

Our puppy loves to go to Dogsters, is happy when we drive up and always comes home tuckered out afterwards. Jan knows our puppy well and how she likes to play and also when she's tired and needs a rest.

We highly recommend Dogsters Day Camp! Jan is amazing with the dogs and is committed to giving every dog the best care she can. Whether we need day care or overnight care, Jan is available and responds quickly. The acreage is ideal for the dogs to get fresh air all day, socialize, run, and burn energy. Our Labradoodle's tail wags frantically when he hears Jan's name because he knows the adventure that lies ahead! He has been going there since he was a puppy after we had an awful experience at another daycare in Kelowna and we feel very blessed to have found this hidden gem!

Lenny, my three year old Aussie/Sheltie cross has been attending Dogsters both the day camp and for boarding for over a year now; most recently, he boarded there for nearly three weeks, whilst I was away on vacation. I am so happy with Dogsters. Jan clearly loves dogs and her actions show that. Lenny was nervous at first; just his nature; now he thoroughly enjoys being at Dogsters, I typically take Lenny to Dogsters twice each week, and Lenny gets excited before we arrive; quickly jumps out of the car and runs to be let in. Great place. I cannot recommend it too highly.

Our boy Norman loves going to Dogsters! Very calm and clean environment! Jan is great:) Norman gets wildly excited when we mention we’re heading to day camp!

Hands-down, the best place in Kelowna. Hugo visits Jan and the doggy crew every summer for the past two years now. Soon as we pull up, he’s howling in the car and wagging his tail ready to meet his friends for the day!

Maxi had a great time running and playing with all his newly made doggy friends at Dogsters! We appreciated following @dogstersdaycamp on Instagram to keep up with our boys latest shenanigans and playful wrestling matches. We felt comfortable and trusted Jan to provide the best care for our fur baby while we were away. She was very accommodating and allowed us to pick Max up for family time during the day on the Okanagan Lake and drop him off for sleep overs at night where we are sure he and his friends partied all night. Would highly recommend Dogsters Day Camp to families looking for someone to treat their pets as one of their own until they're back in your care.

Amber loves going to Dogsters, has fun time all day and has learned so much while she was there. Dogsters day care are fantastic. I wish I could come with her.

My dog loves going there. she has been boarding there quite and lot recently, and she does really well. Its a wonderful place to leave your dog.

We are so pleased to find Dogsters Day Camp for our precious French Bulldog, Ace. From our first meeting with Jan, we felt at ease leaving our boy knowing that safety is her number one concern with all the dogs. Ace is excited for his visits, and very relaxed when we arrive to pick him up!

Karen Pukanski is amazing with animals. She took care of my 2 dogs (1 that needs medication) and cat. The dogs went out for many walks. I could see by the pictures she was sending me that they were having a wonderful time. They received lots of cuddles and treats. Very spoiled animals just the way I like it. It's so nice to have a stress free day or two to myself because someone that I trust is watching my babies.

Heidi’s is so wonderful!! Our puppy (11 months) missed the critical socialization time during the COVID-19 lockdown and was anxious, nervous, overweight and VERY barky!! After several visits and health consultations with Heidi, she is a different dog! Her diet is on track again, and she is more confident every time I arrive to pick her up! Heidi is so knowledgeable in SO many areas, and she has a way of providing information and alternative options to help your pet, without ever being pushy or judgmental. I feel so lucky to have found her, she has done SO much for our dog in such a short amount of time! Five stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Heidi's care and level of knowledge about dogs was amazing! We left our Westie Puppy with her and every day Bella returned happy and tired from playing. I truly felt valued as a customer and will be returning this summer for another visit. Her sharing of information to ensure that Bella is healthy with diet and training was exceptional. We have transitioned onto a new feeding schedule and included many of the options she suggested.

Love Heidi and your business! We have 2 elderly havenese and 1elderly dashhound who loves to be pampered and they enjoys Heidi's company. I been a client since she opened her business. I found her services are excellent, felt safe, very cozy for the dogs. Her boarding area is spotless and organized! Home away from home feel to it! Her partner plays the guiter for them! My dogs love his music. l use to live in Penticton and on a daily basis I would drop my dogs off to her home while I was at work. Felt comforting my precious babies were happy. I moved to Kelowna, while I found myself in need for care and between homes. I had no place to live with my dogs. Heidi was there for me during my crisis! Our rescue dog, Ruby, came to us very dysregulated and struggling during almost all interactions with people and dogs. Since Kirstin came into our lives, Ruby has made huge strides! She sets Ruby up for success, makes sure she feels safe, and creates opportunities for her to work on all of her skills out on the trails. Kirstin is reliable, trustworthy, and always keeps us up to date on how Ruby’s walk went. Kirstin is one of Ruby’s favourite people and we receive a happy and content puppy every time she comes home!

Kirstin is the only qualified dog walker in town - using true up to date fear and force free methods with my dog, Siucra. Siucra is obsessed with her and loves all of their adventures together. I know Siucra is in safe hands and is treated well during her time with Kirstin. She is the only dog walker I feel safe recommending. I wish there were more professionals with Kirstin's standards in the dog industry.

Kirstin took care of our two kitties while we were away on vacation. I can say from our experience she is 100% someone you can trust with your animals and your home. Kirstin is extremely professional and has always gone for the extra mile when taking care of our dog Alua. The pictures she sends while we're away always shows her having the absolute time of her life, on walks at the park and the beach. Well worth it.

Visiting from out of town caused great anxiety for us as our high energy dogs are hard to manage while trying to visit family members. We contacted Garnet doggy daycare and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. The daycare was easy to find. Our two active dogs were welcomed and extremely well cared for. Kat's love of dogs was evident immediately as she greeted our dogs which was reassuring. She sent us pictures throughout the day, and the dogs were so happy there. They got super excited as soon as we pulled in to the driveway every day and they got to play in nature all day long. They came home tired and ready for a snooze. We will definitely be using their services again the next time we are in town.

Our labradoodle Zofka adores her time at Garnet doggy daycare & boarding! She always finds old and new four-legged buddies there ready to play! Zofka gets plenty of exercise, walks and fun activities. I must point out that even though it sometimes doesn't look like from the photos which are provided to us during the day, she always comes home clean and brushed! We highly appreciate not only the loving and professional care, but especially the fact that Zofka is not locked in a kennel, but is involved in Kate's family, so she does not miss us at all! Our family absolutely recommends Garnet doggy daycare! You will not be disappointed!

They took great care of our pup, Kevin, for the day. He had a blast on his walk and swim. Kat was very easy to get a hold of and provided pictures of Kevin's adventures. Drop off and pick up was easy. Price was very reasonable! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of Max. We had some real anxiety to leave him behind, but Max clearly enjoyed his stay with Kat. Not only did Kat take great care of Max, she also gave us daily updates with pictures, it was very easy to see that he had such a great time while we were away. Thank you and your family for taking care of our 4 yr old yellow lab (Shiloh) overnight while we attended a wedding. Because of the heat we did not want to leave her in the trailer for a long period of time. Shiloh loved being at your home (especially the water hole). There was absolutely no separation anxiety when we dropped her off. She seemed to be right in her element. Lindsey (the owner) and her team take such good care of our furbaby, Ember, whenever we board her at the Penticton Pet Resort. Ember is a special needs dog so it is highly important for us to have the kind of reassurance and peace of mind that their facility gives us each and every single time that she is at their place. Rebecca (one of their pet care professionals) has established a strong bond with Ember. She has also taken it upon herself to give Ember that extra care and attention she needs given her unique health condition. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the high level of service the Penticton Pet Resort provides to our family. They are a rare gem in this industry!

Our home was evacuated due to a fire and in an emergency situation Penticton Pet Resort stepped up and made the check in process quick and easy. I was able to communicate through text and send photos of our dogs vaccination records. Without a date for pick up since we didn’t know when we would be allowed home, they looked after our beloved dog and updated us with photos. How ever long we needed, they would be there. In high stress situations, they made our life so much easier. Thank you for helping us and being a reliable and caring business.

Cannot thank the staff at Penticton Pet Resort enough for all of their help / support over the last few years. I often have crazy / last minute work trips and the staff / owner have been incredibly accommodating and responsive in supporting our family with care for my little one. Great upbeat / professional team and Zaya is always happy to be dropped off. To say Lindsay and her team are the sweetest, most compassionate and animal loving people is an understatement! They really treat your fur babies as their own and show them so much love. I have been taking my dog here for many years now for overnight boarding. He has been returning home happy and healthy every time. The staff are great and the online reservation request is very convenient. My pup gets excited when we pull up to the driveway there so I know he also gives 5 dog bones of excellence!

We've been bringing my (almost) one year old puppy here since he was five months old and I have never been more impressed with such a welcoming staff. They are so kind and treat my pup like he is the best boy in the world. We just picked him up from a two night stay and he didn't want to come home. It's so nice to know we have a safe place for our pup to go if we go away on a trip.

I have had only good experiences with the Penticton Pet Resort. They are accommodating, friendly, and truly care about the pets in their care. My senior dog Pumpkin loves staying at the resort while I’m away and she is always well cared for. I would recommend the Penticton Pet Resort to anyone looking for top notch accommodations for their furry friends.

We recently had our bull mastiff boarded for 11 days. Booking was easy, Lyndsey was easily reachable by phone/text. The facility was clean with friendly staff to receive us early on a Sunday morning. On our return our dog was in excellent condition, she clearly liked the staff and apparently made a few doggy friends. I would absolutely bring my Lola back again. Thanks for taking such good care of our girl.

Was visiting from Calgary and felt so at ease leaving my dog here. The staff were awesome and explained a ton when I dropped her off and then at pick up, they thoroughly explained how she did and how they adjusted her stay to make her comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had our sweet 10 year old cat with Marge for 3 weeks, she usually doesn’t do well in new environments and dislikes other cats. To our surprise, she adapted so well and gained some cat confidence during her stay! Marge is wonderful, she took such good care of our girl and her space is very well equipped and homey to ensure each cat feels safe. You can tell Marge truly loves all the cats she cares for and she is just the sweetest lady you’ll ever meet. She went above and beyond and kept us up to date during our time away through emails with photos. 100% recommend Little Whiskers Cat Camp.

Marge is the best! I highly recommend her. Her home is a wonderful place for cats. It has been renovated to accommodate all their needs. There are numerous toys and tunnels for them to play. The place is also extremely clean. My cat Misu is always relaxed when I pick her up and this tells me she had a very good time with Marge.

Sweetest lady ever came to the door, introducing herself to our cat, my two children and myself. Gave us a quick tour. Amazing comfortable atmosphere for all involved. Two weeks boarding my cat. When I picked my cat up again, she was calm and relaxed.

Little whiskers cat camp is the best, my cats feel like they are at home when they stay there. They get treated with love, and they come back home happy.

My pup had a great time with Heather at Naramata Kennels! We are from out of town and she was able to book Chevy in for a day stay while we ran around exploring penticton and floating the channel. He was so pooped when I picked him up, he must of had a blast with the other dogs there! They have big grassy fields with kiddie pools, sprinklers, balls, and tall fences all around if your worried about jumpers/escape artists. Heather was so friendly and made his stay very easy and effortless for me; I will definitely have Chevy stay here again when we plan our future trips.

First time visit today, this place exceeded all of our expectations! Firstly, the staff (Heather and Jen) were incredibly friendly and professional. Our french bulldog took to them right away. Secondly, the facility was fantastic! Tons of space for the dogs to run around and play, multiple kid pools around the property for the dogs to stay cool and exceptional gating and monitoring of the dogs at all times. We are overjoyed to have such an amazing dog daycare in the South Okanagan area and highly recommend this place. Two paws up!!

I can't say enough about what NBK has done for our 6 month old Jacksen. He loves Heather and Jen and is learning to be around other dogs and getting more confidence, not to mention it tires him out. Heather and Jen are amazing with the dogs and their facility is great. Grass fields with pools and constant supervision. I highly recommend NBK daycare.

Our pup had a blast! She was in great hands too, very good people who know what they're doing. We dropped our pup off for 4-5 hours while we were our floating on the channel. Highly recommended!

Great service! They are super responsive, attentive. Took my dog for a day while Wine touring and it’s the best decision I made! Their outdoors, fenced area is huge! Definitely bringing my dog back next time I’m in Penticton!

Sully had a great time at Naramata while we floated down the river! Such a beautiful place with lots of sp for the dogs to run around. He even went swimming in the kiddie pool to cool down!

Those two need to talk to each other. One week one says we want her to become a member and the next week the other says they don’t want her back. Ok. Hearing the same from others now too.

They were really nice and friendly. Roxy loved her play date!

Scott and Biscuit Pets took care of my husky from 1-7 years of age, until the company moved to the Okanagan. My dog is a bit wild, being a rescue from the north, and Scott was great with her. My pup respected and listened to him in a way that only a very skilled and trained dog person could. She loved her weekly hikes and misses her pack! Scott also watched Tetsa for overnights and was in good hands. Kelowna is lucky to have Scott and Biscuit Pets!

Vancouver's loss is Kelowna's gain as Biscuit Pets relocates to the beautiful Okanagan. Our amazing dog walker Scott has made the decision to depart the metropolis for a new pack and fresh trails and we are sad. Our precious pup Woody enjoyed weekly adventures with the Biscuits Pet crew in Vancouver and always returned happy, healthy and ready for a post hike nap. When the work day is hectic and finding the time for a mid-day walk greater than around the block a challenge we found it marvellous that Scott was there to help us offer Woody the enrichment of a hike out with a pack of pups eager to hit the trail. We could not imagine a more thoughtful and responsible dog walker than Scott whose obvious connection to all things canine is evident while at the same time being a fabulous people person. If you have a pup that requires that extra opportunity for outside adventure then joining the Biscuit Pet's crew could be the smartest move you make.

I've been using Biscuits for the last couple months and am very happy. Scott was great in understanding my rescue is nervous and didn't walk well on a leash, but he has made a huge improvement since walking with Biscuits. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a dog walker in Kelowna.

My goodness, our dog LOVED going on hikes with Scott! Scott clearly cares about all the pups. My dog sat in front of the door watching for Scott to arrive and when he got home, conked out for a very solid nap. We all miss Scott!

Scott is amazing!! My pups have been going out with him for 7 or 8 years now, and I can't say enough good things about him. He's professional, friendly and a true dog lover! And my dogs always come back tired and ready for napping :)
