Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Thank you for taking care of her!

Ruoyi was very thorough - she made sure there was full alignment on all the specifics of her pet duties, and she asked thoughtful questions regarding details we forgot to include in our guide. She always provided us timely updates at the agreed cadence, and gave us a ton of photos. From the photos, it's clear she got in a lot of play time with Toni, which we really appreciated! :) We were able to enjoy our entire vacation stress-free knowing Toni was in such good hands. Ruoyi left our apartment completely clean and offered to wash linens.

I highly recommend Daniel as a pet sitter and house sitter! He took care of Pipa for over three months this winter and did an outstanding job. From the first day, it was clear that he had a genuine love for animals and a great deal of experience with pets. He was very attentive to his needs and always made sure he was comfortable, well-fed, and had plenty of playtime. In addition to his pet-sitting duties, Daniel also went above and beyond by processing my postal mail and keeping the house well-organized. He was very responsible and reliable, always arriving on communicating, putting the bins out, and watering the plants on time, and keeping me updated with photos and messages. Anna was a wonderful sitter for our furry friends. My dog, Luke, bonded with her and was sad when she left. My cats would crawl under the covers and curl up with her at night. She is a true animal magnet and lover. I highly recommend Anna to anyone who wants their pets to recieve first class love while away.

Lindsey watched our cat and dog for a long weekend when we went out of town. She was a very communicative sitter sending frequent pictures and voice notes with updates. She did a great job of following their schedules and giving them attention. The animals seemed to be happy and relaxed when we returned home and I believe Lindsey enjoyed getting to discover all of the eateries our town has to offer. A win-win for everyone!

Highly recommendable! Best kennel I know. Shayna and Jade took care of my 2 dogs for 3 weeks and done an amazing job through and through. My dogs got in to a fight on the morning of drop off and had some small injuries that needed catering. Jade and Shayna still embraced the girls visit and took loving and highly professional care of them. The girl got taken out for an excursion everyday, I was kept updated at all times and my dogs were super happy when I picked them up. There is no other place I will send my dogs! Without a doubt, the best place in all of Australia to house your doggo if you go away. The management are vet techs and really know their stuff and care. The dogs have access to shelter from the elements as well as a grassed run area that is concreted around the fence so it is dig proof. Our special girl Hallie stayed there. She is a rescue with a lot of trauma. She is very dog aggressive and freaks out when away from her owners. She can be destructive and menacing. The people here were absolutely understanding and understood our wishes of no socialisation with other dogs. Hallie had an amazing time and even played with the people there. My dogs happiness is a testimony to the staffs dedication and professionalism. The staff communicate with you well and genuinely care. 100% recommend!

Thank you for taking care of our dog for the day! We drove up to Greenough with our dog for a short holiday. So we didn't have to worry about him while we went into town for the day I do tatces Woof and got quick responses via messenger, they was able to take him on for the day. Only 10-15 minutes from Geraldton city centre. Needless to say he was exhausted from playing with other doggies. Thanks for helping us out😍 highly recommend your services.

Very disappointed. The delivery bus almost ran me over, and after speaking to my friends I have discovered they have had similar experiences. Not sure if the driver is crazy, blind or malicious but I am extremely angry at their flagrant disregard for human life, and the way this business handles itself.

First time ever leaving my precious fur baby Rambo in a kennel overnight, so i was super anxious. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE! you can tell the owner genuinely cares about dogs, the facilities are super new and super clean. Massive runs with indoor and outdoor sections, a light is left on with the radio playing overnight so they don't feel lonely. We were even allowed to provide our own bedding and food at no extra cost. Made me feel a lot happier knowing I could send my baby in with his bedding that smells like him and home. Couldnt fault it
The best kennels we have used by far, excellent facilities and Doug that runs/owns the kennels treats the dogs like his own. Quality business and will be using them again for sure. 5 star rating from us.

Lovely, clean and spacious facility with friendly owners. We have pretty high standards as to where we board our Chihuahua - when our usual kennel was full, we tried out Hounds Hilton as it was on the way to our destination. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
We picked up our dog Molly today after a 3 week stay with Hounds Hilton and she was happy and healthy and lovely and clean from her hydro bath. Jess and Alex are so helpful and you can tell that they genuinely care for the dogs and love what they do. We love that the dogs have constant access to a big grassed run and the kennels are well maintained and clean. So convenient to be able drop her off on our way up North as they are located on the Brand Highway. We will definitely be booking Molly in again next time we go on holidays!
We have been leaving our grand dog at Hounds Hilton for nearly 2 years now. It’s an awesome environment and Liyan has absolutely enjoyed all of his stays there. Of course he’s very happy when we pick him up but he’s also very happy and keen to get out of the car whenever we drop him off. I thought Todd and Bernadette would be a hard act to follow but I have found Alex and Jess to be equally professional and accommodating always making the drop offs and pick ups a smooth and pleasant experience.
