Years ago, I was a veterinarian in the Grays Harbor area. I used to bring Ace, my lab mix, to Three Sisters often. Despite his severe separation anxiety, he absolutely loved coming here and I was very pleased with the facility, price, and kindness of Gina and Rachel. They were very accommodating to our busy schedule. Ace crossed the rainbow bridge a few years back, but I will forever be thankful for services Three Sisters provided when we called Grays Harbor County, Washington our home.

It's always a great experience, with Three Sisters. We have taken our dogs to them for many years. Great people and good facilities and our dogs have always loved the owners. I highly recommend Three Sisters

We have taken our 3 girls here a couple of times. I feel happy and confident that they are having a blast and are well taken care of. They know the drill and hop right out of the car when we arrive! Love taking them here!

They are just the absolute best. Our dog Skye has been coming here for years and she loves going there so much. It’s the only place our dog will hop out of the car to go into. The people running it are great to work with as well.

I can not begin to tell you how much we love Three Sister's Boarding ♥️. Our Crazy Chocolate Lab, Daisy loves it. We took her the first time at 11 months old. We had paid for training at a facility in Tumwater and she truly learned nothing. After going to Three Sister's she is a different behaved dog. I know they do NOT provide training, but I think she learns from the other dogs. We have been taking her since 2021 and she loves it. We ask her, " Do you want to go to the Ranch " and she perks up and is ready to go. We would never leave her in anyone's care. We highly recommend Three Sister's for you Boarding needs Debbie

The best. They take very good care of your pets and the cleanliness is superb. They walk the dogs and play with them. They aren’t stuck in kennels all day. I would recommend them to a thousand people hands down. Great place.

My first experience with a kennel and it was excellent. I met one of the owners and got a completely warm, caring and genuine vibe from her. They went above & beyond to care for my buddy.

We couldn’t be any happier with three sisters this is our dogs second stay . They have a large play / exercise area that is so clean and well kept. We took a 10 day trip and it was nice knowing that our dogs were being well taken care of. Our female golden seemed to not eat the first time we gave them some food additive to add to their food. The kind lady at three sisters sent my wife a video of her eating, my wife was able relax knowing she was eating. It’s very comforting knowing your dogs are getting loving attention while you are traveling. Thank you Three Sisters

I’m new to the area and am thrilled to have found a boarding facility I can trust. Three Sisters offers group playtime several times a day, so my boy can get the exercise and socialization he needs. They have a great setup and are very reasonably priced. They have been welcoming, flexible and communicative with me.

3 Sisters is the very best boarding facility we've used in 50 years of dog ownership. We drive from Olympia to take our beagles there. The multiple playtimes that the dogs get daily tire them out. They are as excited to go there as they are when we arrive to take them home. We are so lucky to have them care for our beagles.

I've been using devonshire pet lodge for grooming my two shihtzus for over 3 years now. The ladies are super nice and the groomer always asks me if I want the same cuts as usual or if they are changing things up. My dogs come home looking wonderful!!

They did a fantastic job on a difficult to groom dog. He looks great!

My pet 🐕 is a red and white husky and this place got him in when I needed him groomed. And aside from some tuffs on his under side he came out looking amazing and smelling good! …

These people absolutely butchered my mom's elderly shepherd by forcing her stand for hours (even though it was explained that she is old and has bad hips) and trimming her hair so close to the skin she was covered with razor burn, something this poor dog who is regularly groomed elsewhere has never experienced. She was in so much UNNECESSARY pain from this torture session that my mom took her to the vet, where she was almost put down-because of a grooming service! These people have no business being in business, and from reading some of the other reviews it sounds like they are also neglectful, cruel boarders. The only reason you should take your pets here is if you hate them and want to pay someone to abuse them.

I referred you folks to my best friend. She explained how fragile her 14 year.old is to you folks. You had her.on her feet.for over 3 hrs! Now she can't walk. You trimmed her tail without permission. You shaved her so close to her skin she has razor burns. You didn't even call them to share, " maybe you should have called them and said, " she seems too fragile " YES she is. But you didn't even show care or concern for her. Now they are looking at " end of life" decision. Shame on you folks... I thought you had a kinder heart!

First let me start by saying I hate leaving bad reviews but in this case, I feel people need to know what happened to my chihuahua, Rose. My boyfriend and were glad to find a kennel that could take her as we had and emergency to go take care of. When we dropped rose of at Devonshire the staff was helpful and seemed to care. This made us feel comfortable boarding Rose there. However, when we picked her up, we knew we made a big mistake. We asked how Rose did and the only thing we were told when we came in the door was, she did great. First rose was terrified of the guy that brought her out to us and rose isn’t afraid of anyone. The dog hates getting in the car, but she flew out of my arms into the car she was shaking so bad. We have left her with other people before and she did not act like this when we picked her up. Second, they just threw her in a cage and didn’t pay any attention to rose. We sent blankets, toys and her bone with her but when we picked Rose up, they didn’t even know which blankets were hers and when they finally found her stuff it was packed just like we left it. Third Rose lost weight she looked sick and frail. She was starving she dove into her food and ate faster than I have ever seen her eat. She was also extremely thirsty. Rose couldn’t stop drinking water. Finally, she had diarrhea for a week, and I mean very runny diarrhea. We only left her there for 3 nights. Rose shouldn’t have been in such bad shape. We feel like she would have died if we left her for a week or more. We will never and I mean never use Devonshire pet lodge again. Rose did not do great instead she was neglected big time.

We have trusted Devonshire with our "jerks"(2 mini dachshunds) for quite some time, and I have nothing but good things to say about their services. One gets his nails trimmed, and one most recently was there for 3 nights while we were in Seattle. They are kind, clean, and friendly staff, and have no problem recommending their services.

First time I hav been there...I jist took my dog in for nails. The lady at the counter and the groomer were both sweet and the groomer got the first set of nails dun bf my dog even noticed she was clipping her nails. Of course my dog started yelping...she asked for my dog's name. Honey was pretty much dun in a coupla minutes. The groomer was kind and displayed professionalism. I was appreciative of her skills. Perfect nails job. Im taking my other dog in soon for the works. I was surprised at the clinic. Very clean and impressive looking clinic and kennel. There were 5-6 other dogs in kennels. I cant wait to take my dog in for a fur clip. Im impressed!

This was a while ago so it might not be up to date but I feel like the experience I had is important to share so others can make their own judgment. I had picked up a friend's dog from here because there flight was delayed. I went in to main area and I just got hit with the strongest smell of urine and feces. I couldn't see what the living situation was for the dogs but they had a cat that was a lobby cat that was covered in scabs. Those might have been from anything but the cat was not nice and seemed to be in quite a bit of pain from the way their behavior was. My friends dogs behavior was uncharacteristic as well. I hope the service has improved since I had my experience.

Ever since I have not been able to groom my own dog I have been looking for someone I was happy with with no luck until I ended up trying Devenshire‘s pet grooming. I am very very happy with the quality of work and the kindness of the owners and the groomer.I think I will stick with them ,they made me very happy with the way the groomer groomed my dog, and The kindness they showed my sweet girl. Our dogs have always been hesitant to be dropped off at daycare/boarding, so in seeing their excitement to get dropped off at Kipo's after their first stay we knew this place was different! Tiffany maintains great communication throughout their stay with daily pictures and has always been flexible to accommodate our schedule. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The best doggy daycare around. My pup Oliver has been going weekly while I work for the last 8 months and absolutely loves it. Tiffany treats him like family. There is great space to run around and play all day long. I also love that I can get updates throughout the day and when I board him overnight!

My girls absolutely LOVE going to Kipo’s! There are always friends to play with, and Tiffany takes great care of everyone while they’re there. We use Kipo’s for both daycare and overnight boarding, and highly recommend it!

I am so glad I found this place! Tiffany and the crew have made this a perfect home for our dogs whenever we have to work or go on vacation. The dog look forward to going and are at home when there. Josie loves to go to Kipo's Place! Tiffany and family welcome the animals into their home. I get pictures from Josie's day and she gets such good socialization there.

Tiffany is great! Sparkles loves going to play with Kipo. She just goes bonkers when we get close. Tiffany takes Sparkles at a moments notice. She is very accommodating to our last minute needs.

My pup goes for daycare and absolutely loves it! He gets to play and make so many friends! A plus for me is he is super tired when it’s time to go home! Thank you Kipo’s Place

We left for a week out of state and needed help with short notice. Maria's schedule was pretty full, but she was able to help us out. She strives to help if she can. We have dogs, cats, fish and birds that were cared for the entire time we were gone. We received a consultation where we walked through all the specifics prior to leaving. We met our sitters in advance. They interacted with the pets for a while before we left, so we could introduce everyone. We do have some pets with anxiety, so this was important to us. We had our first vacation with real peace of mind because of Happy at Home Pet Sitting and their outstanding services. We spent years finding the right way to be able to leave town, not worry and have our pets routines uninterrupted as much as possible. This will be our long term first choice whenever we leave for vacations, or on business. The prices are more than fair. Our pets were unfazed by our leaving because they had the necessary support while we were gone. We would recommend Maria and Happy at Home Pet Sitting for anyone that would like peace of mind, quality care for your pets at an affordable price. Maria has been absolutely wonderful with our cats and our dog Arrow! We feel so lucky to have found her, its comforting knowing our pets are safe and happy when she is there. Maria has done feedings and medications with playtime for us a few times and visits always come with an update and cute pictures!

I recently used Happy at Home Pet Sitting Service to care for my 10 year-old cat, Zoey. Zoey is not terribly used to being left alone (thanks, Covid!), so, I was somewhat apprehensive about leaving her without me for 10 days while on a trip. Maria stopped by before my trip and got to know Zoey and me, and provided assurances that my furry friend would be very well cared for. Maria explained everything about her services, provided references and brochures, and said that in my case, her company had a local sitter who would care for Zoey while I was away (the local person also stopped by before my trip to meet Zoey and me). While I was on the trip, I received a daily text update and periodic photos of Zoey. Maria had her staff follow all of my instructions and I could tell that Zoey had been well cared for while I was gone. Maria's prices are very reasonable and the fact that she has been in business for so long says a lot about the integrity of her service. She obviously takes pet sitting very seriously and provided the highest level of care for my Zoey. I could not be more satisfied. When I called my local vet to inform them that Maria and her team would be watching Zoey (in case a medical emergency), the vet said they are familiar with Maria's service and spoke highly of her. I think Maria has a lot of clients and is busy...but she made time for me and I will be using her service when I travel again in the near future. David, Ocean Shores.

Love love love! First impression...I contacted Maria and she quickly responded. This has continued throughout our relationship with her. When it comes to our furbabies, we know how important timely replies are! After that, she met us to go over our expected services and meet our sitter. After the service... We found nice notes journaling our dog's disposition and activities when the sitter visited. I 100% completely trust and recommend this company! Maria has been wonderful about following up to be sure we were happy afterward. I really can't say enough good about them. One last thing...icing on the cake...reasonably priced! Just an update... We have used Happy at Home 3 times now. Our oldest dog, Abe, used to get very stressed when we got the suitcases out. Now that he knows Happy at Home ladies will be coming by, he could care less if we leave!

I tried contacting these people multiple time, but each time it just rang and rang till I hit the answering machine. I left a voicemail and got no returning call. Basically what's the point of having a business if you can't even answer a phone.... thanks to these people I wasn't able to find a place for my dog when a emergency popped up and I had to put my dog in the pound. Please take down your website if you don't answer. Or at least put business hours down. A very poorly ran business

This place is so great and the owners are always enthusiastic when our dog is arriving and leading up to his stay. We’ve been boarding him here since 2019 and have never once had a negative experience. And the baths and nail trims are so good, he always comes back looking way better than at drop off. These people are so trustworthy. Sometimes my husband and I joke that we should just take him there for a break from our toddler.

My dog spent a week here and had a great time! The kennel owners sent us regular updates about her antics, which were comforting to receive. They clearly love dogs, and are so competent and trustworthy. Prices were very reasonable too. Update: My dog really enjoyed her second stay at Freedom Acres' new location! She clearly had a blast! They took such great care of her!

My wife and I can't say enough about Jessica's care of our dogs. We have used Jessica for years now. Her combination of being a medic in the Armed Forces and being a veterinary assistant for many years make her an unflappable caregiver for your dog. As a veterinarian myself, it is wonderful to have someone watching our dogs who understands veterinary issues and is willing to take on a challenge. On our last visit, we had both our old yellow lab who was starting to fail, and our young lab who was recovering from an awful injury and still needed her wound dressings changed. I don't think any other facility would have taken our dogs, and I don't think we would have trusted anyone else to take care of them besides Jessica. She was stellar. As usual. Besides being incredibly capable,, she loves the dogs. And they love her. Our dogs have always excited when we arrive there and they see Jessica. I could go on but I better stop! We feel so lucky to have her for our pets.

We highly recommend Freedom Acres! Jessica is professional, kind and trustworthy. I am calling her a "dog whisperer" as she very quickly assesses and understand dogs personalities and cares for them accordingly. We entrusted her during our oversea trip with our Bichon frise, our Border Collie and our Chi mix. We could not be happier as were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our Fur kids were well cared for in beautiful environment!

We highly recommend Jessica and Freedom Acres! We brought our girls in for a meet and greet two years ago. Jessica could tell their needs immediately and even helped us understand our reactive girl more. Every time we took our girls in we saw improvements in both of them. We've been boarding with Freedom Acres since. Before Jessica, we were not comfortable boarding the more reactive of our two. Now we can. Jessica is responsive. The girls always come back looking happy and healthy. Bottom line: will continue to utilize services and would highly recommend to others.

Jessica took care of my 2 dogs while we were away for the weekend. She is a very kind person and will do anything at your request without extra charges. The facility is small so it is so much less stressful then your ordinary boarding facility. However, the kennels the dogs are housed in are very spacious and are indoor/outdoor so my dogs can choose where they want to be. Jessica really takes the time to give each dog whatever they need which includes play time in a large field! She also will give medications if needed. Her property is beautiful and I can't imagine what dog wouldn't want to be there. She definitely has the knowledge and background with animals which is a bonus! I would recommend this facility without hesitation!

Great place to board your dog. Jessica takes great care of the dogs, and gives them all individualized care. My dog is very shy around other dogs, and Jessica not only welcomed her in, she took my dog for personal walks around the numerous (and gorgeous) trails, instead of romping with the other dogs in the doggie play area. The next time my dog boarded, there was another dog that Jessica said she'd carefully try them together. Jessica introduced them slowly (the two dogs had a kennel fence between them for several hours), and with Jessica's gentleness and patience, by the end of the stay the two dogs were playing together. My dog has NEVER not run away from other dogs, and to see her play with another dog was wonderful! It's also really nice to know that Jessica has worked as a veterinary assistant, so she's adept at giving medications. The kennel is small, so not only do the dogs get individualized attention, but you also don't need ear protectors whenever you walk into the kennel. AND the price is very reasonable -- much less pricey than many kennels in the Olympia area. I'm so glad Freedom Acres opened!

We've boarded our pup here a few times and absolutely love this facility! The owners are friendly and kind. They send me photos of my dog so I know how happy he is, he comes home exhausted from playing with the other dogs and running around so much. Completely trust them with the love of my life and am so grateful to have found such a wonderful facility.

Long overdue post, Coming from a background in the veterinary field I am VERY picky about my pets and their care, I am a helicopter pet mom and and treat my pets like my children. I have boarded my dogs at 3 other kennels before finding her location and I never worry when I go out of town anymore with my babies here! Honestly my dog Groot gets excited when he stays here. She is amazing at sending text updates but after the first time of Groot staying here I don't even need to update because I know he is just fine! Also her kennel set ups are awesome! She has them indoor/outdoor super comfortable for your pets !

Dollie always has a wonderful experience when boarded at The Country Inn for Cats - she adjusts almost immediately once she is back home which means no trauma when boarded. I actually think she enjoys the experience as it is stimulating to be around other cats (safely in her kitty condo) so it's kinda like a vacation for her! Highly recommend!

I love this place. I was nervous to board my cat for five days at a place I've never boarded before. Upon arrival, the caretakers of the inn made me and my cat feel at ease with leaving him under their watchful care. I even got to tour the facilities and meet the other cats at the inn and watch them set up the cat condo arrangements for my cat. During my trip, I was able to easily receive updates on how my furry friend was doing and was pleased to return to an even more relaxed and calm looking cat than when I left. We have kenneled our 2 kitties at Country Inn for cats on two occasions. Check in and check out operated smoothly. One of our cats is pretty sociable and she seemed to have a good time hanging with other kitties. Our second girl choose to remain in her cage. Both animals were well taken care of by the owner. We even received text messages and photos. I greatly recommend Country Inn for cats.

We have boarded our two cats at The Country Inn for Cats on several occasions and we are always very pleased with the care and attention they receive. Our cat, Joy, genuinely seems to enjoy her stays at the Country Inn for Cats. She is never anxious and is never in a hurry to leave. It's always clean,calm and peaceful. Our cat enjoys the window views from her crate and her turns to get out and explore outside her crate. She requires medication which has never been an issue there. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would, without hesitation, recommend the Country Inn for Cats to anyone looking for a comfortable place to board their cats.

I have used The Country Inn for Cats many times and we love it!! I appreciate the way they take the time to personally get to know you and you cats! I always feel comfortable leaving my cat Monty knowing he will be safe and well cared for! Love the areas they have for the boarders to have their own space and play. So thankful to use this service every time I head out of town! So worth the peace of mind!

Sue, Ann Marie and Jackie do a fabulous job making a truly comfortable home away from home for kitties when you're away. This is my second time leaving my two cats at Country Inn for Cats, and they're scheduled to stay there a third time over Christmas. Attention to every detail is the hallmark of this wonderful and much needed service here in Grays Harbor. My kitties enjoyed the freedom to explore outside their condo, making themselves at home in several cat trees and window ledges throughout the Inn. Sue has gone the distance to ensure that all feline guests have all their needs met according to their usual routines, including medications if needed. The condos are kept spotlessly clean, with no worries about exposure to fleas, etc. It was such a relief to be able to leave my two furry loved ones in such a warm, welcoming, clean and totally cat-friendly environment while I was away. I had complete confidence that Sue and her staff would do everything to accommodate my kitties in the style to which they are accustomed at home....no small feat. Superb service!! I moved from out of state and was really hoping to find a great place to bring my dog for boarding and daycare that he would fit into. He LOVES it at Carolyn’s. With a not super social but really high energy dog, Carolyn’s is the perfect place for him and I always trust he will be taken care of and come home calm and tired. What you get for the price is definitely worth it. They have plenty of staff and care for all the pups and make sure they all are grouped together so they get along. Everyone is really nice and you can tell they really care. They post updates during the day which is a cute way to check in on your pup. Everything from our first meet and greet day to extended boarding, I know my dog will be taken care of and enjoy his time. Highly recommend this place.

BEST DOGGY DAYCARE IN TOWN! The space is great and the staff is super friendly. My pup gets very excited every time we drop him off, and fulfilled and exhausted by the time we get home. This truly is an outstanding place for your dog(s) to socialize and get their needed exercise.

We found Carolyn’s K9 Retreat earlier this summer when looking for a doggy daycare and boarding for our sweet six month old Aussiedoodle, Gus. They were very responsive to set up a plan to help Gus get accommodated so we could board him for our vacation in a month. All the staff members are so kind and loving to all the pups! Our Gus had some separation anxiety issues during his first doggy daycare stays and his first overnight stay. The staff was very patience with Gus and able to help him calm down and become habituated to the new environment! Gus was able to have a wonderful stay at Carolyn’s while we were able to enjoy a road trip through Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana. I would totally recommend Carolyn’s K9 Retreat for doggy daycare and boarding, especially for dogs who are not fully kennel trained!

This is like Disneyland for dogs! My dog loves this place and feels right at home here! She gets super excited when we arrive. The staff are phenomenal and very attentive. My dog is a smaller dog too and gets shy but the staff has helped her feel comfortable and welcome. She has made great doggy friends and loves staying here for the day or overnight. Your pet is in good hands when going to the Carolyn’s K9 retreat!

I LOVE this place. My pup is 1 month into classes & he LOVES it! I can hardly home him back when we arrive. When I pick him up, he's tuckered out from playing & learning. Bringing him here has helped my pup in solicitation & gives him lots of time to play with other dogs. Best part is seeing the daily pics posted on FB throughout the day while my pup is there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My dog isn’t the easiest- Lola jumps all the fences, has separation anxiety and is on medication. I’ve never been able to leave her anywhere! Until Carolyn and her team!!!! Carolyn and her husband own this amazing sanctuary for our dogs! All of the employees are exceptionally caring and attentive. I now feel so comforted that we have found a place to care for our baby!!! They keep me updated as to how she is doing when I am out of town and my heart is happy knowing she is happy there.

Carolyn’s K9 Retreat is doggy Disneyland for our dog! He gets so excited when we pull into their parking lot and doesn’t want to leave when we pick him up! They send pictures and texts and treat him like family! I cannot recommend this place more! Simply one of a kind and THE BEST! Gunner will be going here forever! We are so happy we’ve chosen Carolyn’s K9 Retreat as our local daycare/boarding spot. We appreciate that they require a meet & greet and a full day of daycare prior to boarding to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone. We also love that they’re a no-kennel facility so our boy can lounge on a couch as he would at home. We trust their staff & know Wally is in caring, capable hands when he’s under their care!

Literally the best groomer in Grays Harbor County. Melissa take utmost care and compassion with the the dogs that come to her salon. I could not recommend this grooming business enough.

My schnauzer hates being groomed, and it’s been challenging to find someone willing to work with him. LeAnna is patient, kind, and clearly loves dogs. She’s been so good with my boy and always makes him look his best!

We have an anxious, rescued German Shepherd Dog. Moving to Washington, we were nervous about her anxiety during grooming appointments. The team at Paw-Cific North Pets have made our anxious girl feel very at home and calm! Every experience with them has been not just positive, but more than we could ask for! Everyone is very friendly and patient with our pup. I cannot recommend Paw-Cific North Pets enough!

They are fantastic. They took such care with my large, elderly dog. They made sure he had plenty of water, potty breaks, rest breaks and love. He was in rough shape when I brought him in and they really did an amazing job getting him cleaned up and his nails trimmed and his ears cleaned. I highly highly recommend!

The staff is professional and really interested in doing a great job for Toby. He looked wonderful - a big collie with long and easily tangled hair and he came out perfect!!

I took my 5 year old lab to be bathed, quick brushed, and nails trimmed. I dropped him off at 12 with James, and he had him ready for pickup by 130pm. James was EXTREMELY attentive to our Tucker. Our lab has a difficult time with people, and James took this into consideration and spent some time with him before jumping on bathing him. Dropping Tucker off, he was dirty and scared. In picking him up, he was the happiest I had ever seen when picking up from a groomer, along with he was cleaner and more trimmed up than the people who had groomed him in the past. Scheduling was very professional and his wife was able to get Tucker in around my schedule, and fast! She was so nice, very helpful and personable every time I called. This couple and their business cares about your fur babies and it shows. I 110%, highly recommend and will go see James and his wife from now on. Thank you both! Oh, and the cute bandana you see on his neck, was a gift from them as well!

Took my pup to his first doggie spa day EVER for a bath, deshed, and nail trim. I have always been able to groom Po at home, but recent shoulder problems make it difficult to get and keep my guy in the tub. I was nervous taking him to a groomer because he is deaf, and I am always unsure of how he will respond to new people and places, especially when I leave. But once we arrived, the owner spent as much time needed to allow Po to adjust and it didn't take long for him to warm up with lots of scratches and pets. The couple that own this business are sincerely dedicated to service and what is right for your furries. They are super flexible and do whatever they can to meet your scheduling needs. The estimated time for Po's spa session was on point. When I returned to pick Po up, I found the front door locked while he was jumping around and playing with another furry spa visitor. Impressed with the added care and attention to safety while Po was there and love that he wasn't just shoved into a kennel while waiting to be picked up. Thanks so much...Paw-cific North Pets has won us over. We will definitely be back! Oh, and sorry for the puddles of excitement. 😉

We take our boys both Bernedoodles, Tug is 3 years old and the Bosun is 4 months old. They take such good care of our boys. We love that they take their time with them and make sure they are comfortable. They give them tons of treats and are great at working with us to get the boys in at the same time.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with choosing PNP for our standard poodle puppy's first ever grooming. Bailey is not very cooperative with grooming, even though we work with her daily. She definitely gave them a run for their money, but they did a wonderful job with her. She was so beautiful after they were done. Even as difficult as she was, you could tell they had so much patience with her. She was happy and playful from the moment we picked her up. I hope they will let us bring her back, I wouldn't trust anyone else with our little ornery love bug. Thank you both for your patience and expertise!

Their are not enough stars in the world for this rating. 5+!!! I cannot recommend this place enough for individuals and their fur babies. My dog had never visited a groomer and from the moment I entered, I was very impressed with the 1:1 and time and energy they took to get to know my animal. A once over medically, concerns on spots and areas. Asking questions. They are even assisting me with getting a skin issue straightened out with my dog. Gave amazing advice on what to ask for and working through treatments to make my dog happier and healthier. My dog lives her best life when she has her spa days. She plays with other puppies and helps as much as she can. Please if you are looking for a local groomer, give Paw-Cific a call.

Tony is great. I had a few personal problems and he was very kind and patient. The resort feels warm and very welcoming. Perfect location in the country, away from noise and clutter.

The owner, Tony and his staff are amazing. My dogs were boarded there and one came down with sone concerning symptoms. Tony acted quickly and reached out to us while we were in Hawaii and took her to the Emergency Vet Hospital. Due to his concern and quick action our dog made it through the necessary procedure. The doctors said that Tony stayed with her till they reached us and called everyday to see how she was. We cannot express how grateful we are to Tony and his staff. My dogs also love to go out there just for daycare. They come home happy and tired.

My dog absolutely loves going to doggy daycare here. She gets so excited when I drop her off. They remember her and are always friendly. She also gets bathed here, it's very affordable and they do a really great job! So glad to have them in McCleary!

I have had nothing but positive experiences taking my dog to Country Inn for both short and long stays. The staff are friendly and the owner is very knowledgeable and makes sure your pets needs are more than met. I feel very comfortable leaving my pup at Country Inn Pet Resort and Spa. Whoa, super impressed. We need to kennel our 4mo old (dog)for one day and decided to test the waters with a half day stay. Tony was great, showed us around, they have lots of outdoor space for the pups, kennels looked clean, they also have on site groomer which is awesome. Was a muddy day, was expecting a muddy sheepdog, but they washed her down before I picked her up. Also, prices are AMAZING!! Very happy wallet.

The staff here is very helpful and keeps us informed of any issues related to our dog's behavior or health. Much to our delight, they text videos of the dogs playing and interacting which provides a great deal of comfort knowing they're having fun. Highly recommend.

Seems like a very comfortable spot for both humans and their companions. On a recommendation, we enjoyed a simple and very quick visit to Country Inn, having our Callie cat's claws trimmed. We're assuming (sorry, we didn't ask....) the owner took care of Callie and she was so very welcoming, gentle and thankfully super efficient with the claw thing. Cats.....she knew exactly how to handle the process, no drama and we're so very thankful for this. The staff that we did encounter were equally welcoming and helpful. By the looks of the sounds of the operation (pups waiting to be picked up and dogs barking during their grooming, etc.), we have a feeling it can be a busy place (we were invited to have Callie's claws trimmed at noon, during their lunch and the Spa "closed," to avoid dogs coming and going, easing the anxiety level in Callie. What other pet spa would go this extra mile?)! Thank you Country Inn Pet Resort and Spa!

We have used barking around the clock for doggy daycare and had a very good experience. We have power breed dogs and this location and the staff here are great with recognizing all different types of dog needs and making sure that dogs work together, stay safe and have an enjoyable day. We've also used their services for in-home pet care. Overnight stays included. We have used them for dog walks and random cat feedings when necessary for our pets as well for trips away from home. They are trustworthy, dependable and communicate amazingly with you about your pets while you're away from your fur babies. They even went out of their way to help care for one of my sick pets when I had an emergency. Not everyone would do that for you. The caring that you get from the staff here is beyond compare. They feel like family. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for help with their pets at home or at a facility.

Affordable, amazing and down right awesome! We have had an AMAZING experience with them. They are so friendly, very open and have great communication. My dog, Flash, LOVED coming here. We were only going to bring him one day of our vacation, but even driving by, he got way too excited. We ended up doing drop offs almost every day because it was better then him being in the hotel room. They even bathed him for us for an excellent price. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and ask for a grooming. I'm simply amazed and appreciate the hospitality for our fur baby. I would give a million stats if I could!!!

While I'm truly sorry to hear about your pup's tough time, I wanted to share a heartwarming story from our visit Sunday at Paws & Claws. Our 15-year-old Figgins, a charming cocker/sheltie mix had quite the tangled tale to tell. We took him to Paws & Claws grooming salon, "grooming aversive" and in need of some extra TLC. The groomer met with the me, discussed his specific needs, and took special care to ensure Figgins felt safe and comfortable throughout the process. I received a call to pick up him up, and our groomer came out to chat about what they were able to do for him. The result? The best grooming experience Figgins has had in his impressive 15 years! ———————————————————————- Never have I met a kinder group of people to care for my critters. Genuine care, I’m saying! They have come to my home to pick up my pup for a day of day care when I injured my knee- and returned her home letter that day! They are always there to take out for babies in whenever we need them where they receive the Royal Treatment the whole time that they’re there.

Both dogs and humans receive top quality personal attention from Katelyn & Jaden at Paws & Claws. Katelyn has learned from her experience at big kennels in Texas and California that dogs are happiest and most relaxed when in a pack rather than locked in individual cages . Watch as your dog is introduced to the other dogs, a few at a time, upon arrival. Even at night all dogs are watched over. Reasonable rates. Even outside official hours you will be served if you happen to arrive late. K&J are working on setting up a dog taxi to drop off or pick up your family members in the Ocean Shores area. How is that for convenience? When your dog is at Paws & Claws you have no reason for worry or concern, your dog is in canine heaven!

This is now called Barking Around The Clock. I am extremely satisfied with the grooming services here. I called on Friday and they scheduled both of my girls to come in on Monday for grooming. Both of my female dogs are Husky mix with thick under coats. My Bernese Mountain dog/Husky mix had a crazy long thick coat about 8 inches long all the way around her body, they groomed her exactly as I asked including nails, teeth brush and her ears have never been so clean. I was amazed at the grooming quality and the great price for the heavy grooming that was required for both my girls. My Sydney (Bernese Mix) is 8 years old with hip dysplasia, she usually is in a lot of discomfort after a day at the groomer, but she was fine and in very happy spirits. I could definitely tell that they took very good care of my girls during the grooming process. I used the same groomer in Las Vegas for 25 yrs and I am so happy to have found one here in OS that will serve my pets with all of the excellence of their former groomer. If I am ever in need to board my pets, I will not hesitate to use Barking Around The Clock.

My fiancé and I went out of town on vacation and boarded our pup here. They were amazing! I was gonna be late getting into town and they had him dropped off at my apartment so I didn’t have to wait until the next day to go pick him up. When he arrived home I could tell that even through his anxiety he had a good time! When I took him for his temperament test one of the ladies met us outside and he went up to her like he had known her his whole life, and when we went in to drop him off for the 2 nights he went right in with no problems (until I left but that’s a him problem definitely not their fault!). They were amazing with my separation anxiety ridden dog! Will definitely be back when needed

I had a problem here, but not necessarily a repeating problem. A large husky-type dog mouthed and terrified my toy Aussie. I had to yell at the dog because there was no supervisor in the room. My poor baby was shaking. The dog was crated, but the damage was done. Fortunately, there was no physical harm. Not sure about taking my dogs back at this point. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I think that this was foreseeable and preventable.

I have used Paws and Claws several times in the past both for grooming appointments and for daycare. The staff at Paws and Claws have always been extremely caring for my dog. My dog is a rescue and has a tough time trusting others, but the staff at Paws and Claws has always been patient and gentle with her as she warms up. I highly recommend Paws and Claws’ services!

We love brining our Stanley here! They are always so caring with him-he is a small dog and a bit timid. The grooming has been really great too! They really love the dogs that they take care of!

Friendly staff and reasonable rates. I know some folks have complained about the setting of this facility in a warehouse, but all I can say is that our dog absolutely loves it at Top Dog. She gets so excited every time we turn in to park and pulls us right in through the door. To get that reaction from a fairly shy and timid dog, they must be doing something right and we appreciate it!

I’ve been using Top Dog for a while but realized I hadn’t written a review! Best place to leave your dog hands down. My dog is a big brat and he isn’t always that happy around other dogs, but oh my gosh does he have the best time of his life when he’s here. My little brat turns into a social butterfly. Jordan knows how to match him with dogs he’s compatible with, he plays, has fun, and comes home exhausted and happy. Jordan is super accommodating to all his individual needs and always responsive and sends me photos (of my little monster grinning ear-to-ear!). The other staff I’ve met is fabulous as well. I will always always recommend this service. So so happy I have a service here in the Oly area that I 100% trust with the most precious part of my heart. Thanks Top Dog!!!

Nice place. It's close to my home so we gave it a shot. Lady gave us a tour of the facility on first day. I would love if they had webcams so we could look at the pups during the day, but they do post pictures on Facebook which is nice!

Absolute TOP choice for animal care! ***pun intended;) Jordan is an absolute angel. She treats every single animal like her own. She is a trained Vet Tech so she is a literally an expert with animals. She has personally helped me adopt and house train 2 kittens. She has dog sat untold number of friends dogs while we are in the field or ever on deployment. If I could give more than5 stars I would. The biggest thing to know is you pet is SAFE and LOVE with Jordan.

The place is literally a rusty warehouse. Tiny out door area and no cooling for the dogs during hot summer days, plus no heat during winter. If you leave your dog here remember to update your tetanus shots!

My family’s dog has been coming to Top Dog for quite a while. When returning home, having been gone for a while, I was asked by my parents to pick up our dog. I had not been to Top Dog for quite a few years, so I was unaware of the rules. Upon arriving, I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the workers; an older woman. It made me feel very anxious, nervous, and uncomfortable to ever step foot in this place ever again. The word “hostile” was used by this worker to describe my actions when requesting to pick up my dog, and that is one of the main reasons why Top Dog no longer feels like a welcoming place.

My dog has been going here once a week for several months now. She absolutely loves it and becomes ecstatic when we bring her in. All we have to do is mention daycare to her and she loses her mind. The folks who work here are very nice. It’s obvious that they love their work and all the pups who come in. My spouse and I recommend this to all my dog owning friends.
