The staff was nice but common sense was lacking. Everything was great up til the point of picking up our dog. They send a picture of your pet a couple of times during their stay which we appreciatd. When you pick up or drop off your pet, they have you to remain in your vehicle and they bring your pet out to you. It had been raining that day and the husband of the couple that own the kennel brought our dog out wet and dirty. We were just coming back home from vacation when we had stopped to get our dog, The owner brought our dog out wet all over and his feet was brown and smelled like dog poop. My wife, daughter and I couldn't believe that the guy just handed our dog to us in this condition. Our clothes got dirty, got dog crap on the seats and our dog stunk. A most terrible way to treat a customer by this very careless and inconsiderate act by the owner to the point of being incompetent. I had even given this guy a tip before he pulled this incompetent move. Cost us $50 to get the vehicle cleaned not to mention our clothes stained. The car still smells like dog pop. Won't make the mistake of going to this kennel again in the future!

The Toons are incredible people. They have watched our boy several times and it is really nice to know he is safe and loved while we are gone.

My family and I are so thankful for them, they are fantastic with Sky, I have such peace of mind when we go away and have her boarded at the kennel, the pictures we receive of her everyday are a great person touch too. Highly recommend Family Farm Kennel. We have been boarding and grooming with her for two plus years. Our dogs have always had the very best care. Her facility is so clean and spacious. Malia always send updates along with photos while we are away. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and always take great care of our pets.

We have been taking our 2 Shichon babies to Family Farm Kennel for grooming for over a year. Malia and her staff are always positive, gentle and professional. My pups are always happy to see her! We recently used their boarding services for the first time and, as expected, were highly pleased. I can not brag enough about my experience with family farm kennel. My dog has had very bad grooming experiences which lead to some anxiety. Family farm kennel is able to help him relax and they do an AMAZING job with him. He always looks so handsome when we pick him up. We have also boarded our dog there multiple times during trips. They took the best care of him and would send me pictures to let me know that he is okay. He had a great time there. They treat him like family. We HIGHLY recommend their services.

Family Farm Kennel always does a great job with my senior (cranky) dog. They have boarded him for just one night or as much as a week and I never have to worry! They also do a great job grooming him, something he is not fond of. They’ve groomed my mom’s miniature schnauzer a few times when they visit and they do a fantastic job! It’s hard to find a groomer who can do a schnauzer cut. I highly recommend Malia and her team!

Malia and her staff take care of both of my Scotties. Their cuts/trims are always top of the line. Our oldest sashays right in with no problem. Our youngest is a little shy. Malia always comforts her and puts her at ease. She also takes care of my extended family’s pets. It goes without saying how much we love and trust this kennel. You can’t go wrong with this facility!!!

I had never boarded my dogs before. I was nervous. I’d seen and heard great reviews of this place so I gave them a call and went and took a visit. Malia happily showed me around the entire facility. I like what I saw and boarded my dogs for two and a half weeks!! I was a wreck when I dropped them off ugly cry and all. Malia sent photos of the pups having fun and enjoying their own vacay. It helped me relax to enjoy mine! My dogs were there so long I had her groom them so they’d be all pretty when I took them home and wouldn’t have to worry about bathing them. Malia and her family do so much for the dogs that other kennels charge extra for. I highly recommend Family Farm Kennel if you are in need of boarding your dogs.

Our dog is our second child, she also has extreme separation anxiety. Malia has always made us feel good and safe about leaving our baby with her. She goes above and beyond to send us photos and videos so we can actually see that our dog is doing great. I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone but Malia and her wonderful family and staff with our baby.

I recently moved to Harrodsburg and needed and place to board my two small dogs for the weekend to attend a wedding out of state. I found Bed and Biscuits through a web search and chose them as the destination for my kids. I was not disappointed! Janet and Chuck were taken very good care of. The staff is extremely polite and caring. I would highly recommend! My dogs have found a new second home when I travel! Thank you Bed and Biscuits!

SO INSANELY HAPPY! My dog Finn is people and dog aggressive. No one in my entire area would even give him a trial basis and I have been desperate to travel again for years and felt it was just hopeless! My daughter that lives in Colorado actually found this place and it’s an hour from where I live ! Chelsea welcomed this emotional woman and made me feel so at ease and treated my dog like he was her own! I adore her! Come to find out Finn is only the way he is in my home! I left him for 5 days and it went amazing! All the other girls there are SO sweet and loving and kind! AND they answered the phone every time this worried mom called to check in or ask a million questions! I LOVE this place! They even let me bring all his favorite things and gave him one on one playtime! Truly has been a blessing! Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart! He slept like a baby once we got home! I'm so grateful to have a safe, positive and affordable place to take my pet while traveling! These ladies know their stuff and want to make sure your pet has a positive experience! I've brought my poodle mix three times for extended stays, and even though I've moved from the immediate area, I'll continue to bring her here!

Our 4 year old White German Shepherd loves the retreat. The staff are always helpful, kind and enjoy what they are doing. They always call Piper by name as soon as we walk in. Highly recommend this place.

Our two dogs have stayed here twice now, and they love it! They are always exhausted when they come home and the staff is always great about showing us videos of them playing and running around with other dogs. I feel very confident leaving my high energy fur babies here.

I brought my Doberman to Bed & Biscuit for the first time last week and she stayed for 9 days while I went overseas. This was the longest we had ever been apart and I was very nervous. However, the staff at Bed & Biscuit were amazing! Any time I was missing my dog (which was A LOT!) all I had to do was text them and they would send me photos and videos of her having a great time playing with the other dogs. I am so thankful for what they do, and this will now be the place that I take my girl when I travel.

Our dogs love going to Bed & Biscuits Pet Retreat! They are well taken care of while they are there. I can't think of anyplace I would rather have my pets than Bed & Biscuits. We always take them there.

We’ve been trusting Julie for 3 years now and she always takes great care of our puppy. Her place is kennel free, so we never have to worry about our puppy being locked in a kennel all day. The recreation area for the puppies in the backyard is amazing. There is TONS of space for them to have fun. A HUGE plus is Julie takes the time to send pictures of our puppy to us daily while we are away. The pictures always look like our puppy is having an amazing time. I’ve been utilizing the overnight pet sitting services with Julie/Wagging Tails Pet Sitting for the last 8 years. My coonhound Caesar loves going there! All I have to say is “do you want to go to Julie’s?” and he gets all excited! Julie takes great care of him and texts me pictures daily of Caesar while I’m on vacation or out of town. I feel fortunate to have someone I “trust” to take care of Caesar while I’m away. I don’t feel bad leaving Caesar with her because he loves it there!

I LOVE Wagging Tails boarding and Petsitting! I’ve take all three dogs over the last 12 years to them. Their in home care, no cage service is always the best for my fur babies. No matter the needs of the individual I can be assured that each need is met. AND my babies always have the best time with their buddies. Highly recommend this business.

We've boarded our dog with Waggingtailslex for several years and couldn't be happier. There is never an adjustment period once we pick him up and bring him home, which is usually 4-10 nights when we travel without him. That is huge and tells us the environment is like our own home, but with dog friends! We enjoy seeing photos of him throughout his stay. It's always a comfort to us knowing he is in the best hands!

I am so thankful for finding Wagging Tails. I have a puppy and was looking for something different than a kennel environment. My dog Cricket loves this place and on a recent trip I didn't worry myself sick about how he was doing. The daily photos are great as well!

I’ve been taking our dog to Julie for quite awhile. Both love(d) it. We lost our last dog last July and he went there every time we went out of town. Our new sweetie has been to Julie 1st for a few days of day care so she’d be acclimated when we were leaving her for a week. She had lots of friends to play with and based on the pics and Julie’s comments, she had a great time! I highly recommend Wagging Tails.

I've boarded my dogs with Julie, the owner, since 2017 and would not board my dogs anywhere else. My dogs attend daycare with her about once a week. Julie is caring, compassionate, and honest. One of my dogs became blind from an autoimmune disease shortly after I adopted him and she continues to give him the best care even though he requires special food and multiple medications each day. She lets me know if he gets sick or has a cut or scratch. I appreciate her honesty and integrity. She limits the number of dogs she takes and has a wonderful backyard with a divide in it so that the more rambunctious dogs can play separately from those less playful.

We wouldn't trust anyone else with our 3 dogs. Julie loves our dogs like her own and has been with them since they were all puppies. No crates (unless you want that) and tons of play time and snuggles with daily photos. We know our dogs are in the best hands when they are with Julie. We hit the jackpot with Wagging Tails!!

Wagging Tails Pet Sitting is the absolute best. Our dogs second home is with Julie. We can see how much they love her walks, daycare and staying for boarding. We highly recommend!

Sara takes wonderful care of our dogs when we are out of town. She has a huge fenced in area for them to play in and they are always exhausted when we bring them home. They are treated like family. We can't recommend Sara highly enough!
