Oriana was kind, very responsive and even customized a pricing-package for our specific needs. Maddy (our dog's date/walker) was incredible and gave us complete peace of mind knowing our dog was in safe hands after his participation in our wedding. During the Meet and Greet, Maddy and our dog became immediate besties and on day-of Maddy collaborated with our wedding planner to communicate status updates to make sure we were focused on our celebration and not worrying about him. Our dog stole the show at our ceremony and Maddy even assisted our photographer to get great photos of our boy on our big day. After our ceremony, Maddy transported our dog back to our hotel and tucked him in for the night. Waggy little rascals has been amazing dog walking (and sitting) service for us. They are always super reliable, responsive, and really make us feel comfortable that our dog is in good hands. They are very communicative during the booking process and always try to fit our schedule, even when things pop up last minute. We have used a number of dog walking services between NYC and Philly over the past 7 years and Waggy little rascals is really one of the best we’ve ever had!

I'm writing this review after having Waggy Little Rascals walk our dogs for ten months, several times per week. We have two five year old dogs who need walking while my husband and I are at work. The Waggy Little Rascals team has been excellent with them. They love our dogs with care, send us great photos and detailed reports, and give our dogs the special care they need if something is wrong (such as one time our dog had a suspicious bowel movement and they sent a photo so we could show the vet, or taking the dogs to a safer spot when an unleashed dog was nearby). This gives us peace of mind as our dogs love squirrels, birds, and can require full attention when walking. Logistically, it's so easy to schedule the walks in the app, and the owner Angela has been so understanding if we've had unexpected changes to our schedule. When they train new walkers, they always do a walk with another walker who knows our dogs and home already, which has led to seamless transitions. I am so grateful to have found this company. We were worried about returning to an in-office work schedule following the pandemic, but having Waggy Little Rascals made it an easy transition and we are still with them almost a year later!

I cannot, ever, express how much i love WLR. I tell them all the time. My dogs are my babies and they can be kind of quirky and everyone at WLR who has worked with them has been amazing! Waggy Little Rascals continually goes above and beyond for my dog. They’ve been incredibly helpful during my first year of pet ownership. Before they started walking her, they came to my apartment for a meet and greet, and could not have been more skilled and professional while handling my initially shy and reactive pup. I appreciate that they took the time to get to know her before committing to working with her. After each walk, they give detailed reports (with photos!), which are reassuring. She has really blossomed socially, which is in no small part thanks to Waggy. When they opened the daycare, I jumped at the chance to sign her up. Again, before she joined the daycare roster, she spent some time trying it out so they could determine if she would be a good fit. She absolutely loves spending the day there and comes home happy and tired. Waggy has been wonderful every step of the way—through schedule changes, harness trial/error, and health issues. I am sure they’ll extend the same kindness and excellence to your pet!

We used the Waggy Weddings service for our November wedding, and it was the best decision. They picked up our dog Penny from our dog sitter, brought her to the wedding in an adorable dress they provided, and handled her like a pro. Angela and Oriana were responsive during the planning process and arrived on time. After the ceremony and a few pictures, Penny went back to the sitters. It took all the stress out of this important part of our wedding, and it wouldn't have been the same without her! She stole the show!

We have had and continue to have a great experience with WGL. Our dog Cora loves her walks with them, and we really appreciate the walk report and pictures. It helps put us at ease to know she is in good hands while we are gone. They are very professional and clearly care about the well being of their clients and their employees. We also really appreciate their flexibility and ability to accommodate walks outside of our usual schedule. Highly recommend them!

Best dog walkers and sitters in the world. They've gone the extra mile, including caring so well for our dog when she was sick and beginning to decline. They even manage to handle our ornery cat. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent incident involving my dog Kash at your daycare facility. It has come to my attention that my dog was mishandled while under your care, and I am extremely troubled by this news. As a pet owner, I entrust my dog's well-being to your establishment with the expectation that they will be treated with the utmost care and respect. However, learning that my dog was not handled properly is both distressing and unacceptable. Dogs are vulnerable creatures who rely on us to provide them with a safe and nurturing environment, and it is disheartening to know that this trust was violated. It is imperative that all staff members are properly trained in handling and caring for dogs, and that strict protocols are in place to prevent any mistreatment or negligence this was the second time he was attacked and this time the men were shaking him up kicking the dogs just nasty I’m pressing charges they need cameras in there ether on here lying because they can’t see what goes on when they walk away be careful leaving your dogs alone with the men of the daycare !!!!!!

Jake loves Andrew’s! We don’t go often since I work from home, he usually goes for boarding if I have a quick trip. He gets tons of play time with the various dogs there. It’s such a good spot, wish they had a bigger space for all the cute client’s. Wish there were more neighborhoods businesses like this close to my home we would come more often.

Simply the best. I have been using Andrew's Pack LLC since he started his business. Andrew and his team have taken great care of my cats when we are away, for the day or a couple of weeks!

We dropped our puppy off at 7am and when we came to pick him up he didn’t want to leave. We were nervous at first but we have all the confidence in the world in Andrew and his team. We’ve been using Andrew’s Pack ever since and can’t recommend him enough.

THE BEST!! My dog is nervous with strangers so finding a place to take him for daycare/boarding wasn't easy. But he immediately took to Andrew. Andrew employs the most incredible humans, all of which truly understand dogs and care about their wellbeing. They know each dog's demeanor and personality and manage them perfectly to make each dog feel safe and comfortable. My dog loves going to Andrew's!

We take our 2 year old labradoodle to Andrew's Pack and she always comes home happy and tired. The staff really seems to care about the animals they take care of, even remembering my dog's name and routine after only a handful of visits. Knowing that our pup is being well taken care of is peace of mind.

Dropping off your pup isn't easy but I never have any doubts leaving my dog with Andrew and his world class team for the day or overnight. The prices are affordable, the dogs have space, and the team is always very gentle with the dogs and even accommodating for special needs. I am so thankful for Andrew and his team, they have always been happy to have my pup and she loves spending time with them!

I started to bring my dog to Andrew’s pack a while ago and even before I had her I’ve always seen andrew and other dog walkers at all times of day taking care of the dogs. They are a great group of people who have the chill vibe that is needed to take care of all types of energy dog. I was even worried because my puppy can be a little crazy at home but Andrew and everyone there knows how to handle any type of situation. I suggest Andrew’s pack to everyone in our neighborhood!

Jason & his staff are AMAZING! My dog loves it at Wag Watch. He literally sprints to the door 😂if you’re hesitant please note: - They have cameras so you can see what your pup is up to while you’re away. - Super accommodating and the staff are so sweet! - They have perks like exit baths that you can add on so your pup smells wonderful. Wag Watch is amazing! Enrolling my dog, Winston, was the best decision I’ve made. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring with all the pups. Winston gets so excited for daycare that he literally drags me down the street to get there faster. I highly recommend sending your furry friend here!

If you’re hesitant about dropping your dog off at Wag Watch…DON’T BE. Each staff member truly cares about each dog, keeps them safe and loves on them throughout the day. The facility is clean and we enjoy that they switch the dogs to different rooms during the day and also have quiet time. Jason, the owner, is great and is very helpful and reassuring during the onboarding process. We had her at a different daycare previous to Wag Watch and she really did not enjoy it there, we could tell it was too over-stimulating. When we brought her to this daycare, we could see a huge difference in her overall happiness. 10/10 would recommend giving your trust to Wag Watch.

Dog Disneyworld! Well-managed pack dynamics in a continually cleaned space. Active/engaging environment, not chaotic or stressful, so my dog is able to nap comfortably at her own pace throughout her visits. The team is the biggest distinguisher from other daycares in the area. My dog took to each handler immediately and is always stoked at drop-offs. Special shout-out to Tori, the Mary Poppins of dogs, who cuddles each pal throughout the day, paying special attention to the shy ones (not just the love mooches like mine).

BEST daycare in town! Spaces are great for dogs, and their live stream is amazing! They also write you a daily report card about how your dog was, who your dog's best friend was that day, etc., along with photos. Very responsive and reliable staff. My dog loves going here!

My golden retriever, Leo, is quite the discerning pup when it comes to his daycamp experiences, but Wag Watch has unquestionably become his favorite! Wag Watch is the best place to bring your dog, period. Under the watchful eyes of the exceptional staff (shoutout to Steve and Kaylee), our girl has gone from being a timid, undersocialized puppy to a confident, outgoing dog who holds her own. The staff are kind and knowledgeable, dropoff and pickup are easy to schedule, and the dogs come home absolutely exhausted. They also offer overnight boarding, a fantastic option if you (like us) don't have family in the area to watch your dogs! 10/10, a fantastic addition to the neighbourhood.

THE best daycare ANYWHERE!! I'm so sad I'm moving and I wish I could take everyone from Wag Watch with me to NJ!! Everyone that works there is so nice and really care about the dogs. My pup Franklin loves snuggling with the handlers (see photo below) just as much as he loves playing with the dogs. One even took Franklin with her to the break room for her lunch break because he was missing her so much. I have been looking at daycares where I am moving but nothing compares to Wag Watch. I'm truly ruined and spoiled for all future daycares. Their online portal is amazing for booking days, viewing the cameras to check on him while he's there and the report cards everyday are my favorite! Some of my best photos of Franklin are from the Wag Watch handlers! As I nurse, I could not have made it through nightshift with a puppy without Jason and his team! Franklin and I will miss you so much!

Jason and the entire staff at Wag Watch have been nothing short of life changers for us! With an anxious COVID puppy, everyone has been so patient with getting our pup adjusted and making him as happy as possible. We feel so comfortable and know he’s in the best hands. Wag Watch is the best place to bring your dog in Philly! I have been to a ton of doggie daycares and this is by far our favorite. Stevie always drags me to the door when we are anywhere near Wag Watch. The facility and amenities are top notch and the care that she gets from Jason and the other employees is truly the best. We know she is in great hands and having an absolute blast when she is there. I would highly recommend Wag Watch to all dog owners!

We miss Wag The Dog after we moved away from Philly. I got two puppies during covid and was so grateful to have this trusting, flexible team to help as i transitioned back into the office. Now that i am in another city with new walkers, i appreciate even more the easy scheduling app with real time updates and photos! The dogs loved their walkers/sitters and would go crazy if they saw them out around town. Definitely recommend for daily walks and overnights.

The Wag the Dog team is great! Stephanie was super helpful in scheduling a first pet sitting session when we were going out of town, and our sitter, Keishla, did amazing- the photos, comments, and activity reports put us at ease for sure! ♡

Stephanie, and Wag the Dog as a whole, were superb. I have a bordie collie mix who can be very difficult at times with trusting people. Stephanie was very patient with Nova and after a couple visits it seemed like they were best friends. I'd recommend 10/10.

We love everyone over at Wag. They take the best care of our bulldog. We'd be lost without them. Highly recommend using this service if you're looking for someone to love and care for your pup. It takes a patient person to motivate our lazy boy to go out for a walk and these folks know what they're doing. Wag the Dog has been phenomenal with my dog Sawyer. He can be leash reactive at times and it is such a relief knowing he is in safe and competent hands. Caroline and Hayley always send the cutest photos of Sawyer at the end of the walk and I know he has had a great time because he always looks so happy when I get home from work. My dogs are reactive and a handful to walk. One is old, and his middle name is “death to skateboarders.” The other is young and 70lbs of pure muscle, whose middle name is “death to cyclists.” Wag the Dog’s walkers, however, handle them both with safety, care, and ease. They’re the ones I trust!

Cutie Paws has been watching our cat almost once a month for about two years now. They are incredible and our cat loves them too. Incredibly responsive and trustworthy, and so easy to schedule with. They even gave our cat a toy to keep once because he liked it so much (it's now his favorite toy). Sasha and her crew walked my dog for the first 9 months that I lived in Philly, and they were wonderful. Sasha is very organized and extremely reliable, and she made sure my dog got walks on every occasion. I also had a schedule changing week-to-week, and they were so flexible in accommodating my schedule. They frequently spent more time with my dog when she needed some extra coaxing to leave the house. It's clear that she cares deeply about the animals and her clients who she cares for. I hope they will continue to help out with my doggo when possible; the only reason I am no longer able to use their services is because I moved. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and care.

Sasha went above and beyond while looking after my cat over the holidays! I received comprehensive updates, plus lots of photos and videos. My cat has been shy with sitters in the past, but he took to Sasha right away and I always felt like he was in great hands. I can't recommend Cutie Paws enough if you want peace of mind when leaving your fur babies at home.

Sasha is an absolute gem. We are so lucky to have found. Her history intake is very detailed, very willing to work with our schedules for the initial meet and greet. She's very thorough with each visit, will readily send us text, video, and photo updates when she's with our cats. Communication is key, and I feel like we've never had any issues with that with Sasha. Highly recommend for taking care of your pets.

Tails and Ales is great! We had to take our 5 month old goldendoodle to Tails and Ales for daycare and overnight boarding for the first time. Paige provided updates and pictures throughout the day, and our pup loved being in their house and playing with the other dogs. Since it was his first night away from our house, he was barking at night and couldn't go to sleep, so Paige comforted him at 4:30 AM and let us know how he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to take our pup there again for day care, and I highly recommend them!

Tales & Ales is the BEST. I have used them for daycare as well as boarding. I am so grateful for Paige & Ryan who provide the best care for my Lily who is a sensitive pup who requires love and affection. As a rescue pup, Lily can have separation anxiety and can sometimes have anxiety in new situations. Paige & Ryan made sure she had a great first day and ever since Lily runs towards them when she gets picked up ...the tail wags a hundred miles a minute and she doesn't even say "bye Mom". I feel like I'm giving Lily a vacation when I send her to Tales & Ales :-) They are also very reliable and always accommodating.

My fur babies, Arlo and Coco, are regulars at Tails & Ales. We have used them for daycare and also boarding. Paige and Ryan are not only accommodating and reliable, they are practically second parents to my babies. They will truly care for your dog as if your pup is their own. We are always kept in the loop with cute pictures, bowel habits (every dog owner knows how important this is, and everything in between. I could go on and on about how wonderful they are, but I’ll leave it at this — we are forever grateful to T&A for loving our dogs as much as we do.

Doggie daycare with Paige and Ryan has been the best thing ever for our pup Cody! He is super energetic and it has helped him blow of some steam and learn to settle with other dogs. Paige and Ryan are extremely thoughtful, accommodating and knowledgeable about dog training/behavior. They are great at checking in with us throughout the day and we never have to worry about Cody when he is there. Thank you thank you tails and ales! We would be much more stressed without you in our lives!

Paige&Ryan were fantastic. Our almost 2 year old rambunctious goldendoodle stayed with them for a long weekend. They sent perfectly detailed updates right when you needed them the most. And he definitely got the exercise, stimulation and cuddles he is used to if not more! (Been sleeping since we got home). Will use Tails and Ales again.

Amazing!!! I could not praise Ryan and Paige more. Not only was my pup Bentley completely comfortable but I felt comfortable the whole time and was able to fully enjoy my time away. From their quick responses to my inquiries, to sharing his day to day activity, having all the supplies he needed (only having to bring food) and even dropping my dog off at the end of his stay, I could not ask for more. I will continue to use them for my boarding needs and would recommend them to anyone.

I was so impressed with Doggie VIP! My dog absolutely loves going to daycare there. They send daily pictures and are very easy to contact. They keep the place meticulously clean and really pay attention to dogs personalities and preferences. Highly recommend!

Doggie VIP is the best dog daycare I’ve ever used! They prioritize my dog’s well being and are always so accommodating to my schedule. Doggie VIP has allowed me to have so much less stress in my life knowing that Kevin is in good hands.

We love Doggie VIP! We did our research when moving to Philly and were lucky to land upon this daycare/boarding center. Our dog is a little anxious around new people and Antwon worked with us to ensure his comfort and safety for his stays! The staff is all wonderful. They always keep us updated with photos and texts throughout his stays. Facility is super clean and it’s special that they get to play outside. He never comes home stinky. Franklin loves it!!!

EDIT: (see below for full review) in the reply Doggie VIP states they simply offered to transfer my package. That is not the case as I did not even adopt my next dog for SIX months. My boyfriend reached out in numerous occasions after Lola’s death requesting a refund at the package had JUST been purchased. Each time he was given the run around and they were actually rude on the phone. As a LAST RESORT when I adopted my new dog I asked if I could use the package for her. Then I had the experience of them telling me oh it’s ok if she overheats we will call you. Despite that you say you take preventative measures that statement is NOT preventive and as such I lost all faith in your business. I HIGHLY recommend NOT taking your dog to this daycare. I started bringing my first dog, Lola, to Doggie VIP years ago due to her epilepsy—she needed extra attention, and leaving her alone all day while I was at work just wasn’t an option. She was usually kept inside, sitting behind the desk, and it was exactly what I wanted for her. I was truly grateful for how they took care of her then. Fast forward three years, and Lola passed away unexpectedly at just four years old due to complications from her epilepsy. I had just bought a $900 daycare package in the Fall of 2023, and unfortunately, we only used three days. When my boyfriend and I reached out for a refund for the unused days, we were denied—no compassion, no flexibility, just a flat-out “no.” I adopted a new dog this summer, who is brachycephalic and therefore super sensitive to the heat. Naturally, I was very careful about her needs. One day, I noticed she was spending a lot of time outside, so I requested that they keep her inside more often to avoid any risk of overheating. The front desk response? “Oh, it’s ok; if she overheats, we’ll call you so you can take her to the vet.” I was shocked—why would they even let her get to that point? At that moment, I decided my dog would not be returning to Doggie VIP. Their priority should be preventing harm, not reacting to it after the fact. It’s just irresponsible and unacceptable to let any dog get to the point of needing emergency care. I now have 20 remaining daycare days that I will never use, and despite repeated calls, they continue to refuse a refund. Between the lack of empathy and the concerning disregard for safety, I can no longer recommend Doggie VIP. It’s a shame, given the trust I once had in them.

I've been bringing my dog (1.5 years old) to Doggie VIP for many months now. At first, he seemed hesitant and sometimes resistant to walk through the Doggie VIP door, but I kept bringing him because all other evidence showed that he had a great time playing the entire day. Now, my dog pulls on leash so we can get to Doggie VIP faster. He always comes home exhausted after a long day of play and seems to sleep for the following 24 hours. The staff at Doggie VIP is great. They send photos throughout the day and are super responsive to texts. They also know your dog. I once brought my dog to the Riverwalk location, and the staff recognized him, welcoming us in saying "is that parktown Sunny!?" Doggie VIP will continue to be a regular for us - for both daycare and boarding. Highly recommend!

Our dog Mango loves Doggie VIP! When we say “We’re going to daycare” he perks up and walks us to straight to their front door, and he gets full body wags once inside. The folks at Doggie VIP do a great job of matching your needs - if you want many updates and photos/videos, they promptly and happily text you. The location has a video feed included with package purchases as well, and while the app is a bit buggy and sometimes kicks your email out, the staff always adds you back immediately upon text. Knowing that we can drop Mango off has made puppy adolescence so much easier! Highly recommend.

Our pup loves the place. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the facility is clean and charming. They have both outside and inside play area, and I think they let dogs out depending on the temperature and weather. They are very responsive with communications. I can book my pup's daycare with a text and they usually respond very quickly. They also offer grooming, which can be combined with dayc are, which is nice. In my previous review, I did not give 5 stars since I wish we get more feedbacks (report, more photos, etc) that many other places offer. There is no report as to how my pup did. On some days I get a few photos, on other days I rarely receive photos. I heard you can pay and have access to live videos, but I am too busy to check videos. But since my pup loves the place so much, and I have never encountered any trouble over the pat few months, I guess 5 stars is fair, although I wish I have more feed backs.

Doggie VIP is amazing. I've been bringing my dog here for almost a year now and we both love it. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and great at communicating. There are cameras both inside and outside in the yard area that you can check in on, which helped made me feel extremely comfortable in the beginning before building a relationship with everyone. At first I was skeptical of bringing my dog to daycare but my dog I don't think could be any more excited when we're walking or pulling up! Throughout the day I get texts of photos and sometimes videos of my dog which is also great. Communication is 100% and I've never waited on a response whenever I've had a question about something. Overall a great place to send your puppy and we appreciate how incredible everyone here is!

Doggie VIP is awesome! Been coming here on and off for years. Overnight stays, daycare and grooming my pup is always well taken care of. She absolutely loves it here (gets super excited when we arrive.) Know she's getting lots of play time too cause she's sleeping as soon as we get home. For overnight stays they send cute update pics too. Can't recommend this place enough!!

We love doggie VIP. It’s a trusted place for us to for boarding and as well as day care. He is well taken care of and trust him to be fed on time. Doggie VIP sends us regular picture updates, which is a nice add on. We couldn’t be happier.

Liz is awesome - super reliable/professional and my dog is obsessed with her. When he was a puppy she would help with his training and reinforce everything we were teaching him. Now he goes for quality walks with her and comes back tuckered - quite an accomplishment for an Australian Shepherd! We are so lucky to have her!!

We love Pamper and play! We have used their service for walking our dog and for housesitting. In both cases we found Liz and her team to be reliable, responsible and loving toward our dog. I also love how we can book a dog walk once in a while when we realize we're going to be gone for a long day. Liz is as happy and responsive to do a oner-off walk as to be coming regularly. The folks that housesit for P&P are wonderful. (TJ is great!_ I can tell they really bond with our dog. I highly recommend Pamper & Play. You won't regret it!

Very professional. We had Liz take care of our 2 dogs and 4 cats, in our own home, while away for our summer vacation in Myrtle Beach. They and we loved her!!! She stopped by 3x a day to make sure our furry family members were happy and healthy. Liz even went the extra mile of vacuuming to make sure we didn't come home to extra fluffy carpet due to summer shedding. She loved the animals as if they were her own, and spoiled them as if so. I think they were more upset to see Liz go then us when we left for vacation lol. She also kept us updated daily with how everybody was doing. They didn't seem to miss us one bit 😍

I have two German Shepherds and was dog sitting for a friend when I had a family emergency. I was needed at the hospital ASAP. I was nervous about these dogs being together and I needed someone fast that could handle the job. I had heard about Liz from a friend. I can't express my gratitude enough. She showed up as quickly as she could. She walked them, fed them, managed to have them all tuckered out by the time I got home (not an easy task) AND all three of them were snuggling on the same bed. As far as my experience goes, Liz is a miracle worker! I will definitely be relying on her services from now on.

My dog seems to love her time at Doggie VIP! She looks comfortable and happy in every photo they send. They send many photos a day so you can keep up with your pup, and see that they’re doing well which is so appreciated. She also comes home smelling nice and clean from her exit bath.

We love sending our Corgi to Doggie VIP at Riverwalk! She always comes home happy, tired, and ready for snuggles. My wife and I have work schedules that are constantly changing and revolve around our kids. The fact that Doggie VIP is so flexible with scheduling and happy to accommodate makes this a must for dog owners! They take great care of her and are very attentive to her IBD restrictions. The photos they send us throughout the day show what a fun time our dog is having and that is what’s most important!

We love Doggie VIP (Riverwalk location). Our dog has a lot of separation anxiety, so It is always tough to find a place to leave him. At Doggie VIP, they made him feel comfortable from the start. We could tell they truly cared about him. They often send us pictures throughout his visit which reassures us that he is fine and enjoying himself! They update us when he’s received his meds/meals. We also use their grooming services and love how good he smells after. We even accidentally made a grooming appointment at the wrong location, and they still worked around their schedule to get him in the same day. The staff is wonderful, the building is nice/brand new, and their prices are very reasonable for the area.

I’m SO glad I found Doggie VIP. My dog has been in daycare for years, but after some bad experiences at his previous one we needed to find care fast. We reached out to Doggie VIP because we needed somewhere that grouped by size. I knew right away that this place was different when I learned their assessment before joining is 4 hours, not the standard 20 minutes. This is just one example of how well they know dogs because so many dogs, especially if they’ve had a bad experience, need more than 20 minutes to warm up to a new place. Obie has been there for a couple weeks now and we couldn’t be happier! The facility is big and the dogs have great toys to play with, they send pictures throughout the day, and most importantly my dog runs in tail wagging every morning. They’re also super easy to communicate with via text, just as an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Steph is THE BEST with our 3 furbabies including our very challenging pitbull, one mischievous cat and one very shy cat. It's such a relief to know that they are well-cared for when we are away and we can really relax and not worry about them. It's always a bonus when Steph sends us cute pics or post cute pics of our furbabies too. She loves our furbabies like they are her own and I trust her implicitly.

The Owner Don truly cares about all the dogs in his business. I am a colleague of his and had contact over a mutual client. Don is professional, passionate about what he does and receptive. Most importantly, he is open minded (they say the only thing 2 trainers agree on is what the 3rd is doing wrong 😆) As a fellow trainer and kennel owner, just based off of today's interaction, I would absolutely endorse his program.

The Towne Barker is awesome! The owner truly loves dogs and takes great care of all who spend time with him. He is also a great trainer - My dog was older and only had a couple basic skills- Don had him doing a new skill in under 20 minutes of working with him! I highly recommend this place!

Our dogs love going to the Towne Barker - they can’t wait to get to “camp” everyday. Afterwards, they always come home happy and tired. Don’s expertise has really helped to train our very energetic puppy. Don is the best and really does treat each dog as if they were his own. Towne Barker is the only place we trust with our dogs and I would highly recommend it to any dog owner!

We've been leaving our dog with Don since they were at the old location in Northern Liberties. He's super flexible with time and even payments. Towne Barker is way cheaper than all the other dog daycares I looked at in the area. Our dog comes home tires and chill after being there and he's very friendly with our dog and even me as a customer. I would definitely recommend the Towne Barker if you need a place for you dog to hang and play while you're at work.

We love this place! Don treats every dog like it's his own. The prices are great, the place is clean and my dog loves being dropped off there to play with his friends. When I visit the city I love knowing that my dog is taken care of by someone we trust. Don is best! I highly recommend.

My dog Ringo has seizures and needs a lot of care (plus medication 4 times a day). Don does a fantastic job with him and Ringo always comes home happy and even better behaved than normal! I recommend the towne barker to all dog owners. The boarding service is also great!

Took my dog here after my previous doggy daycare closed due to Covid. The pups have a more structured day, with both physical and mental exercise. You can tell Don really cares about these dogs (and the fact that he is a certified dog trainer is definitely a bonus)!

Bottom Line - STAY AWAY! I went out to check out the Town Barker facilities with my dog. I was considering boarding him for the weekend, and the owner suggested that I come out so he could evaluate my dog and have me sign some paperwork. I have a small dog (20 lb) male terrier mix. Upon entering the store, I gagged at the smell and had to fight the urge to vomit. The place smelled horribly of feces and urine! Giving him the benefit of doubt I continued into the store. He welcomed me, and then gave me a form to sign, a release from harm form. There were at least a dozen dogs inside a gated area. Of course they were "exited" at a new dogs arrival and were barking and actively running to and fro in their enclosed area. When my dog was brought into the area he was immediately surrounded and terrified. Don was with him and was trying to introduce him to the pack, but even I know that dogs are territorial and the proper way to introduce dogs is to do it on neutral ground. When I asked Don what the daily routine was for the dogs, when he walked them, played with them, he stated he did not do any of those things. He said they get "free play" all day long and he just watches them. They are not walked or exercised during the day and are allowed to defecate and urinate in the room! This is certainly not a habit I want my dog to learn! He then asked if I signed the release? I told him no, that I would not be needing his services, and thanked him for his time
