Trusted pet carers is truly a good find, the service and care they offer is amazing. I used them when I went away for 2 weeks and when I came back off holiday I found my spaniels Tanya & Tamsin to be well fed and well cared for – not wanting to come home! They get spoilt with attention.

Phil worked with my dog to build up his confidence in being taken for walks (after having had another dog walker where he'd developed a fear of the van). Not only did Phil build up Otis' confidence, he built up mine, with photos, video clips to show me how Otis was progressing. Otis loves Phil and when I was taking Otis for a walk, I got dragged over to Phil by an excited Otis. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I have had Phil and Alex look after our cat Peter for a number of years when we've taken a short break. We're always kept updated and know that he is safe hands whilst away. Would recommend.

Alex and Phil took great care of our cat Jamie while we were in Devon for the week. We were impressed right from the initial meeting where Alex was extremely thorough and Jamie seemed comfortable around her straight away. They went above and beyond, even cleaning up the remains of a mouse and putting our bin out for us, and we absolutely loved the daily report card on our return. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to family & friends! We'll feel a lot less nervous about going away now we know we can trust them to look after Jamie for us (:

Many thanks to Alex and Phil for looking after our two cats Millie and Scoots for a week. Both cats are quite timid, especially Scoots, and have never been looked after by anyone outside of family who they know. It made a huge difference and was very reassuring to know that they were looked after in their own home. The daily log of their activities was interesting to read as it showed Phil had a real understanding of their true characters. We would highly recommend this service.

Great service from lovely people. I met with Alex before we went away and immediately trusted her to look after our cat. Our cat is very shy but was happy and content when we came back and coming home to a daily report card we knew she'd be cared for well. They also kept my chilli plants alive so very grateful for that! Would definitely recommend.

Alex and Phil provide a brilliant service, are friendly, reliable and often flexible when we need to change plans or book in last minute! Thoroughly recommend Petpals Basingstoke. Our cats are much happier being able to stay in their own home whilst we are away as well.

Phil looked after our cat Oscar for 15 days. It was our first time using Petpals and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Kept us updated with a daily log and came home to a contented cat.

Our 2.5 year old cockapoo Dusty has been walked (and loved) by the Petpals Basingstoke team for about 18 months ago and I can't recommend them highly enough. The care and love for the pets they look after is so very clear and Dusty gets stupidly excited just hearing the van turn up outside. Even though we've worked from home fully over the last year we've kept the walks as they are great socialisation and good for her happiness! So great to know that they can relied on, supporting at really short notice without any complaint and always making the dog number 1. Absolutely recommend to all!

So happy to have found Petpals Basingstoke. We have just came back from an 8days holiday and needed a reliable pet sitter to look after our two 20-months old kitties. The thought of leaving the cats by themselves was pretty nerve racking and cattery wasn't an option for us but Alex was fab. Came back to 2 happy kitties, as if we had never left. Highly recommended.

We left our 2 kittens with Alex for the whole weekend - 2 visits daily. They were both on medications so it wasn't an easy decision. Alex came to meet the kittens few days before and was keen to know their characters and habits. We also received text messages on Sat to confirm that they both eaten their medicines and they are doing fine. Over all - very pleasant and professional service.

I'm thrilled with the service WLPN provided for cat sitting my Luna. She is very timid and runs and hides whenever I have visitors (she's a rescue) but Perri was great with her and within days had her cuddling up on the sofa and playing with her toys! Me and my partner had never used a dog walker before; being first time dog parents we were so anxious to leave our fur-baby with someone that wasn’t family. But I can wholeheartedly say how pleased and happy we are with the service and support we’ve received from We Love Pets. Our lovely doggie absolutely adores Perri and Beverley and they clearly adore him too, we couldn’t ask for two better people. They’re both very passionate about what they do and this reflects hugely. We get photos every time they visit him and a lovely descriptive message telling us what he’s been up to. They’re both truly an asset to We Love Pets 🐶 also a huge thank you to Julie who keeps in touch constantly and answers any nagging question I may have, always putting my mind at rest with any worries I had at the beginning. My border collie girl Tala and I highly recommend We Love Pets Newbury. My girl is really anxious and has very specific handling needs which are always met, above and beyond. Her walker is so attentive to her needs, he's really earnt her trust and I am completely confident leaving her in his care. The team are so reliable, professional and adaptable even when walks are needed last minute. I've now used two branches of We Love Pets after moving area and I cannot fault the service.

We couldn't have been happier with the service we received from We Love Pets Newbury. From our initial contact communication was excellent and we were quickly linked up with Kate who took wonderful care of our chickens while we were away, sending us updates and even watering the plants while she was there as it was a hot week. Can't recommend 'we love pets Newbury ' enough. When we moved into the area we wanted to find a trustworthy & quality service for our new puppy, and were so happy when we found that. We were extremely lucky to be given Kate as our dog walker / sitter. She dedicates every minute solely to your dog & couldn't be any sweeter. The connection was there instantly & we immediately felt happy in her company & Nyla loved her. It makes a huge difference knowing your dog is in safe hands & having quality play time. We will continue to use We love pets when necessary and look forward to using their boarding services over the summer.

There is no need to look any further for your local, reliable dog walker, we Love Pets Newbury are highly recommended! Julie has always been very accommodating of the needs of our two dogs and last minute changes are never too much trouble. Having previously used a number of different dog walking companies in the area the communication and administration for We Love Pets is by far the best! We were lucky to be assigned Tracey as our regular dog walker and she is great with the dogs, sending pictures and updates after each walk and always communicating with us on the odd occasion she is running behind schedule. It is such a comfort knowing that they are being taken care of so well when we are away at work. The dogs love her and get so excited when they see her which is really reassuring to know that they are having a great time on their walks.

Julie was really helpful and flexible working with us to get our pet care sorted, and completely understood how important it was that we felt comfortable leaving them. She loves her walks with Beverley, and often sits by the door waiting for her! I have used We Love Pets since my cavapoo Roxy was just 9 weeks old! Roxy is nearly 3 now and Kate has been her primary dog walker the whole time. I can’t recommend Kate enough. She loves Roxy and Roxy loves her back! Kate is always on time and always sends me updates and photos of her walks. Most of all I love how Kate genuinely cares for Roxy and enjoys their time together. She is so great at her job and I totally trust her. If Kate is ever away she lets me know and We love pets will always arrange an alternative walker. They are also great at accommodating last minute changes to schedules! I’m a regular customer and have never had any need to look elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Danielle did a wonderful job looking after our budgie. Danielle was very professional, very caring and has a great passion for animals. It’s the first time we have used “We Loves Pets” and will again be using their services in the future. Skye (our budgie) was very well looked after and very happy. Kellie came for home visits to our two cats while we were on holiday. She is professional and lovely to deal with. She clearly loves animals and we had total peace of mind leaving them in her care. She sent lots of pictures and videos and the communication was excellent. I highly recommend the service.

Absolutely amazing. We have indoor cats, chicken, rabbits, mice and fish. Kelly knew exactly what she was doing and was very knowledgeable, professionally and friendly. Was such a relief to find someone local with her experience and training. Will happily get Kelly's help again in the future and would be 100% happy to recommend to friend and family. Honestly can't rate Kelly highly enough.

My regular dog sitter was fully booked, so needless to say I was quite nervous about finding a new sitter for my furry baby while we were supposed to go on vacation. After intensive search for a new host, I got in touch with Kevin & Crystal from Buddy's Pet Care. Chester usually barks at strangers, needs a bit of time to warm up to people. As soon as we got at their place for a meet and greet, instead of barking he was all kisses and jumps of joy. I realized that Chester will be in good hands during his 3 weeks stay with them. During our vacation, I received updates with photos and comforting words to let me know that Chester was doing great. It was obvious that they care about dogs - loves and treats them as they are their own. Kevin and Crystal are beyond awesome. Thank you very much for putting me at ease and for taking such a good care of our boy. Highly recommended for all the pet parents. 5 Stars review, very well deserved. We have booked already Chester’s stay with them for our Christmas vacation.

Kevin and Cristal are great. Really knowledgeable and lovely - super accommodating. I picked up my two dogs from an overnight stay and they were very happy - they had been brilliantly taken care of and they clearly really like Cristal, Kevin and Buddy! Total peace of mind.

When my parents were unexpectedly taken ill at very short notice, Kevin was able to collect my parent’s puppy and look after him for us, while they recovered. Initially this was to be for a long weekend, and they ended up having Toby for two weeks. Very reliable, and totally flexible, nothing was too much trouble for Kevin and Crystal. Toby has obviously been extremely well looked after, and has come home happy and well. We will definitely use their services again, and recommend to all our doggy friends.

Our dogs love it. They are well cared for and happy to go each time! They also offer boarding if you need it. We left our dogs for a week while we were away on a trip that wasn't dog friendly. They were happy and healthy and while pleased to see us visible happy to be at buddy's.

Jan 2023: Our dog has just spent the last 2.5 years with Buddy, Kevin and Cristal. Our dog would bound out the front door, so excited to see them - they've been a huge part of his development. Kevin and Cristal treated our dog like their own and gave us advice when we asked for it. Freddie spent many nights and a few weeks whilst we went away, without a single issue. So sad we have now moved away from the area, but hoping our dog gets his holidays at Buddy's still. Thank you Kevin and Cristal, you're amazing! Nov 2020: Our dog absolutely loves his days with Buddy and the other pooches. We haven't used Buddy's for any overnights yet, just daycare - but we won't hesitate too.

Kevin has looked after our outdoor rabbit on several occasions and he is always reliable, trustworthy, does an excellent job and often goes above and beyond. When it was very hot he put ice bottles out for the bunny to cool down against! We will continue to be using him and thoroughly recommend his services for any pets.

We used Kevin from Buddy's Pet Care to pop in & look after our cat whilst we were away on holiday and we couldn't be happier with the service! Very personable service from start to finish, with everything thought out and more - nothing was too much trouble & our cat well looked after & more importantly happy! This is the first time we have used Paws At Home. They were recommended to us. I was so happy with the care that my cats received. One loves a lot of attention and the other is very reserved and only likes a little. Hilary understood and accommodated both their needs. Hilary and her team are clearly cat lovers and look after them so well. The report sent at the end detailing what happened each day is a really great idea. Will definitely use them again and would recommend their services.

Leaving your pet when travelling can always be a little daunting but Hilary and the team at Paws at Home made us feel completely at ease and we knew our cat Nellie was in the best hands whilst we were away. I usually only write reviews when I am very satisfied with a service. Last year I used the services of a hotel for cats, which I don't even want to remember. It was a terrible experience. This year we decided that our boy Max should stay in his house and have someone come to take care of him. I googled and found this wonderful team,, Paws at home limited". I read reviews and contacted them. It was the best choice, we will definitely be doing it again. Geoff looked after Max for 11 days. Days happy and peaceful for us and for Max who received a lot of love and attention in our absence. I have no words to thank this team. I recommend with all my heart you will not regret it as we wished. Good luck to this team in the future!

Paws at Home are absolutely wonderful. I absolutely trust them with my home and my cats, and you can tell how much they care and love what they do. I have used them numerous times and will continue to do so every time we go away - they are amazing. Whenever they come to collect/drop off keys you can see the bond between them and my cats (including one who is usually skittish!) as they are instantly right in their face wanting cuddles. Knowing my cats are not only looked after but cuddled and loved while we’re away gives me such peace of mind, and the updates they send are much appreciated. Thank you guys for all you do!

Hilary was very professional and very diligent with all the paperwork and information needed to make sure that her visits were smooth. Hilary was friendly and showed vast knowledge when it comes to cats, she was very caring and thoughtful with Stitchy's joint issues. Stitch was content when we got home!

Simon is fantastic and we can’t recommend him enough. He has been taking our 1 year lab called Blake out about 3 times a week for the past 3 months. He is reliable, friendly and absolutely loves dogs. He has helped us with lots of advice and we really trust him. Simon house sits too and his prices for everything are very reasonable. We would struggle without him and Blake loves his walks.

Simon pet care is amazing, he is so good with our year old puppy Fuse, Fuse is so excited when he hears Simon coming and I know he is great hands when out on walks. Simon will always help us when needed and was so supportive when Fuse was a tiny puppy.

I would not leave my dog with anyone else. Simon and his associates are amazing, always really accomodating and more importantly have a great way with dogs and other animals. I have used Simon for dog walking and for dog and house sitting while away for weeks at a time and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My fiancée contacted Trusted Pet Carers to enquire how they could help us on our wedding day, to look after our dog and have her as part of our day. During the initial communications, we dealt with Norman. A zoom call was set up with a link sent to us. We joined the call on the specified date and time, but nobody from Trusted Pet Carers joined. We waited 10 minutes and then gave up. I would not recommend this company.

My English Bulldog Luke, doesn’t like being alone for long periods of time and has a fear of kennels. It was always difficult to find someone to look after him due to these issues, until I came across Trusted Pet Carers. When I gave them details on the issues, they immediately understood and worked with me to find a carer who would be able to work with these issues. Now I’m happy that I can go on holiday and not have to worry about Luke.

I searched for a while for the perfect place to take my little 3-legged romanian rescue Maggie and couldn’t find somewhere i thought was good enough until i found Coral and her Doggy daycare! Not only is it in the loveliest destination, a gorgeous country cottage surrounded by woodland walks, Coral herself is just amazing. She has been so helpful, patient and loving with my Maggie, treating her like one of her own. Maggie gets so excited when we go to her house now, it’s like her home away from home! Couldn’t reccomend this day care more❤️

Coral really goes the extra mile she truly loves dogs and our dog loves her - definitely recommend for daycare and holidays
