Kim has been taking care of our cat Neil when we go away for 6 years now and does a great job for a reasonable cost. We love the updates and photos she sends and I think Neil may now prefer her to us! Can't recommend highly enough. Professional, friendly and very obliging to even a short notice request.

We've been using Kim's pet sitting service for around a year now. She came highly recommended, and her support has been amazing. She regularly sends pics of our cats while we're away, and the cats are always in good form when we return - they seem to have enjoyed the break from us! I love that the cats can stay at home when we're away, and I trust Kim to do the right thing for them at all times. She's really well organised with regards to diary, billing and so on, and her prices are very reasonable. Definitely a happy customer!

I'm so glad I've got Pattishall Pet Sitting in my life! Kim first looked after my pair of very shy cats in February, and since then she's done so a few more times when I've gone away for short breaks or just overnight. I don't really like leaving them, but now I can do so in full confidence knowing that Kim will take care of all of their needs. It's lovely to have found such a caring and responsible cat sitter. I absolutely adore Kim. She is truly a bunny superstar and I'm so grateful for all the time and effort she puts into caring for my trio each time they go to stay. I get updates on how they're getting on and can have peace of mind, knowing they're being looked after. She is utterly amazing and they never seem to want to leave to come home with me after staying there, so that must be a good sign! I use Pattishall Pet Sitting several times a year. I can go away knowing that my boy is safe, well looked after and that Kim will spoil him even when he is being a grump. She cares about each and everyone of her furry clients. Have used PPS for years and have recommended to family who now also use. No hesitation in recommending.

We have been using Kim to look after our cats for years and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. She takes great care of our cats and they really like her despite being very shy around most people! She is always very responsive to messages and she has even been able to help us with last minute bookings when we have needed them.

Kim took care of our cat for two weeks and we were extremely pleased with her. Our cat is very timid, always hiding whenever any person outside the family entered our house. However, Kim managed to earn her trust and approach her, keeping us updated constantly and making sure our kitten was well. We cannot recommend her enough! I have been using Shirley and Barking Mad since 2014 , both my dogs love going on their holidays and are are always so excited when the car arrives to pick them up. The dogs have stayed with different hosts over the years but all have looked after them with great care , happy to give my older her dog medication as well as lots of exercise, love and affection . We have known Shirley and used her services since 2011. She's highly organised and a lovely person who cares deeply about the care that the dogs receive. Our Labrador Hero is always over the moon to see her and jumps straight into her car when he goes off on holiday. I'm sure he knows that he's in for a great time! Izzy, our cherished pooch, has been holidaying with Barking Mad at least twice a year all her life (she's 8 this year). She is always so excited when Shirley and Keith collect her for her holiday and she has always returned home a very happy and relaxed dog. If Barking Mad were unable to accommodate her we simply wouldn't go away. Couldn't recommend it highly enough from Izzy's and our experience.

From the first meeting everything about how Zoe looked after our two dogs was superb .We were going abroad for our sons /fiances wedding and our dog and his fiancé's dogs had never really stayed away from home.Both loved their time away together and regular photo updates and special wedding day wishes took all the worries about leaving our two boys for the week.....thanks Zoe for being so brilliant with our boys ,Ozzy and Scooby

Andrea is extremely efficient and flexible assisting us twice now and this last time at extremely short notice. She attends to the needs of our multiple animals with a confident ease which includes love and attention. Andrea also takes the time to communicate with us at our request giving us peace of mind all is well whilst we are away. Thank you very much Andrea, a first class service.

We booked Andrea for a Children’s Party, she was amazing. With Iggy, Hermione, Elvis, Snowy, Pascal, Evie and Angus and the Madagascan dudes, 20+ 5 year olds were kept rapt for over an hour of fun, interaction and animal facts. All could be handled except for Pascal who nonetheless was an exceptional character and a favourite of all the kids. Andrea and her team do a great job of keeping everyone engaged and the animals and children safe throughout. Thoroughly recommended, worth every penny and very much a “core memory” for my son.

All was going well, and our golden retriever puppy has been left with Andrea once a week since we had him. However he came home very distressed this week and Andrea explained he's been chewing her coffee table. The 9 month old puppy hasn't ever chewed anything other than his toys. We are mortified and looking at the damage can only assume he was left alone for a period of time to do so much damage. Left alone at a time when we were paying for a service to look after him. We were charged for the damage and Golden had the option of being "expelled" from his doggy day care or being crated when left alone. Our Golden won't be going back.

Andrea brought a selection of animals to my daughters 8th birthday party and was a hit with both the kids and the adults!! Andrea is very knowledgable and has so many facts, the children were all completely engaged and had a great time handling them! Thank you so much, you were a perfect addition to our daughters party!

Andrea looked after my staff/ pit cross whilst I holidayed in Jamaica, if I'm honest I was hesitant to leave Bert with anyone he didn't already know, but after speaking to Andrea and seeing her passion and expertise, whilst she won Bert over on their very first meeting, I felt 100% at ease leaving my boy with her, to this day if we see Andrea on our walks or pass her house Bert still pulls to meet her. 5/5 I 100% recommend.

Andrea hosted a brilliant party for our daughter and her friends for her 9th birthday. Andrea kept both children and adults really interested throughout with her fantastic animals and the knowledge she shared about them. She was really patient with the children whilst they handled some of her animals and it was just what our daughter wanted, thank you!

Andrea's knowledge of the animals she owns is second to none - my son thinks she is amazing, and wants to be just like her when he grows up!! He is looking forward to booking her for his birthday party, so he can see all the animals again, including the chinchilla, the gecko and the snakes - he is captivated when she talks about the animals, and would love to own as many as she does!!

Andrea has our two dogs every time we go away & they love going to her. One of our dogs is very sensitive & she is so great with him, really makes him feel secure, gives him loads of attention & fun so he forgets about us while we’re away! We wouldn’t send them anywhere else now.

Andrea was so helpful and professional when looking after my cat, Bonnie. It was so lovely and helpful to have daily updates every day whilst I was away. I will always use Andrea in the future and would highly recommend her as I feel Bonnie was well looked after and safe.

My rats got on well with Lian, which was the evident by them being relaxed and curious on my return. Lian also took good care of and medicated my epileptic rat twice daily. I can now plan the next holiday in peace, knowing that my rats will be well looked after.

Fantastic service. I cannot recommend them enough. You can tell Jason lovesanimals and the animals love him too. My cat is a shy cat who does not like meeting new people but within 24 hours of Jason coming to feed her she really took to him.. I was provided with daily updates pics and videos of how Pepper was doing. Jason did everything thing we asked of him and we will definitely be using Fir and Feathers in future. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Pepper. It was a great weight off our minds as its the first time we've gone on holiday and left her.

Highly recommend Fur and Feathers Small Animal Boarding. They went above and beyond to look after our tortoise while we were on holiday even buying a heat pad and a new lamp for the winter as well as putting plants in the enclosure to make it feel more natural. They also sent regular updates and photos so we were always reassured. The fees are very low considering the quality of care provided. 10/10 service.

We recently used Fur & Feathers to look after our 2 Guinea pigs whilst we went on our family holiday. The service that Amey and David provided was exceptional and they welcomed our 2 Guinea pigs into their family. It was a lovely family friendly environment and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you Amey and David for looking after Biscuit and Blackjack.

Our rabbits spent a week here, Lianne was brilliant sending regular updates over the week. They looked really happy and content when we picked them up will definitely use again.

You can tell Lian is really loves animals, our rabbits (Harry and Pearl) always seem to enjoy their stay. I wonder if they ever really want to come home!!

Hazel Tree looked after my 3 GSPs for a week. They were fine. The kennels have a nice outlook and there is a secure paddock for off lead exercise. Lovely staff team.

Have been taking Bayley, my GSD, there for years. If Ed hasn't got availability I change my plans as I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

I have a very difficult dog who refuses to eat in kennels, so far for up to 3 weeks! Hazel Tree staff noticed where other kennels, with great reviews, have failed despite my raising it as an issue. Hazel Tree also addressed it and he was willing to eat there. He is normally anxious but thrived at Hazel Tree Kennels and ran off happily when I dropped him off without a backwards glance. I cannot recommend them or praise them highly enough and so wish I hadn't moved away. I have failed to find a kennels this good either before with my previous dog or since. 10 out of 10 if that were an option!

Couldn't be happier with the service and the way my setter has been looked after. I was nervous taking him to kennels as it was his first time away from us, and I received photos and updates which completely set my mind at ease. My setter can be very highly strung at times , but he's had so much exercise and well looked after and loved. If I could leave a 6 star review I would, and will definitely be using your place again . I was very anxious leaving my dog at a kennel. With this kennel I feel she is in good hands and I'm confident to leave her and know she has a good time there.

Highly recommended. Ed, Fiona and all staff are excellent. They are flexible if needed and helped me out a great deal last year when I had a health issue and needed short notice day care. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The dogs are happy there and it is a comfort to know that they are safe and well looked after. I also have one dog groomed there by Sarah and she makes a fantastic job of it. My dog comes back preened and smelling lovely!!

Our dogs recently stayed here and we highly recommend Hazel Tree. We had great, friendly service. They loved our dogs like they were their own. Both of our dogs were clean and incredibly happy when we picked them up. We will happily let our dogs stay here again. Thank you Hazel Tree Kennels!
