We sent our 6 month old pup out to Niall recently. He had such a good experience when I went to collect him he didn’t want to come home with me! Was nervous leaving him for the first night but was reassured he would be totally safe. Niall is such a lovely man with a great set up for the dogs. You can tell he really cares for animals. Will be 110% sending our pup out again.

A lovely place for our pets to relax and enjoy there stay, very caring owners and very clean and well looked after kennels, one of his favourite places x

I have been leaving my dogs here for a number of years now and I wouldn't leave them anywhere else. True dog lovers Niall and Martina, dogs are always well loved and cared for.

Best doggy daycare I have ever used!! My dog loves it here and I know he is being well looked after. The facilities are 1st class.

Fantastic boarding kennels, we are really pleased. Both my dogs are in great form after their 3 night stay and best of all, they don’t stink. I found George very friendly and nice to deal with and my very anxious old dog took to him straight away, which is very unusual for her. Ballybeg boarding kennels will be my preferred choice from now on and I would highly recommend them.

Our 2 dogs have been to Ballybeg twice now and they cone home happy and relaxed. The kennels are spotless, spacious and George,the owner is great with the dogs. We know our little guys are well looked after when they're in his care.

Lovely facilities with lots of space, dog was very happy mixing with others. Very clean and was put at ease about leaving dog. Would definitely avail of these kennels again.

Fantastic boarding home so clean and George makes it so easy for a first time visitor and Cooper had a great day. Cooper doesn't travel well in the car and George even took his blanket that he had been sick on to wash....where would you get it! Would highly recommend Ballybeg Boarding Kennels...Cooper going back for a sleepover ....the first of many 😀

Highly recommend! Just collected my dog after 3 days and he did not want to go home he enjoyed himself so much. You can see how much George loves what he does.

My boys absolutely love it here!! They love getting to play all day and always come home exhausted from it! It really shows how well they take care of my boys. If this place was closer to my house I’d board them a few days a week while I was at work just so they could play!

Placed our two much loved dogs into this kennels while away on holidays. Would highly recommend this family run business. Kennels first class and dogs happy out.

My girlfriends parents always bring their dogs here when they're away and they always say how nice and helpful the staff are. A great, well needed service

Very organised with friendly staff. Our dog had a great time. We even received video showing our dog playing with the other dogs.

Cant thank the staff enough for minding my two girls. From start to finish I never felt so at ease leaving them with people who care for them like they were their own. Had a walk around before they were dropped off and the place is in great condition, loads of space to play and run around. I even got a lovely video of them enjoying their walk. Thank you so much guys for everything.

I was a little nervous as one of our fur baby’s is a little mental but Mark and his staff has so much experience with all kinds of dogs my nerves went away when I seen the handling and care . We have used doggie daycare and hotel and our dogs always come back so happy and fresh (they love it ) Brilliant place well deserved five stars with compliments. Thanks Guys 🙏

Tiger was so happy there while we were on holiday in the area and it gave us freedom to visit some attractions knowing that he was happy and so well looked after. Their barknride service is an excellent innovatiion. Wound highly recommend and use them again

I've thought for a while about whether to post my review but I realised I had to because I based leaving my 3 babies here based on everyone else's 5 star rating and I need to give a reality check review. I rang 6 weeks before Easter to ensure I could get them in from Holy Thursday to Easter Saturday. I arranged that we could collect them between 5pm and 6pm as he closes at 6pm. Any other kennel we have left them into, when we arrived we would introduce the dogs and the kennel owner would greet each in turn, pet them and chat to them, however this man just called over his female employee and told her to put them in the kennel and we could say goodbye after sorting the paperwork. I asked that they be allowed a few minutes of a run around in the grass run area first as they had been in the car over 2hrs and would need to go to the toilet however he refused saying they needed to get used to the kennel for an hour first. He said we were collecting them Easter Monday and I said no its Saturday. He said he was closing a 12noon on Saturday due to his staff leaving at 12 for the bank holiday and he wouldn't be able to manage all the dogs on his own. I said we had arranged to collect them before 6pm. He said he would DO US A FAVOUR AND LET US COLLECT THEM AT 5PM FOR A EXTRA €35. I checked with him that he was going to charge us an extra night that they were not staying. He confirmed that, in other words he was charging us €35 euro extra for a couple of hours. We were appalled but because we were meeting other people I couldn't say immediately if we could collect them in the morning but was determined to try. I also told him that our dog had suffered heat stroke twice and as the weather was warm for the weekend I said he can't be left out longer than 30 mins and asked that he be left in in the cool inside day barn. He laughed and said it never it's that warm in Ireland. I was horrified and stated very clearly that I couldn't risk it happening again. We both felt he didn't have any interest for the dogs safety and no personal interest in them at all. We needed to put Eye drops in one of our dogs eyes before we left and he brought up out to where they were, the concrete floor was wet and they were very upset. He wouldn't take their beds that we had brought to give them a sense of familiarity and comfort. We hated leaving them but unfortunately had no choice. I rang twice Saturday morning to say we were collecting them at 11am and asked him to ring back so I would know he got the message. He didn't but their box of food was in the front yard when we arrived. He just brought them out to us but his manner and attitude showed he had zero interest in the dogs. We were so glad to get them out of there and take them with us. I definitely do not recommend this kennel. I checked his opening times on his page when we left and it still showed 6pm closing on Easter Saturday and showed times may vary for Easter Monday.

Mark and Rosaleen and Audrey... what can I say. They have cared for and continue to care for my dogs with the biggest hearts possible. They have gone over and above for me and my Oscar when he was sick. They minded him as if he was heir own. Oscar and Harley always jumped from my car with such excitement and Mark always facilitated the use of the ramp for my Osk. December took our Osk and I was treated with such care and such love by all the staff even my son who misses Osk everyday. Now... we have adopted another Teddy. And all the gang opened their hearts to the found and bould teddy and allow Harley the time to get used to having a new friend around. I've trusted the gang to take my babies and mind and love them from day care to kennels. My dogs always come home happy and always well cared for and loved. I couldn't possibly recommend Dysert for all your day care and boarding needs for your dogs.... i only wish I could go stay there too sometimes as I've said to Mark many times!!!! Keep up the amazing work you do.... you all have hearts of gold... love Catherine Harley Teddy and of course.... the gentle giant that was our Osk xxxxx

My Dog Kaiser Love's his play time @ Dysert Kennel's, the best of care and attention is always given to each and every dog, I'd highly reccomend Dysert Day Care for your furever friends.

The experience we have had with Audrey from start to finish was second to none! Contact response was super quick, Audrey is very efficient. The quick drop off was so easy and Audrey’s love for dogs is clear as day. Audrey kept me posted throughout the weekend with their adventures and my mind was at ease from the minute I text her to look after her. Nala settled in with Audrey straight away and came home content, with her bed washed and everything! Thanks so much Audrey we will be seeing you again soon.

I was able to get in contact with Audrey about taking my husky blue for a couple of nights. As a typical husky he is very hyper and full of energy but not when he came home! He had gone on so many walks and runs with Audrey that he was exhausted when he got home! It was great blue loved it, so much so he nearly didn’t want to leave! Audrey was also great over the couple of nights with communication as when I text so see how he was getting on she snapped back a couple of pictures which really put me at ease. 5 out of 5 service from blue and myself will definitely be back! 👏

Audrey took the absolute best care of our 2 dogs while we were away , she kept regular contact and sent pictures everyday which we wanted. They were walked morning and evening, when they weren't out and about they were cosied up at her fire on lovely beds. It meant so much to us to know the dogs were with a genuine dog lover and they will absolutely be going back to her again.

We were away for three days, and Audrey, who minded our dog Obi, was amazing. It is very clear that she has a great love for all animals, which really put our minds at ease. We could really enjoy our holiday knowing Obi was in a home where he was being well looked after. I got lots of lovely updates each day about how he was doing, which we loved seeing. Thank you, Audrey, for being so kind and caring with our dog. We will be recommending your dog-sitting service to our family and friends.

Left Lizzie with Audrey on short notice she was welcomed as one of the family straight into this homely environment the setting and facilities are ideal and she even brought Lizzie into Limerick city centre Monday morning there are people just born to look after your pets Audrey is one of these special few and would not hesitate in leaving Lizzie with her again this really was a 5/5 experience from start to finish.

My boys love going into Sheedy’s. As soon as we turn onto the driveway my Chocolate Labrador Milo knows where he is going he gets so excited he can’t wait until the car stops. I can go away knowing all three of my fur babies are in safe hands and are so well cared for.

Our two, small dogs love staying at Sheedy’s. It’s the first kennel where our dogs are happy going to stay. When we pick them up they’re clean, happy, well-stimulated and exercised. The socialisation our dogs get improves their behaviour which is a real bonus. Plus Stephen and Mairéad run a really great business; they’re personable, professional and their pride shows in how well the kennels are maintained, the dogs are looked after and their communications-great value and really puts our minds at ease. We love Sheedy’s Boarding Kennels!

What a lovely space… Our dog was so so soooo happy when we collected her; that’s just amazing! Now we have our new favourite place- definitely we will be back! Hundred percent can recommend if you are looking for a very high quality for your doggie. Perfect place. People with a big heart; just amazing. Thanks a million!!

Cali, Bruce & Wallace are so happy to go on their holidays at Sheedy's Boarding Kennels & myself & Nicole are very happy that they are minded and take care of and have a beautiful big kennel and a massive runs to be out and about playing during the day. It's perfect for our dogs and we are happy that we have Stephen & Mairead as we feel comfortable leaving our precious baby's ❤️🐾

My dog always likes staying here. She's also well taken care of. I only wish they would include a web camera to monitor my dog during the day. And more daily updates even to say she's doing fine with a photo or video. That would make this place 5 stars for sure.

Best kennel around,the dog happy and clean after a month.

We were going on holiday for the first time since 2019 and had to kennel Bruce and Pixie. We were worried about Bruce going into kennels as he can be reactivate towards other dogs and he's a big boy. We needn't have worried at all. Mairead and Stephen have the perfect personalities for looking after our beloved pets and their kennels are set up well and excellent in all respects. The dogs have a spotlessly clean area inside (heated in winter) and there are secure runs directly outside where they can let off steam during the day. They can see other dogs through the fencing but there is no risk of contact. Mairead and Stephen genuinely care for the dogs that stay with them. We would have no hesitation in recommending their kennels to anyone. Our two will be back again when we've booked our next holiday.
