Cat Sitters in Nantwich

My dog stayed here previously and had severe diarrhoea for weeks after. We gave this the benefit of the doubt as our lab eats anything in sight. However we recently used them again and are appalled to find out that our dog had been locked in a kennel for four days and not walked due to “unable to get a lead on” if you can’t deal with excited dogs then you shouldn’t be working with them never mind operating a business! The audacity to charge people £25 a day to feed a dog their own food and lock them in a filthy kennel for 24 hours a day. Disgusting.

My family dog have been here this Christmas period, they did not walk him like they said they would, my dog has come home in a really bad condition with his legs! I would not recommend this kennel, you could tell he’s been sleeping on a cold floor. This is poor behaviour and a poor business

I picked my dogs up last Saturday and wasn't happy with their condition, they were wet and their coats were tacky, even their heads and they stunk, one of them had diarrhoea even though I take my own food, I think they are short of staff, when I picked them up the girl on duty said she was on her own, not acceptable! I won't be taking them there again.

I have used summer hill boarding kennels for many years with no concerns. I left two dogs in their care for three weeks due to me needing major surgery. After two weeks I arranged to pick them up a week early. On arrival one of my dogs was dehydrated and malnourished. The other dog had shocking weight and muscle loss. At no point during their stay did summer hill phone me expressing any concerns. One of my dogs went straight to the emergency vet where she sadly passed away. Vets spoke to the kennels who said they had concerns for approx 4 to 5 days earlier - no phone calls received about this. Had I been informed at this point my dog the vets said she would have had a chance of treatment. I sent my dogs expecting them to be fed, watered and cared for I put my trust in the staff. I don't even want to rate them 1 star and will not be using them again. They have let me down and now I grieve for the loss of my little one. Think carefully about using these kennels.

My dog loves it here, really friendly. Place is always kept clean and I never have any problems whilst I'm away

I put my dog in there for the first time and wow I have never been so disgusted in my whole life my dogs bedding was given to other dogs my dog came back really thin he's had 2 bowls of his food and still crying for more my dog and his bedding really smelled when you touch him you can see dust coming off him and when you ring the manager just shouts at you you can not pick your animal up after 4pm even tho the website says different they also change the price whenever they feel like it during my dogs stay they put an extra £60.00 on the staff have to pay out of there own pocket for animal food as the boss won't pay and they try there hardest to make you pay cash and try not to give you a receipt you've got to be persistent in asking for a receipt and eventually they give you one.we are not happy with there service at all and certainly won't be using them again all they care about is taking pictures not actually looking after your animals if it was on the other foot and you treated your animal friend like this we all know the consequences we also believe that the owner to this so called kennels is a traveller wish I knew sooner the girls there are doing everything by themself theres no manager and the boss treats the girls like this too all hes interested in is the money.please if you love your animal friend as much as we do please don't send them there.This place needs closing down as soon as possible!!!!!!! Please avoid!!!!

Very sad and angry to see that 13 years on this place is still neglecting to look after our beloved pets. 13 years ago myself and my children put our trust in them to look after our dog milly for a weekend, just before we went to collect her we got a call from them to say our dog had been savaged and ripped apart by another dog. When we got there to find out what happened they gave us our dead dog back ripped to pieces in a crisp box, no remorse shown whatsoever. There only explanation was that the lock must have been a faulty on the cage.

I take my dog there all the time and he loves it there the staff are always welcoming and polite and the owner always is there to greet me and personally take my dog and if my dog needs a brush or a wash he comes back clean and happy

Very disappointed after our cats first stay away from us. We visited before and were shown around the cat area which we were happy with and we had already seen that they post photos on FB which is something we really wanted as our daughter and us were quite anxious about leaving him for the very first time. We were told when we visited that yes photos would be posted. We dropped our cat off on Monday along with a note of his feeding and asking again for photos. Photos were posted most days and I phoned on two occasions and left voice mails also sent emails to which I got one back saying they would try to upload a photo. The time it took them to reply to my email surely it would of been easier to just take a photo and upload it. My daughter would ask several times a day and this distracted her from enjoying our holiday. Collected our cat today and whilst I was paying my husband and daughter went over to take a look at our cat. I explained to the girl who was taking my payment how disappointed we were with the situation. She apologised and I may be wrong she did not get the point I was making and would expect that she should have been more understanding. It gets worse i then walked outside followed by the girl who took my payment and my husband was walking towards with our cat in his carrier. My husband had been into the cat enclosure as none of the doors were locked and got our cat (he was wrong to do this) however he could have been anyone as there were no employees around and taken any of the cats. Very poor security for the pets we love so much, I am astounded that the area wasn’t totally locked down, keeping our pets safe while we are away. This to me is a very serious issue.

Thank you Waggy Tails for changing our Wolf care experience for the better! Doggy day care might seem like such a fun and exciting idea when you get a new puppy! But after being told they don’t have time to send any updates, not supervising a little Wolf near big doggies, coming home soaking wet with big chunks of hair missing and no explanation, our experience wasn’t pleasant! I was very apprehensive to let anyone else look after him. But since finding Waggy Tails we have had a much more positive experience. I get regular updates (including lots of cute pictures) which really settles my mind when I’m at work! They show real care to him and respect when they come into our home! Wolf absolutely loves the team and he’s always so happy to see them. Would really recommend Waggy Tails to anyone 🐾

Waggy Tails are a life saver when it comes to them popping over to spend some quality time with Kaiser when we are both out on work commitments. They certainly have the gift with dogs, especially Kaiser who is quite a large dog. We can't recommend them enough and trust them implicitly when coming over to visit.

Waggy Tails Pet Care is simply the best dog walking service you could possibly wish for your pet. I feel reassured that my dog Hendrix is in safe hands with Neil and Marianne. Our spaniel Rowan has received regular visits from Waggy Tails for over a year now and I cannot fault their absolutely amazing services! Marianne and Neil are reliable, friendly, dependable, accommodating, trustworthy and have incredible time management and communication skills. Very good value for money considering the 1:1 nature of the visits and the photo updates each time are proof of how happy and content Rowan is in their wonderful company. Highly recommend for any pet services.

We can go on holiday with the full confidence that our Fur Baby is well taken care of while we are away. I love the daily photo updates on Whatsapp, you don’t even get the chance to miss them. We wholeheartedly recommend Marianne and Waggy Tails.

Julie & I cannot praise Waggy Tails service highly enough. Marianne & Neil visited a our two Jack a Poos everyday throughout the year while we were at work. They are very caring and professional and have a love for their work - seldom found these days. The dogs really enjoyed their company and we enjoyed the daily pupdate photos that they sent to us.We thoroughly recommend them and needless to say will use them again when we need them.

Cuba our little Yorkie has just got back from a 17 day holiday at Waggy Tails and he was so happy to see us on our return that his tail never stopped wagging. Marianne and Neil have been professional from the onset. We also got regular pictures of Cuba sent to us and regular updates about Cuba’s well being while we where away on holiday. It’s very reassuring to have regular updates about Cuba. Oh and always on hand are their children who regularly give Cuba plenty of cuddles. We where so impressed with the care and attention Cuba received that we’ve booked another holiday for Cuba February 2019. Thanks you Waggy Tails you certainly live up to your name. 😊

Marianne recently look after our cat Butters whilst we were on holiday for 5 days. I would thoroughly recommend waggy tails pet sitting service! It gave us piece of mind that our lovely cat was safe and well looked after whilst we were away. It was also nicer for our cat to be at home rather than in an unfamiliar cattery with not much freedom. Marianne, was thorough in finding out about our cat by visiting beforehand and it was so nice to get the photo updates via WhatsApp each day 😊 she even fed our fish and watered the plants, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend waggy tails!

Our old rescue was treated with care and patience by Neil and Marianne. They are reliable, friendly and genuinely love and look after your 4 legged friends. We are moving away and will be very sad to leave but would recommend Waggy Tails without reservation.

We originally got in touch with BePAWsitive as we had a very excitable golden retriever, Peggy, who would just pull on the lead. We were getting nowhere, but within a week Becky had her walking with a loose lead. Becky has continued to work with Peggy, honing her loose lead skills and slowly working her way up to more built up areas. Peggy absolutely loves her walks with Becky! She runs downstairs as soon as she hears her car on the drive. We can’t thank Becky enough for the progress she has made with Peggy so far! 100% would recommend BePAWsitive.

Adele & Asher are absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend them enough! Our staffy Jack loves his walks with Asher and to be honest.. I don't think he ever wants to come home!! Asher and Becca take our 12 month old chaos-hound out twice a week and have been amazing. We get photos and a detailed update on how each walk went. It's so lovely to see how happy she is with them. As we navigate the wonderful world of doggo adolescence, they have worked with us, recommending and trying out different training and activities, which is such a huge help! Asher and Deli are amazing with our dog Frank on his weekly walk. He’s very anxious around new people but was so at ease from the moment he met them (Due to Deli and Asher’s understanding of animal behaviour and their professionalism). Asher is now Franks favourite person, we’ve never seen him get so excited like he does when Asher walks through the door to pick him up. We are so happy we found Be PAWsitive!

We have been using Be PAWsitive for our cat Frankie for the last year since moving to the area. Adele and Asher are so thoughtful and highly experienced when it comes to caring for Frankie! We get updates while we're away with lots of photos which always puts our minds at ease and they will always go the extra mile when it comes to Frankie's well being. She even features on Instagram sometimes! We wouldn't use anyone else to look after Frankie and I don't think she'd let us anyway! 😊 Couldn't recommend Be PAWsitive enough! They are so good!

When Vinnie arrived with us late last year, knowing what a commitment it would be (8 stone puppies can be a handful and hard work), we resigned ourselves to not going away for at least two years as we felt it would be to much to expect anybody to take on the responsibility of Vinnie given his size and energy whilst still an adolescent ( plus our Border Collie Belle and 3 cats - one nearly 20 years old and requiring medication everyday). Step forward Adele & Asher who started doing us daily visits earlier this year. Due to the quality of their work, the close relationships they have developed with our “gang’ and also their professionalism and trustworthiness we changed our view. We have just returned from a week away after using the BePAWsitive pet sitting service last week and as always the service was perfect. Regular updates and photos (our pets always looked relaxed and contented) meant that we spent our week relaxed and confident that we had left our pets with the best possible care we could. Thanks again Adele & Asher for not only the perfect service but also going above and beyond on numerous occasions. The dogs are missing you already and can’t wait to see you tomorrow. Absolutely brilliant, we highly recommend Adele & Asher at Be PAWsitive. They are fabulous with our 2 year old Dog Buddy, visits, playing games and training. Buddy is not easy he’s a GSD got him from the rescue at 15 months -it was never going to be plain sailing. He has lived with us for a year during the pandemic and therefore not had many visitors to the house. We need someone who would be very calm, take there time and speak GSD 🙏 as Buddy is reactive due to fear. They work with us to build on the training we have already done, sharing there knowledge to help Buddy 🐾😍 Adele & Asher are all the thing we could wish for, very knowledgable, great reading Buddy’s behaviour & body language, they use positive training methods, kind, careful, honest and capable. They have Buddy best interest as the no 1 priority. Asher and Adele obviously love animals. They quickly forged a bond with our dog (Otis) and we love seeing the photos they send us of him having a play. They are really reliable, professional and very good value for money. We (and Otis) would absolutely recommend them.

Be PAWsitive have been looking after my cats regularly for the last year and their service is brilliant. They are trustworthy, on time and always go the extra mile to ensure I see great photos and comments on the kitties as well as taking care of my home while I’m away. My cats love them and regularly present them with local wildlife ‘gifts’ 😳. Thank goodness they don’t mind..😀

Our dog absolutely loves his walks with them, we get photos and updates from them straight after their walk and they’re always so easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend Cheshire Dog Lady🤩👏🏼 Emma looked after our French Bulldog Bruce for our wedding in May. We had a familiarisation visit where we got to meet Emma and see where Bruce was staying. From the moment we met, we felt completely at ease that Bruce was going to be well looked after. Emma gave us regular updates before and after the wedding so we didn’t have any worries. She was incredible on our wedding day, interacting with guests and helping us to get some brilliant photos. Everyone commented on how fantastic she was & how she was in complete control of Bruce (anyone who has a Frenchie can understand😳😂) Bruce came back home absolutely exhausted and it was clear that he just had the best time! We will 100% be using Emma for any dog care in the future. Bruce’s photo has even made it onto her wall😅 Cannot recommend or thank CDL enough🥰🐶🙌🏼

We recently got married and we were struggling to find someone to not only look after our dog Kash but to also bring him to our wedding so that he could be included in the photos, we came across Emma and we are so grateful to have found her, she went above and beyond anything we could have expected. She completely put us at ease knowing that Kash would be well looked after. She brought him to the venue and not only helped us with Kash whilst we had pictures with him but she also took him to see all of the other guests and got some amazing pictures of him with our children, it’s one of my favourite pictures of the day :). She then had him overnight and we picked him up on our way home the next day. Emma was a wedding chaperone for our dog Marley just before Christmas and she was incredible. Marley just loved her instantly and everyone commented on how brilliant Emma was with him, attending to his every need and keeping him calm throughout the day. He’s in our pictures and it’s just everything we’re wanted. We are so glad we came across Emma on Instagram and decided to have Marley at the wedding. Prior to the wedding Marley stayed at Emma’s and gave us updates about how he was settling in and what he had eaten. Emma was brilliant and I know Marley can’t wait to stay with her again! Emma and Sue looked after Stanley our Velcro spaniel while we were away in December. Both sending regular updates and pictures of his time with them. Emma was our wedding chaperone for our Golden Lab Woody. She was absolutely amazing, worked so well with the venue and our photographer Adam Roberts to make sure everything ran smoothly. I can honestly say Woody had a fantastic time boarding with Emma for 2 days and also on the wedding day as we wanted him to be a part of our ceremony. Emma really was so good with Woody, making sure he was always comfortable and behaving. I had alot of comments from guests saying how smoothly she handled Woody throughout the day.

We booked the Cheshire Dog Lady wedding chaperone service to look after our two dogs during our wedding. Emma was brilliant on the day and took great care of our pups, especially as one was very scared of the new surroundings and she looked after him perfectly. The pictures she captured of them were fantastic too and it was lovely seeing what they were up to. Emma also looked after them overnight so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying and they had a brilliant time. The dogs loved being there, they played with the other dogs and were spoilt rotten. Highly recommend!

We booked our dog in with Cheshire Dog Lady for the wedding chaperone service with two nights stay over. Emma was absolutely amazing! My dog has never stayed away from us before and I knew he would be incredibly nervous, however, the care and compassion shown to make sure he was as comfortable as possible including giving him the space he needed away from other dogs when he was worried was so reassuring. Emma kept me updated throughout and was upfront and honest about how he was coping which I would much prefer than to just be told he was fine but to know yes he was anxious but here’s what we have done to reassure him was exactly the update I needed. Our dog was calm when at the wedding which is a credit to Emma as he obviously trusted her and felt safe with her as he would have made it clear to us if he wasn’t. Emma was also amazing with helping with photos and could not have been more accommodating. I 100% recommend Cheshire Dog Lady thank you so so much for allowing us to have our boy at our wedding!

Claire (in Emma’s team) is so lovely with our dog, who is a little fearful of new people. Claire is confident and ensures she has a great walk/ play. Emma offers an excellent service, always clear comms and easy to book. Thoroughly recommend.

We are currently on our extended retirement cruise around the canals of England and had to leave our boat in Nantwich for a few days whilst we returned home to Norfolk for medical appointments. The problem was that we had a dog and two cats on board! Jo at Weaver Pet Care came to the rescue, not only taking the dog into her home, but coming to the boat every day to feed the cats and deal with their litter trays. We would be very happy to use WPC again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others. (And the dog agrees) :-)

What Fantastic people our dog is so happy

Amazing and so professional! We have just recently moved and was looking for a new pet sitter for our Alaskan Malamute and HuskyXMalamute both really big dogs! We are so worried about leaving them at home and wanted to ensure we picked the right people! and we did indeed! Jodie and Holly came round and met the pups a few times before they we going to stay over to make sure they are comfortable and came on our a walk with us to ensure they are kept to their routine at all times whilst we are away! Whilst we was away we were kept updated with photos of them in the garden and on their walks and updates on how they are getting on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter in the crewe area.

Jodie fed my 2 cats daily for a week, they aren't very sociable cats but she tried her best to get a picture and gave me regular updates. Can't fault the service. I felt confident that she would do a good job and is trustworthy. Both cats were happy and fed when I returned. Would definitely use again.

I recently had to spend 12 days in hospital. Jolly Good stepped in to look after my 9 pets at short notice. They were AMAZING! In addition to twice daily visits, they dropped stuff off at the hospital, did a tidy up and clean of the house and picked up some groceries for when I was discharged. My pets were superbly looked after and I received photos to reassure me that they were all ok. The charges were very reasonable, especially in light of the outstanding quality of care. I recommend Jolly Good Pet care 100%.

We’ve been using Jolly Good Pet Care for a few months and would highly recommend them. Working shifts can be an absolute nightmare and thankfully, Jodie has been really flexible in helping us out with looking after our two dogs. The dogs seem really happy and content when they’ve been out for their walkies. I certainly do recommend Jolly Good Pet Care and find them extremely trustworthy.

Jodie and Holly took brilliant care of my border terrier puppy at very short notice due to difficult personal circumstances. Having met them and seen her positive reaction to them, I was confident that they would address her medical needs well. Sure enough, one happy, healthy pup at the end of the evening. Can't recommend Jolly Good Pet Care highly enough! Jody and Holly came and house sat whilst we went away. Not only did this mean no anxiety for the dog because he stayed in his familiar environment, but they also looked after the house, and it was spotless when we came back. All-in-all, exceptional service and would highly recommend!!

We frequently use pet care academy and there is no one we trust more. The love they have for our daisy and all other dogs is lovely to see and it’s so reassuring knowing Daisy is in safe hands when we’re away. We frequently receive updates, videos and photos and you can see Daisy is thoroughly enjoying herself. 5 star for sure x

Simply the best. My dog is always very anxious to leave me, but he really enjoys going to doggy daycare at Petcare Academy. He has really settled in there and loves his cuddles from Elvan, Bora and their sons. I know I can rely on them if I ever need someone to look after Kodi. Their advice has been really appreciated too, from dietary needs to health advice, they are always happy to help. I would highly recommend Petcare Academy for all of your dog care needs.

Our working cocker spaniel Bruno has been going to ‘Pet Care Academy’ for over 2 year now. It is the only place we feel happy leaving him. His wagging tail as we arrive to drop him off there shows us how much he enjoys it. It really is a ‘home from home’ and we know Bruno is treated like one of their family. A wonderful family offering a first class service.

Rocket has just returned from his hollibobs and has had the bestest time. He’s been treated by Elvan and Bora as part of their family. Their daily updates whilst we were away gave us the reassurance we needed and we could see he was happy and having great fun. Rocket has loved playing with Leia and is looking forward to his next holiday with Pet Care Academy.

We had a meet and greet with Pet Care Academy, we were made to feel so welcome and at ease and the other dogs there were so calm and so well behaved, so we decided to book a weekend for our cockapoo Rosie to stay over. I was sent updates each day to let me know how Rosie was getting on and she was kept busy all day, she loved playing with the other dogs it was so nice to see them getting along together. We are booked in again for a week next month 😁

Wonderful dog care family. My dog Rocco had socialising issues with other dogs which meant we were struggling to find somewhere to look after him whilst we were away. Pet Care Academy did a meet and and greet session where Rocco spent nearly the entire time barking and growling, but they were so patient with him and eventually he came round. They then did a trial night which went really well and then when the time came for him to stay for a week with them, there was very little concern and everything went really well and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying. They even set up a WhatsApp group and sent us regular updates of his adventures with them. Can't recommend Pet Care Academy enough. Their passion for dogs comes through so strongly and Rocco had a great week with them.

FANTASTIC team and EXCELLENT service! Emma and the Petpals team provide an outstanding dog walking service. We joined Petpals three months ago and everything from daily communication to flexibility of care for our older dog is perfect. They are a friendly, reliable and affordable company who put the dogs’ needs first. Choosing Petpals was the best the decision we made for our dogs. They are always happy when they get picked up, they’ve made lots of doggie friends on their walks and they enjoy a long sleep after a lot of exercise. I can’t recommend Petpals highly enough.

The team at Petpals have been amazing with our family over the last 3 years, they treat Hugo, our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, incredibly well and he loves spending time with the team of extremely pleasant and thoughtful walkers. There have been odd occasions where Emma and the team have been really accommodating when our plans have changed and Hugo has been unable to follow his normal routine. in addition to the excellent walking services, we have also utilised the dog sitting service, which again was of the highest standard - we were able to go on holiday knowing that Hugo was in the best hands.

We have been using Petpals Crewe for almost 2 years since our Rottweiler, Arthur, was a young pup. To start with he had puppy visits and progressed to regular walks. The service is excellent - reliable and flexible to our needs. Arthur absolutely loves his walks with Neil and Emma and especially loves meeting the other dogs. We love knowing that he is in safe hands and enjoy reading his walk diary at the end of the day. It is also wonderful for him to be able to stay with Emma and her family if we are away and enables us to enjoy our holiday time knowing that he is having just as much fun as us! We cannot praise the service enough and would highly recommend them. Thanks to you all - you do a great job.

I have used Petpals in Crewe for 6 years now for our dog Skye who absolutely adores all of the walkers who come to take her out on a daily walk.. We get a note each day of where she's been, the other doggies in the group and what she's been doing, which in general seems to be sniffing and running. I have also used overnight boarding and weekend and evening walking, I'm really pleased with the service offered by Petpals and have no hesitation in recommending the service that Emma and her team offer.

My dog loves going out with the PetPal team. Emma provides an excellent service and is really accommodating - always doing her best to meet any extra need. We receive a report following every walk letting us know where she’s been and with which of her doggy pals! I would definitely recommend.

Poppy has been a regular with PetPals for 6 1/2 years and Freddie, a more recent arrival, has been enjoying his walks for 2 1/2 years. They cannot wait to get into the back of the van and get out for a good walk with all their friends . A great way for both of the dogs to socialise and interact with other doggies - we wouldn’t be able to have our wonderful dogs without PetPals 5 ⭐️

We have used Petpals crewe for 10 years now and 2 pups. Emma and the team and like an extended family for us meaning we can go anywhere safe in knowledge or boy is happy and well cared for. Brilliant! I have been using this service for more than 10 years. Emma and her team are amazing. 100% reliable and all genuinely love animals. We work full time and it's so reassuring that my dog Fudgie is having lovely walks and adventures while we are out. We also book Fudgie in with petpals when we go on holiday and never worry about him as we know he will have a fab time. My beloved AJ who passed away some time ago literally used to whine with excitement when I dropped him off before going away and I swear he never used to want to come home! Emma and the team have taken care of our fur baby since she was a puppy, she’s now 6. They take great care of her and offer a reliable and flexible service. If Holly can’t join us on holiday they are also happy to home board which is brilliant for us and gives great peace of mind. Great service.

The Crewe pet pals team have been walking my 3 dogs for nearly 3 years and I trust them completely. With an unpredictable work schedule they are a lifesaver - accommodating walks at incredibly short notice. Ensuring I have piece of mind to get my job done knowing my dogs are completely looked after. But probably the most important thing is my dogs love them. A review of the walk is always left, with details of where they went and what doggie pals, if any, went them. Come rain or shine my 3 dogs get a great walk with a great dog walking team.

We left our fur baby with Kate for 4 nights which was his first time away from home except for the trial. I have separation anxiety from my dog but Kate reassured me with daily updates and pics/videos which really put my mind at rest. Albert had a great time and came home happy, with a great report card and personalised treats 🐶🩷 . We would definitely use Mary Puppins again for our VIP pup!

I was lucky enough discover Mary Puppins several years ago at their previous location. Kate and James (and Missy) regularly provided dog walking and home care for my 2 small dogs. Scroll forward to a few months ago when I’d relocated from Cheshire and needed the reassurance of knowing that my two precious rescue girls would be happy and well cared for during my 3 week recovery period after surgery. Research of suitable options in my local area was disappointing. So, I was absolutely delighted to reconnect with Mary Puppins again. Even though it’s a much longer journey from my current home in Wales, I knew that my two precious rescue girls, Mollie & Nyima, would be pampered and loved in the wonderful home environment Kate has created. Sincere thanks to the Mary Puppins team for providing such outstanding care. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kate and her team made our dogs very welcomed from the moment they walked through the door. Our dogs very different with their age, their activity level and personality was accommodated for and we were made to feel at ease whilst on holiday that they were in very good hands. Our dogs felt it was a home away from home and when we collected them they seemed to not want to come home! We are very happy we have found Kate as it’s taken years to find a reliable, accommodating and saint of a dog minder. Kate really takes the time to know the dogs, what their quirks are and what they are like on a day to day basis and will go above and beyond to ensure they keep the same routine. Kate is very passionate about dogs and their well being. I don’t think there is anyone now I could trust to look after our dogs whilst away anymore. Frankie and Pixie enjoyed their stay very much and look forward to staying again in future x

UPDATE: Our pup is off on his holidays again in July with Mary Puppins - this year i have no concerns and am looking forward to our holiday without worrying where our pup will be. We packed our young poodle off to stay with Kate at Mary Puppins with some trepidation as he had never been away from us overnight. We didn’t need to worry, Kate is like the dog-whisperer and he settled in immediately with the other dogs. Definitely our first choice for overnight care. Thank you!

I was very reluctant to leave my 10 year old Shih Tzu with anybody whist we had a two week holiday. I came back to Kate at Mary Puppins because we had a very good experience the first time. Kate seems to treat each dog according to their individual needs and personality. Our dog had lovely walks, he was played with. We received regular pup dates both photos and videos, which reassured us because he looked very happy. Nothing was too much trouble they are very accommodating if you have particular requests

I have never left my dog before so I was apprehensive. However, after the introductory sleepover, to make sure every little paw was happy, all my worries were quashed. They really understand and love dogs. The luxury home accommodation along with fun games and walks were only the start. They are unbelievably professional company and made sure my doggies needs were put first. I received regular updates, photos and videos and at times, though she was having a better holiday than me ! 🤭 she was sent home with a full school report and homemade, personalised peanut butter cookies! We are so happy with the amazing Kate at Mary Puppins. Our lovely Cavapoochon Bo is a very loving dog but a bit nervous around other dogs. Kate, her Family and their two gorgeous doggies made Bo feel at ease. We had lots of video updates whilst we were away, you could see the huge progress and happiness in Bo. What a little doggie boarding gem we’ve found and we can go away on our holidays knowing Bo is well looked after, spoilt with cuddles, play time, walks and love. ❤️❤️

This place is amazing and is genuinely a second home for my puppy on the days when I am working in the office. They're so professional and friendly but they also genuinely care about your dog. The updates over Instagram show how much of a brilliant time the dogs are having and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The facilities are brilliant, there is lots of play equipment and they take great care on warmer days to keep the dogs comfortable. Everything has been thought about and considered to keep your dog safe and happy

Took my dog Roxy in today for an assessment and half a day daycare, the staff were very friendly and understanding and I felt it was a safe, clean and fun place for her to be and I also love that photos and videos are posted on social media so you can see how the are getting on. I will definitely be bringing her back as she clearly loved it. Thanks for looking after her so brilliantly.

Brought my little Teddy to see Jen for a pamper after we re-homed him as his owner was no longer able to look after him. I can not thank her enough for the care she took with a very nervous and unwell old man. He came home looking like a new dog and her experience and love highlighted some problems that we have now been able to treat with the vets. Friendly, knowledgeable, caring and did an all round amazing job ! Will certainly return when he needs his next trim !!

Fantastic service provided by the loveliest of people, not only have they cared for my Grandma’s elderly dog, they also helped my Grandma by collecting her too, without that level of service she would have been left with a very scruffy, tangled dog. I was struggling to find someone for my miniature JRT Dave, he had previously been to a doggy day care where he went into kennels, he nor me liked the idea of this, the school was recommended by a work colleague, after his familiarisation session he was still nervous and unsure, but after his first full day completely changed. He’s now running around, mixing with other dogs of all sizes, gets excited when he sees the door and when I pick him up he falls asleep with 2 minutes of being in the car !! Regular updates on social media so you can what there up to during the day. We love it !!!!
