Jill has such a vast wealth of knowledge when it comes to dogs and their behaviour. In just two one-on-one sessions she's made a huge difference to our super reactive cattle dog. A fabulous facility for your dog. My dog Billy loves coming here, he gets so excited when he sees the staff waiting to greet him for daycare,he has the best time socialising and playing. He comes home exhausted! Totally recommend Yours in Paws for your favourite furry friends.

Cannot praise Yours in Paws enough. My dog Benni has been having his grooms for almost 3.5 years now..I have always been very happy.. Today he had a groom he was quite untidy been holding off till closer to Christmas…What an amazing job.. Benni looks beautiful thank you so much.. Paulie's first class, we had a great time, Rivka's a great teacher, Paulie was very responsive and mixed well with the other dogs, can't wait till next week, we would recommend the training to anyone who needs help with their puppies

Coming back home to Tas from Vic we needed a groomer for our two dogs and got recommended "Yours in Paws" so we decided to give them a go. My partner took my senior rescue dog in to get her nails trimmed for the first time. We made staff aware that she was an anxious dog who isn't very comfortable getting her nails done or being around other dogs which was "fine". Not long after this team member came out and basically threw the lead at my partner and said "You need to take her, we can't do it because we don't want to put our staff at risk as we have 50+ dogs out the back and it's to stressful" even though they were aware she wasn't comfortable around other dogs? For a company to be running since 2010 and can't handle ONE dog is a bit poor. Our groomer in Vic was able to handle her ON HER OWN. And this team member from "Yours in Paws" turns around and says "Well maybe you should go back to Melbourne". How bloody rude! I was very disappointed with this experience. For a grooming company to have many years experience and a 5 star review, I am lost for words. No-one has EVER turned my dog away despite her anxiousness. Unbelievable.

My old girl olive absolutely loved her time here, she was booked in for a full trim, being a golden retriever with alot of hair they made her look like a pup again , the care they took for her and how she didn't want to come with me when I picked her up spoke volumes. I highly recommend @yours in paws for all yoir fur babies needs. When they re open I will be taking my girls back for another pamper session.

Don't, if you care about your dog, just Don't! Never Again! I brought my boy in for a basic clip and bath. They cut his mustache, which I specify to never cut and the groomer just said, I cut his mustache I hope you don't mind. Seriously!?! They didn't do any of the places I asked for him to be trimmed and the nail trimmer was so blunt that his nails were all uneven an jagged. At best, they spent 15min doing a bad half arsed job and then charged me $70 whilst explaining to me why I shouldn't be upset that they cut off fur they shouldn't have.

This is not only best place in Tasmania, this should be the best place in Australia, my dog Nero been there few times, he stayed 6weeks with these nice people, now we are in Brisbane, still I couldn’t find a nice and tidy place like this, most of the places are really ugly, we really missed this heaven. Really appreciate the way you treat to our Dogs. Thank you again and Good luck

Pets now boarding is a wonderful facility conveniently located close to the airport. Our family have used both the dog and cat boarding facilities over the years and have always had a positive and enjoyable experience with the staff. A special shout out to Treens in the cattery, she goes above and beyond to ensure all of the cats being cared for are treated with love and kindness 😻 Seeing her smiling and happy face when we drop off our darling Cheesecake reassures us that our girl will be well cared for ❤️

Pets Now Boarding has been absolutely fantastic for our dog and cat throughout their many stays (Luxury Cat hotel and Dog boarding). Each time we collect our animals they are happy, clean and relaxed. When we drop them off they are excited to be with the team. The team is always exceptional with communication and has accommodated last minute changes due to family medical appointments. When our dog required extra care with medications, the team were able to handle this with ease. Treenie (Luxury Cat hotel) is exceptional when caring for our cat. Our Vet speaks highly of this place as well, I would absolutely recommend this place for pet boarding!

For doggie day care & boarding this is simply an amazing safe happy place for our beloved non human family members. The staff really do love the job they do, always kind, always with a smile. Thank you Anita, Kate, Sophie and the rest of the team for the wonderful care you provide.

The best most caring place to leave your puppies for a holiday. The staff are just wonderful and treat my girls like their very own. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Put simply, they truly care about your puppies too.

We got Trinny to take our cat and she said that we will get it on the 1st of August and then she gave our Cat to some worker and i got a disability and I seizures and we had her for a year and it was our first cat and her name was Mabeleen and we still have the papers four her and Trinny sounded a bit rude when we asked for her back we want our beloved cat back thats all we want and I would not trust this place anymore they have not been fair to me or my partner what place dose this to the owners of there beloved cat how would she like it if we took her beloved dog/cat away from her i want that worker to bring our cat back to us right now or we will take it high up and take it to court so we can get it back. ( Rot in hell !!! )

Best and safety place to board you dogs. They are a kind and caring team. Highly recommend. Betty loves going for a stay.

We left two dogs for a 10 days and they were looked after very well. One is fussy eater, but staff at pets now boarding provided food for her which she liked. Place is clean and pets can get bath before they go home.
