Julie has looked after my dogs once a week for over 8 years. She is really caring and knows and understands my dogs individual idiosyncrasies! She provides excellent value for money, is flexible with my shift changes and always there when needed. My dogs have stayed overnight on some occasions and it is so reassuring to know they are being cared for by Julie in her caring home environment.

Julie has looked after our Labrador since she was 12 Weeks old, taking great care of her 3 days a week whilst we were working, now retired our Lab still stays with Julie on odd occasions. We would not put her anywhere else, as Julie treats her like a family member. Our Lab has stayed with Julie whilst we were working and when we have travelled abroad, being with other dogs in her home, has I believe greatly improved her socially with other dogs.

Have been using Dogs Vacation for a number of years now for long stays & shorts stays. Our two Labs love Julie & her place. As soon as we pull up in the drive way they know where they are & cant wait to see her and all the other dogs that Julie looks after. While we are away Julie keeps in contact & sends us whats app pictures & videos of our two labs having fun or just sleeping after a busy day. Millie loves her trips on the party bus each week with Mark and Lucy (except when it’s torrential rain, when she pulls a face about going out at all). They are very understanding about her likes and dislikes (a long list), and we trust them to keep her safe and give her a lovely pack walk.

Mark looked after our two cats over the past few days, kept us updated with how they are etc. Fantastic service and worth every penny for anyone who needs a cat sitting service.

Since recently moving to the area Lucy & Mark have been absolutely amazing in taking care of my boy. They have made us very welcome to the area and always on hand to help with doggy day care, even when I became unwell, they stepped in straight away. I can not fault these guys one bit and feel very confident that my boy is safe and has great days out with Lucy & Mark

We are so delighted with Petpals. Mark and Lucy are just fantastic with our Labrador. He loves being walked by them. They are 100% reliable which is essential for us as we work. They have gone beyond the call of duty and kindly coordinated his walks to fit in with our last minute house viewings too. They treat him like one of their family, we couldnt ask for anything more. Mark and Lucy are great with our dogs, Millie and Freddie. . They cater for all. Our two dogs are very different, with one being a bit anxious and the other is getting old! Mark and Lucy have been utterly phenomenal, as 3 of us became ill the last 3 weeks. We literally do not know what we would do without Petpals! To know our lab is happy and cared for, meant so much. But most of all their flexibility and support at this awful time, was just so appreciated. Superb service. 👏👏👏👏

My rehomed terrier Milly spends a day each week with Mark and the team at Petpals, and she very obviously loves it. She's delivered home in the evening a tired and happy pup. It's so good for Milly to socialise and play with the other dogs, and her weekly days out have really helped her settle in to her new life. Very happy to recommend!

Lucy and Mark are great. Very reliable and our cockapoo always has a great time with them.

Used many times over the years, have always been brilliant and have helped out with some very short-notice emergency bookings. Would recommend, our cats have never complained.
