I could see him in his kennel in the camera and he’s so relaxed. He was given his peanut butter treats in his bone as requested, he had access to his toys and he was given his medication. He absolutely loves going to camp here and the camp counselors/rufferees are SO attentive which gives me so much peace of mind leaving him with them.💙💙💙 Thanks for all you do!!!

Please God, please, if you love your fur babies, find another place. I was charged almost $100. extra for a holiday rate that I was not told about when I dropped them off. Then charged for an afternoon pickup when I wasn't told about that either. I never once saw my cats out of their cabana nor did I see the door open. To Adair, who was too busy to call me back, I knew I shouldn't have left my cats with you. What an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I wish I could leave zero stars. 😪

This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and truly cares about all the animals. I’ve been using them for over a year, they accommodate any need or last minute need that comes up. I have even had my dog go through their training program and the trainers there are amazing a. She came out so much better than when she went in. I’m recommend this Pet Paradise location to anyone I know. So pleased with them in every aspect.

I took my little toy poodle Coco to pet Paradise for the first time on this past Wednesday, it was definitely a great experience for myself and my pet when I picked her up after being groomed she was happy and I could tell she was well taken care of her groomer was Pamela. She is awesome and so is the place. I have already made my next appointment for Coco!!!

Staff was incredibly kind, and their care with my dog reflected in their ability to trim his nails and complete the ultimate bath. Normally he is too anxious to allow other groomers (even his normal vet) to do these things - previously he had only been getting nail trims when getting vaccines (while ASLEEP) due to his anxiety. I’m so thankful, very much considering transitioning to pet paradise for all needs.

Love, love, love Pet Paradise. Oh, my dog Bella does too! Well, she's more on the obsessed side. They take great care of her and she loves swimming. She whimpers half way home when I pick her up. I'm convinced that's her asking for more play time in the pool. She went there just about every week day for the first two years of her life until.i was certain she was ready to be on her own. The one drawback - they cannot kill her energy, but I can't blame them for that. She still wants to play when she gets home but that's all her 🥰

Our doodle has the best time going to Pet Paradise. The associates are always happy to greet him and they take the best care of him. He loves playing with the other dogs in Day Camp and we love being able to check on him with the livestream cameras! The groomer is fantastic and we like that he comes home clean after a day of fun and a bath.

This is my Pet Paradise of choice. We’ve taken my dog to other locations, but this one is the best!!! Apparently, this was the first location, and they told me that they actually like dogs! @ayoitskailo always has a good time at this location. They even put a life vest on him and helped him swim 🥹 they love him, and we love taking him there!

Highly recommend Pet Paradise on University for daycare and boarding. My puppy is very spoiled and always by my side so the anxiety on both sides was big but we were able to walk in at any time to tour pet paradise. We booked our shih tzu Charlie for boarding for a weekend and got a free get acquainted day which was great. We dropped him off before work and picked him up after and he had sooo much fun at his first day of daycare. We even got to see him on social media which I loveeee. Once we dropped him off for boarding, staff asked great questions like if were available during our trip to be reached at any time, If there’s a time difference etc. we paid the $5 for a report card which were so sweet. Personalized pictures and report of how he was doing each day. I even called to check on him and they were so specific mentioning he hasn’t been eating but he’s slowly gaining confidence. By his second day, I saw pictures of staff holding him which is so big because he can be mean to other people carrying him!! Pet Paradise really cares for the details and puts in the effort to ease parents and also bond with the dogs. I’m so grateful to have found a great place I trust. Also the price we paid for 2 nights and 3 days was incredible.

Carolyn is the BEST! Both she and her mom, who both worked with my dogs, did everything possible to make things work for us. My dogs are not used to other people, but Carolyn kept at it until they both accepted her completely, no small task with my guys! Daily emails with lots of pictures let me know they were being loved and well cared for. Carolyn even took the time to wash their blankets! Best vacation ever for me, knowing my dogs were in their own environment with someone who loved them...definitely plan to call Carolyn anytime I need a sitter!

Carolyn has never let me down. She takes incredible care of my babies and sends me text and picture updates when I'm away. She has taken the time to get to know me and my pets. Carolyn is amazing! I have used her twice now and will continue to use her when I have out of town travels. She has taken such good care of my Jesse and spends quality time with him. Always communicates promptly and sends pics of how you pet is doing. She will even do overnight stays so your precious dog (or cat) does not feel alone for too long. I HIGHLY recommend using her for all of your pet sitter needs.

I've used Carolyn about 6 times to watch my young cat and am thrilled with the way she interacts with Joy each and every time. Carolyn is prompt in all her communications with me, and spends a great deal of time with Joy, not just rushing in and out to refresh her food and water. I can highly recommend Carolyn.

Carolyn goes above and beyond. She loves your kitties as well as you do while you are gone. My very skittish kitty who usually only loves his Momma and Daddy was out the first visit, eating from her hand the second and wondering why we bothered to come home after her third and our outgoing guy didn’t miss any loving either. Carolyn sent pictures so we wouldn’t miss our Boyz so much and we came home to very clean litter box and feeding station. The mail was in and we felt so safe to leave them again. We would recommend Carolyn highly!! She leaves no detail un handled.

I travel fairly frequently for work but my wife has always been home to take care of Bartle Doo, our cat and also the master of the universe. I've always been hesitant for both of us to leave, even for just a few days. Boarding stresses your pet, and your pet would rather be home anyway. But too many things can go wrong in the home without care, and relying on the kid who lives across the street is also a bad bet. I've been using Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jax since 2013, and now I can travel with my wife without worrying about cat care. Carolyn provides reliable and affordable service! It sure makes life easier. I especially appreciate the text messages and pictures from her visits. Besides feeding, playing with, and caring for your pet, Carolyn will also pick up your mail and water your plants if need be. Five stars!

Reigning Cats and Dogs provides exemplary pet-sitting service. During the initial meet & greet, she professionally and sincerely took time to understand my cat's and my needs and preferences. She knew all the right questions to ask! I felt at ease immediately, and Romeo immediately responded to her gentle petting and scratching. During her visits, she conscientiously texted me with adorable pictures and updates to let me know all was well. I felt relieved that a caring and professional person was not only feeding and providing fresh water, but also cuddling, grooming, and playing with my cat. She also cleaned the litter box regularly. I had a couple schedule changes, and she graciously rearranged her schedule to accommodate last minute changes. I was so thankful, because with her quality of service she must be very busy. It demonstrated that she truly cares about the pets she takes care of. She spends 30 minutes during each visit, and her rates are reasonable and competitive. I recommend the compassionate care by Reigning Cats and Dogs of Jacksonville unreservedly and enthusiastically.

The hosts were great and very gracious during our meet and greet! Yet I didn't use them; it wasn't the best choice for me. Ultimately I just decided to go a different route that was more suitable specifically for my pet who is accustomed to a quiet environment with only few people.

My yorkie has been to several groomers. This one is great! Very good puppy cut (he likes to roam the jungle in my backyard chasing lizards so we keep that gorgeous face and coat short) so he looks clean and precious. YAY!

Mark and his team at Central Bark are simply AWESOME! Our sweet pup Islay really enjoys going to doggy daycare and it’s evident in the excitement and enthusiasm she shows every time my husband or I bring her to Central Bark. We enjoy getting early afternoon report cards with pics of Islay’s day with her furry friends. Central Bark has an excellent play space and enrichment curriculum! Thanks Mark and team for taking great care of our sweet pup.

We have tried other doggy care places in town for our elderly French Bulldog and they couldn’t handle his special needs. Our vet recommended Mark and team from Central Bark — they were up to the challenge and exceeded our expectations! They are caring and gave us daily report cards with photos! He didn’t want to leave when we picked him up — he quickly learned they gave him lots of peanut butter with his meds. So grateful we found a wonderful place to leave him in his final years. Highly recommend Central Bark!

After having a bad experience with another doggy day care that was nothing like paradise *hint hint* I am so glad I found Central Bark for my sweet June. She loves going to doggy day care here and when I pick her up in the afternoon she is so tired from all the fun playtime sometimes I have to carry her to the car lol. The staff has been so amazing and you can tell they really love animals and what they do.

Allie loves going to doggy day care. She has lots of fun playing and is exhausted when I pick her up. All the kind workers love her.

I chose Central Bark on the recommendation of our vet. I appreciated the daily "report card" texts that were received with pictures. Coco seemed to enjoy her stay and had some refresher training while there. She came home with better behavior while walking on the leash. I'll be booking her a stay again soon.

Bad to the Bone Pet Care has been such a great resource for me and my pups here in Jacksonville! Doug, Eli, and Brenna are professional, reliable, and clearly care about the pets they work with. One of the best experiences I’ve had was when they took my pup on a special “field trip” for her birthday while I was stuck at work. They even got/made her a custom dog cake—it was such a thoughtful and fun way to celebrate! When I got my new puppy, they really helped with the adjustment process by coming during the day to let him outside and tire him out while I was at work. The detailed reports they leave after each visit, along with lots of photos, give me total peace of mind. I always know what they did, how everything went, and if my dog went potty. My dogs love them, and it’s been such a relief knowing they’re in good hands. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Bad to the Bone next year and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and professional pet care!

If I could give more stars than 5 I would. Denise and Christine took care of our large and diverse pet family for a week after our pet sitter of many years recently moved away. The idea of having to have someone new come over was worrying because we have a lot going on and it’s not an easy task. Denise and Christine are AMAZING. They took time and patience to gain the trust of our very old and grumpy chihuahua who gave them hell the first few visits along with juggling multiple other cats, dogs and a indoor/outdoor pot belly pig. I got thorough reviews after every visit along with cute pictures and updates on each individual pet, they kept the house tidy and even took out the trash can to the road on recycling day. My old dog required medicine 3 times a day which made me really anxious but they even sent pics of him eating it so I could rest assured he was getting what he needed. They loved every single one like their own and I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed. We have definitely found our new pet sitters and now have no reservations about going away knowing our children will be loved and cared for while we are gone. Thank you so much Denise and Christine along with Bad to the Bone - you are top notch with the service you provide and I highly highly recommend.

Doug was the best ever! he is so compassionate with the dogs and so calm with their owners. he kept us updated and sent pictures and solved problems on excellently. Can’t say enough good things! thank you Doug for driving my pups across the country.

I hired bad to the bone twice to care for my mini horse Fitzgerald. They always do a great job and follow directions. Bonus part is you can see the visit and where they walked which I love since exercise is critical to my horses wellbeing.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful and totally professional care given to my pups by Christine for an overnight stay while we were out of town. My dogs loved Christine and she loved her time with them as well. Three little terriers can be quite a handful at times but Christine managed the house and them with ease. At the same time she managed to keep in touch with us about the dogs and send us amazingly adorable pictures throughout the stay. It’s comforting to know your babies are receiving such good care and we will use Bad to the Bone again soon.

I began by a recommendation from our veterinarian office for boarding. Margaret was so helpful by getting this set up for me. She walked me through everything on how it all worked since i had never been there before. This was such a great idea. The staff is extremely friendly and treat the pups like there own. It got the pups out to play with other pups under adult supervision. They have different sides for the smaller dogs and the bigger dogs. There are all kinds of tubes, slides, and different things for the dogs to play on. It is very reasonable and you also get a multiple dog discount. They also have daycare where you can choose to do half day or full day. My pup loves it and when he gets home he is extremely exhausted. Which means he had a great day. Took my pup in for her first daycare and the folks were wonderful. She had the best grin and I could tell she got a ton of play time. Happy to have them in the area for boarding and for the occasional daytime drop-off.

Happy Hounds is the perfect place to board your dog. We’ve been boarding our dog there consistently for over a year and always have a great experience. It’s reasonably priced, our dog is content and happy, and the staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating.

Jasper (my Yorkie) really enjoyed his first day at daycare! The staff was very friendly and inviting. Checkin was easy and quick, and they allowed me time to finally walk away and leave my beloved pet when I was ready. The facility was very clean and spacious. This was Jasper’s 1st Birthday, so they sent pics of him at a birthday photo shoot! (So cute!) I also loved that they have a constant live feed so I could view my puppy from afar and cope better with my separation anxiety! I truly enjoyed our first experience here and I am glad I found a great facility for my baby, Jasper! 10/10 I highly recommend!! 💯

Our dog was boarded here for the day and he was well taken care of. The staff was friendly, communicative, and obviously experienced. I felt very accommodated due to my dog not being neutered yet. They made special arrangements for him and he was able to play with similar toys as he plays with at home. I'm not a regular but if I'm ever in the area again I will certainly use their services again.

Hi there ! I have been bringing our fur kid “Buffy” to Happy Hounds for about 9 1/2 years now. I adopted her when she was 1 year old and started bringing her when she was 1 1/2. The socialization has been pivotal in her journey. She is ALWAYS happy to go play there. I have used their boarding and grooming services on a regular basis. I am relieved to have a place that takes that good of care of her while I’m on vacation. I literally don’t stress when she is in their care . The employees are very caring, compassionate , attentive and take great care of all the animals. I also like the camera system so I can pop in and check on the kid. When Buffy had to have an operation to get a growth removed Margret and Judith put together a get well basket for her. The Dry shampoo was a game changer for the month and 1/2 that she was healing. The treats and toys brought a little pep in her step also. I never even thought about dry shampoo and was just resigned to her stinky little self. They even passed a get well card around for everyone to sign for her. Again , caring and compassion comes to mind for all they do for not just our fur kid but for all the animals that go there. I almost forgot to mention all the special occasion pictures and Mothers and Father’s Day paw print refrigerator hang ups that we get . I would recommend Happy Hounds to anyone that has a furry friend. Thank you Happy Hounds! We are a customer for life.

Margrett was a peach. I needed to board my baby last minute, for the first time in her life. The staff were warm and friendly. My baby didn’t seem traumatized when I came to get her, so I assume she had a decent stay. We could only view her on camera if she was playing with the other dogs which was few and far between because they stated she was shy (I agree). The only issues, and a major one to me, is that my baby came in super clean and we picked her up and her tail was yellow from urine. There was dried poop on her butt. Again, first time using a boarding facility, so perhaps I was naive to think she would be cleaned regularly. Was I supposed to pay extra for her to be bathed or returned in the same condition she arrived?

First time leaving my Stettson and Patches while we went out of town. I was so nervous however they embraced the moment and enjoyed every bit of 5 star service. I received updates and a picture showing me that my babies were in good hands. It was a wonderful experience for us all. Thank you so much for taking great care of my puppies! Lois Harding

They are the same price as the kennel at my vet and they have much more outside time. I have two large dogs and they came back tired and happy. They get outdoor time multiple times a day and there is a small and a large area with a pond. Both my dogs were allowed to stay together in the same run and since it was their first time staying there I called to check up on them and the owner even sent pictures. I am very pleased and will be back.

Marilyn is great with treating each dog like they are her own! She has trained two of my dogs and worked wonders. She is flexible and always has time to answer questions about training my 15 month old Pyrenees. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming! When I board Glory she is happy to return.

I have been bringing my dogs to Marilyn off and on for 25 years. First my golden retriever, who loved being there and now my Pomeranian, we trust and recommend Mandarin Pet Care to all pet owners.

This was my first time using a boarding facility for my dog and I decided to chose Mandarin Pet Care during Memorial Day weekend. My dog didn't display any abnormal behavior upon pick up so I'm guessing everything went fine. I am not sure how well the facility is kept due to the public not being able to actually walk in and is greeted at the door by Ms Marilyn. The price is by the day and not by the night and that can make a difference if travel plans are longer than a weekend. New customers are also given the first night stay free!

I feel absolutely terrible that I boarded my dogs at this awful place. I would rather cancel my vacation than ever leave my dogs here ever again. The only good thing about this place was its affordability, which in hindsight should have been a warning. The worst thing was that they definitely don't follow their as-advertised schedule, so the dogs are probably locked up in kennels the majority of the time. Our flights were delayed and we were there to pick up our dogs at 7:15pm, which is supposed to be in the middle of the 7pm-9pm final playtime. Instead all the dogs were already tucked in for the night in the unlocked kennel building, and there were no humans around. When a very salty Marilyn finally showed up to hand over the dogs, she simply dropped the leashes and they immediately ran to us. I was expecting to see how a professional dog trainer would handle 3 puppies on a leash, instead she tossed the leashes on the ground and went back inside without another word. They all had to pee immediately and all three were also all extremely thirsty. We were also given no instructions about dropoff when we called to make the boarding reservation, and their website lacks a lot of detail, so we received some cold shoulder when we dropped off our 3 dogs without having completed all their paperwork and without food (some places we have boarded at before provide food for free or for cheap). We had 3 puppies, 2 of which were very young, but they bought adult food with our money. It was the tiniest most expensive bag too, way more than what we usually pay, and the bag wasn't even half empty, when it should have been empty with the amount of food our pups usually eat. I am concerned that our puppies were fed adult food, were barely fed at all, were not offered enough water, did not get the 8 hours of advertised playtime, and did not have enough bathroom opportunities. Mandarin Pet Care was also very unresponsive to phone calls and to emails throughout the entire process. Their lack of professionalism was incredible. This was a horrible experience all around.

Our family recently went through a difficult time, and we needed an immediate place to board our 3 pups for an unknown amount of time. Marilyn and staff took great care of them, and sent me updates and pictures/videos via text every day. Great experience and I highly recommend! If this service is needed in the future, I will be bringing them back here!

I cannot begin to say enough about Mandarin Pet Care. Marilyn and the entire staff at Mandarin Pet Care treat our two beagles like they were their own. I have been using Mandarin Pet Care for about three years now and always without issue. The price even though it has increased recently is still about $10-$20 cheaper than I would get if I went to a traditional boarding facility. Medications, extra feedings, and a little extra attention to a somewhat sicker pet all come at no extra charge where as other boarding facilities would charge per medication administration or per extra feeding. If you ever have the opportunity to use Mandarin Pet Care do both you and your pet the favor of doing so, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank You Marilyn for always taken care of our two beagles.

We took our pups here for a few days while taking a trip. The pricing is affordable but the owner is not a people person and really didn’t care to ease my anxiety about leaving my dogs for the first time (ever!) She was very off putting when we showed up to drop off our dogs and rolled her eyes at us when we wanted to see the facility they would be staying in. She sent one video a day of them just sniffing in the yard which didn’t make me feel good at all.. She was very rude about my emotions & I worried about them my whole trip. After picking them up, we found that they were excessively thirsty as well as covered in fleas (& we treat regularly). When I addressed this to her she took no responsibility and brushed it off her shoulder. I am grateful that my pups are alive but I will not be bringing them back.

Beautiful setting for pet boarding. They're the opposite of the dog warehouses you find on US1, Baymeadows, or University. Those ones are sketch.

First time cat owner here. My husband and I hired Mayra for a few drop ins while we were on a 10 day vacation. During our meet & greet, she spent about an hour at our home getting to know us and our 8 month old kitten, MoonKnight while answering all our questions. This was our first time hiring a pet sitter and being away from MoonKnight for more than 4 days. Mayra's knowledge and experience with caring for cats as she has her own reassured us of our decision to hire her. She even accommodated a last minute emergency drop in request when I noticed on our camera footage that MoonKnight accidentally closed his kennel door while playing near it. This wouldn't be such a big deal if his litter pan wasn't located inside his kennel. I was at the airport and feeling stressed! I immediately texted Mayra around 7:30 am on a weekday explaining the situation and asked if she could drop in the same day. Thankfully, she responded soon after and accommodated my last minute request. I felt so grateful and relieved. I really appreciated that she didn't give us a hard time as I felt bad for blowing up her phone with texts so early in the morning. I felt at peace leaving for vacation knowing that we could trust Mayra to handle everything. Mayra always arrived early or on time for her drop ins and she would send us photos of MoonKnight while we were away. He was showing her his belly (a sign of trust) by the last drop in :) She's a caring, professional, and experienced cat sitter. We highly recommend her and would hire her again.

I was very impressed with Amanda she treated my cocker spaniel Augie with lots of TLC and made him feel right at home with her dog Charlie. You can tell how much she cares and loves what she’s doing. I will definitely be using her services again in the future.

Have been nothing but impressed with Mayra and Pawsitive Pet Services. They stay with our two elderly whippets and I can tell they deeply care for my animals, even though they are senior dogs with extra issues. I adore Mayra and love how she is so attentive and caring with my fur baby. I have an elderly, special needs cat that requires oral meds 2x day. I provided instructions on how to administer the medication, and she took great care of my girls needs. A meet and greet is done beforehand, and Mayra is so down to earth and easy to talk to. I felt like we were old friends immediately. I feel so comfortable with my cat and my home in her hands. A 10 out of 10!

Mayra has been the best from day one! She came into our life when my baby was just a puppy and has been such a great help along the way! I typically have her pet sit 3-4 times a month and I know my Ren is in good hands. Plus I always get cute pictures when I’m away to make it better. She goes above and beyond and I don’t trust just anyone with Ren!

I can’t say enough good things about Fresh Prints. We were going out of town for our wedding and honeymoon and I looked at several places and fresh prints was a small business with caring people. Jay took the time to show me around and answer all my questions. All the staff are friendly and kind! I read our itinerary wrong and had to add an extra day last minute and they were so kind and accommodating! We definitely will bring Mango back in the future! He even got to make new corgi friends!

Fresh Prints is such a great place for my baby, Stella. They love her personality and enjoy when she sings along with the radio. They are also very accommodating with her chicken allergy by having treats that are chicken-free, something other daycares I have taken Stella to have not been. Thank you!

After having a medical issue for myself last night I knew I had to check myself into a hospital this morning. I started looking for a pet resort or a kennel for my dog and was not very happy with a lot of the reviews until I found fresh prints pet lodge very close to me. I went there when they opened this morning and told them I had go go into the hospital maybe for a few days. They really didn’t have the space but took my girl precious in anyway. Thankfully, I only had to go to the hospital for a few hours to resolve my issue. Then I called them and told them I’ll be coming to pick her up they didn’t want me to pay because she wasn’t there that long all of the employees were playing with her it’s such a wonderful place. I still pay them for the day and they even offered to trim her nails. I’ve never seen a place with such fantastic service that cares for my dog.

I don't get to visit Jacksonville often, but I got very lucky finding this place! You aren't just a number here, the team and owner reach out to tell you how your kiddos are doing! They send pictures! They call you to ensure your kids are up-to-date on their vaccinations! Such a great place and really safe for your kids. Tall, TALL gates, even my jumpers cannot reach over their gates! Thanks a lot Brian!

Very lovely and kind people here! Sure it doesn't have some fancy pool and cameras so you can sit and watch your dog all the time but you know what they do have? Great employees who care about your pet, toys, and space for them to play in a safe environment. We had our previous dog come here and after he passed away we started bringing our new dog and she loves every minute of it. She gets good and tired and we feel comfortable having her there. Our Ellie girl gives it 10 🐾 out of 10 🐾!

My pups and I are very pleased with this daycare! They had never been to a daycare like this, but I did not like boarding them at the vet because they crated them most of the day… At Happy Hounds daycare, they got to walk around and socialize with the dogs that seemed very relaxed as well. I really appreciate watching them on the puppy cam because it helps keep my mind at ease when I’m away from them. The people here deeply care for animals and they do a great job of keeping the place clean. My dogs ate almost all the food I supplied. Even though they were shaking and nervous getting dropped off, they were relaxed and content the whole time I was gone. The next time I go out of town, I will definitely be using this place!

We had to board our golden retriever, Axe, for 2 weeks last month and Happy Hounds Dog Resorts couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable. We were anxious as we had never boarded him before and also given that it was an extended stay. The staff was caring, attentive and always answered any of our questions or concerns when we called to check in on him. Our pup is a teen so there were some times when he was a bit “rowdy” and the staff made sure to keep him and the other dogs safe at all times. We would definitely recommend their services and use them again if necessary in the future.

My two bulldogs went to the Beach location for doggy day care today. Great experience! Love that they have play room cameras. Highly recommend.

My dog goes to Happy Hound Dog Resorts on Beach Avenue fairly regularly and he loves it! The staff are quite friendly and seem to enjoy working with the dogs. They call Banjo by name and they all seem glad to see him every time I drop him off for daycare. The place is clean and the vibe is upbeat. I highly recommend Happy Hound Dog Resorts!

I found the folks here not only friendly but they went out of their way to help me when I had to have surgery and my did was due for boosters, they took him for me, which was so unexpected but so appreciated. They bathed him on short notice and updated me on his playing with another boxer which he hadn't been able to go play with others due to my injury. Highly recommend the care and facilities for your pets. Can't say thank you enough.

Today was my first time taking my boys to a daycare, and they loved it! The staff is so nice, and my dogs had so much fun. It was nice I could look at the cameras and watch them play. This is the first time since I have had them that they are just chilling and not bouncing all over. Barkley and Levi will definitely be back <3

I can’t say enough good things about this place. My wife and I are new to the area but needed boarding for our tow dogs while we were out of town for a medical appointment. When we arrived the staff greeted us at the door saying they were expecting us and quickly got everything in order for the drop off. They were friendly and answered our questions. We made mention we may be back the same day to pick them up as we didn’t know how long the trip and appointment would take. We did manage to get back before they closed and picked up our dogs. No issues with picking them up same day and because it was only daycare the first day was free. The place was clean and well managed and maintained. The staff was friendly and loving to our dogs. Looking at bringing the dogs back for more socializing.

I had shoulder surgery and my boxer and Frenchie were there for 7 days. I would check in on them and the staff was very nice. The owner even said if the dog food runs out, he would go buy them more!! He was taking me into consideration and knew I was unable to get out and about. I’m a big fan!!!

Frieda took great care of my maltese Jersey for the weekend! It was difficult for me to leave my baby but Frieda made sure to keep me updated with plenty of texts and photos. She treated my dog just like family. I highly recommend Frieda's services and will definitely use her again!

I am so lucky to have met Frieda. My dog absolutely loves her and it’s so comforting knowing when I leave town or work long days that he is in good hands and happy. He is always excited to stay with her and is a tired boy when I pick him up from all the playing! I recommend her to anyone.

Frieda was a life saver! My wife and I had to attend my Father’s funeral out of state, Frieda was affordable, and she really made us worry less about our two mini dachshunds, whom we’ve never left with anyone before! Another thing that sold me on Frieda, was her daughter Claire! When she saw our pups, you could see in her face and smile that your dogs were gonna be loved during their stay!
