The staff at Pet Paradise have loved our boy so well. They are always so kind, so patient, and making dropping off and picking up so easy. I LOVE the daily reports and how they talk about our baby boy. I NEVER worry when having to leave Sylvester because I know he will be happy, loved, and worn out from all the play fun! Thank you for this special place and even more, thank you for peace of mind when having to leave our fur baby.

They’re great. The more you bring your pets the better they know them. Pet Paradise is trustworthy and offers so many services. I love the reports cards when I’m on vacation. They’re so thoughtful and my pup looks like he’s having a blast. I feel confident he’s well taken care of. Thank you.

I have a reactive dog who can't participate in play groups but Pet Paradise offered boarding where he still got playtime with staff 1-2x a day and I loved that. We boarded our dog while on honeymoon so it was over a week and they took great care of him. He was a happy boy when we picked him up. Would recommend! Pricing is very reasonable as well.

I use Pet Paradise in Fleming Island and everything is fine there. I boarded my dog at the one in Gainesville for four nights. I was not pleased with the situation. I never could find him on camera. He came home in a daze and started crying at night and having rampant diarrhea. He also had exudate in his eyes. Something wasn’t right at this facility. I’m not sure what it was. I booked it weeks in advance and had an indoor outdoor spot but at the last minute, they moved him to tiny town, which is for small dogs because they were too full. I suspect he did not have much time outside or much human interaction. It was over a holiday, but I won’t use this facility again probably. He took about a week to recover.

Hannah has been grooming our dogs (almost 3yo) probably about two years now. Not only does she do a great job with the groom, but she is so kind and patient with our guy that gets a bit too excited and needy. She is the best!

They took an excellent care of Brooklyn!! They were very sweet to my baby and did a great job reassuring us about leaving her for couple days!!!

Both locations we have taken our dog to has been so wondeful(Ocala and Newberry). Great employees and really nice dog area.

We dropped Lady off at the pet resort for a couple of days so she could have some doggie time. We love Pet Paradise and so does she. Daily pictures and report cards. Ice cream and swim time. Totally recommend this place! ❤️ #spoileddog #petparadise

We’ve been using Bea for about three years now and LOVE her and the care she gives our fur babies! They are always excited to see Bea and the other dogs they get to play with. I never worry about them as I know they are getting excellent care.

A wonderful environment the caretaker and owner, Bea be is exceptional at what she does caring for each individual animal but not losing track of all the charges she has there. Thr prices are more than reasonable. If you really care about your pet Bea will give you the best service, care, and videos/Pictures earn day so you don't have worries concerning your pets having s wonderful time. I endorse

A few weeks before Christmas, I began searching for a place where my pitbull could stay for a few days. Having never used a kennel or any boarding services before, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, after checking out a few places I was taken back by their cost and how much attention they'd give to my dog. Most places were $25-35/day and would only play with my dog for 1 hour a day... otherwise they'd be in a crate. However, when a friend recommended Lois Lane I was relieved to discover that not only was Lois less expensive than others, she also kept the dogs in a home-like environment. No crates! While it was a bit out in the middle of nowhere (at least to me), I would take my dog there many more times. I highly recommend her services!

Bea is the best Lulu always knows when er are heading in her direction . I can drive fast enough for her.

Our dog LOVES Honey Paws. Taryn is so wonderful with the all of the dogs and provides an excellent place for them to stay and play. The rooms for the dogs are so much better than the crates at most boarders. We would whole-heartedly recommend Honey Paws to anyone looking to board their dog.

Taryn provides the dogs a safe and loving environment. Our JRT always has so much fun when he goes for a couple days when we are out of town. There is a large enclosed area for the dogs to run around, dig and play. Plenty of trees for shade. Each dog has his own room and aren't in a kennel setting. We love Honey Paws!

Honey Paws is the BEST for many reasons. It is the best deal in town for dog boarding and dog day care. Taryn, the owner, has a large fenced in yard that is shaded for the dogs. Our dog LOVES to dig holes in their yard. Taryn has dogs of her own so your dog will never have to play alone. Plus when it gets too warm outside there are air condition rooms for your dog. The rooms are large and your dog has one completely to themselves. Taryn is amazing and very easy to work with. For example, our dog has sensitive skin so Taryn has a t-shirt for her to wear. I cannot say enough good things about this business and the owner! One suggestion - book early during the holidays because she fills up fast!

I boarded my English Bulldog for the first time during the Holiday season with Taryn and had a great experience! She was very easy to keep in touch with during my vacation, very reasonable and I could tell that my dog just had a good time while he was away from us. I loved how it was on a farm and just felt like a good environment for my English to be in. I highly recommend using her and we will be going back 😀

We’ve been using Jazz’s wonderland to board our dogs for the past few years and have only had positive experiences. Every staff member is sweet and caring with the dogs and remember my dogs even when we haven’t been in a while. One of my dogs is skittish and takes a while to warm up but the staff always takes extra time to make her comfortable. They even provide daily report cards with pictures. In the past we’ve tried numerous pet sitters but no one compares to Jazzs wonderland, there’s no one else we would trust with our pups. Highly recommend them!

Ana is very approachable and accommodating. I feel comfortable leaving my toy poodle with her and the team. I have used Jazz's for boarding and daycare on several occasions over the past year. The property is really beautiful and the business has well organized systems in place that make it effortless to book services and drop off/pick up your dog. You can add numerous services to your booking like yummy treats or a bath. My dog seems to be better behaved after spending time at Jazz's! I'm very grateful they're in my area!

What an awesome facility! They are quick to respond and process and accommodating for your situation when you communicate. My pup, Bearclaw, had a blast playing and was comfortable. Bonus: they took great pics of my powerhouse pup :)

I was set to go out of town yesterday for the night when I had a Rover fail. I panicked but remembered several friends telling me about how wonderful Jazz’s Wonderland is. I decided to give them a call and see if they could help me out in a pinch. They were so kind and understanding and immediately told me what I needed to submit to them (proof of up to date vaccines) in order to get my dog in on the same day. They usually require a meet and greet, but they knew I didn’t really have any options right then. I let them know my dog was super friendly and plays well with other dogs all the time with no issues. Within an hour, they had approved him and he was off to meet his new buddies. They updated me on how he was doing via text and sent pictures for me to see him playing with his new friends. I picked up one happy camper today and Jazz’s has a new loyal customer where I will be boarding him moving forward. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were super friendly throughout this entire experience. 5 stars.

Sport was a Jazz camper for the first time this Christmas and loved it! He’s a high energy golden retriever and came home happy and worn out. The staff took great care of Sport and gave me updates and pics during his stay which was very reassuring and much appreciated. Highly recommend!

We recently took our boy Bandit to Jazz's for his first daycare/boarding stay and I'd say it looks like he had a blast! I needed last minute boarding for him and they were so kind and accommodating even with him never having stayed with them before. Bandit it an Australian Cattle Dog puppy full of energy and I was so happy to see how tired he was when we picked him up- it means he had SO much fun running around and expending that energy with other pups! The staff seems truly passionate about what they do, were professional, and made me feel very comfortable with leaving our boy in their care. Their play areas appear to be good sizes, are clean, and have high fences for those escape artists. I love the pics they send of the pups and the available sweet treats you can add on for your pups stay! We have found our new favorite spot for doggy daycare and boarding. :) Thank you guys!

My pup goes FERAL when she knows she gets to go to Jazz's. She jumps out of my car and runs straight in! I feel comforted knowing she loves her time at daycare so much. Ana and the team take such good care of my Jessie girl, and they provide photos and videos so that I can stay updated. Can't recommend this place enough

I love this place! I looked at a few others and they all seemed very corporate and not a place where I felt comfortable leaving my dog- it felt like she would just be a number. Jazz Wonderland feels like you are leaving your dog with friends that love dogs. It's a great set up. The areas for the dogs are not too big and not too small. The employees are all young, enthusiastic and animal lovers. The pricing is honest and straight forward. They don't charge extra to let your dog in the play yard more (that is not in the dogs' best interests!!). They are all on the same schedule - as it should be! I take my girl there once or twice a week for socialization and mental stimulation (much safer than dog parks- the dogs are all vetted) and leave her there overnight when needed (once for 2 weeks which was HARD) but she came back happy,.healthy and properly rested. Scheduling could not be easier or more convenient. I feel lucky to have found this wonderful place!

We absolutely love taking our pups to Jazz’s Wonderland! Our fur babies get so excited to go & play with other dogs during day stays! I know they are in fabulous hands, too - staff are so personable, communicative, and think of everything! The whole system works seamlessly. We even occasionally add on extras like a bath. Just look at the face of this happy pooch - her day spa apparently wrapped up with an adorable bow! Big thanks to Jazz & team!

Our pup Harper loves Jazz’s. We needed to start taking her pretty young to go on a trip and were quite nervous but they did a great job keeping her safe and happy and my mind at ease with many photos. She now goes several times per week while I am at work and always leaves happy and tired. She once had an ankle sprain and they did a great job communicating her condition and ensuring it was handled how I thought best. Staff has always been kind and responsive to texts. Reasonably priced for daycare, boarding, and baths. The only improvement would be if there were live cameras like other puppy care places in town.

We were thrilled to board our puppy at ET Mutt Hutt, after receiving a glowing recommendation from our dog trainer. We couldn't be happier with the exceptional care our furry friend received. The spacious and spotless environment provided our puppy with plenty of room to play both indoors and outdoors, allowing him to frolic freely around the farm. We were delighted to receive regular updates, complete with photos, detailing his daily adventures. Without a doubt, we will be returning to ET Mutt Hutt for their top-notch services in the future.

We have used their boarding services a handful of times and I am impressed with the level of communication and care our family receives. I prefer the Mutt Hutt because of the activity level our active pup will receive, & the going-home bath at the end doesn’t hurt either! Finally found a place I feel comfortable leaving our jack russell pup! I wanted to find a place that still felt like a home and not a vets office, and this is it. I could tell from the photos and videos Tiffani and her family are spending quality time with your dog, which is so appreciated. Finally the search is over!

We LOVE Mutt Hutt! Tiffani has a heart of gold and loves all the dogs like they are her own. Our dogs Gus (English Bulldog) and Liberty (Golden Retriever) enjoy their time at Mutt Hutt. Gus loves the treats, attention, and nap time. Liberty loves the huge outdoor runs and the fun dog friends she gets to meet. We love the video/picture updates and the stellar communication. My dog loves going to the Mutt Hutt! She gets so excited to see Tiffani. She gets lots of time to play and lots of attention. Tiffani sends me great pictures and I know she’s happy and well taken care of. Princess loves water and the Mutt Hutt doesn’t disappoint! Our 1 year old golden retriever Nell has stayed at E T Mutt Hutt a few times now and she always comes home happy and sleepy! It’s like she gets her own vacay while my husband and I are on ours. Mrs Tiffani sends lots of pics and updates on how she’s doing and Nell looks like she has a blast. It makes my husband and I feel good to know our pupper is safe and enjoying herself while she stays there. I LOVE the mutt hutt! We were taking our first vacation in 10 years and an hour before we left my beloved dog ate quite a bit of toxic gum. Tiffany went above and beyond taking our dog to the vet, getting him the next day after he needed overnight care, going back for a check up and giving him medications. And then when he was feeling better, he had the best stay playing with friends. I got lots of texts and reassurance that everything was going well. Could not have asked for more peace of mind while on vacation. Will always use the mutt hurt for my baby ❤️.

My fur baby Baldrick has been a regular at Mila's Bed-N-Biscuit for 6 years now, and we couldn't be happier. It's a rare thing to find a business that not only takes care of business but treats you like a friend like owner Mila and long-time employee Kerry do. I know that sometimes they get overwhelmed with boarding requests like every great business with competitive prices during peak hours, and they do their best. I wish they had unlimited capacity, but that's impractical. Every doggie should experience the love and care that Bed-N-Biscuit has to offer. It's tough being the best sometimes!

Our second time using the Bed and Biscuit to board our two dogs. The owner and employees are really nice and great with the dogs. They did a wonderful job and were happy to cater to our raw dog food needs by storing it in their fridge/freezer. Our dogs always come back to us healthy, happy, and exhausted.

Probably the best place to bring your pet when they can’t come with you. The staff is wonderful and really loves their guests. We tell our dog she’s going to camp and she loves going almost as much as she loves coming home!

This is my dog's rating. She's excited when we arrive at Bed N Biscuit and can't wait to get inside the gates. When I come back to get her, I often find her running in one of the play yards with several other dogs. If the temperature is in the 90's, she'll be inside in the A/C. My dog tells me that she really enjoys this place. She is never reluctant to go back.

Our dogs Laney and Trigger ADORE dancin dogs! They will whine all the way there. Our dogs are our babies and the owners, Tere and Rick, treat them as their own. It makes us feel so comfortable knowing they are happy and being loved while we are away. They get to run around in their open yard, play, and sleep in their home. They come home spoiled! They are always wagging their tails when we pick them up. They sleep hard for the next day or two because they are so worn out having fun. I recommend to anyone!

Been taking my dog here for years. Price is the same or usually cheaper for cage free rural environment my dog loves and deserves. No nickel and diming for "extra cuddles"like all the other places around here... dogs are our family members, and places that ignore dogs without extra pay for a few minutes of attention are just wrong. Here Tere and here family open their home to the dogs and live with them thru their stay. I tell my boy it's his vacation too, it's truly a home away from home that he loves!! He has always come home 100% happy and healthy. As long as I live in this area, I will always take my dog here. Highly recommend.

This is the best place in the world to bring your dog. We just moved away from the area and no kidding this is in the top 5 things we will miss most. Terry and Rick are like second parents to our best gal. They are so loving and amazing to our girl even though she can be a handful. The place it's self is great too! It's perfect. There are multiple large fenced in areas so the dogs all get to roam and run in large areas with other dogs they get along with. Seriously nowhere else like it. We miss you guys already!

What a wonderful place! The owners, especially Terri, really go out of their way to make it special. She knows all the dogs by name when they are playing and the dogs all feel very comfortable around her. The dogs have a ton of room to run and play, but also have their own doggy-house. Every time a visit, there are a bunch of dogs outside playing and I have never seen them all boarded up. There are separate areas if certain dogs get more aggressive, but otherwise they are all together. I can't believe I used to pay extra for "extra play time"... Dancin' Dogs in big, long playtime! My black lab, Chloe, can be a little shy and has gotten stressed at prior boarding places, but she seems to feel comfortable when really comfortable when I leave her here, although she is still very excited to see me when I pick her up (which I of course like). Best of all, Chloe is nice and tired for a least a day or two from all the running and playing she gets. The 20-minute drive for me from Gainesville is always worth knowing she will be well cared for, not boarded up the entire time, and will have plenty of fun!

This place is the best! they have a bunch a beautiful land that the dogs can run around in (with different fenced areas if any dog needs their own space) and a special couch/ pillow filled air conditioned house for the dogs to sleep in. It's like a vacation for our dogs when we have to leave them behind, so we never feel guilty! The dogs love it- they are so quick to jump in the car for dancing dog time and love the people who run the place. We pick them up and they are happy and exhausted from all the awesome playtime. Very reasonable fees and worth every penny! Thank you dancing dogs for being our dogs second home!

Iv taken my boy here multiple times and he loves it! Its one of the very few cage free places in the area and my Lodi never goes in a cage and requires A Lot of affection and attention, and they absolutely adore him and he comes home so happy every time! The dogs get to sleep in the house, he always comes home healthy and not even, Dirty. They offer cleaning and nail clipping and other grooming services as well. They are real dog people and I fully trust them with my boy. I had an emergency need of them this time I left town and called and they said they could take him right away and even offered to go pick him up so he wasn't alone any longer! I highly recommend these people and will always take my baby here :)

This boarding place was top notch!!!! Such an amazing, genuine place. You can tell they love animals very much! I have a high anxiety dog and this was the best he has EVER done! Top notch air conditioning, T.V. for your dog, lots of love, and tons of land to run around in. Great prices and piece of mind!! I would not go anywhere else!!!! He even got a cute bag with his name on it at the end. Wonderful place!!

I too had a TERRIBLE experience here. I left my 9 month old pit bull for 1 week after reading great reviews and visiting the facilities, which are very nice looking. In hindsight, I should have picked up on Tere's reaction towards my dog when we checked it out: she seemed scared of my pup jumping on her and had no idea how to stop it. After just one day of boarding, I called to check on my dog, Maggie, and the woman told me she had to separate my dog because she was being aggressive with other dogs, which socked me because my dog is passive and will give other dogs her belly when meeting and she was already highly socialized. By the time I was able to pick her up, my pup had been transformed into this hysterical beast, running around like crazy, muscles tense, hair raised on her back and was not able to keep eye contact. Rick even suggested more than once that it was just her pit bull nature to be that way and that it was a matter of time before that aggression emerged (plus a little story of how they told a guy who worked in their house once to put his aggressive pit bull down). They even charged me double because she had to be in a confined place. I was shocked and in disbelief that my sweet pup had suddenly turned into a monster, so that very same day I signed Maggie up for dog training. Within a week and even before the training started my dog was back to her normal self. The training was great to get her to stop jumping, but that's about all the problems she had and NO aggression displayed whatsoever. Maggie is now a year and a half, living with our family and a new baby, and has not had a problem since. I do not know what happened at this place, but my dog was mistreated for sure. BTW, the people who run this place have no training themselves. If you want someone who will care well for your dog try Robin's Country Boarding and Dream Dogz Training.

I’ve been bring my fur babies here for over 3 years now. They are my pups away from home parents. Armani loves Rick so much sometimes he doesn’t want to come home. 😔 my girl Dottie just loves Tere. I don’t have anything to worry about when my kids are here. They have fun, play and when they come home they are tuckered out. Hard to do with a Dalmatian and Catahoula but they do it. Oh did I mention both of my babies 6 & 2 yrs old are deaf. Excellent daycare parents!!!

Best boarding experience. Tere and Rick took great care of our Charlee for 9 days, engaging her with other dogs but being sure she didn't strain her recovering knee. No cages. Personal attention. Medication given. Great place. Definitely will use again.

BEST and most affordable dog boarding place in Gainesville hands down! My puppies became regulars at Archer Pet Resort . The staff is absolutely amazing, Trisha and Samantha are AWESOME! They make my reservation process as well as my check ins/outs quick and easy, My dogs always get excited the second we pull in to their parking lot.

Archer Road Pet Resort is the only place I trust with my dog! I love that they provide daily updates as requested, and their staff really go the extra mile in making Gus feel loved and comfortable while he’s away from home. Every photo I’ve gotten of him is so precious - he really loves his stays! I also got him groomed during his stay and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

The love between Lady Liberty and the employees is SO strong! Lady sticks to my side every morning to make sure that I don't leave her at home, and when we get to the Intersection before the Resort she stands up to watch our approach. She's always excited to play with her besties like Tucker, just to name 1. She comes home ready to eat her dinner and go right to bed so that she's ready to do it again the next day ❤️

I brought my Daschund here to be boarded for 4 days. This was our first time boarding him. He returned with a spinal injury that his regular veterinarian confirmed. My dog has never had any medical issues before this incident. The employees and Owner NEVER took responsibility for the incident. They were rude, condescending, and dismissive about the situation. Long Story Short, I will NEVER recommend anyone to bring their pet here for their safety!

I always feel comfortable leaving my dogs at Archer Road Pet Resort. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. It's easy to make a reservation on the website. My dogs always seem healthy and well taken care of when I pick them up.

So this lovely day began with dropping my dog off for a grooming which had a scheduled pickup time. Come back 4 hours later and they tell me they couldn’t get him in because they had an “emergency grooming” which later I found out was just someone who didn’t bother booking and needed their dog groomed before a trip. I come back after my dog was dropped off 8 hours prior to an absolute disaster. Now who would ever shave down a Pomeranian I have absolutely no clue. This is basic grooming 101. My beautiful Pomeranian now faces absolute complete ruin. His coat has been ruined. I would avoid this place if you have any show dogs or toy breeds. And beyond all avoid their groomer Dusty at all costs. She wouldn’t be able to cut grass. Don’t bother replying to this review Archer Pet Resort. I seriously could care less. A team full of complete agents of averageness on their best day. I waited months to put to this review because honestly I don’t care. But I did it just to warn future owners with premium dogs to avoid the pure misery I have had to go through months and months later. Thank you for employing the most incompetent team in Central Florida. Here is a beautiful before and monstrous after shot. This was a $5,000+ dog. And I love him more than anything in the world.

This place has always treated my pets with the utmost respect and care. Not only are they great at what they do, they actually put forth effort in their work and it shows. When I moved to Gainesville, I brought my 14 year old boxer there to get groomed every month or so. When it was time to say goodbye to her at 16, she had her final groom there. They treated her so well. We now take our mastador there to get groomed and he loves Garrett! Thank you everyone at archer road pet resort!

Best pet resort and groomer around! Our dog Lilli, a golden retriever, has a personality of her own. Before coming here, she's been kicked out of every grooming place we've taken her to due to "uncooperative behavior". Here, she loves it at the amazing staff. They are patient, kind and have a genuine love for animals. Not only does she get groomed here quarterly, this is her home away from home when we travel. She gets so excited when we pull in and after a Lilli demanded belly rub from the staff, she happily goes back to her "room" without even looking back. They are 100% the best around and we can travel worry free knowing she's in good hands. ❤🐶

We have had our Australia Kelpie, Tampa, stay with ARPR twice now. The first was a short 4 day weekend stay, from which she came home happy and healthy. We were impressed dropping her off - we feed Farmers Dog and the staff were very well versed in servings and storage, and they were super welcoming. The second time was a month long stay while we went to Australia. When we arrived on the Sunday afternoon to drop her off they were absolutely inundated with people and dogs, but remained friendly and caring - even greeting Tampa by name when we walked through the door! When it was time to hand her over, she was happy to go back with the staff, wagging her tail and not even looking back at us! When I picked her up, she was again happy and healthy. We had arranged for her to have a bath, so I called before going to ensure she was ready (and she was at 8:30am!). She was super happy, waggy, soft and fluffy, and smelled nice! Really happy we stumbled across Archer Road, and will definitely be back!
