First time at High Tails and very very happy. I was a bit skeptical because the suites are separated by chain links which the dogs haven’t had before. But rest assured they make sure they ensured us that they will be safe and with other dogs your pets are compatible with! Our two pups boarded here for about 18 nights, and they monitor the dogs well. They fed our dogs well too while other boarding places always had leftovers. They fit them in for a groom as well before pickup! Dogs came home super exhausted and have been sleeping all day. I can tell they had SO much fun! Thanks Dawn, Brianna, and London!

Private off leash is what we always visit High Tails for. We like that they offer booking times in 15 min intervals. - Bathroom is indoors which is nice, but you have to leave dog park to use it. - Park benches in park! - Lots of trees and bushes for the pups. However, we find the price is a bit expensive for what they offer compared to other private parks. - Smaller park area. - Poop bags holders are usually empty - so we bring our own. Good park! Will be repeat customers!

Love this place, have been taking our two big dogs there for 4 years now - both boarding and poodle haircuts. They do an amazing job with our husky for his deshedding - no hair for a few weeks!

Rented the private off leash area. I adopted a dog who is scared of other dogs. It was so nice to have a place for her to run off leash. My other dog loved it as well. The trees and bushes gave them areas to explore and shade. Private, and secure so I could just relax and enjoy my dogs without needing to worry about other dogs. It was clean, and easy to access.

Brought our Moose to high tails for his second grooming today. As a first time dog owner of a breed that needs regular hair trims, I was nervous to make sure I found the right place. We took him for his first wash and tidy when he was only 5 months old. But today he had the full groom! As a 6 month old pup, I’m sure he was a handful. But he was happy to go with them, and always leaves happy! I am so happy I found high tails right off the hop, so he could have a positive experience with grooming right from the start!

I have used their boarding services twice now and we love it! My dog gets very excited going there! Debbie and the personnel takes great care of the dogs and they are very helpful! I am so thankful and happy I found them!

I'm so glad I found this place! One of my dogs is reactive and can't go to the off leash parks in the city. Their off-leash oasis is perfect, tons of space, fully fenced in and plenty of shade. Their booking system is easy to use and it's affordable. I will definitely be coming back!

We brought our dog here for 10 nights and were not impressed at all. First, when I contacted them via email, they asked me a lot of questions. I mean a lot. I wrote back and answered them all in great detail. Then, the morning we brought our dog in to go on vacation, it was a really terrible experience, to say the least. The lady that greeted us speaks way too fast and acts like a military drill Sargeant. Our check-in took a ridiculous amount of time. It was just over an hour and was filled with a ridiculous amount of questions, many of which I had already answered in my initial email. Stand here, put your dog here, do this, hold your dog. Wow! The check-in and questioning was in a very small room, very hot, and smelly with no ventilation. The check-in hours are very limited, and they make everyone else wait outside in line as they do one checkin at a time. The process is done in an extremely disrespectful manner, in my opinion. The discomfort, redundant questions, tone in which they talk to you, and no respect for your time at all. I can only imagine how our dog got treated after we left. For the prices they charge, you would think they would have a little bit more respect for their paying clients. We will NOT be returning here again. Please consider a different place. We still feel guilty for leaving our dog here.

Awesome daycare, my dog Casper loves it here he's always super excited to get dropped off for the day. Owners are very caring and hardworking, I've had nothing but good experiences with Rainbow Pet Care the past year. Would give it 6 stars if I could!

As someone who works out of town and not always able to bring my dog with me, it’s hard to have to board your pet for long a stretch of time. But as I’ve been boarding my dog with Rainbow Pet Care Centre lately, I feel extremely comfortable leaving him there. My pup even starts to get excited as we are getting close and pulling into the yard. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. I love it but more importantly my dog loves it. We were told about Rainbow pet care and thought we would give it a try for our very energetic 7 month old puppy Juno. We have brought her to daycare and for an over night stay and both were amazing for her. Thank you for providing Juno with a fun, safe, and wonderful place to get her energy out.

Friendly owners and good prices. Overnight offers get to stay in a doggie old West Town with their own couch, tv, and radio. Rainbow Pet Care goes the extra mile to make sure your offer has a good stay.

This is my golden’s 4th daycare due to various relocations and it is, by a significant distance, the best. The facilities are amazing and the owners don’t just care for your dog, they treat it as their own. My boy comes home exhausted and happy every-time. The price is also the best in town. I couldn’t recommend rainbow pet care centre highly enough.

My dog Joji spent the week here and was so well taken care of! Jeff is very knowledgeable. He managed behaviours and dog pairings well and provided great feedback for future stays. We will definitely be back.

Jeff really knows dogs. Our boy is wary of strangers but immediately loved him. I love the individual pens in the Village. It’s our go-to kennel!

I recently took my Border Collie to Rainbows Bark Park. We have been taking our dog to Rainbow for boarding and daycare and he loves his stays there. Rainbow is located within very close proximity to Chestermere which is great for us. The area is fully enclosed which is perfect if your dog is working on recall or is a runner. The park is also private which is great for people with reactive dogs or dogs that cannot share space with others. There are a couple of chairs that you can use along with a covered gazebo which is really a bonus on hot days and there is plenty of space to kick or throw a ball.

There are no words to express how much we appreciated finding a place like this to leave our fur family. Our dog is a very large Akita who has major separation anxiety and leaving him for 10 days was making me sick to my stomach worrying about how he would be and where we could leave him that he would be comfortable and happy. This place is the best kept facility all around we have ever seen. Without question you can tell how much the animals are cared for and the grounds are so well taken care of. The second we got to rainbow pet care centre our worries faded and meeting Jeff they were beyond gone and we were happy to leave our dog there. When we picked him up he was happy to see us but still wanted to be around Jeff too and that says a lot. I wish this place was closer to where we live is all I can say I would change! It was worth the drive we highly recommend.

We have had our Penny to Kozy Kennels twice and she loved every minute of her stay! When we picked her up, she doesn't have that terrible kennel smell that she had with previous Kennels. When we dropped her off, she was so excited to greet the staff, with no hesitation at all. We take her own food and treats with us, as is recommended by the hosts, and they returned whatever she hadn't eaten. She was happy to see us of course, but went to her hosts to say goodbye! We live in Evansburg and are leaving on holiday for 2 weeks. We love Kozy Kennels so much that we are driving the 2 extra hours to take her there! We appreciated how accommodating they were when we had to extend her stay due to a medical emergency in our family. I really cannot say enough about them! Penny is a larger dog, so she requires lots of walks, she was happy and healthy there! Happy Penny!

Awesome people! Been taking my dogs there for 15 years. Have separate kennels that allow them to go outside. They also take them for walks at least a couple times a day on their property East of Innisfail. Dogs are always well taken care of.

Absolute rave to this place! They took my pooch in last minute! And I couldn't have been more thankful! An absolute beautiful place to take your dogs and they will take great care of your pets! And the nicest people I have ever met! Thank you again so much for taking such good care of my pooch over the weekend !

Wow! What great service! We got a text from our nephew who was hauling freight when he had chest pain just south of Red Deer. His dog was still in his truck and we had to go get the dog. It was 9:00 pm, well after Kozy was closed. We were able to contact Kozy by text and they agreed to wait until 11:30 pm for us to get there. We couldn't get the dog out and called the RCMP for help. They were great and managed to get the dog out and into their cruiser. The RCMP met us at Kozy at 12:30 am and Kozy were still waiting for us. Great reception! Nice looking kennel. This is a great place!

We contacted Kozy Kennel with an urgent request to board my nephew's dog for a night. They were closed but answered the phone anyway. They made room for the dog and the owner's daughter stayed up past midnight so we could bring the dog to them. We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile and excellent service. The dog was very happy to be there. Thank you!!

We were nervous for the 1st time ever using a kennel and kozy kennel made it easy to leave our pets in great hands. Recommend kozy kennel to anyone.

Kozy Kennels….. More like Koncentration Kamp Kennels! We are those customers that will read reviews, research companies, and due our diligence. This is to ensure the company we are entrusting with our most vulnerable of family members provides quality service, shows respects to its patrons, and is accountable. If this is what’s important to you as a customer, stay as far away as possible from this place… If saving a buck is what’s important during a pandemic, trust us, employing this business will end up costing you more in vet and treatment bills. We remain baffled as to how this company has operated for profit for so long abusing furry family members. Most recently to highlight our experience; we dropped our animals off while on vacation, and upon our return our animals had been damaged, malnourished, and dehydrated. Upon picking up our dogs, on the drive home our puppy laid across our lap almost lifeless, he was limp, and we could visibly see every rib and defined vertebrae. His face was drained of life and he had this dull sad look to him. His norm was a healthy, vibrant, active and healthy weighed animal… Upon bringing our concerns to the attention of the owners (pictures of before and after we dropped them off and a vet assessment report) both in person and over the phone we were met with a lack of customer service, lack of accountability, and lack of overall professionalism one gets from a reputable business. So if you and your family want to stress over the condition of your furry loved one. If you enjoy being ostracized and cursed at by the owners, and over blamed for the condition of your animals in your absence while paying someone to do it…. Koncentration Kamp Kennels is the place for you….

Was a little worried about our one husky as he can be a bit of a trouble maker but these guys did amazing. We picked up 2 very happy huskies and will bring them back here every time we need a kennel. Freya and Davros thank Kozy Kennels for their vacation.

My Dog Roofus is 15 so boarding him is always a worry when he's as old as he is. These ppl are true animal lovers the owner even let him stay in the house special kennel. They groomed and bathed him aswell. I can't say enough good things about this place they are AAAA.

I had the pleasure of visiting this place and was taken on a tour. The care that is given to the animals here, is above and beyond any place I've ever been to. If I could have been the person to adopt the most passionate dogs there, I would have in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, I am unable to at this time, as I have two cats already. I met with the owners and the staff and they have the biggest hearts for these animals. It was truly an honor to have had the opportunity to meet with them and to see firsthand the care and love for each and every pet there.

Very friendly owners, groomed our two behemoths of dogs very nicely, and treated the dogs well while doing it. Pricing was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend for pet grooming. Plus they have adorable cats in the front office to make friends with!

Staff is super friendly. Our dogs had a great time and came back clean and very happy. Prices were very reasonable, and staff were excellent communicating with us while we were away.

Have not been there for quite a few years. We had two dogs that loved going there. They would get excited driving down the hill. The staff was friendly and the prices were fair. Whenever I showed up to get them they were always busy playing with the other dogs. The place could have been a little cleaner but as long as our dogs were healthy and happy they will get good reviews from me. We dont have dogs now but I would trust this place again.

Great place to bring pets. Very caring owners and employees. Animals are in great living conditions. Only warning is if you have a skittish dog, there is a gun range nearby. So gun shots can be heard.

My dog has been going to Cathy at Iddy Biddy dog sitting for 7 years and loves it there. He jumps out, excited to see all his friends. Cathy treats all those little dogs like her own with such good care. They are not in kennels but rather in her home, the inside dog play area or outside on her acreage. She truly has a gift for taking care of them. She also sends pictures on Facebook almost daily which is so nice when you are away.

I love taking my dogs to Iddy Biddy!! Cathy makes me feel so good about leaving them and I know they will be loved and taken care of!! They have free roam of the house and so much play space!! Highly highly recommended!!!

Great place to board your pets !!!

I went to see them last yr about possibly boarding my dogs for a week . I filled out some paperwork about my preferences as far as them sharing a run. The young woman working ( I believe the owners daughter)told me there would be a discount because I have 3 dogs. She told me about their social club day care and the price. She said I may be able to get a discount because they offer on boarding. I spoke with the owner who gave me a special price for 3 dogs. This lasted about 4 visits and suddenly the groomer was working the desk and told me I had to pay up front and was charging full price. I said the owner gave me a special price. She said we could discuss when I picked up my dogs. When I returned the owner told me that I enjoyed the reduction for the month and now it's full price. I asked what had changed ? . She was very rude . She raised her voice and said some of your dogs are young, some are old and they can't nap with other dogs. There wasn't any reason they couldn't nap with the others. I assumed it was the original paperwork for boarding. Poor business management.

I have been bringing Winnie my rescue from Mexico to the Social club on Wednesday for almost 2 yrs now while I volunteer,she loves going there,so many little dogs to play with and I can't say enough about Danielle and all the staff on how well and caring they treat all the furry little guys and gals,Piper Creek resort is the best....

Piper creek pet resort took amazing care of our cats during the Fort McMurray wildfire evacuations. We were very tired and stressed and all of their staff were so accommodating. They made everything so easy and took fantastic care of our animals. Allowing for us to finally find calm during such a highly stressful time. Thank you so much. 10/10 recommend.

The care and interaction with my dog at Piper Creek is far and above any other boarding facility I've taken her to. The staff give me a full report of her stay and are happy to receive her when she arrives. When I drop her off at Piper Creek Pet Resort, Tansi is so excited for her stay that she's wagging her tail in anticipation and ready to play with other dogs her size. Our dogs have been going to Piper Creek Pet Resort since they were puppies and they are 8 years old. They love all the attention they get there and all the playtime. We can’t even say Piper Creek out loud in their presence unless we are ready to load them in the car to go because they get so excited. The socialization is fantastic and helps my dogs out in the neighbourhood on walks too. We don’t worry about our pups when we are on holidays because we know they are getting the absolute best care. I recommend Piper Creek Pet Resort to everyone.

I had my cats stay here over the Christmas holidays and I was so extremely pleased with the care they received! It was my first time having my cats stay away from me and so I was a little nervous. The staff is very friendly and let me have a tour of the kennels prior to boarding which eased my anxiety. They also encouraged me to call in and check on my pets whenever I needed to which I thought was so thoughtful of them. My cats had a great time and I would definitely board them with Piper Creek again :)
