This place is amazing. My 11 mos old standard poodle loved his first visit and the prices are reasonable. The staff is great with the dogs. Also, we love that we can watch our dog live online all day. We will definitely make the Dog Ranch our dog's permanent day care and boarding moving forward.

Located in lagoon canyon is secret getaway for your pets to have a better than great day at the ranch. The entire grounds are always very neat and clean. The players are very well shaded it's trees resting areas platforms large pool with waterfall surrounded by the deck and entire ground play yard is carpeted with astral turf That's what I like no dirt. We have special care needs for your pets be a therapy massage hair trim or nail trim or just plain cuddly they're here for your pets shuttle service is available, thanks to the owner for developing such a great pet resort & spa

Dog Ranch Bed & Biscuit is a wonderful place to take your dog for day care and overnight stays. They take incredible care of your pup and keep the place immaculate. It is like Disneyland for dogs with wading pools, lounge chairs, spritzers in summer and lots of places to relax and run. It's perfect for young and old dogs. We have taken all of our dogs over the past 18 years to Dog Ranch but our youngest husky Roo is absolutely crazy about this place. He was an abused rescue dog when we got him and the Dog Ranch staff worked hard to slowly introduce him so he felt comfortable. Now when we pick him up, he doesn't want to leave! We also have great confidence in the way the staff takes care of our dog overnight. If your dog needs special care with health issues, they will give them supplements and multiple feedings. We HIGHLY recommend Dog Ranch Bed & Biscuit to everyone!

We are SO GLAD WE FOUND THIS PLACE! We have a super friendly, super playful 80lb pit bull, and we tried several other daycares prior to finding Dog Ranch. Here are the three things that make Dog Ranch stand out from most other daycares: 1. Their facility is mostly outdoors. 2. They offer assistance with routine vet care (for a very reasonable fee they will take your pup to get routine immunizations, etc.) 3. Most importantly, their staff seem to ACTUALLY LIKE AND CARE ABOUT DOGS. The other daycares that we tried for our pup first were indoors, the staff was young and did not seem to particularly like dogs or care about reinforcing good behavior or any other behavioral training…and our pup would come home more wound up then when we dropped him off. Upon further investigation (watching the cameras) we realized that they were just putting our dog in “time out” which was an isolated kennel for the majority of the day, presumably because they didn’t want to deal with his energy level. At Dog Ranch, the staff seem knowledgeable about dog care and handling, and it was very obvious they were taking the time to work with our dog during the day. His behavior actually improved as he spent more time there. Bottom line, if you have a large dog with high energy, this is the place for you. Also, if you have a dog you care about and you want to leave it with other people who will care about it, this is the place for you :) Shout out to the awesome staff, Jose, Vicki, Ashley, Eric, and everyone else!! We love the dog ranch. I’ve been taking both of my dogs there since they were puppies and they love it there. The staff is amazing and I never have to worry about the kind of care they get after dropping them off. They have plenty of caregivers and it’s great that they offer overnight stays and grooming services as well making it a one stop shop. It’s also great knowing that I can travel without worrying about what to do with my dogs. They know everyone there really well so they don’t feel scared, abandoned or worried while I’m gone. I’d give this place 1,000 stars if I could!

At first you have a good impression of this place because is well located, nicely done and clean. But once an emergency happens with your dog, at a place that you at least hope to be a "safe dog environment", it really changes the picture. During a family trip, our dog suffered a serious "attack". "Attack" because still not clear of what happened but I am having my conclusions based on the veterinary report, provide by the veterinary clinic, which Dog Ranch has a business agreement and I am also a costumer of the same clinic. There was only a call from Dog Ranch, a day after the incident saying our dog felt and hurt his back. We got desperate for the last minute call, because it was a Saturday afternoon and they were closing in few hours. Fortunately, I was able to book a charter and we arrived on Sunday morning. Eric (the facility bouncer) made even more difficult for us to get our dog of that place, because he wouldn't open the door on Sunday for us. Even having staff at the location and of course this was an emergency case. Our dog should also stayed isolated because of risk of infection and because he had a SERIOUS injury. But instead, they kept him running around 30 dogs, a day after his surgery. I would assume this was at least part of their protocol in case something like that happened but apparently not... So on top of all stress, we still had to find a person available to pick our dog in 2 hours and board him overnight. Our friend was able to get our dog on Saturday and stayed safe until we arrived. Dog Ranch took all decisions, did all procedures and released our dog from the vet facility without our consent or authorization. Dog Ranch also "tried" to contact our number right after the incident but they had a "wrong number". Luckily because of a act of God, they find our number and called us a day after all happened. Long story short, we go hit by a vet bill and a bill from the boarding. Bottom line, keep your dog out of this place.

Place is nice. But if you leave them overnight the people that work their leave the dogs no water in their cages for your dog. That's illegal. Someone should investigate them. I would never leave my dog overnight again.

I used to provide IT services to this company, and I can truly say that the staff loves their jobs and the animals. They take great care for the animals and overall I'd recommend the place. Stephanie and her team are amazing!

OMG our dog has such a great time interacting with other dogs....swimming in the pool...and the staff was exceptional!! What a great experience right out the door, will do this at least once a week!

I was extremely impressed with the dog ranch. Very friendly, competent and well organized. My 9 year old German Shepherd loved it.

Kathleen has been taking care of my cats when I travel for a few years now and they absolutely love her! I love that they are being loved and cared for while im gone by someone I can trust and who loves them just as much as I do. She spends time playing with them as well as the feeding and litter necessities and sends a detailed visit summary of how they were and what they did with photos and videos every day. I don't feel like I need to worry about them at all when she is taking care of them.

I am 100% satisfied with Kathleen and The Pet Sitter team! My cats are always content and calm after pet visits. I enjoy receiving detailed reports and photos of my furry family, busily chasing toys and having a good time. Kathleen knows my cats so well, and she will point out anything unusual or let me know if the cats were in a particularly good mood that day. I feel comfortable leaving the cats in the capable hands and care of The Pet Sitter team!

I trust Kathleen and team to walk my energetic pups, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. She is incredibly professional and clearly loves dogs. Her team took the time to get to know my dog's personality and needs. She is attentive, ensuring my dog has a great time while also being safe and well-behaved. I also appreciate the flexibility with scheduling. She is able to accommodate my requests and is always punctual. Kathleen is a GEM 💎💎 We needed a pet sitter for our 2 large lab puppies and she really gave them the best care! Before we locked in our pet-sitting dates, she came over for a meet n greet, and got to know their routine, their favorite route to take a walk, and took notes about every detail. We received text updates and pics of our boys while we were away, which we really appreciated! Kathleen is by far our first choice when we need a pet sitter. We have used her service on multiple occasions. During that time, Kathleen has stayed in communication with us on a regular basis, eliminating the stress of leaving the dog, cat, and house behind. The Pet Sitter came very highly recommended from our apartment complex. Upon meeting Kathleen, we instantly felt comforted that our 2 huskies were in highly capable and caring hands. She asked very detailed questions about the dogs’ routines and behavior…things we don’t think twice about as pet parents since they’re just part of our daily routine. Kathleen went above and beyond in her care for our pups. She played with them, gave them massages, left them with plenty of treats (which made the pups happy!), and made sure they were happy/comfortable as can be. She loved them in our absence and sent us daily photos and check-ins. Honestly, what more could a pet parent ask for? We couldn’t be more appreciative of having Kathleen in our life.

We love Paige and Brad! They have taken loving and gentle care of our Cavachon pup Milo and our Highland Lynx cat Moby for years. Milo loves his walks and adventures with Paige- sometimes I get photos of him in the most picturesque settings ( the beach ! A hike with a view! Sometimes just the neighborhood) and on occasion he gets sleepovers with Paige and Brad. Moby is a stay at home cat but always loves Paige’s visits and playtime. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to ensure their pet has the best care in the world.

Pura Vida Pets is the best! Paige takes great care of my cat, Archie, when I’m gone - I love getting cute update pics from her :) Knowing Archie is in good hands and is getting his medicine daily gives me great peace of mind and eliminates some of the stress of being away from home.
