Our pup is a rescue who has many forms of anxiety, which can also take a toll on us from time to time. Every sitter we’ve had has been understanding and has gone the extra mile to make him comfortable. It means the world to have a trusted team so we can also go on holidays or day trips to recharge our batteries and tackle his training head on. Our puppy Dexter (8 months) stayed with Supriya for 17 days in August when we were on holidays. It was my first experience with leaving the dog at a boarding place, and I was a bit nervous in the beginning. However, all my fears turned out to be in vain. Dexter had a great time at DogStays. He enjoyed it so much: he had the best care he could have, he had long walks, lots of fun and was not missing out on anything. Supriya knows how to manage dogs, she is a real pet whisperer. Our dog Melody stayed with a Dogstays sitter and came back happier than ever! The entire process, from initial communication, contract, and final drop off/pick-up was super smooth and well coordinated and put my mind to ease. I was especially nervous as my dog is a newly rescued dog and had only been with us for 3 months, but she settled right into her new home. DogStays is very reliable if you want to find the perfect match of a sitter for your fur baby. We have found absolutely amazing and loving sitters for our 2 dogs and one of them is an anxious baby so it is even more important for us to be able to find a sitter who will understand her personality and needs. I must say, my babies have always come happy and healthy from the long stays and we have never had to worry about them while we are away. Would highly recommend DogStays! <3

Our dog Bumble stayed at DogStays.lu for 2 days and we couldn't be happier. From the preparation, to the pickup and the stay everything was perfect, and we didn't have even for a minute doubt that Bumble was missing anything. Absolutely 5 stars for this team. The accommodation organized for the past couple years for our fur baby with particular needs has been amazing. Our fur baby has separation anxiety as well as other specific care instructions and is always given the 5 star treatment. Each sitter has their own personality and style, which gives a well rounded experience each time. With the instructions we are asked to provide and the sitter's dedication to those details, its the best comfort a pet parent can have.

This is probably one of the best dog boarding services in Luxembourg. Supriya is extremely professional, always willing to go the extra mile to find the right sitter for your pet. I have made some last minute requests, she was patient and more than willing to find a sitter for us. Very service oriented, and a go getter who rarely says no. I absolutely recommend dogstays, you can be rest assured your fur buddies are going to have the best time during the stay.

I only have nice things to say! They were extremely nice and accommodating from the first contact we had inquiring about the prices and service setup. We've been using them 3x/week for over a month now and it's been great - our dog walker Cédric is amazing, always with a positive attitude and clearly puts the dog's wellbeing first - they even recommended a different group for our pup after the trial walk to make sure our dog could adapt easily. The administration has also been very responsive and accommodating with any schedule changes. Now we don't need to worry about the days when we're in the office and we come back home to a very relaxed and happy dog. Thank you!

We brought our cocker-spaniel there already two times. The team is friendly and helpful. The place itself looks very cosy, clean and well taken care of.

Amazing service. It was the first time for my pug to dog board and he had the best time. They took the best care of him and, upon taking him back, we could tell he had a great time. Also came back in great shape, full of energy and very happy. Definitely recommend and we will definitely bring him back next time we’ll plan to travel :)

After spending many hours on researching pensions - as I only want to give my dog in good care - I was very pleased with the staff, the pension in itself is huge. They ask things about the dog to provide the best possible care. Pricing is reasonable and most importantly - got my dog back healthy and happy! Definitely choosing again when I can‘t take my dog with me!

We were unhappy with the outcome of the stay for our cat. It was a long stay, just over two weeks starting at the beginning of September. During that two-week period she lost 700 gr. and got seriously ill. The worst is that apparently nobody had noticed that she was not eating enough and that she had a bladder infection. Next day we had to bring her to the veterinary and started treatment. She got worse the first days and more blood and urine tests had to be done. We became very worried for her. Now, fortunately, after days of antibiotics and drops, she's finally recovering. We chose this pension because it looks great, staff are very nice, and they present themselves as being very professional and caring. In our case, however, it has been a very bad experience and thus we have cancelled the next stay. Too bad. Important thing: our sweet cat is still with us :-)

There is nothing negative to say here :) went there with my baby dog of 7 month to leave him 4 days, got him back happily and satisfied. At first i was asking how this is working because i never visited a pension, i was positively surprised because of the super nice and goodlooking employees & the service, they even gave me a tour and explained everything to me, so every question was answered. I will bring my dog there for vacation a lot more times !

My cats stayed here for two weeks. Service was very friendly and professional from the start. They even got my cats vaccinated while I was on holiday so one thing less for me to do upon return. They have big rooms with fenced outdoor areas and plenty of things to keep the cats busy during their stay. When I picked them up they were obviously a bit scared at first but I guess that's normal. They only lost a tiny bit of weight which is a good sign overall. The only thing that's a slight negative for me is that the dogs are kept just opposite and the constant barking might be a bit scary for them. But I'll gladly take my babies back here.

As an American ex-pat, I found Lassie to be first-rate care for my dogs. It is a country farm setting, and kennels are in the out buildings, but the dogs get outdoor play in a natural setting as well. The dogs were always happy to go there and always well cared for.

Very prompt response and easy to work with. The facilties are as good as it gets for kennels in Luxembourg. Our dog has a hard time leaving when it's time to be picked up!
