We used Paws N' Claws Pet Service for our 3 cats when we went on vacation. I highly recommend Stephanie and her company. She was very attentive to my messages and addressed all of my concerns. I have an elderly cat with medical issues, and she has to have steroids twice a day. Stephanie was very reliable, and she promptly sent me an update each time she visited my home and included photos and/or videos. She sent several videos, and I could hear all the cat purrs! After meeting Stephanie, I felt extremely comfortable with allowing her to come into our home to take care of my fur babies. Not only is Stephanie a professional but she is also an animal lover. I will be using her services again. Thank you, Stephanie, for taking such good care of my kitties!!!

Stephanie is amazing! She shows up at the time she said she would! Plays ball with my babies, makes sure they are feed and well cared for! Stephanie is reliable from house sittings or drop ins, I never have to worry with her. Thank you for providing amazing services ❤️

Grace was the sitter for my 3 dogs for 12 days and I was so thankful for the updates and photos that I received by text and through the website each time she came over. She went above and beyond to take excellent care of them, and play with them during each visit. Leaving animals is hard but it was a great relief to know they are in the care of someone who truly wants to take such good loving care of them!

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and Stephanie was super quick at responding to every email/question I had and was an overall an amazing pet sitter for our kitten! I was given a pet report card with photos during every one of her drop in visits and it gave me so much relief that our cat was in good hands! I will be booking again in the future👍

This is the second time I used Stephanie to watch my house for 10 days. When I got home, it was like I never left. She was flexible with my erratic flight schedule, sent updates every day, and handled everything brilliantly. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

My pup loves Camp Bow Wow! She always looks forward to going and gets very excited when she sees the building. I love that I can watch her on the camera throughout the day and I know she’s being taken care of.

We love Camp Bow Wow Pensacola! During the interview process, they gradually introduce your dog to the staff as well as the other dogs at the camp to make sure they play well with others. The staff is always friendly and really seem to love dogs. They monitor the dogs the entire time they are in the play yards. My favorite thing is the cameras. I am able to see how Rupert is doing at any time by logging into the app! The grooming services are exceptional! I love that I am able to leave a member of the family in the hands of people I can trust.

It's pretty easy to get a booking and the kids all seem to enjoy being with the dogs. They're good about making sure that the dogs are dog friendly before adding them to the "pile" so to speak. My dog has black nails which are more difficult to trim, but they do a great job with them!

Camp Bow Wow is amazing! It’s clean and all the staff love their job and it shows. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and they did a good job explaining everything to me. You can tell all the staff are animal lovers and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their care!

We've had our pit bill mix at this place multiple times with no incident. Last weekend, Jethro spent the night at this place. A few hours later, we received a call that Jethro was involved in 3 different incidents with different dogs. Eventually, they told us they had to pen Jethro due to his violent behavior. We picked him up the next morning and spent the following week inquiring about the incidents to see what happened. It took over a week to get a call back. We finally get to talk to the owner and she only provides one video of Jethro and another dog. Both dogs were waiving their tails as if they were being more playful for 2 bigger dogs. When asked about the other incidents, the OWNER said she didn't have access to the other videos and didn't provide them. Dishonest and unprofessional!

Buddy attended Camp Bow Wow while on vacation and had a great time. They might have smaller yards than other camps but he had a good time and enjoyed checking on him when I could (service issues when at the air show).

I’ve been taking my Pitbull mix here for a year and a half. I always get great reviews about how good and sweet he is. This dog has NEVER been aggressive I recently took him here for an overnight stay and I was called that evening and told he had attacked 3 dogs on 3 occasions and was penned and wrote up for it. For over a week I requested to see the video and got no contact. Finally a week later one of the owners contacted me and said I could come in and view the footage. I went in and was provided with footage that included about a 3 second interaction with my dog and ONE other dog where they were both wagging their tails and biting at each other’s faces like big dogs do. No injuries and when they were sprayed they parted and that was it. There was no way to tell in the video who the initiator was…I watched it 4 times. My dog was continually blamed as the initiator and when I asked to see the footage of the 3 incidents with 3 dogs multiple times I was told it most likely existed but she didn’t have access to it. I will never take my dog back and would leave zero stars if it were possible.

Love this place! I dropped off my dog for his first interview and I knew he would be safe and loved while he was there! The staff are so friendly and the facility is very clean and cozy!

My 3 star review has more to do with what kind of facility this is (and it’s handlers) than my dogs’ treatment - which was fine with one exception. See below. If you’re looking for a place to exercise (wear out) your dogs with indoor continuous walking in circles for hours with little unstructured socialization or outside play, this is the place for you. If you have a big dog who likes to rough house and there are no other comparable sized dogs present, this is not the place for you. If your dogs are tired due to early morning run and just need a quiet place to crash (for day care), this is not the place for you. I also recommend handlers be trained or made aware of when a dog is extremely thirsty. While I have no concrete evidence of this, I think my big dog was denied admission because he’s an American Bully. From the online reviews re injured dogs, I think the philosophy here is to not admit Bullies or dogs that “appear” intimidating. If you have one, this may not be the place for you.

Camp Bow Wow has been the only place we’ve ever boarded our American Eskimo who is now 5 1/2 years old. I called to schedule boarding for our dog Labor Day weekend because we were going out of town for my son‘s wedding. I spoke with Tyler on the Saturday before our trip and was informed that we would have to go through the entire process of the interview and five hour visit again because it had been over a year since we had had her boarded with them, but they had the space to board her that weekend. While I found that frustrating (and seemingly unnecessary since they know my dog & have boarded her 3-4x already), I said I would call back when I spoke to my husband to check his availability. I called back on Sunday, and spoke to Tyler again. I made an appointment for the Wednesday before our trip at 8:30. He informed me I also needed to send an email with copies of my dog’s vaccinations, which I promptly did Sunday night. My husband arranged his work schedule to take her to the appointment at 8:30 Wednesday morning . To his surprise when he arrived, he was told we did not have a scheduled appointment, and that they never received the email. They asked him who he spoke with. He was unaware because I’m the one who made the appointment. They refused to take my husband in for the 8:30 appointment we had made the Sunday before, and said he would have to come back at 10:30. Unfortunately, his work schedule did not allow that. So he had to drive back to Milton with our dog, and we had nowhere to board our dog for our son’s wedding. He told me this and I was upset, So I called Camp Bow Wow from work and had to leave a message- no answer. They called me back as students were entering my classroom. I think his name was Michael. I told him I made the 8:30 appt with Tyler that Sunday before but they turned my husband and dog away,, that I would send screenshots of the 2 phone calls with their establishment on Saturday and Sunday, and would resend the email with her shot records because they claimed they never got it. it. I texted them the screenshots and forwarded them the previous email with shot records and asked if they received the information, and they never responded. They ignored the communication. We will not be bringing our dog in the future. I supported this business whole heartedly, recommended family members to them that are on $500 daycare plan locally and our son who uses the Mobile location, but I will not be coming back. The left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing, and they make appointments but don’t communicate with other staff members and “double book” having to turn people away.. It was a very frustrating situation the day prior to us leaving for a wedding and added a lot of stress to a busy time in our lives. The wedding was in GA & we didn’t have time to find another boarding facility. Thank God a family member came through who couldn’t attend the wedding because Camp Bow Wow was NOT there for us!!! This was a complete scheduling failure on their part and they didn’t offer an apology or take responsibility. Natalie Lackey

When I picked Luna up in April 2024 after her overnight stay, I was disappointed with her condition. It was strange for her to be gasping for breath and eager to make her exit. As we were on our way home, she had a persistent cough. I stop and observe her carefully. Her ability to breathe was being constricted because the leg portion of her body harness was forcefully placed over her neck in the wrong position. I had to undo all the remaining loops in order to take off the harness. The treatment of my dog Luna, is unacceptable. Despite years of going there and recommending their service, I am now extremely reluctant to even think about returning.

Very disappointing....I have never been able to get a return phone call from anyone there.....I just keep calling back to make my reservation or inquiry. I have used them for a year now and boarded our cat maybe 6 times.....never thrilled but she seemed fine staying there until this last visit. It was evident she got very little attention. Came home smelling like urine and felt filthy. Our cat carrier came home with what appeared to be paint on it and it too was filthy. Bottom line: it didn't go there in the condition it came home - we literally threw it away. I called to relay my disappointment. The manager was fine and understanding. They did decide to offer a portion of the stay and comp it. However, I have yet to see the credit. It's been over a month now. Again, trying to track it down and have left 3 messages now. This will be the last I do business theres.

Had a great experience with the staff. My dog is older and is quite anxious, but the staff was very accommodating to my old pup during his stay. I recommend this place to anyone who's nervous about leaving their fur baby for an extended time and want a peace in mind.

Walked in unannounced and they showed us around. What a great doggie day care and the boarding room is adorable. Dogs have stayed now a couple three times. Always happy to go in and happy to come out!

When I got my dog he had zero social skills he was a 4 month old Pomeranian that was so hyper and a little crazy. We began dropping little Sunny off 6 days a week for the next 2 years. He loved it so much and loved all his fur friends. Great people, great grooming and the Vets office is on the same property. Great place

First of all we do not have a dog but we had to go there with our friends to drop their dog off for her stay before our trip. I was so impressed that I had to get out of the car to see the place! It was amazing to see the facility and watch how they treat their guests (dogs)!! They have private rooms with full length windows to look outdoors! Who has that? They have outdoor safe playtime ! They can even take their own beds and treats!! What a place!!!

The Play n Stay is always a great place for our little one to stay at. We trust her with them to be played with and cared for during her stay. They do an excellent job with letting us know how she is each day with a daily report card. We also utilize the groomer during our stays which is also excellent! Great place!

Terrible. I would not bring my pet back here and I would not recommend others board their pets here either. Three main complaints. 1. I was entitled to a discount from a promotion (15% off), and the front desk worker didn’t credit this to me when it was in writing to him that I was eligible. When I brought it up to him, he denied knowing, and stated that he couldn’t possibly refund the entitled amount. 2. Very rough while handling my pet. My pet has a “safe” collar that will snap off if he gets caught somewhere. It requires considerable force to remove and would naturally come off only if he was hanging from a tree by his collar. When the same front desk employee was placing my pet in his carrier, he was so rough that he forcibly snapped off his collar and was oblivious to the mistreatment. 3. Prices unclear on site. The ~half price for a second pet at the boarding is advertised as though it’s an option for a less luxurious boarding experience. This was not explained until the front desk employee “couldn’t possibly issue a refund.”

Jeff and Donna are the best! We have used them several times for week long vacations and always pleased. I am very picky and protective of who I trust with my 3 dogs but also to stay in my home. My 3 dogs are so comfortable with Jeff and love when he comes to stay! :) I always get pictures while I'm away which I love - puts my heart at ease! If you are in need of a pet sitter I would definitely recommend reaching out to Paws N Claws Pet Sitters!

Jeff stayed at our home to care for our 3 dogs, during a recent vacation. We loved the updates on our pups while we were out. Also, one of our dogs was not so into eating and Jeff went above and beyond to get him to have his meals. We highly recommend Jeff and Donna and have plans to use them again!

Jeff and Donna have been our go to pet sitters in Richardson Texas and now in Florida. We trust them completely with our two dogs. We just got back from ten days out of state, and when we walked in, we found our dogs were happy and healthy and excited to see us. They quickly calmed down and treated us like we hadn't been away! Clearly, they received great care. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Jeff and Donna both came to visit prior to us using them the first time for an overnight sitting. Our dog had no issues with them and that is always a good sign. They are very quick to respond, thorough, and easy to work with. They were very attentive to our pets needs (which aren't much) but still no issues. We have recently used their services again on a multi day trip. Zero issues, good communication, updates multiple times per day. They will continue to be our "go to" folks when we need someone to step in and take care of our dog when we cannot take him along. GO BIG RED!!!

Our little Morkie, Sadie, loves Donna and Jeff. They treat Sadie like she is one of their own. They have been taking care of her for the past 1 1/2 years. They’re the only ones we allow to take care of our baby. We highly recommend them!

This place is so awesome. I bring my dog here for 3-4 day long stays when my husband and I go out of town and he is such a happy boy while he’s there. I love that I am able to check on him through all of the cameras, and the staff are so friendly and very responsive. They never make me feel like a crazy overprotective dog mom (even though I am) and they always give Ace the extra amenities that I add on for him, so it’s nice to know that he is really getting the snuggles and one-on-one time when I pay for it! Also this facility doesn’t use the harsh chemicals for cleaning that other boarding places do. I took Ace to another place and he got a rash from the harsh cleaning chemicals, by happy dog uses a diluted bleach mixture that’s safe for the dogs as soon as it dries and my little guy has never had a bad experience with them. Definitely bring your dogs here!!

My pup Finn has been going to Happy Dog for doggy daycare since they opened and he LOVES it! He is always so eager to get inside and play with his friends (dogs and humans alike)! He plays hard and is always exhausted when I pick him up. Happy Dog has many perks, such as live video footage of the play areas and daily report cards with photos and details about your pup's day (to name a few). It is clear that the staff truly cares about the wellbeing and safety of each animal. There is no place like Happy Dog Resort and I highly recommend!!

My dog Huncho loves it! His really enjoys the pool, that’s his favorite thing to do there!

We took Hugo to Happy Dog Resort for a year while living downtown. He received the best loving care we could hope for! He would cry with anticipation starting a few blocks away and couldn’t get out of the car and in with his friends soon enough! We had to move out of state and were sad to have to leave Happy Dog and all the loving staff!

My dog stayed for about a week and an absolutle blast. Clean facility, perfect staff that genuienly loves dogs, and lots of play mates.

They are excellent, first they took grand pup in (a hurricane escapee hunkering here till its safe; Grand pup used to go to another place here when we lived here. When I tried them he wasn’t warmly welcomed. Therefore, I gave these new folks a try - (Happy Dog Resort)?and we highly recommend them!! Accommodating and they use ‘ideal’ dog handling procedures. The place is state of the art, too! Try it out - our goodest boy, Goose was treated like a king and made several new fur friend’s. ❤️🐕 ps they let you see them while you are away and they play.

My pups, Gemma & Jonas have been going since they opened & love it so much. They are so eager to get inside & play with their friends, both dogs & people. Jonas is a bit timid around new people & esp men but they have been so great working with him & I've even seen Jonas follow some of his fave handlers around & they've been men! They've stayed before for both long & short stay boarding & never had any problems. I love the report cards & the ability to watch live videos while they're there. The handlers at Happy Dog Resort are awesome & I know they're always going to have a fantastic time & come home exhausted.

I can’t say enough great things about Happy Dog Resort! In Pensacola. I have a very active GoldenDoodle who loves going to play with everyone there. I love the report card and pics keeping me updated on her. A day or long term, trust them with your fur baby♥️

I have not used Happy Dog Resort yet but found the website full of information to help me decide which services I will use for my pup. I know the owner personally and there is no one on the face of this earth that loves animals more than she does. I can’t wait to treat my pup to a groom and spa day as soon as I find time.

Terry & Terri does a fantastic job. I have never boarded my 12 year old dog. We had a nice meet and greet to see how she would do with her own pets and the surrendering area. We made a quick 3 day trip. Terry sent us pictures and updates on how she was doing. We used them a month later for a week. No problems. We have her book to go again in Nov. Terry has helped me a few times booking on line, when I had messed up. He is very nice and explains to you what you need to do. Terri, when you come to pickup she will give you an overall account of the stay. Both are great and I would highly recommend them. The pricing is very reasonable.

Always Home Pet Sitting is a favorite of ours- my husband and I AND our two small dogs! They are reliable, professional, experienced, friendly and love what they do! We usually get them to pet sit in our home when we travel and it’s convenient and wonderful having someone here when we are gone. Our puppies sleep with us on our king-sized bed and Terry sleeps with them when he’s here! They LOVE both Terry & Terri. We let the puppies stay over with them due to a scheduling conflict and the puppies had a BLAST! We highly recommend Always Home Pet Sitting!!! They have actually become friends because of the relationship we’ve built over the years.

I was a little bit nervous because my dog is very anxious because she was a rescue dog, but they gave me updates and pictures of her throughout her day which made me feel at ease. My husband said that when he went to get her, she didn’t want to leave! lol I definitely will use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a pet sitter!

They are reliable, always take great care of my cats and fish, and they send pictures and updates so I know my pets have been well taken care of. Their app makes scheduling and maintaining chat history and pet care notes super easy. Also, they're even kind enough to bring in packages and such if needed. This is really appreciated especially when I'm away for a long stretch. I really recommend them!

My buddy Oreo spent 5 days. What a great place. Got photos every day knowing my pup was in good hands. I was worried that he might have a problem with other dogs but Terry said it only took a hour or so. Amazing!!! I’m so happy I found this place. Sometimes you just get lucky. The price is very reasonable for the care given. As long as there in business it will be my place to take Oreo.

Always Home Pet Sitting has been such a gift to our family!!! Our dog is a rescue and does not do well being boarded anywhere that is similar to a shelter, so finding Terri and Terry to take care of our Maisy at their home has been amazing. Maisy loves playing with the other dogs and being able to snuggle on the couch! We never have to worry about her when we leave town because we know she is being very well taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!

Always Home Pet Sitting does an amazing job. We have used them to come to the house and let dogs out/feed them/play with them while we were out of town. Also they have kept our dogs at their house while we were out of town. I strongly recommend them. They love your dogs as if they were theirs. The last time they kept our dogs they sent us updates and pictures while we were out of town which was nice because our dogs are like our kids and it was nice to see they were having fun while we were out of town.

Terry and Terri are the best! When I moved to Mobile a year ago, I was looking for someone to keep my 7lb Yorkie. I left him at one place that was terrible. His little paws were raw. Then I found Always Home Pet service. Oh my goodness, what a difference!! My Dexter loves going there, almost like home for him. In the year that Dexter has been going, sometimes weeks at a time, he was well taken care of. Terry and Terri always treat him as one of theirs. Please give them a try. You will not be sorry!

We have used Always Home Pet Sitting several times. The Terrys are very accommodating when we have last minute travel plans. Our fur babies enjoy their second home away from home. I would definitely recommend them doggie parents.

There is seriously no one better than Terri and her team! My babies are always so well taken care of and we think of her as family. I love the updates she sends and it is our favorite part of traveling, getting her texts with photos of our angels! Molly and Willow adore her! Highly recommend!

Heather was great. We had a last minute change of plans, we called her and she was able to get us in no problem. She was great and our two dogs loved it. She gave us little status updates as well! You can rest assured your pups will be taken well care of here. She is definitely a go to when it comes to pet sitting. Rather than checking with the boarding locations only to find out they are closed, go to her. She will work will work with you and is a life saver when you need somewhere to board your pets in short notice. I highly recommend heather. My pets came back safe and sound and you could tell they enjoyed the stay.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for Heather! We had a literal last minute emergency, visiting from out of state and she was so quick to help us. She was direct with what she needed from us in order to look after our two dogs- 2 under a year old none the less! I was relieved to see she had other dogs eager to play with mine, all with wagging tails :) She was extremely communicative to which put me at ease when leaving them for a few days. We had a last minute cancellation with our condo and was unable to find another that would allow our 5 month old Cavapoo. I found Heather on google called her because of her great ratings. I am so glad I did because she was wonderful. She was very accommodating and kind. And the best part was that our Cooper LOVED her! He enjoyed his stay and being able to play with all her other sweet pups! I cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of our little boy!

So thankful to have Heather's Hugs N Kisses when our family needs to travel. She treats our dog, Nacho, like one of her own and really cares for him. The dogs are allowed to free roam inside and outside instead of being locked in a crate for days and her prices are very reasonable. We have had her watch Nacho three times now and we will continue to be repeat customers.

Heather is wonderful and our dog loves staying with her. She always respects his prescription diet due to allergies. She's a great communicator. She also let us know immediately when she spotted signs of an ear infection and waited for permission to take any form of action.

I want to thank Heather on taking care of my Mazie girl! We were in Fort Walton Beach for three weeks and Heather took great care of Mazie! Mazie had a fantastic time staying with Heather and her puppies. I would recommend Heather for either day, overnight and long term stays. She is amazing and I trust her with my Mazie for future stays. Thank you again Heather for a great vacation and knowing that Mazie was loved and taken care of.

Nothing but excellence!!! We had an emergency where I had to leave that same night when I was notified. We found Heather on Google. She was very understanding about our situation and very considerate to allow us to leave our puppy Gus with her that same night if we had all payment and documentation needed. All of this was last minute so we were very thankful. Our puppy had a great time and looked very happy when we picked him up. The daycare has an excellent price and Heather is a very gentle person. We will definitely be leaving Gus here again if needed so he can play with his new friends and have a good time.

Heather took great care of our dog Gambit several times when we went out of town on vacation. She sent pictures and a quick update and always responded quickly when I contacted her to set up boarding dates. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to board their dog.
