Geri is the best dog sitter we’ve ever had! We even have one dog that’s not very friendly and he still loves her! She’s great with making sure they have everything they need and will even send a text or photo of them on her visits. Would highly recommend using her for your fur babies!

Geri took care of our hamster "Cuddles" while we were gone for 3 weeks. She went above and beyond to make sure not only he was taken care of, but our house was well looked after as well. She even offered to water plants which was so helpful since we were gone for so long. I would highly recommend Geri for your pet care needs. My dog, Ace, and I love Geri at PrAWper Pet Care!! She is exactly who you’d want to watch your pet- for a short or long visit- we’ve done both. Besides being a very nice person she is very serious at what she does. Her house is totally set up to watch or keep your pet for any length of time. She cleans inside and outside of her home before and after every pet comes and goes. She is amazing. No one outside of our family has ever taken care of any of our pets. My husband and adult children haven’t taken a vacation together in 15 years. I just happened to see a post on NextDoor and I immediately messaged her, we met a few days later, and I even moved the dates of our 4 day trip so she would be free to watch our little pup. She also watched Ace for a day so we could go to our family reunion and not worry about our small, 12 year old pup being home alone. Truthfully, we wouldn’t have all been able to go without Geri watching Ace. Being new to this area I am so grateful to have found someone who is caring and serious about taking good care of Ace. Geri is the best. She is thoughtful and genuinely cares about my pet. This time Irene stayed at my house, my dogs did not miss me a bit. When I came home they were happy and I’m pretty sure they miss Geri and Irene more than me. Lol

We’ve had the pleasure of having Geri with our puppy Mikasa.. she is awesome! She always sends a lot of updates & pictures, and Mikasa always come backs happy & stress free. I’m very cautious with other people around Mikasa but we trust Geri 100%!

PrAwper Pet Care was amazing with my two big goldendoodles. This is the first time I leave them for daycare. Both have high anxiety and Geri was amazing on keeping them busy and keeping me updated with text and pictures. She is knowledgeable and very loving. I would recommend Prawpet Pet Care to anyone that is not comfortable living their fur babies.

Geri is incredibleeeeeee! she is our dog sitter and has been for the past 2 years! She is so knowledgeable and caring and shows so much love to our dog! My pups, Alfonso and Oillie love staying at the Best Friends Pet Hotel! They are so quiet on the way home. Exhausted from fun! They love the staff. My big boy Bengal, Dezi had a great time here. The facility was very nice and clean too. He got his own two room suite! The staff made him feel safe and loved and he wasn’t stressed when I picked him up. This was his first time away from home and I wasn’t sure how it would go. He will be coming back to visit again.

I have used Best Friends since 2002. All of my dogs have done great and I had a dog with some “issues” and she was handled well. There were never any problems after their visit at the “spa” as we referred to it. My two small dogs just returned from their spa visit and Max was on medication and he did great and our Gracie was happy too. Highly recommend!! 🐾🐾

We brought our Golden, Lola, here for the first time for a full grooming experience. She is terrified of loud noises--the girl who met us at check-in was extremely gentle with our dog, calming, and got her to settle down. We knew immediately that Lola was in good hands. They brought Lola out looking better than she ever has at any other grooming appointment--complete with a fresh bandana and bow. We loved our experience here!

Best Friends pet boarding, daycare in Carmichael. The staff here is awesom! My Pebbles and BamBam really enjoy their overnight stays! They get lots of attention, treats and best of all have piece of mind knowing the loving care they are getting! Highly recommend boarding and Doggy day camp!

Murphy and Finley had a great stay at Best Friends Pet Hotel. They took good care of them and were accommodating when I arrived slightly after hours to pick them up because of traffic. You could tell they really care about the animals in their care. I recommend!

I am so thankful to Vickie at BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! I am the kind of dog mom that puts my 2 boys Doug and Rusty (dachshunds) above myself. I set my house up so that THEY are happy and comfortable. I have a low bed,, doggie ramps everywhere and there are dog toys all over. I would say that they are a little spoiled ❤️🐾🐾❤️ I only trust a few people with my dogs. I recently moved to Fair Oaks. I searched online for pet sitting and called Vicky, the owner of Bow-Wow pet sitting and boarding. I asked many questions. I then looked at her reviews on Yelp and decided that I would give her a call back. She was able to take my dogs the next day. She was so great! My dogs were barking and have separation anxiety. I immediately felt comfortable with Vicky. She is very kind and obviously loves animals. Her house is set up perfectly - she can separate dogs if necessary but still see them, they are not locked away in a closed room. She had a big wonderful yard to play in. When I picked up my boys they were happy and not stressed. Now they WANT to go there! Even though I'm done moving I intend to to take them to Vicky's at least once a week because they love her and I don't take them in the car and leave them when running errands. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICKIE AND BOW -WOW PET SITTING!!! She is reasonably priced and very accommodating. ******************!!!!💕

I am appalled at the neglect and inhumane treatment of my dog. We left my dog Roxxy there for the weekend over 4th of July. We made sure they were aware she was a rescue dog with anxiety, and we were guaranteed that our dog would not be left alone during the fireworks. After we got our dog home, that night we realized her mouth was severally injured. Apparently, she had been left outside in a metal crate during fireworks while the owners of Bow Pow Pet sitting went to the liquor store, and tried to chew her way out causing the damage to her mouth. Multiple teeth had been broken off, her gums were destroyed and she had literally chewed so long and hard the bone of her jaw was damaged. We were never notified that our dog had been injured under their care, we had to wait to find out when we got her back, and with the extent of the injury being as bad as it was I have a hard time believing there were no signs of blood or injury when it happened. The surgery to fix my dog's mouth was over $3,500, which Bow Wow Pet sitting never even tried to repay. I felt the owners of Bow Wow pet sitting were unprofessional and down right negligent to have let this happen. To top it all off, after multiple complaints from us they still have pictures of my dog on their website, against my approval, to advertise their business. Usually I am not one to write angry online reviews but I feel strongly that they were negligent towards my dog.

My dogs were well taken care of in a family style environment. Both had individual needs and their needs were well taken care of. Was so pleased with the great care both dogs received! Recommend!

Took our Golden to the splash pad night. They had the nicest facility!! So much room for the dogs to run around in, very clean and no broken toys/furniture. My golden had so much fun and I will definitely be signing her up for a day care session.

Great place to take your dog for day care or swim fun. I've taken my bullmastiff to day care and open swim. She lived both and came home tired and happy. Bit expensive buy you're paying for good care of your dog. I really appreciate that they screen your pet and have separation of different temperaments. Open swim in wknds is great and pretty cheap at $10 per dog. I highly recommend and will be back often. They have boarding service too, but I've never used it.

We rented the pool with some dog park friends and had a blast. The staff are very friendly and the pool was ready to have our pack of dogs rage. Some seating provided, bring a towel for yourself and wear clothes you don't mind getting soaked because the dogs will shake all over you!

The staff here is great! Our pup had an amazing day swimming here, we are planning on coming back for daycare :) (And I must say... It's so refreshing to find a place where pitbulls are treated equally!)

I took my dog, Huffy, to the Animal Den for their open swim. She had a blast! All the doggies loved the pool and I got to enjoy some wine while she played. It was a win all around! My only gripe is the admission fee is $10. The fee is reasonable but it does keep us from going as frequently as we would like!

My dog has been going here for daycare 4 days a week for the last year and is so happy and excited whenever we arrive. Previous places we went for daycare I could see him on camera just sitting by the gate wanting to leave, and he was never eager to walk through the door. I think the staff here have gotten to know him and what makes him happy to be there so he feels much more comfortable. They also do cute holiday activities and dogs of the week which are adorable extra touches. Overall it’s been a great experience!

Such nice and caring individuals! They can accommodate almost anything! Very patient and compassionate for not only the fur babies but the fur parents as well! As for my Meeko he is having the time of his life for his first time. He is literally smiling. Great decision to board him here. I would high recommend this place!

Today I picked up my Sam and he was smelling good and was ready for his pup whip cup… from the looks of it since he was being such a good boy Auntie Chelle’s Pet Care treated Sam to an early birthday gift before sending him home and his whip was all over his face and since the one I bought was in the car it was double trouble thank you for having the big heart that you do for our pets and caring for Sam when I’m away on business I really appreciate it. I highly recommend and highly trust Auntie Chelle’s pet care with my animal anytime.

Where do I begin….? I never had a dog before and at the start of this year I made the choice to add to my family a GSD. I wanted to do everything for my fur baby but had no clue where to start. I was scouring the internet for resources and ‘what to do ….’ type information which quickly became overwhelming. I have spoken to many people during my search for a Doggy Day Care and was thankfully met with Lachelle. I was ultimately searching for a place where my pup would be able to get socializing time while I am at work; a place to be safe and play with other pups/dogs. To my surprise Lachelle offered that and much more!!!! Such as plenty of information, suggestions, unique approaches to training, exposure with children/kitties/adults and always communicates about progress (daily updates). She has provided more than just a day care but peace of mind!! I can easily tell she is the whole deal because of two things - that auntie family like feel/trust and how excited my pup always is to meet her and her family! If your looking for a place for your fur baby where they are given plenty of play time / attention and structure then Auntie Chelle is your place! My favorite things are the daily reports she provides (its the cutest and informative), if she notices anything she will always make me aware and the pictures/videos she send me which (always) cheers me up! -Thank you Lachelle for everything-

We've used Happy Tails several times for cat-care, typically twice-daily visits. Usually our sitter is Rachel, and she's fabulous with our pets. We love the daily updates and confident knowing that she is able to medicate our one feisty younger boy. Highly recommend!

Cheryl is wonderful with our dog Bentley. We get daily reports with pictures. We think he has more fun at her house than ours with all the other dogs he gets to play with. We love knowing he's in good hands and isn't stressed out at a kennel. And Jesse is lovely with our kitten. We come home and our kitten is happy, the litter boxes are clean, the mail has been brought in, and the plants have been watered. And we know someone has been keeping a daily eye on our home. Great peace of mind!

We’ve used this company’s service several times now. All the sitters have been super. We’ve had someone do checks on our kitten, play and feed her. Another time we had someone stay overnight with our puppy and kitten. And another time private boarded our puppy at a sitter’s home. Every time we came back to happy, well cared for pets. All the sitters were respectful and responsible. Great peace-of-mind. We will definitely continue to use them.

Happy Tails Pet Sitting and Tamara gave me peace of mind that my 3-month old puppy would be well taken care. He was fed, played with and loved. Soiled bedding thrown in the washer. I received photos of him playing and an update with each visit. No doubt Happy Tails will be called on in the future.......

This was my first time using Happy Tails. Lindsay was my live in pet/house sitter. My cat is very shy but took to Lindsay immediately. Lindsay sent me updates and photos while I was gone so I had total peace of mind. I also came home to a very clean house. I will definitely use them again!

I took my puppies over there for the first time and they loved it! Tamara was very sweet and caring with them. The place allows them to play, sleep and be around other dogs (socialize) in a safe manner. It's convenient, and it's affordable.

Amazing place!! The facility is great, in the heat of the summer to have an air conditioned space for chows is a must. Tamara was beyond helpful. This was the third place I tried as I was having surgery and, I NEVER board my dogs so it was getting stressful. I had to leave them for a day and I immediately knew I’d found the spot just because I was having trouble getting them into the yard (because of my hip) and one of them slipped out of his collar and got away. Tamaras husband jumped in without hesitation and helped me round him up. Most places I know aren’t even comfortable with having them so to see him react immediately without a hint of apprehension was reassuring. As it turned out, a friend came up to stay with me for recovery so they were able to stay home this time. I’ll be having to go in again next year so I’ll definitely be taking them back!!

Great people and very responsive. We had to head out of town on short notice, but they were flexible in finding us a good fit for our two pups for pet sitting. One of our labs can be a pain and the Happy Tails Petsitting crew was patient and understanding. Great experience with them!

We are new dog owners of two chihuahuas , we adopted from Bradshaw Animal Shelter. I called in the morning and thr gentleman owner got us in right away for an after noon appointment . Our dogs got a much need flee bath and we really appreciate it . I was very impressed with Genaro’s work. From the moment he answered the phone to the time of grooming my puppy, he delivered incredible service. My 4-yo maltipoo can be a handful, he has never had the greatest experience with going to the groomers so I was hesitant to try a new one. This time however, was completely different from the other times I have tried a new groomer. My dog came back happy and with no knicks or wounds. I look forward bring my dog back as well as introducing my new puppy to his first grooming experience with Genaro.

After meeting the owner/groomer Genaro a few times around in the Rosemont area, I finally brought our dog Sami in for grooming. I couldn't be happier! Genaro did a great job, he is friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to be sure he knew how much work it would be since our dog is a large male goldendoodle, but Genaro was helpful and showed me pictures of other similar large dogs he had groomed. He kept me updated during the grooming appointment and made sure I was happy with Sami's haircut when I picked him up. I will definitely bring Sami back for grooming with Puppy Love Boarders and Grooming. Check out this groomer in Rosemont and support a local business!

We had grooming done on our 15 year old Lhasa Apso mix, and Puppy Love Boarders did an excellent job. Our little one was groomed well and done within 2 hours or so! Thank you so much.

Owner Genaro groomed my 12 year old Pomeranian Bubbles today. Genaro took great care of Bubbles. I can just tell from his energy and the way he interacted with Bubbles that he is a very gentle, kind man who loves animals. I was hesitant at first because it’s a new business with little review. I just moved to the area so I was looking for a new groomer close to home. My dog can also be aggressive when it comes to grooming and has been sent home from another groomer before. I called @9am and Genaro was able to take Bubbles in the day of @12pm. I also asked if I could drop Bubbles off early @10:30am so I can run errands. He happily agreed which was a big green flag for me! He called me by 1:15pm that he had finished grooming Bubbles. My main priority with grooming is that Bubbles would be shown kindness since he is a senior dog and can be difficult. I asked Genaro to give Bubbles a trim around his body but to maintain most of the fur. I just wanted a clean look with a bath and toe nail trimming. I also emphasized that I wanted the fur around peepee poopoo areas cut away. Genaro did exactly all of this. It cost $65 for everything which I thought was a very just price! I made my next appointment already. Glad to find a groomer close to home I can trust my baby boy with! Give this new business ran by a good person a try!

Got a spa day for our 2 Frenchies done here the other day. Genaro was super welcoming and friendly, our dogs loved him. He accommodated every wish, and our pups came home smelling and feeling great! Would highly recommend, and we will be back.

A dog walker you can trust! Jenna is kind and very easy to communicate with. She takes my strong 80lb pitty twice a week for 30 minute walks. I absolutely trust my dog is safe with Jenna. Not only is my dog tuckered out after each walk but she VERY happy. The minute Jenna pulls up my dog gets crazy excited! I have two chorkies that love to see Jenna too. All three bonded with her right away. I am so grateful we found Jenna!

We are delighted to have found Jenna of Woof Professional Dog Walkers to board our dogs while on vacation. Donner and Shasta received daily walks, lots of attention, and apparently special treats since they weren’t very interested in the regular ones we provide once they got home. Jenna’s daily reports plus photos offered us immense relief in knowing our pets were in comfortable home-style surroundings and very caring hands.

Paula, the owner/operator at Friendly Faces Pet Services, has been my petsitter, on and off, for 18 years! She dots all the i's and crosses the t's when it comes to taking care of your pets and your property while you're away. Definitely reasonable rates and trustworthy. The only time I've had to use another company was when I briefly moved out of her service area, but she was able to recommend another petsitter. They were great too, but I was glad when I moved back into her service area.
