We typically take our baby with us everywhere. Unfortunately, there are times when we simply can't and when that happens while traveling in So. California, we choose Renaissance to care for our baby. They are great and even though he is not a seasoned kennel visitor, he loves everyone there and they treat him like their own. He is always happy and well cared for at pick up. Recommend 100%.

I love that the staff at Renaissance really tries to get to know my dogs’ personalities. My husband and I look forward to seeing the daily photo feed to see how Charlie and Lila are doing and how they’re interacting with other dogs and with the staff. I also like their petit suite. It looks comfortable and is kept so neat and clean. The staff is also so willing to work with our dogs’ different personalities and needs. That’s very important to us..

This was our first stay at Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa. I needed a caretaker for my working service dog. I found Renaissance through friends and an internet search. From my first visit to Renaissance and through all my dealings with them, the people were friendly, attentive to my needs and really cared about me and my dog. The cost was very reasonable and the staff was amazing. I loved the daily uploaded photos and videos so that I was able to see how my dog was doing. A great big thank you to all those who care for the animals at Renaissance! I will definitely use their services again.

Our fur baby is naturally nervous outside of our home, to the point of she won’t eat. The staff at Renaissance always above and beyond to make our Coco comfortable, and ease our minds knowing that she is being well cared for. Highly recommend!

Victoria did an awesome 1st time grooming on my puppy, Chloe. I am so pleased with the whole entire staff from the day and overnight staff to the groomers. Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa is a delight to use for my dog’s grooming and boarding needs! They really care about your pets! What I love is their report card after your pet has finished with any services! Everyone I have dealt with is so friendly and engaging. They are also knowledgeable about all things pets. They love their job and animals of course! I trust them for my pets grooming and boarding needs! You won’t be disappointed!

I recently was hospitized after a fall off a ladder so I had a friend drop off my chocolate lab Smokie while I was recovering. Renaissance was so caring for my 14yr old boy who was also having health issues. The staff was great and so loving with him. I would HIGHLY recommend Renaissance for all your pets needs from hospital stays or vacations. Renaissance you guys are the BEST 👌❤️

A beautifully run resort for dogs (or any other pet). I was so anxious about boarding my dog for 4 nights. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. My dog had a blast! And she was tended to do well. The managers, staff and pet caregivers gave 5- star luxury service to my baby! Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to leave our Skippy Kitty for the week. I love the open cattery concept where he can hide! He even received turkey on Thanksgiving! The employees know he won’t cause them any trouble!

If you need a place to board your pup, this is it! Really great for daycare or for longer stays. They have lots of trainers constantly present to facilitate good play, they send home a report card every day so you know how your dog did, along with several high quality pictures of your dog’s interactions. They also have cameras you can tune into at any point to check in. They will definitely leave you with happy dog!

This was our first time taking Sage to a day camp. We were a bit nervous at first not knowing how she would do. After dropping her off we loved the idea of being able to see how she was doing on live cameras. Definitely will be taking her back here! Very pleased with the staff with how patient they are working with our girl making her feel comfortable. They also have a great selection of bakery treats for your pup! It is as real as its name “Happy Dog”, my dog Bruno is always looking forward coming to this place. There isn’t any day that he didn’t ask to come here. For my boy, Bruno, this place is like “Disneyland”. He was so sad when he didn’t visit this place for a week and it broke my heart. All the people who work there are very good with dogs, including Andi who trained with Caesar Milan. They have flexible hours, indoor and several secure outdoor play areas with cameras so you can check in and watch your dog playing, divisions by dog size and temperament, several obedience training classes, and optional meals and treats. They take your dogs out to play and don't charge you extra for it! Once they overcharged me by accident and when I asked them about it, they were really nice and took care of it on the spot. Top notch! Highly recommend.

Val from Happy Dog Resort did an AMAZING JOB! My partner and I are overjoyed with how our girl looks. She’s ready for the holidays. Happy Dog also has a Glamping option. Lily got to play with her friends and groomed after. I’ve been going to Happy Dog Resort for over a year and they are the best location in Redlands.

Our little guy had a ton of fun his first day at doggy day camp! ⛺️ we didn’t know how he’d do being left but the Happy Dog employees did great with him. They sent photos of his day so we could see him enjoying himself. They even groomed him so he came home smelling sweet. Will definitely be using them again 🤗 …

My dog loves to board at Happy Dog Resort! When we pick her up, she is always tired from playing with the other dogs all day. They send a daily report card with pictures, and I can log in daily and see the dogs playing in the play yards. Prices are average to slightly less expensive than other places we have boarded. Very happy with the care they receive while I enjoy my vacation.

I board my Great Dane @Homeland Pet Hotel last month for a week, it’s our second time taking our Great Dane there and we love it. The staff are very friendly and we know they’ll take good care of our Dane. The price is good too.

Fuzzy stayed here for 3 weeks for his first stay ever! He was well taken care of, when I went to pick him up he was so clean, happy, and doing very well. I did call in to check on the little guy a few times and everything sounded great! Also afforable prices!

I began boarding my dogs at Homeland Pet Hotel last fall when I had to go out of town for a funeral. At that time, we had three dogs. One was 13, one was 4 and one was 1. I called several facilities and none wanted to board our 13 year old. Although he was not on medication or special diet, they were afraid to care for him due to his age. Al at Homeland accepted all our dogs. He asked for their vets name and the maximum we’d reimburse them in event of an emergency. We asked for a pre-boarding tour and was welcome to visit during business hours. We saw a facility with many secure chain link kennels. There is a separate exercise area. They take dogs out alone or in their family pack. The place is kept clean and no unpleasant smells were detected. There is a separate room for small dogs and another for cats. In the main section medium to large dogs are boarded in appropriate sized kennels. Overall, the service is excellent. It’s the first place we’ve boarded our dogs where they are eager to go to. So far, we’ve boarded our dogs on four separate occasions and our doggies leave happy each time.

We recently boarded our Labrador and German Shorthaired Pointer at Homeland Pet Hotel for a week, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff took excellent care of our active dogs, ensuring they were well-exercised and happy. When I called to check in, they were friendly and provided thorough updates on how our dogs were doing. The prices are reasonable, and the resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Homeland Pet Hotel to other pet owners!

Have boarded our single dog here probably a dozen tines in the last 2ish years, always comes home smelling nice and well-cared for. We recently adopted a second dog, and I picked them both up today after a 2-week stay. They both look excellent, were very happy and aren't too stinky, even after being there 2 weeks. The folks who work there are friendly and competent, we've never had any issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs to board their pet. Pic is on the car ride home today, she's smiling😍

The first time I ever boarded my two dogs, I was so nervous. My 14 year old had never been away before. That was 3 years ago. They have gone to Homeland Pet Hotel maybe 10 times since. They actually are excited to be there. Staff is very caring. Kennels are spotless. But the fact that Bo and Guinness are happy there means everything.

We've left our pups with Homeland Pet Hotel many times when we're away on trips. They have always provided safe and loving care for our kiddos. Great people! Thanks!

We have been keeping our small French Bulldog Juno here for 2 years and our experience with St. Marks has been nothing but perfect. The staff is always welcoming at the door and are always happy to see our dog. Juno is always excited to arrive and practically considers the place like a second home. Knowing that my dog is being well taken care of and is having a blast while I am at work is what gets me through the day. She always comes home tired after a full day of play and having a blast. I could not recommend this business enough to any dog owner who only wants the best for their pup. Only bring your dog here if you want them to live the best possible life they can have.

Where do I begin?!!!! We are vacationing here for the month and came across the business when I googled best dog day care. So unfortunately I was unable to board due to my pups not having a vax that is not required in my home state. But my pups did need some grooming since Cali has that beautiful sunshine weather unlike my home state where it’s raining. Long story short took two out four of my dogs there. I must say the staff is not only super helpful ibutbthey are very kind very caring towards my pups. So my two older dogs came back looking so good. I hate to say this but the grooming here was so much better than back home. So dad was a little taken that I didn’t take all four because I had two beautiful looking pups while the other two looked homeless. Appointments were available right away and were taken care of in a timely manner. It really shows in their work the amount of time and pride that they take to beautify my fur babies. All my pups are so beautiful that when vacationing here I will definitely be bringing them back. Location has plenty of parking, very clean inside and it’s well stocked with all kinds of merchandise. When it comes to pricing well everything in this beautiful state is expensive. But every cent and dollar spent there is very well worth it. Thank you Jason and staff for your wonderful hospitality.

Great place, nice staff, treats dogs very well. Great facility for doggy day care or over overnight stays. Comfortable enough for me to stay there. I accidentally did stay for 2 hours during evaluation because I didn't know I could leave me dog there the day i signed up. Oh well, the staff were still nice, and probably thought I was just a worried dog dad. Also, first person I spoke to said that I have to create an account online. I did that on my phone. After I finished, I went to the desk again, spoke to another person who asked me if I filled out an application. She told me there is the online form and then a paper form. Communication to me was not clear and I felt some time was wasted by getting little info at a time from different people. Aside from this little mishap, overall it was still a good experience.

Our greyhound, Hank, loves it here. He gets so excited as soon as we pull in the driveway. He is starting to put his paws in the water and loves being with the other dogs! The staff is so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend St. Mark’s!💕 …

Our dog Snow has been going to St. Marks for about a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it! He will literally cry to get off the car as soon as we get there. He also refused to leave today when I picked him up. I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to get him in the car. This just reassures me that he loves spending time there. It makes me feel good knowing that he is having fun while I am at work. The staff is also very sweet and I love that they send me pictures of him throughout the day. Thee best doggie daycare ever! From boarding,to grooming,day play and dog training.And if that wasn't all convenient they also do dog shots and my favorite,a drive thru dog drop off and pick uo.The staff is amazing,super nice,respectful and attentive to your fur bbs. Oh yeah, there's also a pool!! My pups just love going and come home super tired 😊

We have been taking our dog Olive here since she was about 4 months old. She LOVES to go to daycare. All of the staff are incredibly kind and know our pup by name the minute we pull up. Our dog gets so excited when she knows we are getting close to St. Marks. I love getting the pictures of her when she is at daycare, and I REALLY love the new valet drop-off/pick-up service. I have a new baby so being able to leave him in the carseat and have someone load/unload my dog right from my car is amazing. St. Marks saved us during the puppy stage- it was the best way for our dog to burn off energy. She came home exhausted (and still does). We don't know what we would do without St. Marks!

After having a not so good experience at our local Petsmart doggy day camp, I called St. Marks per recommendation by my dog trainer. I was really nervous and hesitant to try another day camp due to my bad experience but let me tell you I am so glad we did. The whole staff was so kind to not only myself but to my pup, Sarge, as well. Sarge was a little skiddish due to his experience at Petsmart. The whole staff was patient with him and showed him love within a few minutes Sarge went from tail between his legs to it wagging and wanting to play, that's even after having to get a shot. They sent us pictures of Sarge during his first which really gave me another sense of comfort. We loved our experience so much we had him go a few days later. Sarge was so hyper and eager to get into the building which made me feel even more comfortable leaving him for the day. His demeanor was a total 180 from when we took him to other place. Thank you St. Marks for treating my pup with the same love, care and attention he gets at home!

Let me start by saying if you have that fear or worry about leaving your Fur family member(s) who you absolutely love and you know it’s hard to trust anyone with them, please know you’re not Alone!! I found Candy on Yelp with great reviews! I haven't traveled in so long due to the worry of leaving my labs with just anyone You have no idea how happy and calm we feel now that we have found Candy . She is absolutely amazing with our boys. She was wonderful from the time she walked into my home and made it point to let me know this was their house and she was the guest lol… she was calm from the start. When we walked into our home our labs were so happy and calm .We have experienced pet resorts a couple of times and they were nice people , but It was so important to us that they stayed in their own environment and stress free . To them they just had someone fun to play with . Candy reached out to check on our older lab who had surgery and cared so much to remember.I write this with tears in my eyes knowing if you and your fur babies have the chance to meet her you both are in great hands! Thank you Candy and as I have mentioned you have become family to us!

Candy of Posh Pet Nanny was a terrific find. After our long-time cat sitter moved away, we had a couple of sitters who were less than professional and lacked integrity. Over the holidays, we were unexpectedly called out of town and found Posh Pet Nanny at the last minute. Candy was the only one of three different pet services who returned my call in a timely manner. The other two have yet to call me back. Candy managed to fit us into her schedule. We are delighted with her work and will use her excellent services again.

We first met and hired the Posh Pet Nanny in November but had to cancel our trip on short notice due illness. She was understanding and accommodating without any $ penalty. We hired her again to watch our pups over Christmas and she did a fantastic job. She kept a great schedule visiting them regularly and getting medication to one of them on time without a fight. She fed the fish and helped us orchestrate a great Christmas surprise for the kids when they got home. Rushed over when a neighbor thought they saw the boys running the streets (false alarm), and sent adorable and hilarious updates. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Candy has gone above & beyond for my dogs. My pups are always fed, used the bathroom, & they’re happy to see her. She’s always on time & lets our dogs take their time going potty & eating.

Candy is always on time and goes above and beyond for our animals. We also have her do errands for us as we’re part timers and often need help with logistics, repairs people, etc.

Candy is the type of caretaker that goes above and beyond. She’s warm, professional and so good with animals. Our cats immediately curled up beside her, instantly putting our minds at ease. We’ve used her services while on vacation multiple times and we always come home to calm and happy pets!

The Posh Nanny not only takes great care of all our pets, but goes above and beyond when it comes to the safety of our home. She spools our pets, especially our pet chicken. Who though quite the sweetheart, can be a handful. I highly recommend her.

My husky, Azula, has been coming to Better K9 for around 3 years. I cannot stress enough how much she has loved this place. She starts to recognize the route when I’m about to drop her off and immediately starts crying with impatience. Not only has she made friends with the dogs, but with the staff as well. They have shown, on multiple occasions, that this is not just their job. They love these dogs. They are amazing and thoughtful, we’ve received Christmas cards/treats and overall, friendly service. On her last day, the staff came out to say bye to her 😭 I have included pictures they took of Azula to show how much fun and caring this place is!

Better K9 has been wonderful for our dogs. They love going there and get great care. We appreciate how they keep us informed and make sure our dogs are doing well. We have had a fabulous experience with Jack Reacher, the trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Our dog has become much better trained and more reliable. We are excited about continuing to learn from Jack and helping our big dog be at his best.

I recommend this Doggie daycare, staff are always welcoming, staff greet you with kindness. I feel very comfortable leaving Jax.

My frenchie stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. When I picked him up he immediately wanted to go back inside which was a great indication that he was happy while there! He came home exhausted and slept for hours. Will definitely use again

My dog is a new boy! I adopted him at about 1 from a City shelter, he had never left the backyard prior to being surrendered to the City. He was very overreactive to everything, no understanding of a collar and leash. What I loved the most is that all breeds are allowed to mingle and ay as part of pack time. We are 7 months out since he completed his 21day training stay, he continues to be as good as the day he came home! Wonderful job😀

The staff is welcoming and open, making sure your pup(s) feel welcomed. They do a trial run to ensure your pet is well behaved and fits in with the other pups. I really appreciated this because then I knew my dogs were with other pups that were also vetted. The facility is well equipped with indoor and outdoor activities and is very clean. Security is of utmost importance as well. We have 2 dogs and they boarded them together at night which made us feel more comfortable.

Our 3 year old foxhound loved her time at Better K9! She was at the Corona location for 3 weeks to learn obedience and was also boarded. The staff were quick to reply if we had questions and also provided updates and photos throughout her time there. They even called to inform us she wasn't mastering a few commands and asked if they could keep her a few extra days to ensure she learned them at no extra charge! Jack did an amazing job teaching our girl basic commands and instilling obedience into her. She looked happy in every photo we received and came home well mannered. I highly recommend Better K9 for boarding or training! Jack is a great, thoughtful trainer and the staff are incredibly sweet.

The staff at Better K9 have taken care of Wylie at overnight camp at both of the facilities since he was 2 years old . He loves going there. When I first took him to other overnight facilities, he would look over his shoulder so sadly at me as I dropped him off. With the Better K9 staff, he walks right in and never looks back, his tailing wagging a mile a minute. Now that he is older, the great care they give him, including his medications, is a great comfort to me. He is always happy and more energized when I pick him up than when I dropped him off. He thrives on the attention the staff gives him and the chance to "just hang out" with other older dogs. Audrey and Veronica and their staff are great.

Have never had an unpleasant experience at Pet Patrol! I’ve boarded my 13 yr old Beagle here probably 10-15x over the last several years…staff is always friendly, helpful, provides a flexible schedule and there are fun options to add-on to your pets stay (cuddle time, one on one play time, treat time, spa treatment, etc.)! Dogs have options of suites w/ various amenities, play areas aren’t outdated, and from what I can tell they’re more hands-on than places I’ve previously gone. Fair pricing, willing to refund as necessary, and they send you updates/pics! Highly recommend!

Took our puppy here to meet and play with other dogs. He loves it and all the employees too. He's made lots of friends. They take good care of him. And the prices are excellent.

Booked my dog for a wash and haircut. In all honestly probably one of the worst cut he has ever gotten. I clearly stated that I wanted a low trim on his behind as well but it looked untouched, to me it is a no no based on how much I paid. I do a better job at home. I was also upset to have been charged an extra fee. I was told when I asked that he would be ready around 12pm and I would receive a text. Around 12pm means around 12pm to me. Have in mind that I had an event that was ending at 12pm, I thought it was perfect, so I did not make any arrangement. I received a text at 11am and they told me that I had until 12pm to pick him up otherwise they were closed from 12pm to 1pm. I don’t think I remember seeing that they closed for lunch on the door. I should have been made aware of that when the lady told be that he would be ready around 12pm. I knew I was going to be there by 12:15pm to get him. I explained it to the lady that called me once I got there but she had no problem still charging me. I was at their door waiting around that time. I even told her that it should have been a courtesy for her to wave that fee since I was in a way mislead and I was a new customer. Her face said it all, if I could read her mind I am sure I would have been more upset. Of course this is a turn off for a first time customer, and since I hated the dog’s cut I certainly will not be coming back.

Best handling class in So CA. Great training facility with knowledgeable accomplished dog savvy instruction. Showed trained my last pup here, debuted him and finished him in three weekends. In the summer I take my dogs here to swim and keep them in condition. My dogs love this place and the wonderful people who work here.

Briarcliff Pet Resort is by far the best boarding option in all of the Inland Empire. I have brought my dogs here for many years now and have nothing but good things to say about this incredible pet resort (it really is a pet resort). One thing that stands out is how clean their facility is. The manager there Juliet, one of the kindest people you'll ever meet, maintains high standards for keeping the resort clean, safe and orderly. Dave who does the training there is also a true professional at his craft. I did his training program with my super high-energy GSD and he taught me control and training techniques that were an absolute game changer. If you're looking for a top-notch, quality boarding and training pet resort, this is your place.

I took My dog to Briarcliff About 3years ago for the first time . He had a great time I was very happy with their services everybody there said they loved my dog. A year after that I took them again and same experience . I am a Disabled Proud Marine And my dog is a Marine Corps dog and has been a godsend to me. Nobody told me anything different. Now I call up and make a reservation and I get a call back from the manager Juliet and she tells me that the last time I brought my dog about 2 years ago she said that my dog was growling at certain attendants and not being cooperative. I never heard anything about this when I took my dog 2 years ago .Nobody said anything. What this lets me know is that they don't have the right people working there and I am glad that Juliet called me and let me know because I do not want to take my dog somewhere that they do not know how to handle dogs . My dog would not hurt a fly and I have had him for 4 years and he has never growled at anybody or anything. Anyway This Proud Marine definitely would not refer Briarcliff to anybody anymore because I obviously have no confidence in their services and I appreciate them Letting me know.

My dogs have always enjoyed their stays at Briarcliff Pet Resort. I found their updated booking system easy to use and appreciate the prompt response whenever I need to reach out for information. The dogs have always returned home in really good conditions and the photos I receive while they’re there are an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this facility to those looking to board their dogs in the Menifee area.

I’ve had my fair share of positive moments here, but unfortunately, the establishment has undergone significant changes. I began bringing my pet here around five years ago. It wasn’t my top choice, but its proximity to my home and reasonable pricing made it a convenient option. However, over time, it seemed as though they were actively trying to deter business. There are obvious staff shortages here, which seem to be confirmed by their, inconvenient operating hours and odd closure days. Could this be why they’ve implemented policies that appear to be designed to discourage customers? For example, many places allow pet owners to administer their own vaccines. I’ve been giving my pet the Bordetella vaccine for years, even documenting it with photos of the labels and bottles. Yet, they insisted that I couldn’t board there if I was handling my own vaccinations. Once things started to normalize post-COVID, I decided to have the vet give the bordetella vaccine. I attempted to schedule boarding for an upcoming vacation, only to be told I was calling too early and couldn’t book outside of a 60-day window. This was incredibly frustrating, as kennels in our area fill up quickly. After planning an expensive international trip, I really wanted the peace of mind of knowing my dog had a place to board. I marked my calendar to call back within the specified time frame. However, months later, when I finally made the call, I was informed that the owner no longer accepts Italian mastiffs at the kennel. I can’t say I was surprised, considering I hadn’t been able to get my dog in for the past few years. Sadly, this often happens when businesses have an abundance of customers… they no longer feel the need to provide real value. It’s disheartening that we were treated this way and then simply discarded. A more sensible management decision might have been to stop accepting NEW Italian mastiffs. Considering the breed’s average lifespan is only about eight years, and they’ve already been accommodating us for five, we could have continued for the next three before being turned away. Now, I will never support this business again, even when I get a different breed.

Fantastic boarding & training facility!!! My dog received the best care & had the best time. I will always bring my dogs here.

We boarded our two dogs with Briarcliff this last weekend and they were absolutely wonderful! Very professional and very caring! They took very excellent care of our fur babies! It was our first trip away from them in years and they made us feel very comfortable about the care they received while we were gone. We highly recommend them. The staff member who greeted us when we dropped off and picked up was phenomenal. So glad we found a place like Briarcliff to care for our fur babies when we are in need of a place to board. I can't say enough positive things about our experience.

I’m not one to write reviews, however, I feel this one is necessary!! My sweet Cooper has been going to Coventry for the past 3 months, since he was 5 months old. My previous dog also went to Coventry for about a year until he passed and my sweet kitty was boarded there while I was on vacation. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Cooper is having SO much fun with his friends and learning and developing his puppy brain, as well as in the best care with the best staff! When we drive to “school” (Coventry), he gets SO excited you can see it in his face in the first pic! The environment is clean, positive, and very friendly! There’s also fun activities Cooper participated in such as the Olympics, varsity swim team, doodle day, and bingo! I recommend all my friends to Coventry and to really take advantage of their daycare punch card!! They also do the best job with grooming!! Overall, Coventry is a very professional and as I’ve mentioned friendly environment, I cannot recommend them enough!!

We have been taking our kids to Coventry Pet Resort for the past decade for boarding, grooming and daycare services. The service is top notch and all our dogs love going, especially to daycare where they play all day with their friends. Ryan and all the staff are always so friendly and you can tell they love animals which makes me feel very comfortable leaving my loved ones at Coventry. Murphy has been coming here for the past 8 years and absolutely loves doggy daycare. Doggy Olympics was one of his favorite events and he won a gold medal. The staff is super friendly and they carry tons of high quality food and treats for the dogs. Highly recommend!!!

We had a last min change of plans from a trip booked to the Grand canyon to death valley due to bad weather! This place was perfect for our quick change! It's $15 a night for tent camping. We had a cute spot with a pretty tree and a picnic bench. The bathrooms were nearby. They have 2 stalls and showers. The water was hot which I need! Across the street is the gas station and general store. We stopped by a few times for ice cream and souvenirs. The restaurant next door we had lunch at one day and breakfast the next. The food was great and the service too. The drive to most of the trails and death Valley were at least an hour to an hour and a half away. Make sure you have gas in your car!!! We overall had a blast and highly recommend staying here to tent camp!

Coventry Place is an amazing place for daycare and boarding! My Spicy absolutely loves it there, the staff are caring and friendly. The groomers also do a great job! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My dogs have been going to Coventry for years now and what in love is the special care my dog receives. It is the only place I trust to leave my animal knowing he will be treated as if he was home. He is so excited to see the staff daily when he is dropped off at daycare. The staff is like family and greets us by name when we walk into the door. You don’t receive service like this anymore, if you’re looking for a place for your fur baby- this is the spot!

I’ve been taking my girl Whiskey to Coventry Pet Resort for doggie day care and overnight boarding and Whiskey enjoys her visits and overnight stays. The staff are kind and caring and attentive to me and Whiskey.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Coventry for over 15 years. My beautiful baby girl Racine LOVES it there. She enjoys daycare 3 days a week and is so excited to see the wonderful staff and greets them with hugs and kisses. She gets a bath and teeth brushed once a month and they always do a beautiful job. Thank you for taking such great care of Racine!!!

I was so happy Coventry was recommended by several of my coworkers. Everyone is so nice. I love that I can request grooming during daycare! I love that it is affordable but most of all my dog enjoys the pet resort. She goes in happy and comes out happy. It’s a safe place for my dog to run and play while I work.

Michael took care of our dog and groomed him. Let me just say this was the best grooming we have ever had. Deborah the business owner is so kind and they literally are there to take care of the dogs all the time. Wish if I can give more than 5 stars for this wonderful service ♥️

A Wow Experience at Smart Parke Dog Boarding! We were absolutely thrilled with our first interaction with the staff at Smart Parke. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. Our initial assessment for our pups, Diesel and Biscuit, went wonderfully. They had a fantastic time, and we were reassured by the camera feature that lets us stay connected even when we're physically apart. Thanks to this positive experience, we felt immediately at ease and comfortable enough to sign up for daycare. Dropped my Husky Nymeria off today for her eval and she did so good! I loved that they have cameras so I could check up on her. She loved the outdoor water pad and misters and running around making new friends. The facility is super clean and the staff was so friendly. Can’t wait to take her back for a regular day of day camp!

Absolutely love this location, was a t a few other local dog hotels and day camps and this one exceeded my expectations. They have cameras in the facility so you can watch your pets playing and interacting, you also have a view of their room. Will definitely recommend this clean, staff friendly location to everyone in the area.

Very clean facility. Love the webcams…checked on her often and she was very interactive with her new friends. She stayed two nights and seemed very comfortable in her environment and at bedtime. She’s always super tired when she comes home from here, so that’s good. Life saver for your doggie take care needs.

UPDATED: We just got back from a week long roadtrip for our summer vacation and this was the longest we have been away from Zeus. The kids loved that we were able to check in on him any time with the webcams. Even at 7am, he was already awake and playing with so many of his new friends. We loved that he was able to have a break from doggy day care during his day and go back to his suite for naps throughout the day, then return to doggy day care. We added on some treats every day like the peanut butter kong and the frosty paws ice cream. Everyone was very helpful, and the webcams were always accessible, even at 2am. Original Post: We love Smart Parke Corona! beautiful, clean, and modern facility for doggy daycare and overnight boarding, at reasonable prices. We love the live 24/7 webcam, and all-inclusive experience. Now we don’t feel guilty going on vacation because our dog is also on vacation when he’s staying at Smart Parke.

My 10 month puppy had a good experience for 3 1/2 days. We received video update to see him socializing with the other dogs. He was bathed before departure with nails trimmed as well.

I appreciate the great customer service and pet care. The team is thoughtful, understanding, and willing to answer any question. Having webcam access helped me feel comfortable. I loved seeing my fur babies while on a week-long vacation. Daily report cards were always timely. I’d love to see the report cards evolve and include even more info like temperament, more tailored videos, and maybe even pictures during cuddle time too. My two small pups were very comfortable and safe— they even stayed together which meant a lot to us. When I arrived for pick up, my pup spotted a member of the animal care team and ran up to her first. That makes me happy! The reception area is big and roomy. All facilities are clean. 10/10!

Dexter has boarded at the Smart Parke in Corona twice now and stayed for daycare multiple times and we couldn’t be more pleased. We love that we are able to see how he is doing 24/7 and that he is able to socialize and play in a clean and safe environment. The staff is very friendly and we are so happy to have a reliable place to take him.

Our pup did so great in his trial that we had him stay for the weekend. It was nice to be able to watch him on the cameras and get his daily report card. The staff is so kind and loving. Facility is clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Sending my dog Yuki here for boarding was great! I really like how they evaluate your dog before allowing them to stay, how they have cameras to watch your dog, and how clean the facilities are. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Although he is much happier at home, I know he is in safe hands when I send him here. I wish the camera in the private room was angled more downwards so I could see him better (I wanted to see if he had water in his room or not). Will definitely be coming back!
