Wow! This place is fantastic under the new owners. The newly built housing is superb. They take such great care of our dogs & the staff are so caring & wonderful. These guys really are on point & they are now our first choice for doggy vacations. Thanks to the owners & staff for everything you do.

Highly recommend Northside Pet Resort! Paul, Maree and the team cared for our dogs Mable and Gordon like they were their own. We first used Northside Pet Resort not long after Paul & Maree purchased the resort. Our dog Mable had injured her leg when she was only a year old and needed to be kept quiet while she healed. Mable attended Doggy Day Care while we were at work and she was cared for beautifully. We have just left them for 10 days while we were on holidays. Gordon and Mable had never boarded anywhere before so this was a new experience for them. When we picked them up they were happy and clean and fluffy! It was great to see pictures and videos of them while we were away playing and having fun! Thank you Paul, Maree and team for caring for our dogs so beautifully. Cathy

What a great place for your fur babies. Our little daschound just loves going there for both doggy daycare and sleepovers. The staff are amazing and really get to know your fur babies.

I don't like giving 5 star reviews because it can be misleading. In this case it's not. The people run the place are approachable and will always return your call if missed. They look after your pet in the best possible way. My dog never has any issues when he is dropped off at their establishment.

Ramsay loves coming to stay and play, the staff are lovely and are so friendly and genuine. The facilities are amazing and you can see all the dogs being dropped off and picked up are so happy. Great for boarding and also doggy day care.

My Golden Retriever stayed here for 7 nights and I was extremely happy with the service. We were welcomed upon arrival, and I felt comfortable leaving him with such friendly nice people. The facilities also looked amazing. While I was away, I received nearly daily updates of him playing with other dogs on Facebook and he even was given a bath the day before pick up so came home extremely clean and happy. He will definitely be going back. 😊

Thank you for the wonderful personalised care and attention you take with all the animals that come and stay at your resort. The service you provide at your immaculately clean facilities is the best I have experienced for my shy cat Samantha & calm dog Rodney. Both animals were cared for so well Rodney was very happy and freshly bathed and not looking eager to leave. I know he would have been quite happy to stay. Samantha calm & content. I can’t thank you all enough. This is life changing for our family as we now have somewhere amazing for our animals to stay. See you again in a few weeks 😊

Northside Pet Resort the best we have used. For both our younger pup and older dog. The professionalism and knowledge of the owners is second to none. You know your dogs are in the best of hands and loved while staying there. The surroundings are beautiful, clean and modern. I would recommend to anyone. Top notch place for pooches.

Paul, Maree and the Northside Pet Resort team are amazing. My dog absolutely loves going there for his weekly doggy daycare catch up with furry friends and feels right at home when staying longer. The staff and management are so kind and caring from drop off to pick up. We left our dog and cat here while away and emailed for updates and they were both very well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend this pet resort and we will be returning in the future

I cannot recommend Kip Brisbane Pet Resort enough. This was the first boarding experience for our recently rescued greyhound. Since he has had a tricky start around people and other dogs, I was feeling a bit nervous about how he would go. From the start the staff were incredibly reassuring. The photos and videos I received each day showed how patient, warm and loving the staff were towards him. It is clear to see in all the videos and photos he was so happy and relaxed. Not only did he have a great stay he also had an opportunity to develop his confidence around other people and dogs which has gone above my expectations 😊.

So happy with Kip Happy Stays Brisbane. The daily updates are so great. Staff are genuinely caring and kind to your pets and always accomodating. Definitely recommend. We travel an hour to use this service because we trust the care provided. :-)

Highly recommend. We were anxious to leave our 3 dogs for 4 nights. The staff were amazing. We were sent photos and videos daily. They went for a bush walk and even bathed them before pickup 💖 …

Our Billy came home from Kip with a huge smile on his face and he is so much more relaxed and well-behaved, we cannot thank the fantastic Team at Kip enough for that. Every time Hugo stays at Kip Brisbane Pet Resort at Kurwongbah , he comes home with a huge smile on his face! If you find it difficult to leave your fury friend behind, you can be reassured by the pictures showing them having lots of fun. The staff are always friendly and clearly enjoy their work. We boarded our dachshund at Kip for two weeks. The process from touring the property to picking up our dog was all very smooth! The staff at Kip reassured us of all the safety measures they have in place and answered all our questions. The daily photo updates of our puppy put our mind to ease. It was our first time boarding our dog and we will definitely be using Kip again if we are away travelling and need a safe and happy place to look after our doggo. Thanks team!

We have had our dogs stay here numerous times now with no issues. The staff are super friendly and our dogs are always looked after. We get daily photo updates as part of the service which is always nice while your away. Our dogs always arrive home clean and smelling wonderful! We don't know how we get them so clean!

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our two beagles. We get daily videos and pictures and they come home smelling amazing and ready to sleep for days. I really feel that they would rather be there than anywhere else based on their excitement on arrival. Definitely deserving of a five star review!

I can't say enough about the service that Shauna provides. She looked after my two dogs for over two weeks. I received so many amazing photos, videos and updates. Shauna goes above and beyond for her clients. When she comes to our local dog park and all the dogs that stay with her race up to see her with such excitement, I don't think you can get any better recommendation than that. Excellent day care service. My Min Pin attends and loves it. Shauna is definitely an animal lover! Professional, reasonable rates,great communication, my dog is really well cared for and there's plenty of games and walkies,and nap times too! I am so glad I found Shauna for my dog Frankie. She is amazing, having a natural affinity with animals. The enrichment activities she does with the dogs is exceptional - walks, socialising with other dogs, swims in the pool and at the beach, never ending ball throws. When Frankie realises the car is turning into Shauna’s street, her tail starts to wag and she jumps out of the car eagerly. You go that one step further for our fur babies each and every day. Banks the Aussie Shepherd gives Shauna 5 stars. He loved going there over the holidays, when we arrived for day 2 he couldn't wait to get out of the car! He is a very active dog and had plenty of stimulation in a very safe and caring environment. Shauna played fetch, took the dogs to the park, let them swim in the pool and just hang out with the other dogs. This is a very affordable option for dogs that need company and activity, we were so happy with the service and Banks certainly benefitted from his time out there. We will be back !

Our border collie pup has been going to Shauna weekly since May 23. She has recently just spent 5 nights with Shauna and has had the most fun. We were updated with hundreds of photos and videos. Shauna took our pup all over Brisbane and to different beaches. Our pup was so spoilt and had an absolute ball. I will always recommend Shauna to our friends and family who need a pet sitter.

Shauna was an absolute gem! I booked to have my cats Zeus and Yuki looked after while I went on holiday with my partner and she took excellent care of them. She sent plenty of photos to keep us updated on the status of our cats and they even made friends with some of the other animals during their time. I truly recommend her for any pet sitting needs.

Our fur babies stayed with Shauna, they have never had so much fun when being away from us. Our minds were put at rest with the first set of photos, Shauna sent to us, we were able to enjoy our break, knowing that they were in fine hands and having a ball. My dog hated the kennel. He didn't want anything to do with it or the staff. And as such he couldn't stay. But Taylor (I hope that's right) was absolutely awesome. It was a difficult situation. Everything was tried. And an unfortunately Marco couldn't stay the night. The young ladies employed here where absolutely wonderful.

We are very satisfied with the care of our pups and professionalism of the team. We had a meet and great prior to the stay. The team explained about the behaviours that they were looking for in one of our dogs as she has a breed that is known to be aggressive. The team explained how their stay went and were happy to share details about how they interacted with the other dogs etc. 100% recommend. I wish I knew the name of the young lady with long dark, slightly wavy hair who helped us with the meet and greet and the pick-up so I could thank her in person. Zoe and Zara thank you!

Always have a positive experience when booking through Brisbane boarding kennels. Easy to book and Worth the value. Excellent service and they always make your fur baby feel loved! My Bodhi always has the best time and loves being there. Would definitely recommend. 5 out of 5!

The staff were lovely and helpful and very accommodating. Both of my dogs lost weight while there, my bigger dog lost a significant amount of weight, I can see her bones, shes happy as ever but I am extremely distressed by her condition. Prior to their stay both were at perfect weights.

We would rate Brisbane Boarding Kennels and Cattery up with the best that we have used. The accommodation Lady Bazza (our cat) is in is very clean and tidy, first class. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, will answer any questions you may have and will support you if you have any concerns about your pet/s coming to stay with them. We would give them a rating of 5 stars out of 5.

Quin is a relatively recent rescue and all indications are that he was a stray, so we had reservations about putting him in the cattery so early in his life with us. We need have had no fears. Quin came home looking as wonderful as a tubby tabby can look. The staff seemed to love him and I received very positive vibes when I rang to check how he was faring. Quin will definitely be holidaying with you again!

Brisbane Boarding Kennels are amazing! I have a highly anxious dog who has trouble eating away from home and the staff always look after him! We can rest assured knowing he will be happy, well fed and cared for when we go away.
