I would recommend Vicky to anyone for pet care. She cared for our dog overnight and we also used her daily dog walking service. Very friendly and reliable, wouldn't restate to have her look after my dog again!

Buddy spent a long weekend while we were on holiday. He was booked into multiple group sessions and for a groom at the end. When we picked him up he was happy and full of beans. Home from Home accomodated us in storing the car crate, giving us more bootspace for our journey and accepted Buddy's food to keep his diet the same as it is at home. Both greatly appreciated. Unfortuantely after 4 or 5 group play sessions we only have two pictures to see the friends he made and the fun he should(?) have had (attached), only receiving these after constant reminding (no pictures were available on Facebook or privately). I requested the brands used during Buddy's groom (assuming it was this) as he came home with a rash on his tender bits, later moving to the base of his tail. Fortunately our pet insurance offers free video vet services (Home from Home did offer to cover any vet costs etc to their credit). I am still waiting for the product names almost 4 weeks later, in order for us to avoid them (the products) in future. All in all ok which is disapointing as I was expecting much more.

Took care of my two cats for a month or so and I was able to visit during that time. Quite spacious and tiered cubicles that they were kept in together and monitored daily. Obviously a little noisy with other cats and dogs in neighbouring surrounding cubicles and buildings but my cats seemed quite settled regardless. Would recommend.

I took my dog to there family friendly dog show and of course she won best in she. That meant she won a couple of nights stay. So we used our prize. I can definitely say I highly recommend home from home. The staff was super with bea and she went in very happy, came out even happier. Love that they post photos on their Facebook for them having fun. Thank you we shall be returning 🥰🐶🐾

We often use these kennels for our 2 Frenchies and Border Terrier for both daycare and overnight stays. Before their first visit I came to view the kennels. They are clean, spacious warm and comfortable. The staff are always professional and welcoming too. There are also lots of additional services you can book for your pets including grooming, extra walks, 1-1 time etc. When my dogs come for a stay they jump up at the door and push it open themselves, clearly looking forward to it. I love it that I can easily book a stay online via their website. I think that is really helpful rather than having to ring up to book.

Took our 3 year old border terrier Hamish for his very first overnight stay😧...I was soooooh apprehensive and nervous they would not care for him at the level I expected. All my initial fears were completely resolved as soon as I met the staff, each and everyone, verbally and non verbally made me realise Hamish would be cared for. When he was taken to his Hillside room (much quieter area), Saffy reasured me even more just how much the staff cares, I was happy she was taking him for his play session. Hamish was only there for one overnight stay, when he was collected the following day, he was bouncy, energetic, his little tail going like the clappers....yep I was very happy 😊. It's a wonderful caring environment to take your precious gargo!! We are planning to access the day to socialise with other dogs.

This was my dog's first experience of staying in kennels, so we were really apprehensive. I needn't have worried. Home from Home has a very professional feel and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ringo had a 3 night stay and, when I picked him up, he was absolutely fine; like he'd never been away. I would definitely recommend.

Just want to thank everyone for taking care of Bella our Frenchie whilst we had a week away in Turkey. She has come back full of beans and can't thank the staff enough for looking after her. Grooming team have done a great job aswell

As a truck driver take a rigid only ,I took an artic very tight ,but had a couple of banks men. Great team here very helpful.

Have been taking our Springer Spaniel to Muttlins for over 6 years now, for short stays and long stays up to 1 month. You know your do loves going when he gets excited going, he just loves going and is always happy. Highly recommend these kennels, the dogs get out on the pasture for plays 2-3 times every day.

Amazing place, beautiful kind hearted people who care for all dog's and have done so for my 3, 2 rescues 1 of which is super nervous of a lot and the other we've had from a pup has never been in kennels (she's 9). However, all have taken to the people, environment and never faded or 'moody'when come back home. They are super happy, comfortable and excited when we pull onto the Muttlins drive and are ecstatic to see Rachel, they obviously love the large enclosures to run in too, both inside and out!! Highly recommended xx

My lovely Springer spaniel Reggie goes to day school every Wednesday. He is a very anxious dog and doesn't like kennel environments. However at Muttlins he loves going. Rachel is fantastic with him and he is now really excited to go. Also the prices are really reasonable too. If your dog is dog friendly they all run around and play together. If not they are let out on there own. He comes home shattered every Wednesday and happy. The dogs get walked or let out to play every 2 to 3 hours for around an hour at a time. I will not hesitate to board him there when going on holiday. I would highly recommend. 🐕🐕

My two pugs come here when we go on holiday, they love all the open space to roam and explore and they get the home comforts as well. The staff are excellent and you can tell that they love dogs and they are in good hands when you leave them.

Rachael is such a lovely, caring, understanding lady. She really loves the pets that stay with her. Our 2 dogs are looked after to a high standard. The kennels are spotless

This is the 2nd time I've left my dog with Rachel, apart from family, I've never felt so comfortable leaving my pooch with anyone except Rachel at Muttlins. As soon as we get out the car my dog is so excited, she loves the open spaces and being around the other dogs. I'd recommend Muttlins to anyone it's definitely a home from home for my doggo. 😍🐕🏡👍🏻🌟

Great kennels. Dogs boarding overnight also get to interact with those at the day school which means your dog has plenty of exercise. Our dog always comes back shattered after expending all her energy playing with the other dogs

I wish I could give this place a zero but wouldn't be able.to do a review. Appalling dirty place, rude owner. I would never leave any dog of mine in this womans care. All I ask is that you do your research before leaving your dog with them.

Ii have a German Pointer who has been coming here for a while now he can get a bit anxious and is not good with new places but Rachel has always taken care of him and giving him lots of reassurance . He loves going and think he probably would stay there forever. He loves the big field as he enjoys been out doors . I cant fault it . Rachel is wonderful 🙂🐕

Excellent transport and assistance provided by Michael for my first ever dog! He drove from Sheffield to Canterbury, stopping off at two service stations so my dog could exercise and make some mess! The car used was very smart and comfortable.

I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this fantastic company. Expensive but SO well worth it. Thank you.

I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!

We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Excellent service and driver was very nice. Highly recommended for animal transport. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Good job thank you

Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. BIg animal lovers, BIG hearts and can't fault them. Thanks CFourPaws x

In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.

We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. We’re back home with Adeline safe and sound and are very grateful for having used the services of your company and David for the first leg of our trip.

An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset. There was fantastic communication the entire time during the booking process and our driver Clive was incredible! They made what was a very stressful move for me and my cats, a very easy time and I cannot thank Clive and the whole team enough.

Alex looked after Flora for 15 days, which is the longest that we have left her. I was uncertain as to whether I could go away and leave her for such a long time, but from the moment that we met Alex and Ollie I had complete peace of mind. Flora has had a fabulous holiday, enjoying the walks with Ollie and friends, especially the water 😂. I’m sure that Flora will miss them all. Alex has great affinity with animals and genuinely loves and cares for them whilst they are in her care as though they are her own. We all looked forward to the photos and videos which were sent daily. I’m not sure that words can really express how grateful we are to have found Eastfield Dog Boarding.

Alex looked after Bill for me while we were away from a few days and he couldn’t have been happier. It was so great that he got to enjoy lots of long walks with Ollie, as well as plenty of time playing ball in their safe and enclosed paddock, which he loves. I felt really confident throughout his stay that he was being very well looked after. Even when he had a flare up of his skin condition, Alex went above and beyond to get in touch with me and help organise and then pick up some emergency medication for him. She even got him a birthday present, for the last day he stayed as it happened to coincide with his birthday. I could not recommend her highly enough to give you peace of mind when you are away.

5⭐️s just doesn’t sound enough of a rating for Eastfield Dog Boarding! The house, garden & paddocks are within a secure & beautiful setting. As soon as I met Alex on our meet & greet I knew she would be the perfect holiday Mum to my 3yr old Golden Retriever Robbie for the duration of his 15 day stay. Alex has a wonderful natural rapport with the dogs & they are welcomed into her family as if one of her own. Robbie has lived his best life enjoying amazing countryside & beach walks everyday & wonderful playtimes in the garden & paddocks with the beautiful Ollie. The love, care & attention Robbie has had is amazing, he can get quite anxious but the time was taken to reassure & help him settle from the moment he arrived. There has been excellent communication from Alex throughout Robbie’s stay & we looked forward to her daily photos & videos of all his adventures. Having found this perfect place I can’t imagine Robbie ever staying anywhere else & can’t recommend it enough. Thank you so much Alex, I know Robbie is going to miss you, your Husband & Ollie.🐾💙

Absolutely so happy I found the perfect place for our much loved pampered Bella to stay over for a few days whilst hubby took us away just before Christmas for a few days. It was Bella’s first time staying over with Alex and her lovely family with their family dog Olly and also Bella’s first encounter with cats and I think it was safe to say she absolutely loved her stay with Alex. Alex made sure Bella was so well looked after in the beautiful family home surroundings that Bella took to Alex like a second mum. She went on beautiful long country walks and came back to lots and lots of cuddles on the sofa. Alex sent me photos and kept me posted throughout Bella’s stay which helped keep my mind at ease. On collection I honestly don’t think Bella wanted to come home as she was so happy and content with Alex and her family. I would highly recommend Eastfield Dog Boarding to anyone who is looking to board their much loved pooch whilst they are away. Thank you once again Alex 🐾🐾💖 (P.S. I think Bella misses you too) xx

Our Golden Retriever spent 18 days at Eastfield Boarding. As soon as we met Alex and Ollie for our pre visit appointment, we knew what an amazing time he would have. Alex kept in contact with us regularly while we were away, sending us photos and videos of Marley absolutely living his best life! I was quite jealous of all the beautiful walks in different places that he went on. Alex and her family treated Marley like a member of their family and he was a spoilt with all the yummy treats he had. When we arrived to pick Marley up he initially came to see us and then ran back inside and made himself comfy, it was so lovely to see how calm and comfortable he was in his surroundings. We can’t wait for Marley’s next stay and can’t thank Alex, she’s amazing and Marley has made a best friend in Ollie

Fantastic from start to finish with our 2 retrievers Daisy & Rose! Went for an initial meet and greet, lovely house, fantastic gardens / paddocks for them, and great communications (with plenty of update photos and videos) from the off. Alex is a true professional and we can not wait to come back!

Maddie absolutely loved it here. It's a home from home. Treat like one of their own. Got plenty of cuddles and to play with Ollie. It's reassuring to know the paddock is safe for those who are still learning recall. Miles better than kennels.

I can very highly recommend Alex at Eastfield Dog Boarding, my 11 month old cocker spaniel has never left me but was in the best place ever, daily updates of all Toby adventures from running round the garden, in the paddock or on walks with the other dogs, then pictures of him fast asleep on the sofa, definitely home from home wouldn't hesitate to send Toby again
