Sofia and Nicole were excellent sitters to our 2 playful cats (an adult tabby and a BIG Maine coon kitten). They gave us a couple updates daily with pictures, as we requested. They were easy to communicate with before and throughout the entire sit. When we came home, our apartment was tidy (probably neater than we left it!) and our cats were relaxed and happy. They were also kind enough to leave us with some sweet bandanas for our boys. We were super pleased with the quality of care, and would happily recommend Sofia and Nicole to anyone in need of a pet or house sitter!

It was my first time using zeewoi so I was slightly apprehensive, but as soon as I heard from Kendra I knew both my cat and my apartment would be in safe hands. Kendra was great with communicating and coming back quickly, very friendly and clearly experienced with sitter jobs. Whilst staying at my place she sent me regular updates. Once I returned home the flat was spotless. I would highly recommend Kendra and I would certainly use her again. She’s great!

Carole and Ron are excellent cat-sitters! They took very good care of my cat Lola and of my house. I came home to a happy cat and a very clean and tidy house. They sent me pictures of Lola and kept me updated, so that I had a very relaxed holiday. Chris was an outstanding pet sitter and I would definitely use him again! He is reliable, responsible, and thorough. I was able to FaceTime Chris prior to the sit and he spent a lot of time answering and asking questions. I felt confident after speaking with him. Throughout the weekend, Chris communicated clearly through texting. He let me know when he arrived and left which was helpful. He also sent photos and updates of both my cats. My boy cat has occasional anxiety issues which cause UTI's. Andy had a flare up while I was away and Chris was very attentive to him and let me know how he was doing. Chris did not seem to mind taking extra care of him which I very much appreciate. Chris left my house clean and even washed the sheets and towels he used before leaving!

The best cat sitters ever! They loved our cats and spent so much time playing with them and making sure they were happy! We had photos and videos every day with funny little messages and we came home to two very happy, healthy cats. The house was spotless and they even washed the linen and towels! They left us some cute Easter presents and breakfast shopping in the fridge, as we were returning after a long flight. We would definitely recommend Michael and Jeanne to anyone and hope they will come back to Teignmouth in the near future. Thanks very much for looking after our beautiful cats and our home x

We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. We would highly recommend John & Trisha if you are lucky enough to have them apply for a House Sitters job! Bill, Kathy & Delilah 🐈⬛❤️

Elyse was one of the best pet sitters we've ever met! Couldn't recommend her more. We hope she stays at our place again. She sent many pictures of our beloved cats throughout our absence. We returned to our cats seeming relaxed and happy as ever. She also left our apartment sparkling clean. 10/10 :)

Oh wow! Everyone should be so lucky to have Nicholas and Veerle watch their house and pets. These lovely people are pros! They communicated early and often, were super accommodating to some last minute changes (it was originally going to be only our cats to watch but we decided to keep the dog home as well so that added to the schedule and care needs) and they left the house spotless and all set up for another sitter who came in after them. We didn’t get the chance to meet because my departure and arrival times but I dearly hope I get to in the future because they were just great! I even heard how nice they were from My neighbors who say them out walking our dog. :-) They also sent regular pictures of the pets which look like pro-photography! Cannot recommend this couple enough! Your pets and house will be in good hands!

My little man has stayed here for daycare n sleepovers, he loves it, I cannot rate Barb n the workers Enuff, they go above and beyond to help me out wherever they can. Highly recommend doggy daycare. It is a homely environment for my little man, he is not stuck in a cold concrete room. It gives me peace of mind when I have to go to hospital that he is well looked after. Thankyou to you all

Use this service occasionally when I am leaving my dog for the day (or more) as she's a big sook and loves company. They take care of her and she's always got other dogs to play with so she's happy.
Disappointed When l picked up my dog the male was trying to catch my dog and in order to do this he shoved a few of the other dogs out of the way and told them to get out of his way. He pushed the back section of their bodies. I had to wash my dog as soon as l got home. This was a last minute booking. I will not return.

HUGE thanks to these guys! Staying at a Kennels is a big deal for any dog: new environment, disrupted routine, and being separated from their people. Jack's K9 Place goes above & beyond!! Gourmet cooked meat & veg meals, with chicken carcass too. Secure overnight pens, large outdoor runs where dogs can explore & play. After staying late October overnight & then for Day Stay, my two BC's had 24hrs at home to get back into their routine before jumping back into their working roles as School Visitors. I KNEW my dogs were safe, cared for, and happy....yes, they were more tired than usual that first night home: too much PLAYING!! 😁😁
JINX is celebrating FOUR years of care with this awesome and professionally managed kennels and keeps coming back for more. Jinx adores the staff and is first inline to enjoy the Hydrotherapy Pool (just try getting her to leave 😆). If you are looking for a safe, comfortable and well-managed place for your dog to stay, I can HIGHLY recommend JacksK9Kennels!
Seriously love this place. My pup Ian LOVES coming for daycare. Such great friendly staff. He's always so excited when he gets out of the car and realises where we are. I hand him off to the staff and he doesn't look back, he's ready to play! And always happy and contented at the end of the day at pickup time. Very reasonably priced. And who can resist the gorgeous photos! I'll be coming back for as long as I live in the area.

We are just sooo lucky here is Gippsland to have this amazing kennels to care for our dogs. Friendly staff that have year and years of experience with all animals and backgrounds in training and competition with their own dog. I think we are just so lucky they provide this for us
THIS IS A SERIOUS, GENUINE WARNING - do not take your pets here or they could POSSIBLY be abused. They are currently facing ANIMAL ABUSE CHARGES as footage was captured of a dog being whipped and other shocking abuses. Not all staff are nice, kind animal lovers. I feel sorry for the owners who may not know that abuse is even occurring and will now have a decline in business because of it and now my review. You've been warned!

The lady that owns this cattery is very nice and looks after your fur babies all enclosure have a little bed for your cat enclosed outdoor area and soft music playing
My first experience with Jack's was fantastic. My dogs came back happy and fat, and well adjusted. This last time, however, my girl, who is incredibly social with people come home afraid of strangers. She cowers with her tail between her legs, and my boy started shaking on seeing a new person. My boy is very sensitive, so I expected a week off adjustment, but he will now not got near me or anyone else when food is present, and will not eat near any other dogs. Before being in the kennel my boy used to share bowls with my girl. I was also disturbed to find my youngest pup, who just turned one at the end of her stay, was only being fed once a day. While my initial experience was good, this last one had left me disturbed.
My cat cat came home full of flees and very upset she got sicker and couldn't eat and started drooling blood, we had to have her put down. She was vet checked before she went there and we were told she was in good health. Wouldn't go there with any o t her pet.
