Very good place

I really like this place. It’s always difficult to leave your pup somewhere, but this place provides photos and videos daily. Sometimes I think he has more fun at this place then when he is with me! It doesn’t look like much from the outside but I assure my dog loves it and they have been very good to him many many times now.

This place is awesome, they really cares for your family member (pet). I was getting married in Vallarta they were sweet enough to take care of Cali (my baby) and arranged everything to take her to the hotel I was getting married at. They transported her and waited for the ceremony to be over and took her back. They took care of her a total of 5 days, everyday they sent videos while she was doing different activities. Bea use of work I have to travel a lot, and usually take her to different Pet Hotel, but this one by far was the best, specially cause they made my dream of having her by my side while I was getting married. Thank you a lot. I forever will be thankful!!

Absolutely the most sincere animal host I've ever experienced. Hetza and Manuel are extremely attentive and clearly enjoy hosting. They are well versed in pet behavior and cautious attentive with associating dogs together as group. The space is clean, organized, and well kept. I loved the daily walk videos they send. They bathed my dog Luna with hypoallergenic shampoo, combed her dead hair away, trimmed her nails, cleaned her ears, and gifted her a bandana. She was so happy there! I'm a definite long time customer now. They are amazing 👏 and so trusting. Thank you again!

I am happy to recommend Doggy Home. They are a great place to safely socialize your dog as well as help to train them for life. They are very caring and responsible for whatever your needs, whether it be training, daycare or boarding. And they always send fun pictures.

I started sending my 8 year old Havanese to Doggy Home more than seven months ago, because my vet recommended Rosy and her business when my dog suddenly started experiencing separation anxiety. Initially Nina (my dog) resisted going when Rosy came to pick her up. She hadn’t ever been with many other dogs, and certainly not sent off with strangers. Nina is small, about ten pounds, and was very timid. Now, in July of ‘24, Nina races down the stairs barking her fool head off, calling for Rosy, who waits for her at the door. Nina is also especially fond of Camilla, who works with Rosy. This silly dog has been like my youngest daughter. So when she is happy, I am very happy. And she is thrilled to go to Doggy Home. Thanks Rosy, Camilla, and gang. I so very much appreciate all of you!

Our dogs absolutely loved it! Doggie Home was perfect, they picked up our 2 dogs, were very attentive to our needs, and gave them a wonderful place to stay for a few nights. They sent pictures and videos of our dogs having fun. We would very highly recommend them!

The people at Doggy Home took care of our 2 small dogs for 6 days. Dogs were happy to see us, and were in great shape. My "kids" were well cared for.

day 5 into my 11 day vacation and i got a dog! ran to the vet and asked if they did boarding, was told no but they recommended’Rosy’. i called her and she came to my hotel, picked up my new treasure and sent me pictures and videos daily for 6 days!! i trusted her completely and am ever so thankful. I decided to name the pup after her❤️ so I have a Rosy. I was so stressed and even had to change flights as swoop doesnt allow animals so westjet does. Rosy was part of my carry on. This review is long overdue! I am so grateful for Rosy and her team. My little pup has been to Doggy Home a few times now and she always comes back happier than when she left. Rosy does an amazing job at sending updates throughout the day and it’s incredibly satisfying to know my little one is in great hands. My pup has separation anxiety and with Doggy Home, Im able to step away and get my errands done. The pickup and drop off service is the best and I am so glad this is offered, which makes it so convenient if you dont have a car. We havent tried the dog hotel service yet, but we will soon and I feel confident that my little girl will have so much fun while im away, which puts my mind at ease. We have been leaving our little 6lb. cavapoo, Yeti, here a few times per week for the last couple weeks. We have only done the daycare during the day. The proof is in our dog - she absolutely LOVES going to daycare! She gets excited as soon as we say the word in the morning. Rosy and her team have made it quick and easy for us to drop off and pick up Yeti when we need. Absolutely no complaints, and we are grateful to have this facility located so close to the condo we are renting!

Gary and Pauline are amazing and true genuine dog lovers! They are also incredible at training dogs while they have them in their care when they see opportunity to do so! They have an awesome, large yard for the pups to run and play. They played catch daily with our dog which is her favorite thing in the world! 😄 We received daily videos and pics updating us and sharing the things they were doing. They really treat the dogs they look after as one of their own giving them lots of love! Thank you both for taking such good care of Paloma, she did not want to come home! 🐶😆

Best “camp” ever! My Boston terrier loves to go, he runs right in and doesn’t even say bye to me. They are very accommodating for his special food needs and constant activity with his toys. Couldn’t feel any safer leaving him there for short or extended periods of time.

Our dog, Loki had the best time! It was our first time leaving him for a whole week which made us nervous because he usually has separation anxiety. But I received a lot of photo updates which was very much appreciated! He looked very happy. Even had one last run around the beautiful backyard when we picked him up. The owners are super nice. We dropped our boat pupper off for a few days while we took a shore trip. Riley had a great time and we got daily photos of Riley interacting with people and other dogs. We would definitely use the La Cruz dog resort again.

Our dog had a great stay at the La Cruz Dog Resort. Gary and Pauline shared videos and pictures with us of our dog having a great time at their house. They were super easy to work with and were very communicative. Having our dog stay with them really took the stress out of traveling. I would highly recommend them and would definitely have our dog stay with them again.

Such a great experience, I felt so comfortable with my dogs here. It's such a large and secure facility. My dogs had such fun running around the playground. I was so comforted by the photo and video updates. I'm actually going to be booking with them again for the next vacation.

When I had to return to US for 10 days, I was nervous to leave my little dog Madison behind. From the first meet and greet appointment, Gary was reassuring and knowledgeable. During his stay, Gary and his wife devoted their time to ensure the little guy adjusted quickly and began having the time of his life! Through regular photos and videos, Gary kept me posted on Madison’s progress. And it was obvious how happy Madison was. He played with the other dogs and snuggled with Gary, loving his stay. When I picked him up, all clean from his bath, he was a picture of health and waggy tailed. It was such a blessing to find La Cruz Dog Resort and we will certainly return again.

My dog Bruno is a bit spoiled and does not do well with traditional boarding facilities so having La Cruz Dog Resort as an option was a game changer! They treated him like he was the king of the castle and they sent me photos and videos everyday. I have a feeling he’s going to be bummed when he gets home 😂 …

Can’t say enough about this amazing dog resort. Pauline and Gary always give a personal touch to my dog when she’s there. I highly recommend anyone that loves their dog to reserve a spot here when they go on vacation.

This is a great place to leave your pets if you go on vacation and can't take them with you. It is a big facility with big yard and very clean. They are exercised and walked. One of my dogs needs medication and it was not a problem at all. I highly recommend this place. It is a little hard to find, so use your GPS. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Don't leave your pets here! They have little to no regard for their safety or well-being. There are too many stories of them losing dogs or pets getting hurt in fights under no supervision. In my case, we left our pup with them, we had prior test days and they agreed to host him. We left him on a Tuesday. That same week, on Sunday prior to our return we got a call saying he had been bitten two days before, and that they were unable to administer any aid because quote: "he refused to take his pills" and that "vets don't work weekends". Needless to say we were enraged and when we finally got to this place, they refused to release our dog unless we paid for the supposed medical care they administered. Needless to say, we had to rush our dog to the vet, he had to undergo an emergency procedure and was on antibiotics for two weeks. I Repeat! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS HERE!

My puppy loves it here. Lots of room to run around and play with other dogs. Monica is the best! She is so sweet and kind. I always feel good leaving my buddy here because it's so clean and safe. All the girls who work here are super nice too. Just beware of the giant puddles you'll need to drive through to get there in the rainy season 🙈

She loves her dogs, to be sure!!! And treats all of her charges as is they were her own. But, what really impressed me was how our Avanti was like "ok, dad, see ya" when we dropped her off, and, she wasn't in any hurry to leave when we picked her up. I could tell that she was about worn out and happy. We certainly recommend, and will always use for our dog boarding needs. They are fairly booked up, so, plan accordingly

Checked this place out today for doggy daycare. Clean, safe, secure and conveniently located in the Hotel Zone. Nice clean grass area with plenty of shade for the dogs to play in. Our dog seemed to like it as well. Victor answered all of our questions and was very kind and helpful.

Great service and care for our puppy. We could not take her to the hotel but she was happy from the moment we got to Bay View Can, she was fed on schedule and we got regular updates (with pics). Glad our dog was there.

My dogs love going here for the day. Plenty of grass to run and play. Separate area's for big and small dogs. The people that work there love dogs. It's kept clean and always plenty of clean water to drink.

If you're looking for a safe place to leave your puppy for the day or even the night, this is it. Monica is amazing and your puppy will have lots of fun playing and running around with other puppies!

Driving there might feel a little unusual for some, but it’s worth it. Large space. Good care. Good price. They sent us regular updates and photos. We’ll be using them again.

Our 2 cats stayed with them for a long period of 1 year and I could say that there was no better place and caregivers like Brenda and Toño. We struggled a lot to find the right place, until we found this one, here the space is very spacious, they have fair prices, it is too clean and away from the dogs so the cats could be calm. The communication with them was very good, there are times when they are a little busy but it is because they are taking the dogs for a walk or because they are taking them to the vet, but if you meet them at an hour, they will be there, even by video call, which was our case. They send photos and have cameras watching the animals, for greater security. I know I only speak good things but I couldn't be more grateful. because our babies are now with us and in very good condition. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for making it possible, it helped me feel calmer and above all, thank you for all the love you give to the animals. SUCCESS!

I liked it a lot, except that communication with them is not so easy, the last time they had failed to receive. They didn't open my dog's door, I wasted the whole morning looking for another place to take care of him.

They are very kind, my cat Kitty had a pleasant experience, we went out for a few days and we found ourselves in need of a daycare, it is the second time that we took her back calm and affectionate, she lived with other cats, she had a great time during her stay and that It is difficult for kittens to adapt quickly, I recommend it 🤩👌
