Cassie and her team have been taking care of our pup Riley since the very beginning! She met me in the parking lot of our complex and gave me her card. We desperately needed a new dog walker as our previous one quit as they could not handle a 3 month old golden so Cassie stepped right in! She has taken care of Riley since he was 3 months and he just turned 2 last week. Cassie and her team (Kayla and Hope) are sweet, kind, caring, respectful. They go out of their way to make sure each customer and pup is taken care of.

The Puppy Love team has been a life saver! I reached out when I hurt my ankle (and later broke it) and they were able to schedule walks for my dog so quickly. My dog has anxiety but they have been so kind, caring and fun that my dog enjoys the walks so much. She gets extremely excited when she sees them and has felt safe with them to not have any reactions when under their care. They endorse a force free training style which is so important to me. Cassie is always willing to help me out when needed, even if it has been last minute. My dog absolutely loves Hope and Kayla as well. I would highly recommend using them for your walking and sitting.

This place was recommended to me by a friend. My dog was hesitant at first being around other dogs and has slowly adjusted. Recently we took a trip for a few days and had our dog stay here. Of course as a worried mom I called and asked for pics and videos. It was such a relief to hear our dog was adjusting well and enjoying her time there. My dog Tanner cannot wait to get in to pampered pets on Wednesday and Saturday. He knows where we’re going when we’re making the turn off of route 37 to get to the other side of the highway waiting on Wednesday for Jill to walk in and open the door, he cannot contain himself sitting on my lap and whining and crying so that he wants to get out and see her and all the dogs, and his girlfriend Avril On Saturday with all the nice staff, he absolutely loves it. Absolutely a fantastic place. Cannot say enough about it. Also getting his bath and his nails cut. It’s just one tremendous place with a bunch of great people thank you. Pampered pets.

Our dog Piper stays at Pampered Pets fairly regularly, they are great. The last time she stayed, she had a medical issue and Vince and his crew went above and beyond to get her to a vet and take care of her while we were away. Great place, highly recommended!

Great facilities for your pets. Terrific, caring people. There is one-on-one playtime available and they will administer any medications as well as feed your pets. We regrettably had to leave our dogs long term (seven days !) and we came back to happy, healthy pets ! Couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you Pampered Pets !

Have been going there for many years and have followed them everywhere they moved. My 3 dogs go for grooming and except for one misunderstanding few years back I have nothing but good things to say. I recommend it everytime someone asks where I take them for grooming. I have also left my German Shepherd for boarding many years ago n was very pleased

Max loves Pampered Pets! He's high energy, very playful and mostly comes back tired after a daycare visit.. which is the goal! The staff are all so nice and professional, the environment is clean and safe. Max also had a great grooming session, he looked and smelled great! The only somewhat of an issue is the lack of live video to check on our babies throughout the day. It would be a great relief to check on them sporadically and Im sure will increase customer satisfaction in droves. I have spoken to other customers and it seems as though this is the main suggestion. Overall, We really do love this place, and appreciate everyone who makes it a great day for Max, even better for myself knowing he's getting socialized in a safe environment. Shari of Furry Care came to our home, met our kitties and made a plan to keep them well fed, clean their litter and be safe and comfortable! When we came home, she had done it AND provided us with daily updates on how and what they were doing! She is a caring and efficient pet caretaker, and we will definitely be asking her to petsit for us again!

I called Shria to take care of my dog Porter Christmas day while we were visiting family up north. It was a bit last minute but she got back to me right away & scheduled a meet & greet. Then we discussed his care and showed her the routine for dinner. She arrived promptly at the agreed time, fed Porter and even played Frisbee with him. Walking wasn't needed as our yard is fenced. Shria was friendly, communicative, and very professional. She watched our cats for 8 days, and it was comforting to know that our cats were in safe hands. Shria took detailed notes about how to care for our cats, and she provided updates about them throughout our week away. While I never look forward to leaving them for more than a day, I know that I will book with Shria next time I need to travel.

Just returned from a vacation and had Bella pet sitting for my cat. My cat also needed someone who could give her meds twice a day due to a medical problem. First time using Bella and on initial assessment visit felt very confident that my cat was going to be in good, competent hands. Upon return my cat was very well and Bella went above what was needed. I’m more than happy to supply this review for Bella Beans Pet Care. We have a house in Seaside Park, NJ. We hired Bella to check in on and care for and feed our Leopard Gecko and two cats when we flew out to Denver for a wedding this past spring. She comes to your house for free to meet the animals and owners (us) before taking on the job. She was attentive to our pets needs and we had zero complaints about the service. She also brought in our mail and packages. We are hoping to book her for our upcoming cruise this winter.

My brother takes care of my dogs and cat, but Bella is my go-to for my exotic pets. She does pet sitting and maintenance for my Boa Constrictor, Eddie, and my Green Tree Python, Shamrock. She is also very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

Bella has had a passion for animals for as long as I can remember. From her beloved dogs, and then to her exotics, and now to her two cats, she brings with her a love for her job that is not often seen. I wholeheartedly recommend her for all of your pet sitting needs.

We used Bella to keep an eye on our cat ”Felix” while we were in the Bahamas. The fact that she worked with a veterinarian and knows a ton about animals put us as ease. We have cameras throughout the house, and I can tell you that she not only kept his litter box sanitary and fresh, but also played with our little man and ensured that he didn’t get bored or lonely. His water machine was always full and he seemed very happy to have her company. I wish she provided overnight services, but she doesn’t at this time. My mom really wants to use her for her English Bulldog, “Max”. I’d definitely use her again.

Full disclosure, Bellla is my sister. Yet, her training in the veterinary field and experience working at the Humane Society make her an ideal person to engage for your dog walking and other pet sitting needs. She is very much into animals and always has been. She takes great care of my dog too!

if i could give Madison Dog Resort more than 5 stars i would. We had an emergency within our family and had to place our dog somewhere for 11 days. We put him in a different pet hotel and his treatment there was horrible. Within 24 hrs i was calling around to other pet resorts to find him a temporary home until we could get back to him. Madison was more than happy to take him. They went way above and beyond what they actually needed to do. He went to them with an upset tummy and they fed him a special diet until he was feeling better and then reintroduced his normal food in. The amount of communication they provided was amazing (it was out first time leaving our dog with anyone) they sent pictures and videos and updates on how he was doing. The resort was so clean. My boy left there so happy i didn’t think he would want to come home. I would recommend this to anyone.

I was so pleased when I first took my dog to The Madison......Sue and Chris were caring and pleasant and the facility was immaculate. On July 24 when I picked my dog up he was limping and was informed another dog had bitten him. They had cleaned up the bite and said he appeared to be fine. The next day Sue called to see how he was and apologize again. I did not want to over react as with children accidents do happen. After a few weeks we went back and things seemed fine until October 23 when I received a call that a shepherd puppy had bitten my dog . I dropped the dog off at 10:30 and received the call at 11:45.......I immediately went to pick up my dog . who was bitten on his back leg. Sue was upset and stated she did not know what happened and there would be no charge for the time. That really shocked me.....my dog was there 45minutes and was bitten. He still has a scar where the hair has not grown back. No one has ever called to see how he was. I watched on the video cams and do not feel the helpers on the playground pay close attention.There is a point where play gets out of hand and the dogs need to be separated.

Just picked up my two corgis from a 4 night stay at The Madison! This is the second time we have used them for boarding. Both times our dogs have come back happy and tired, I know they had a great time! The staff is so friendly and the facility is clean. I hate leaving my dogs behind when going away, but I know they’re in great hands here! Thank you so much, we’ll be back soon!

I was totally disappointed. I brought my 10 month old Golden doodle in for her first 1/2 day experience. I watched her on screen for a period of time in the morning and it was perfect . I started to watch again in the early afternoon and she wasn’t included with the pack. I really wasn’t concerned as I felt that if there was a problem I would get a call. When I came to pick her up Chris informed me that there was a little problem and she hurt her leg. He said he relaxed her and put her in with the puppies and she was fine. When I got her home she was limping and I called to inform him that she was still limping and I asked him what actually happened. He said she slipped. My problem is that I should have been called when she first got hurt instead of waiting until I came to pick her up. I had to take her to the vet the next day and it took one more day for her to act herself. Again, I am totally disappointed!!!!!!!

First time leaving my dog here. They were awesome! Sent me pictures throughout the day. Dogs were outside, playing almost the whole time he was there. Could view on their outdoor cameras that they were interactive with the dogs, the dogs were always supervised too. Staff was very friendly and competent. Would absolutely use them again.

My dog Niya had her first day at a dog day care here at almost 9 years old and had a blast! She slept all the way home and can’t wait for her next visit. I am so excited for this location as I heard amazing things about Madison facilities and they were absolutely correct. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly be making Madison a weekly trip for Niya. Updated: Niya now comes home from her Madison days completely exhausted and happy!! I love to see her so happy, and content.

A clean and friendly facility — feel very comfy dropping off our sweet, playful little guy here for the day. Great hours and love having the camera access to see what he does all day (read: play for HOURS on end). He always comes back happy and very, very tired (e.g., in picture) for a great night’s sleep. Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

We have boarded our dog here twice and have been very happy with his care. The facility is organized, very clean, and I love that the dogs get a lot of outdoor time.

Last week I toured this new facility and was totally impressed. It was spotless and the staff was so welcoming. Today my 2 labs spent their first day at day care. I was so comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. They had a great time, are exhausted and I'm sure looking forward to their next visit. I have shared many a doggie playdate/ backyard with Lisa as she pet sits and walks her various little furry charges (we've met Ellie, Brody, Jolene, to name a few!) and I KNOW what capable, caring, good hands they are in when with her. Lisa is meticulous regarding maintaining the dogs' special dietary requests, watching for any concerning behaviors (scratching or licking paws, nervousness) and reporting back to their owners. She is a wealth of knowledge as far as where to go in the area for a safe, fun walk with dogs, as well as where to enjoy dog parks and dog activities in the area. Having Lisa and Tiffany take care of our dog for our first vacation away from him was the best decision we could have made! From the first phone conversation, to the “meet and greet”, to all of the home visits, Lisa was professional, responsive and reliable. Our pup can be a bit timid with others but warmed up to Lisa and Tiffany right away, they truly are amazing with dogs. We felt extremely at ease receiving photos and updates of how he was doing throughout the day and knew he was in great hands. He can get a bit rambunctious and they made sure he got his play time, and also kept the house clean and tidy, going beyond what we expected. We highly recommend Lisa’s services and would undoubtedly use her again!

Lisa and Pet Concierge By The Sea was exactly what our pup needed! As we were planning our 6-day drip to CA, we just knew we couldn't leave our pup at the local kennel. We knew he would be happier in a home setting where he'd get more love and attention and not hear endless barking! I called Lisa and we set up a "meet and greet" at her home, which went great! I could sense she has a genuine love for animals. Lisa also provided me with several references, who raved about her care of their pups. During our trip Lisa checked in every day with a photo to let us see how our boy was doing! After we returned and picked up our pup, he was happy and wasn't in "shock," like he has been after being in a big kennel. We're so happy we found Lisa! We will definitely use her services again and highly recommend!

The Pet Concierge By The Sea LLC has watched my dog, Ellie, for the last 5 years. She has bonded with my dog and Ellie runs to her when I drop her off. I totally trust LISA to take care of my dog and my dog feels very comfortable staying at Lisa’s house while I go away on vacation. When I had to start returning to work after remotely working due to the pandemic, I knew it was going to be hard for Roxy, my 13 year old Maltese, to transition. I am forever grateful that I found Lisa because from our first meet and greet, I knew I could trust her with Roxy and with my home. The way Lisa interacted with Roxy I knew she would be taken care of the way I would take care of her, and Roxy warmed up to Lisa immediately. From the pictures and the updates Lisa sends throughout my day, to her being flexible around my still not set schedule and last minutes changes (including having reliable back-up if she is not available,) Lisa is the whole package and a godsend. Her compassion and care for Roxy coupled with her steadfast professionalism eliminate my anxiety when it comes to opening my home and leaving Roxy in someone else’s care. And the happiness on Roxy’s face when Lisa sends pictures of her makes me know I made the best choice for her.

Heaven sent is a perfect name! Kait has been taking care of our cats for years. Courtnee & her mom Candy are the absolute BEST and you can tell they truly love their job and each and every animal they watch. My Shih Tzu has got to be one of the most nervous dogs on the planet & Courtnee has been so patient and loving with him since the first meet & greet, and now Oliver absolutely adores her and her dog Koko especially! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch Oliver and I know he’s getting so much love and care when I’m away and he’s with her. Candy stayed at my house with my three pups. Everything went fantastically. Pups were well cared for and Candy treated them “Pawesome”. In addition, she took in my mail and kept everything in the house immaculate!

Like many fur parents, I’m extremely protective over my dog and don’t trust many people with him.
