Sarah and Dan have done a fantastic job taking care of our cats while we have traveled. They took care of their special needs and spend a reasonable amount of time with them. It is great to get pictures of each cat each day along with a brief summary. They have even gone above and beyond by bringing in our mail and watering plants on hot days. I highly recommend using Menly’s to take care of your pets!

I’ve never used a dog walking service before so I was nervous trying to find someone to walk my two furbabies; especially my very shy, very nervous rescue. From the moment I first met Sarah and Dan at the initial meet and greet, I was instantly at ease. I was looking for a new pet sitter and year and a half ago. I interviewed a couple of pet sitters prior to finding Menly’s. I’m sure they were fine, but didn’t quite meet my high expectations. I started to worry I was going to have to settle for just ok. Then I arranged an initial home visit with Menly’s. When I met them, angels started singing. They were professional and organized, but also had a caring and relaxed approach with my pet. Before the visit was over, I knew they were my new pet sitters. Menly’s communication is outstanding. My messages are always promptly answered, the app is easy to use, and they always send a message and pictures with every visit. I can tell from the pics, my pet adores them. I think he may like them better than me. Menly’s has never canceled a visit or not shown up. Ever. Not one single time. I trust them with my pet and my home. I can enjoy my time away knowing my pet is being taken care of by people that genuinely care about him. Best of all, I come home to a happy and relaxed pet.

We are so very grateful for Sarah and Dan at Menly's Pet Care! My Shiro is quite sensitive to strangers feeding him while we are away, but Sarah and Dan go above and beyond to make sure both Shiro and Gabe feel comfortable, therefore eating all their meals and having a bit of playtime, if the kitties want to. I love receiving pictures of my fur babies and a note to let me know how they are doing after each visit! Sarah and Dan have given our family such a peace of mind while we are away! Always grateful for such awesome, trusting people!

Sarah is amazing, reliable, nurturing, detail-oriented, communicative! I have a special needs kitty, and I would never be traveling overnight without Menlys Pet Care. They take amazing care of both my cats and keep me informed. Sarah takes the time to give my blind, super senior cat special attention. I finally can go away and not constantly worry about my fur babies! You have to be extremely careful in choosing who will take care of your pets when you're gone. Look no further.

Sarah has made it possible for us to obtain a new puppy despite our busy schedules. My wife felt comfortable at the introductory visit and this sense coupled with great reviews and feedback gave us the security that our Maltese would receive excellent care. With each visit, we receive a reports (and pictures!). The team is always arriving at the scheduled time. Most importantly, they have adhered to our training schedule so the house breaking has been very successful. We highly recommend!!

Menly's has been a fantastic addition to our family. Sarah and her crew have been taking care of our dog since she was just a puppy. As someone with a background in animal behavior, I can attest that Sarah is very skilled with dogs. We have even had her help us with specific training issues. She did a fantastic job. Her and her staff are also exceptionally trustworthy. We trust her with our dog. We trust her with coming into our home. I recommend her highly.

To say I was impressed by Dogtopia Plymouth is an understatement. My sweet Sophie had her meet & greet today & stayed for day care as well. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and continued to make me & Sophie feel like we were a priority and important from initial informational call to drop off & pick up. The ability to monitor her throughout the day was an added bonus. The coaches in the rooms are extensively trained. The facility is beautiful and they are very organized. The extra steps taken to keep things clean & sanitary is such a high point; the design detail of the facility to keep your pet safe & comfortable; & the activities throughout the month make it very fun as a pet parent. Affordable prices and a family-friendly atmosphere too! I was sold & I signed up for a membership. I loved receiving a Halloween pet photo of Sophie and her report card today. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I’m very lucky to have a close friend that introduced me to Dogtopia Plymouth (Sam, who is also a fabulous employee there). My pup looks forward to her daycare visits so much that she is now a member! That way she can play and give all the smooches she can. The webcam access is wonderful, so I can check in throughout the day. They take plenty of pictures for me as well. On top of daycare, each time I’ve scheduled a bath or other spa treatments they have been so patient with her (she HATES anything groomer related). My hope is to continue with Dogtopia Plymouth for a while with my happy fur baby! (:

Absolutely the most wonderful group of people I have ever been involved with in a retail situation. Super caring! Absolutely wonderful with my dog and immediately addresses any concerns that I have had. What a wonderful place. This place definitely does not get enough credit for his expertise and it's absolutely love of the job they do.

Dogtopia of Plymouth is easily my favorite daycare around. They always take such good care of both my almost 12-year old senior dog and 8-month old puppy (who has been going since he was 4 months old and has loved every second of it!). I love this place and everything they’ve done for us! I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff there as well and know that each staff member treats my dogs as their own. Boarding my dogs there is such an easy experience, because I know they take such good care of them and pay attention to their specific needs. Spa is also a lifesaver when I don’t have the time to give baths/ear cleaning/nail trims at home!

We decided to take our new puppy to Dogtopia based on a family member who brings their pup twice a week and has for a while. We had an upcoming vacation with that family member and it was important for us to have our dogs together to play while we were gone. Our puppy was 14 weeks at the time and greeted with open arms. Honestly, from the initial meet and greet, we have truly been impressed with Dogtopia Plymouth. The employees are super easy to work with, really in tune with dogs needs and has shown this every time we come in. They spent time with him in the lobby to make sure he was comfortable before taking him back. They do a great job monitoring the dogs throughout the day and I feel they truly love dogs. I frequently see the employees in Romper room petting pups and giving attention if they want it. Since the initial visit, we have boarded him and done many daycare visits. It is always the same. Greeting at the door using his name. He is SO HAPPY to go in and greets the employees like he does with our extended family members. It is super heart warming to see for us and truly just affirms we have found the right place for our fur baby. Since we live 40 minutes away, we have tried other doggy daycare facilities in our are and truly none of them compare. In fact, I wouldn't take my dog to any others in our area after trying them and seeing the difference in employees, facility and our dogs reaction compared to Dogtopia Plymouth. I NEVER write reviews, but after reading countless reviews of all places we tried and realizing how important I found them when trying to find the right place, I felt compelled to make sure our experience is stated somewhere. We couldn't be happier and it is worth the drive to make sure our baby is at right place.

Nice facility, friendly atmosphere, clean and well run! My dog adjusted well and was excited to go back the second day. I like that they keep them busy and have a separate room for different size dogs. We purchased a package and will be back! Only 4 stars due to no outdoor area 🐈‍⬛😞. …

I feel like Dogtopia Plymouth understands that Luna is member of our family not just a pet. Their attention to detail, thoughtful follow-ups, and genuine care are so reassuring. Luna loves “school days” and we love all the physical and mental stimulation she gets from playing with BFFFs. (And we love bringing home a sleepy pup). Daycare, boarding and spa all in one is so convenient and creates a comfortable and consistent environment for our sweet girl.

My dog has been going here a few times a week all year. It has been so helpful with getting his stored up energy out while I am away at work. He is socialized & stimulated all day, so I get a tired puppy at night & even in the days to come. This has lessened his destruction while left alone at home! Dogtopia has been so helpful for my household. And I will say - the staff is top notch. Always the most friendly & genuinely enjoys the dogs. I do recommend this to anyone considering!

Willow loves Dogtopia. She is tired when she comes home from her day of playing and I’m happy to know she had fun instead laying around at home. She is truly a different dog now, very sociable.

The employees all know me and my dog by sight and genuinely care for her while she's there. My dog shows it, too, since she always rushes right up to whoever is there which, as a rescue dog, trust doesn't come easy. There's almost no one else that I would trust her with.
