I would have recommended Dog Days to anyone prior to the new management. My dog has been going to Dog Days weekly since March and the staff always complimented and loved on my dog. I was confronted today by the new GM of 3 days stating they can’t accommodate my dog as his prey drive is too high, couldn’t get along with other dogs and jumped internal fences. He tried to argue with me that he has tried to work with my dog for a few days when my dog had only been there that day. The GM wanted to discuss his credentials and tell me my dog is not trained as his dog was unleashed and barking at people in the lobby while my dog was in down the entire time. I believe our dog just didn’t respond to him well and we obviously won’t be back. My dog is a trained service dog so I do worry about the true credentials of the GM. Wish the best for the rest of the staff there as they were Al way wonderful to my pup

We love Dog Days. The training Dixie and I have gotten there from day 1 has been fantastic. Alexa, Karen, and all the ladies in the training department have been wonderful to work with and learn from. I appreciate the kindness, and patience they’ve continued to show us and also the hard work and dedication they have put into helping make our great dog even more amazing. I’ll tell anyone who will listen they make us all feel important and encouraged even in group lessons. The results speak for themselves when we are at home and out in public with my best girl.

This daycare seems to be better suited for older dogs and clientele. I work full time and have a high energy young dog that *loves* to play with other dogs, so I thought Dog Days would be a great fit twice a week. All was well for the past few weeks we’ve been going, until we were asked to not bring him for full-days due to my dog “becoming irritated when his friends leave”- which I have never been told before by his old daycare in our previous hometown - and for his jumping, which is a habit that takes time to break with training. It is odd to me that an establishment would want to turn away good business. Staff were kind, but I am disappointed with today’s remarks and will be looking for a daycare capable of handling high energy pups.

I highly recommend. Their customer service is great, I was looking for a place that could take care of my baby Chloe, after losing my husband 8 months ago, it was difficult for me to leave her alone in the house while I was doing errands, appointments, etc… Dog Days and Nights ( Palm Beach Gardens Florida) has been excellent, they had patience and my Chloe was so happy to go there. It exceeding my expectations and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and their service. Now I’m moving to another country so I’ll be missing everyone there too.. sincerely,

We were asked not to come back. We have an energetic puppy, and it seems they cater more to older dogs who just lay around. We often times watched on the cameras, and I rarely saw any dogs playing. Also, most of the time it appeared that nobody was in the room with the dogs. I would not recommend if you have a young, energetic puppy.

My puppy loves it there! Thank you for providing this safe, fun space for dogs to go during the day when their humans have to work and overnight when necessary, too.

I went to DogDaysandNights for my two maltese dogs and they were most professional and kind. I was amazed also to see that they have a person that sits on a couch in the dog room and they all go up to her and she pets them. She is not watching them from an outside room but sitting there like a pet mom. My littlest one sat next to her feet. She picked her up and kept petting her . The other older Maltese kept by her side or walked around . This young lady loves animals you can tell. She keeps an eye out on all the dogs and makes sure that there are no issues. She is like a pet sitter or pet mom for all the dogs I was very lucky to have found this place And love the fact they added this new person to be there in the same room It is a lovely family atmosphere to watch on their camera. I cannot speak about boarding. But I have been taking my English Springer Spaniel here for classes for over five years. He does agility once a week and even completed his advanced trick training. Alexa is a knowledgeable instructor and has a great "read" of dogs. Dusty started out being frightened and now want love and kisses from Alex, Alex and Madison, as well as the other handlers. Would not take him for training anyone else!!

I’ve had the pleasure of finding the perfect petsitter in Bailey. I needed someone to watch my very particular pet, a squirrel, plus a dog, cats and fish tank. Bailey did not hesitate to petsit, and truly loves all animals, even exotics like squirrels. She’s dependable and always upbeat, I never worry about my pets on vacation because Bailey treats my pets as if they were her own babies!

I hired Bailey to watch my Boston Terrier Lucy, while I went out of town for 4 days. Lucy loved her before I left, and when she came by to give me my key back. I took that as a sign she took good care of her. She was quick to respond when I text her to check on Lucy. I would hire her again.

What we appreciate about Bailey the most is not just her obvious love for animals (our dog has been attached to her since day one) but her ongoing professionalism and commitment. When we initially adopted our dog, Joey (about two years agos) we faced several challenges, including: lack of crate training, inconsistent accidents in the house, excessive amounts of energy that were very difficult to control, and impulsive reactions to other stimuli. Although we have come a long way since then, there were many times when Bailey would have to deal with an unfavorable or challenging situation - whether it be an accident in the house or Joey’s unwillingness to listen - and she never once complained or made us feel like he was a burden. Instead, she always made us feel at ease by being proactive and taking it upon herself to find a solution. She makes it a priority to make sure Joey is in the best possible state without interrupting our work day or causing us any concern. Words cannot express how much we appreciate Bailey’s ability to handle unexpected challenges. Knowing that Joey is in the best possible hands when we go to work each day takes a tremendous load off of our back. Since we both leave so early in the morning and often don’t come home until after 5:00 pm, we rely on Bailey to spend that 30 minutes of quality time with Joey each day - and she never lets us down. It makes all the difference knowing that Joey has someone to check in with him daily and give him that attention he needs. Not only do we count on Bailey each day while we are at work, but we also depend on her to stay with Joey at our house when we go out of town. Whether Bailey stays with Joey for one night or for an entire week, we know that when we return home Joey will be as healthy and happy as ever, and the house will be perfect too! Bailey always takes it upon herself to go the extra mile by bringing in the recycling bins, placing any packages inside, or putting our grocery delivery in the refrigerator. Never have we asked Bailey to do any of these tasks; she simply wants to help us however she can and it doesn't go unnoticed. When it comes to taking care of your fur babies, Bailey is the total package. She is passionate, responsible, trustworthy, and affordable. We have recommended her to countless family members and friends who commend her services and work ethic. Expect to receive lots of updates, photos, and videos when you leave your fur baby with Bailey for an extended period of time. We can’t stress enough how much we appreciate Bailey. Without a shadow of doubt, we know that Bailey has provided the best care possible since we first rescued Joey two years ago.

I wouldn't hire thisgirl if she was the last pet in the world. You'll be lucky If she shows up at all if not hours late. If you hire her for overnight care should you hire her for overnight care can guarantee you she will show up for a couple of hours take a shower and go out drinking all night long and your dogs home alone come back sleep all day and then she's going to charge you for and she has no problem leaving your dogs home alone and the girls got no heart she even left her own dog's with a friend and never went back

Bailey is great with my large dogs, very punctual, and cleans up after their walk! She has helped me with less than 24 hrs notice before and I would definitely recommend her to others! Hank and Bridgette give two Dew Paws up!

Watched my dog sugar over the weekend and did a great job. Sugar seemed very happy when I got home and swear the house was cleaner than when I left! I will definitely be using them again!!

Terriable experience before Irma..This girl wanted payment in full before services rendered..Was texting me the day after I left demanding her money..Would not willingly return my key to my maintance manager so he could move some plants in my house and do hurricane preperations.. Finally agreed to allow him to stop by her house to get key..She would not hand him the key he had to retrieve it under her door mat..As he was backing out of her driveway she pulled the shade up and shot him the finger.. Very rude argumentative individual.. Not a good experience by all means..

Bailey is amazing at what she does! First off the prices are unbeatable. She cared for my baby mercedes who is a hound and also a puppy so shes very high energy with no issues! She sent me pictures of her while i was gone to give me some comfort knowing she was okay. She took care of my baby just like i would and i wont use anyone else but her when i take trips. I came home to a happy health puppy! Also a clean house which is hard to have when you have a puppy. If you ever need a pet sitter bailey is the person to use. Thank you so much bailey!

We have used House and Hound care several times for Teddy and Harley and have been very pleased with the attention and care they provide our fur babies. I formally used a dog resort, but I found that my dogs were very anxious there due to the being dog reactive so I decided to look for an in home dog sitter instead. I am so happy I found House and Hound, it has completely taken away the anxiety I feel when we leave for a vacation and the dogs need someone to watch them. I trust the pet sitters and they send updates every visit with picture, which my dogs always look happy compared to the forced pictures the pet resort would send me. My dogs are comfortable with the sitter and comfortable at home in their own environment. I highly recommend this professional, friendly and trustworthy service.

My husband and I were away for several days for work events and very nervous about leaving our dogs with a pet sitter. We have normally used family members but now that we have moved to Wellington, they aren’t close enough to stop in. House and Hound was referred to us by a friend who recommended them. We had a pre meet with the sitters Rachel and Elizabeth and our dogs immediately liked them. The entire time we were gone things went very smooth. They checked in regularly and sent pictures. We felt like they were getting great care which is so important to us. We are so grateful to have a company we can use. Love sugar puppy grooming!! Paula and her staff are the best. Their shop is amazing. They have an open environment for the dogs so they’re not stuck in kennels all day. Although they will work with people whose dogs might need that security. The grooming they do is top notch. I work with all very old dogs who can be difficult, but they are so patient and kind, and always manage to make my dogs look beautiful! Recently, Paula even took one of my dogs in as an emergency basis because he was so matted… Not by me, but by his previous human… He could barely walk. He required a complete shave down, which was difficult. I am so grateful that I found this place. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m never disappointed. My 8 year old Morkie mix not only felt amazing and pampered after visiting Sugar Puppy Grooming & Spa, he also looked and smelled just absolutely delicious 😋 The groomers even put a super cute hot pink collar type of tie around his neck as a take home souvenir. See photos below for more details about this grooming appointment outcome. And my total for a full cut, teeth brushing and bathe was about 75-80$$ after tipping his assigned grooming lady.

I took my beautiful rescued dog to Sugar Puppy Spa and Paula and her team gave him the best shampoo and hair cut. He was very hairy and matted and now he is all soft, smells wonderful and he looks like a puppy. I am so happy, they did a marvelous job. ❤️

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Paula for about 10 years. She and her team always do a great job. They follow my directions for how I like them cut. Paula is always very accommodating and works me into the schedule as best she can. The dogs love to go there and hang out with the other dogs. There really is no other place like it.

My sweet Gaia loves to go to Sugar Puppy 😍she loves everyone there and even socialize with all dogs because the vibe is the best ! She comes home silky beautiful with the right grooming or simply clean and happy . This non cage facility is the best place for our sweet furry friends . They love what they do and we can see that every single time !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I have a husky that sheds and has a ton of hair. I have taken him to dozens of different grooming spots and the ladies at Sugar Puppy Grooming and Spa are hands down 110% the best. 2 weeks later and he hasn’t shed and his coat is beautiful. He still smells amazing and is so soft. The ladies took such great care of him. He was smiling and so playful when I picked him up.

We LOVE Sunshine Pet Sitting!! My husband and I had a trip scheduled for Thanksgiving week and looked everywhere for a good place to leave our dogs, Cooper and Bentley. We are so grateful to have found Loving Paws! We came from out of town to visit family and was nervous about our puppy getting bored since he is high energy. Meeting the staff and seeing the facility put us at ease with dropping off our pup for daycare. The facility is clean, the staff is incredibly sweet and seem to really care about the dogs. Okay, halfway through our trip my instant thought was- “these people are now family!” I’m so happy I came across Loving Paws. It’s family owned and they are all wonderful! We went for a tour of the facility and were extremely happy with how clean & well maintained it is! One of the dogs usually come home sick after boarding elsewhere so I was thrilled to try them out! They have live cams which gives you the peace of mind to check in on them whenever you’d like. I was so happy to see them doing well and having a great time… and SLEEPING- which is a great indicator that they are comfortable in their surroundings! They offer cageless stays which is really nice so they won’t have to be cooped up in a cage all day- although their “cage” setting is still very spacious, with a bed, TV & “calming music”! Our weekend wasn’t so busy for them- so my girls got a lot of one on one attention & playtime with some of the daycare visitors 🐾 I have to give a MAJOR shout out to Nathaly who went above and beyond to accommodate my mom’s chow chow- who can be very selective and anxious in new settings. Knowing this, she gave him a chance while also giving my mom the opportunity to go on our trip! She treated him like her own and sent us updates on all of them throughout the days via text. We all agreed that boarding them at loving paws was more like dropping them off at a family member’s house than at a typical boarding facility. I’m so appreciative for each and every one of them! We’ve found our spot!🐾🖤

Loving paws is such a great dog day care. I was greeted by one of the owners upon arrival and shown around the facility which is spotless and perfect for daycare and boarding. My dog did a full day of daycare and was exhausted as soon as we got home. Every pet parent’s dream when you have a high energy dog. They have cameras so you can check on your pet throughout the day. 10/10 experience would highly recommend for any pet parent in the Juno, npb, palm beach gardens area!

I want to thank you so much. Your service and communication were outstanding. It really made us feel at ease and comfortable and I honestly felt I was leaving our Rue in good hands. My husband says your communication was above and beyond. All staff (we met/spoke with 3 different people) were super kind and it really felt like they cared a lot about our dog. We were able to see Rue through a live cam in different areas of the kennel, including her personal kennel at night while she slept. We are beyond grateful we found this place. ♥️

After a not so good experience with a boarding place, we found Loving Paws and we could not be happier with our decision. They go above and beyond to ensure that your pet’s well being and comfort is their number one priority! We boarded our Australian Shepherd, Berlioz, with Loving Paws for a week while we went out of town and he absolutely loved it!! Everyone there was so kind and helpful making sure Berli felt at home and happy during his stay! If your dog’s a people person or a dog person, the teams got it covered!! They have a great facility with multiple sleeping quarters and a great yard for any size dog. If you are looking for a place for your pup to stay while you’re away, this is it!!

My small Pomeranian loves doggie daycare here. She’s excited once she realizes where we are. I love that they have cameras that you can check in. Also there’s always somebody in the room with them that is making sure they are all safe and also plays/pets them. I look forward to boarding her next time I travel. They even have a camera inside her Suite for overnights. Highly recommend!

Loving Paws is a 4 star hotel for dogs!!! The first time I walked through the door, the owner Danny, gave me a tour of the facility and I was so happy I came to check it out! It is beautiful, clean, everything is up to date, has an outdoor area, cameras, roomy boarding area and play room, offers cageless boarding as an option and staff stays overnight. I have a shepherd mix and she thrives with the cageless option. We get an emailed report card for each visit and it details how she is doing and mentions friends that she has made along with pictures. And if I am missing my dog, I can look at their Instagram page. Nathaly does a wonderful job posting new pictures and videos everyday which are adorable! My husband always catches me looking at their Instagram or live camera feeds while we are out of town, so I can check up on her. She always gets a lot of attention and love. I never worry because she is so happy when I pick her up. On holiday stays, they take pictures of your dog so you know they are also having fun and are being spoiled. This is a family run business that treats your dog like family (and my dog thinks they are her family).

Jeanine is the best pet sitter around. She really cares about her clients and always takes pictures of my kitties and fish every time we go on vacation. I always feel 100% sure that Jeanine will take care of my babies and give them the love they require when missing their mommy. I would recommend Jeanine for sure!!!

Jeanine takes care of our two dog seven day a week she walks them daily feeds them breakfast and dinner and trains them. She is amazing ! She is so loving and caring to our babies! When we go on vacation she also keeps our dogs and We never have to worry while we are away . She is the best in Palm Beach County !! We have tried other dog walkers no one even comes close to Jeanine s standards and knowledge and quality!! I would never trust anyone else with our fur babies!! Every morning our dogs are waiting at the door with their tails wagging waiting for her!! They absolutely adore and love her!! We are so grateful we found her!!

Where do I begin! Trust and compassion are good places to start. Jeanine is amazing. We have a senior Cavalier and a 7 year old Scottie mix. Jeanine makes sure our older guy gets his meds and even reminds ME when I forget to leave out his pills. She takes both dogs for walks and puts our old guy in his stroller so he can go along with them. We trust her with our house and with our fur babies. She sends photo updates of the walks and ok let’s face it, we love the “poop reports” so we know what’s going on. We love her and her family for helping to take care of ours.

Jeannie is amazing ! She puts 100% of love into your furry friends . Jeanine watched my 4 animals during a unexpected hurricane She reassured me that no matter what she would get to my animals . I was away and very nervous . Well she sure did!!!!!! And she made sure that they were all well taken care of . I love her and would trust only her to my babies ! Love you girl !

We had a last minute trip that we couldn't take our girl Audrey on and our first call was to Jeanine. Even though it was a last minute thing Jeanine assured us Audrey was in good hands. Our girl isn't confortable with strangers but she embraced Jeanine as she would an old friend. It was an excellent experience for us and most importantly for Audrey.

Love House and Hound pet sitting service in Palm Beach Gardens!!! They treat my 5 dogs and 2 cats with love and respect!!! They don't charge per animal but per visit. Priceless! Monika, the owner is professional, reasonable and cares about animals. She covered the cost of an emergency visit when one of our dogs needed medical care until our returned. The ladies that work for her show up when scheduled, will wash my reusable dog pads (I have a cavie that is deaf, partially blind, terminal plus on medication for her heart so she can't hold it.), quick vacuum when needed for all the pet hair, clean messes up, actually spend time with our pets, bring in mail, etc at NO EXTRA CHARGE. I've used other services and individual sitters that only did half of what they do or sometimes they wouldn't show up at all, skip visits or they would send their kid or a friend, charge per pet or activity, etc. No one wants to pay for lousy service or worry when on vacation if your fur family is being taken care of. Even with cameras other services said they were there but cameras don't lie! House and Hound of PBG is the BEST!!! I'm very particular about my fur crew and they love these sitters, too. We can tell with the photos they send each visit and upon our return. I've been using for the day sitter, Ilene, for over a year now and she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with our fur babies!!! Love her ❤️. Recently, we also started using a few overnights sitters due to our large rescue puppy. Cathy was great, too, and loved our pets. Overnight sitters can change depending on schedule/ availability. Book early! Always a smooth, easy, good experience. I used Niki a few times when I’ve had to be away from my foster kittens for a while. I’ve also used their in-home boarding when my dogs were still with us. Highly recommended. Super easy on the app to check in, see things, request things, etc. Last-minute trips are never a problem.

Jackie is awesome with our three dogs. She sends pictures when she takes care of them and updates on their daily activities. The app is so easy to use for setting up appointments and any special instructions. You get a meet and greet with the person that will be taking care of your pet(s) to ensure you and your pets are a good fit. Much better than boarding option because my pets are less stressed in their own environment. Pricing is very reasonable with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend!

Great service. Very reliable. They have an app to manage everything. When they come to mock my dogs, they take pictures and send it to us. I would highly recommend them. Will have them come walk our dogs Multiple times per day when we're traveling and out of town from anywhere from one night to as much as two weeks.

If I could leave a million stars I would! Claudia and her team are absolutely spectacular. Each and everytime I bring my baby to Bubbles they do a fantastic job. Claudia listens attentively and takes notes on how I like the haircut and delivers just that. I feel good knowing that I can trust my dog in her hands. While there are many groomers around I don’t mind driving 30 mins just to see her because she is just that good. Very warm and friendly environment and the bonus for me is how clean she keeps her salon. Cosmo and I are blessed to be apart of the Bubbles N Bows family !

I rarely leave reviews but felt others needed to know how incredible Bubbles & Bows is. I cannot say enough great things about this groomer. We live in FL part time and we usually come back here once a month. I specifically wait to get my dog groomed here instead of taking her to groomers where our primary home is. I have tried 4 different groomers and they are no where NEAR as good as this place. Claudia is so sweet to speak to and always walks me through exactly what they will do for grooming. I feel very comfortable with leaving my dog here. A customer for life!

I've been taking my feline babies to Bubbles N Bows for over a year now. The work that Claudia and her staff do is excellent. They are extremely polite and professional, and they are always available for me. They speak both Spanish and English. Not to mention, the service is excellent (10/10). My babies always come back smelling and looking so good. If you are in the Palm Beach vicinity, Bubbles N Bows is the perfect spot to take your pet for grooming. 🥰

They take fantastic care of my dog, and they work quickly, so I'm never waiting around. We were looking for a new groomer for our dog Fisher and a friend of ours recommended Bubbles N Bows! It's also conveniently located down the street from us, so we decided to give it a try... and I'm so glad we did!! Claudia was super nice and welcoming when I came in with Fisher, and she knew exactly what to do with her! Fisher is usually not very willing to go anywhere without us... but she just walked right in and didn't even look back! She was there about 2 hours, and when we picked her up, she looked BEAUTIFUL!! We were so happy!!! Thank you to Claudia and her wonderful team!!!

We have a sweet, 11 year old Pomeranian named Teddy. He has bad knees, weak thighs and arthritis through his legs. He has gone to the same groomer for just over 10 years in NY. After one terrible experience here in North Palm Beach, Fla. Fla…I found Bubbles & Bows! Claudia & her staff were wonderful! Very friendly & they work as a team! Claudia explained everything you needed to know about your pup before starting anything. It was a happy & clean atmosphere & the prices are reasonable. Our Pom wasn’t even nervous at first, which is unusual! We’re thrilled & relieved & highly recommend Bubbles & Bows!!! 🫧🎀

Our regular groomer moved so we had to find a new one. Bubbles and Bows was recommended by a vet. Muffin (aka "Muppett") didn't want to leave! You know your dog is treated well! This place is wonderful. Never going back to pet store grooming. The pet store would see some mats from our lack of daily brushing our Maltese and completely shave her. She was unrecognizable. She looked like a white rat. 😥Our fur baby is beautifully groomed now and looks like a Maltese, despite our lack of daily maintenance. Such a loving and talented staff! It is a bit pricier than other places, but it is really worth it to have her so well taken care of.🥰

For nearly 2 years, we've been going to Claudia at Bubbles N Bows. She's great because she cares about the safety and well-being of our baby - and she listens to exactly what we want - she keeps notes to make sure we're getting the grooming we wanted each time. Her team of groomers are very talented.

They were very responsive and quickly connected me with pet care associate that took great care of my dog while I was out of town. They have a user friendly app where they upload pictures, videos and give daily status updates on your pet. This was my first time booking and I was nervous but Kim C. who cared for my dog was knowledgeable, professional and caring. Will definitely use this service again in the future.

Excellent care. Alison was administered med to one cat and did a great job keeping liter box and area around clean. She sent me messages and photos every day and responded to my messages promptly. Will use again.

We never boarded our babies, or had a dog sitter away from our home. I was very nervous since they are JRT's and of course our babies. After researching I decided to contact House and Hounds. With in minutes they responded. Set me up with a sitter close by. Met the pet sitter and felt very comfortable and so did our babies. When we were on our trip the pet sitter was in communication along with updated photos. I would highly recommend House and Hounds and for us we will definitely use them as needed.

House and Hound has the best dog care services ever! Our 18 month old Westie loves to spend extended time with them. Everyone is friendly, caring and they always send photos and videos to keep us informed. Sofia and Monika are special. I give them a 5 star rating!!
