Diane has boarded our chocolate Labrador, Bentley, on a number of occasions now and he absolutely loves his holiday. We always know that he is in safe hands when we leave him and Diane keeps us updated with photos. She also provides home visits for our cats to feed them and spend time with them so that they don't have to go into a cattery. Would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend Diane and family highly enough both for dog walking and boarding. Sadie loves her yearly 'holiday' where she is treated as one of the family. We have no worries leaving her, safe in the knowledge she will be well walked, looked after and cuddled! The regular updates whilst we are away reassure us she is having a fantastic time.
I Have been taking my springer spaniel dog Cooper here from been a puppy he has always settled in well and when we go to pick him up he cant make his mind up if he wants to stay or come home with us they treat him like there own dog it's well run business and keeps everything up to date we can go away with piece of mind knowing he will be safe and loved in home surroundings not in kennels. .
Olya is by far the best cat sitter Violet and I have ever had. She clearly loves cats, and my very picky cat loves her. She is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and I get plenty of pics of Violet playing, being bridge, and snoozing so I never have to worry about Violet when I am away.
Olya takes the best care of my gorgeous young Holly and sends me photos of how she’s doing and the walks she’s enjoying in her care. I couldn’t be happier with the service Olya provides and I’ve never had to use a kennel since getting her at 8 weeks old. Holly is always excited to go and stay with Olya and pulls to her door without hesitation or crying at being left which makes me very happy. Excellent service and highly recommended.
Can’t rate this service highly enough. This was the first time we had left our dog anywhere and we were anxious about doing it but Treacle loved every minute. We were sent regular updates with pictures which we really appreciated. So happy to have found a safe and caring environment and will definitely use this service again.
Olya at Fluffy Paws has looked after our pets several times over the years and she is amazing. From a few days break to a week away I always know I can trust her to love and care for our cats and dogs. It's not an easy job with older pets and young nervous ones but Olya is thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable which means the pets have a great stress free time whilst we are away. She will adapt her care to their differing needs, give medication where needed and sends lots of updates- this helps so much and allows you to enjoy your time away with peace of mind. I can't recommend Fluffy Paws enough
Olya, is very accommodating with meeting the owners needs, and the dogs. Jazz took to Olya straight away, and responded to her instructions well, firm but fair. Her love of animals was obvious, and appreciated by Jazz who loves being stroked and having tummy rubs. I would certainly use Olya again.
Olya came to the rescue when another sitter cancelled on me last minute. She was very gracious and stopped by the same evening I contacted her! She is a pro -- she provided wonderful care for all 5 of my cats, sent lots of pics and communicated regularly, and can even tell my three black cats apart! They all adored her and you can tell she truly knows how to understand and handle their distinct personalities. She has really put my mind at ease -- she is reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to book her again and again to care for my babies!
Olya was absolutely brilliant looking after my 3 cats. She sent videos and photos of them when she visited. I would definitely use her services again in the future.
Olya was amazing and put me at ease as this was the first time I’ve had someone else watch my cat. She made sure to send daily updates and photos. If you’re looking for a cat sitter look no further, Olya is your gal!
I've booked fluffy paws a couple of times when I've been away and my cat needed someone to give him his meals and, very importantly, spend some time playing or just hanging out. He usuehas outdoor access but when we are away he needs to be locked in so some company and activity is really important. Fluffy paws was brilliant and I would recommend to anyone. Also great at sending lots of pics and videos, which I always value greatly.
My dog Molly had a fabulous time. She was well looked after and we loved getting updates about her day. Would definitely recommend.
We boarded our 9 month old terrier George at Manor boarding kennels, it was his 1st time in kennels & he appears to have loved it he is the same cheeky feisty dog he was before going into kennels. You hear so many horror stories about kennels but the staff & owner were all great. Would recommend and George will be going back next year.
These kennels are brilliant look after my enzo was in for over a week and he was fine and he’s a bit of a naughty boy but they said he was really good if its your dogs first time in kennels why not take them for one night or two to ease them in before you leave thats what i did and it worked
I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from Manor Kennels. I recently left both of my dogs in their care for a 12-day stay, only to be met with severe disappointment and health issues upon their return. Before booking, I was explicitly informed by a member of their staff that all dogs must be fully vaccinated, including for kennel cough (which both of mine were). Trusting this information, I felt assured that my dogs would be in safe hands. However, within less than 24 hours of collecting them, both of my dogs started showing symptoms of kennel cough. A visit to the vet confirmed my worst fears — both dogs had contracted kennel cough, costing me an additional £100 in vet fees. I called the Kennels and the owner wasn’t available and I was told by another member of staff that the kennel cough vaccine was not compulsory. I’m absolutely staggered that you wouldn’t insist on ALL dogs to be completely vaccinated before allowing them to stay in your care. Surely, this would massively reduce the risk of any infections spreading. I called again two days later and the owner's response was appalling, attempting to downplay the severity of my dogs' condition and making out that I was exaggerating their illness. This level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I entrusted Manor Kennels with the well-being of my pets, and they failed miserably. I strongly advise against using their services if you care about the health and safety of your furry friends.
Our two dogs recently spent 3 nights at Manor Boarding Kennels. It was our first time using the kennels, and the staff were very helpful and friendly both on the phone when I booked, and in person when I dropped the dogs off and picked them up. The dogs seem to have had a lovely time and have come home happy and healthy.
Our dog Bailey was looked after by Manor Boarding kennels, and they did a great job. They sent us videos via WhatsApp of our old boy whilst we were on holiday. He was happy around staff when we picked him up and was being affectionate around them before we left. Very happy customers
My 2 dogs have stayed for the first time this week and they have been so well looked after they have come home very happy. All the staff were really lovely kind and helpful have already booked them in again. Thank you so much for looking after our dogs so well
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - My 15-year-old pug was taken there last Sunday evening because she had gotten out of my garden. Despite the fact that she is chipped (and I checked with the chip company that that was the number they had on file), they never called me to say that she was there! we called within about 15 minutes of her being dropped off by our neighbour and they said that I could not pick her up that evening because there would be nobody there – this begs the question for all those that their dogs there, why is there no one there overnight to keep an eye on your dogs? We had stressed to them that my dog has dementia and this would be very stressful for her plus the fact my other dog is never without her and became very agitated. When I picked her up, she stank of pee and poo - she was with them for less than 15 hours! She has also brought home a version of kennel cough which has infected both her and my other aged dog - a £90 visit to the vet confirmed this (and my dogs are vaccinated against kennel cough so it must be rife in the kennel for them to pick it up) - this is distressing for both of them and myself. There was no notification that kennel cough is around the kennel. To add insult injury they charged me £82.50! I would never trust them with my pets. UPDATE - my old Pug died - can’t completely point the finger at them, but her weakened state definitely impacted her. They also haven’t even had the courtesy to respond to my post. They are despicable.
My 2 1/2 year old Shih tzu has just stayed here for three nights. On arrival the owner made a snide comment about my dog which made me think she was not keen on them. Not a good start. All dogs barking the whole time I was there. I never actually got to see where my dog was going to be staying as she was taken off me in the office. No communication during the three night stay. On returning to pick up my dog (all dogs still barking) I asked three times how she had been and was told ‘fine’. A worker handed over my dog and asked if she had come with any blankets or things. Surely she would have seen her with them in the kennel? On returning home it was clear that my dog was hungry and seemed to have lost some weight. I understand that this could be from my dog being unsettled and anxious from being left but should have been told this.
We bring our puppy, Nora, here anytime we need an overnight stay - Everyone is brilliant and we always rave about this kennels to everyone we know with a dog! She comes home as good as gold and enjoys herself..Lovely!
Our dog stayed for 15 nights. She seemed to have fun and all staff were very pleasant and helpful
This is Scooby who has just returned from a stay with Linda & Harry in Pudsey. I would love to say what a fantastic couple they are. I would love to say how much Scooby would like his next holiday to be with them. But if I do everyone will want to take their fur babies to them and I won't be able to rebook them. Thank you is not enough to express our gratitude. Harry is officially Scooby's new BFF , but he does love Linda too xx
Just brought Mollie home from her first Petstay. She loved being with Harry and Linda in Pudsey and they loved having her. Such a lovely couple, and thanks to Cheryl for organising at such short notice. Will definitely use Petstay again.
Alfie our Maltese has just had a wonderful 10nts with Kathy in Rothwell, he's very happy and relaxed. After losing my Mum we weren't sure what we would do. Highly recommended PetStay :) Thankyou
Carey is very accommodating, understanding and flexible when it came to pet sitting my dog and my parents dog. She was thorough with paperwork which helped ease my anxiety of other dogs passing on illnesses so I knew all vaccinations were up to date. When my dog fell gravely ill, she was very thoughtful and kept checking in with us. Lola loved her time with lead the way, and hopefully one day when she recovers she can return. Thanks Carey.
The most amazing care and understanding you could ever wish for. My dog has a great time here with humans and fur-friends alike! Recommend unreservedly.
Excellent! Phoebe spent 10 lovely days there whilst we were away. She didn't want to come home!

Our dog loves this holiday home! Really helpful and homely stay for our dog!
I can’t say enough good things about Ally’s Dog House! My dog absolutely loves going to doggy day care here. Every time we arrive, he gets so excited and can’t wait to join his furry friends. The care and attention Ally and her team provide are truly exceptional. I’m genuinely puzzled as to why Ally’s Dog House only has four stars. I’ve never heard anything but positive feedback from other pet owners, and my own experiences have been nothing short of fantastic. Ally’s dedication to the well-being and happiness of the dogs in her care is evident in everything she does. I suppose actions speak for themselves, as she is often booked up for overnight stays. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved, cared for, and have a great time, look no further than Ally’s Dog House. Highly recommended!
My little dog has been going to the Wellie Boot doggy day club for 2 years now. He absolutely loves it they are like another family to him . Ally has also worked wonders on his training . I’d fully recommend them to anyone .
Ally has provided much needed advice with aspects of my dog's behaviour and I fully trust her. Should I need a dog trainer again in future, she is the first person I will contact!
Full of dog suit hand saves
Easily the best dog walker around. My MaltiPoo loves Doggy Trails! She always comes home tired and they go above and beyond to meet my requirements. Would 100% recommend Doggy Trails to anyone needing pet care.
Highly recommended dog sitting service. Flo (our dog) was well looked after and enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Happy to recommend and will be using this and other Doggy Trails services again.
Fantastic service! Our dogs always love a visit to Doggy Trails and love the home made treats even more 😋 I would recommend to any dog owner! …
Feel very reassured leaving my dog at doggy trails. Good friendly service and the homemade treats are a nice touch.
