We have been taking our 4 year old lab mix to Nance since she was a puppy. Nance has extensive experience with animals and truly loves them. We drop our dog off at her house, and she cares for her while we're out of town. Our dog is anxious when left alone, so this is a perfect solution for us. Nance is an invaluable resource for us. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for premium care for their pet.

My Yorkie absolutely loves her and so do I . Nancy is a true dog lover and I am blessed to have found her!

Amanda and her team really go above and beyond. We have three dogs and like most dogs, they each have their quirks. Everyone over communicates with us, they are all so great in our home and with our dogs. Aly is incredible as well. She was concerned that our vacuum was scratching the floor so she brought up new heads for our Dyson. They bring snacks if they think their stomachs hurt, they bring toys, I cannot say enough about the great experiences we have. Going out of town when we can’t bring our dogs is always stressful and I worry but they have really put me at ease.

Amanda is absolutely wonderful with dogs. I’ve had dogs as long as I can remember and it is obvious that Amanda knows dog behavior very well. One of my dogs is very high anxiety and aggressive and absolutely does not want to make friends with anyone. She took her time with him and literally had him eating out of her hand and doing tricks for her. I never thought I would find someone willing to work with him but she absolutely mastered my “advanced” dog. My other dog is elderly and needs medication and she has no problem taking care of him as well. She goes out of her way to make sure my pets are taken care of. I let her do her own thing as far as working with my dogs because she obviously knows dogs and knows what she is doing. She communicates with me and sends pictures every time she visits and booking dates and paying for services through her online portal is super convenient. So happy I found her! Cannot recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough about Amanda and her crew. My situation was unique because I called upon them to pet sit my father's dogs while he was in the hospital for months and all family was out of state. The love and kindness they showed to my father's dogs as well as the family during this difficult time went above and beyond. They stayed on top of the dog's care while also attending to needs around his house since we all were out of state. They all were an absolute blessing. When we realized my father would never be coming home they even helped us find a rescue organization for his dogs which was very emotional for all involved but their kindness will never be forgotten in my family. Thank you Amanda..Jen..and Amy for all you have done...God definitely put you all of you in our path❤️

I have known Amanda for years and once she started her Pet Services there was no question that I would prefer her taking care of our fur kids. She loves her job and the fur kids she cares for and goes above and beyond when she visits. I have referred several friends to her. When we are out of town she stays in touch with photos of our critters and I have so many photos that I cherish. If you need a pet sitter or a great pet photographer - call on Amanda!

I have 5 dogs, including a rescue with some issues for whom a second set of experienced "eyes" can be a tremendous help. Amanda has invaluable experience having worked in a vet's office, at various levels, and that was the most important factor in me choosing her above others I considered. Her ability to notice things I miss is very important, as well as her ability to connect quickly, and deeply, with all my dogs. I have a fearful one, who can be intimidating - Amanda had won him over in 30 minutes. Plus, she is an excellent photographer, something I consider a great sideperk. We have been using Premier Pet Sitting for a year and absolutely love it. We have a labradoodle, Gus, who is very energetic. He loves being there with Amanda and her dogs. Sometimes I am afraid he won’t want to come home. You can tell how much they really care about your pet.

Very very upset and disappointed...expected a visit from Amanda tomorrow. Had I not gotten a hold of her today, she would have just left me hanging. Right up front she was told I have a high strung hound. I left her commands he knows from training and treays to reward. Never used them and let him roam. He needs the discipline and is worse off now for her not using them. Good luck. The high reviews may be misleading

Cannot say enough amazing things about this pet sitting company! I have been working in veterinary medicine since 2001 so needless to say I am VERY particular about who watches my fur babies. These guys not only send you pictures at every visit, they do a little write up about how everyone is doing. Highly recommend Premier Pet Services!!!

We have been taking our dogs here for almost a year now and we have always been so impressed with the staff and the care that our dogs receive. You can always tell they love going to stay and they come back such happy dogs! We will continue to board our dogs here for many years to come! They are so great to our baby! She gets super anxious being without her family that treats her like a human and Our Pals Place knows exactly how to take care of our queen! They love on her and make sure she is happy while we have to travel without her.

We go out of way to take our dogs here. Everyone that works there really seems to care for all of the dogs being board there. I get photo and video updates daily. I could not be any more trusting of this facility. We love and highly recommend them!

I came to Woodstsock on a last minute work trip and brought my dog as last minute boarding during spring break in my hometown was at capacity. GiGi made the accommodation for my Boy and he had an amazing day care experience. All the workers were awesome! We will definitely be back.

Our Pal's Place is a great place to board! Our dog, Ben, is not big on surprise trips (like the vet), but when he sees the friendly faces at OPP his tail goes to wagging... hard.

Tried some daycare centers around the area and didn't have good experience. Then heard about this place from a friend. Gigi and team know what they do. They are the best. My baby runs into Eduardo's arms every single time I check him in. My pup started with half a day and progressed to full day daycare and now boards overnight. I am glad I found this place!

We've been going to Our Pal's Place place for a while now and taking our two dogs for daycare. They are so great with the dogs, and are so very helpful. We have them work on a few training items with one of our dogs and you can definitely see the difference. They give us updates on how the dogs behaved and what they did. You can feel the love they have for our dogs, and our fur babies are always so very excited to go back for playtime!

I have had to board my dog many different places due to his anxiety and abandonment fears. Here, the staff invited us to take a tour and “try it out” for a bit to make sure me and my dog were comfortable. The next weekend I boarded my dog with Our Pal’s Place and could not have been happier! Both my dog and I had a great experience! The staff kept me updated with pictures and videos of my dog on walks, playing with other dogs, and getting love and attention. I could tell they really cared about my dog and what was best for him! The building was also very clean and inviting. I will definitely be back!

My dog was super happy being there and was great when we left. I would say that it could be a more inviting place. And it's pretty bad smelling so if you have a sensitive nose. Also.. my dog came back filthy. Had to give him a bath again. But they were awesome people and seemed to control the dogs pretty well.

Amazing people and immaculate facililty! We have adopted our dogs from Our Pal's Place and we were so excited when they finally opened a board and train facility! Highly recommend, very clean and totally trust that our baby is getting the best care while we are away! Worth the extra drive time for Our Pal's Place Daycare Boarding and Training!
