We have just used Paula's Pet Sitting service for the first time with 3 of our whacky kitties, and it was the least stressful absence we've EVER had! It's so nice to have the peace of mind that everything is taken care of and to be able to see and read that all the critters are acting normally. Thank you so much, team! We have used Paula's Pet Sitting for over 2 years now and taken advantage of the wide range of services they offer. They are always flexible with our ever changing schedule and always go above and beyond to make sure our fur baby is taken care of. Another great feature is the time to pet app that they use. Everyday I get an update with pictures of how our little fur baby is doing during her visit. The pet sitters are always professional and always respond quickly to questions and schedule changes. I would highly recommend using Paula's Pet Sitting for all your pet sitting needs.

I have only used them a few times so far but HIGHLY recommend!!! My friends first showed me how to get a pet sitter with an app while I was away visiting them and I loved the idea so I could set up times without having to call. When my one of my other friends told me about Paula's Pet Sitting it was exactly what I wanted! Unlike Rover and Wag you get to meet your team and that was extremely important to me. They came, saw where we kept pet items in the house, and met me and my pups. When they came both times, they were fantastic! They let you know when they have arrived, and then at the end they send you pictures of their visit as well as a message letting you know how it went. It is so nice to have finally found a pet sitter I feel comfortable with and with many options to use (dog walks, mid day let outs, overnights, etc.). Again, I HIGHLY recommend them.

I brought home a 6 week old puppy and hated leaving him alone during the day. Driving home on my lunch break daily was not a sustainable plan. A friend recommended Paula's pet sitting and I am so pleased I contacted them! My puppy gets visits twice a day and loves each woman on the team that is assigned to him. They refresh his water, prep Kong toys, replace soiled potty pads, and send me a report with pictures after each visit. I am still working on training and the ladies work along with me. If I require the dog sits before a gate is opened, they do the same. If I reward my puppy for relieving himself in the correct place, they do to. I don't have to worry that visits are counteracting the training. If you are considering using a pet sitter- go with Paula's!

We used to avoid travelling because it was so uncomfortable asking friends and neighbors to care for our cat while we were gone and the cat would get upset and pee on the carpets. With Paula's we know our pets routine is as normal as possible so they're happy when we get back. They even water our plants and come at 12 hr intervals to administer meds to our 17 yr old cat.

We have moved to Midland in 2018 we needed to travel shortly there after. We are so lucky to have found Paula’s Petsitting. Without her and her staff it would’ve been very difficult to go on trips and feel assured that our “hairy “children are very well taken care of. Before moving here we used to “board “ our Pets and having them at home in their own environment is such a reassuring thing. Thank you for giving us peace of mind !

We hired Paula's pet sitting on 2 different occasions now. Their service is outstanding. The pet sitters are going above and beyond at each visit, they will check everything and keep you informed every step of the way. Last minute requests are responded to within minutes. Will definitely continue to use.

We planned a trip and three months before we left, decided to get two more westies, in addition to our four year old. We have only left the four year old with family members, but with two puppies, thought it would be best to keep their routine at home. Our vet recommended Paula's and the experience was wonderful! Daily updates and pictures made our vacation so much more enjoyable, knowing our boys were at home, playing in their own yard and sleeping in their own beds. Gigi did a wonderful job with the dogs and answered every question I had while we were gone!

Paula's Pet Sitting provides excellent care and recreation for my crazy cat, while providing me with peace of mind. And that is all I ask. I receive 'real time' reports and photos, which when shared with others always evokes the same response: "I don't get that kind of service from my pet sitter!" I will continue to use this service and confidently recommend it to others.

Absolutely wonderful! If you love your dog as much as I love mine they will be in excellent hands at beyond The basics dog care! You can tell the difference when someone sincerely does it for the love of animals and this place is all that and then some! I'm a guy that's very attached to his dog as though he's my little boy and I felt hesitant to leave him overnight anywhere and because of unfortunate circumstances I had to have a place for him to stay the night and all of my worries were taken away by the genuine care he received! Only boarding we use. We drive an hour out of our way just to use Jenny. She is beyond experienced handling dogs and takes great care of each animal as it’s her own! She helped tame Wildman Tux. ❤️

As always nothing but the best treatment . We've been using them for a few years maybe once or twice a year and our great Danes seem to enjoy and have a wonderful time. Very clean , plenty of space for the doggies to play and I cant say enough great things about Jenny. Patience of a Saint, nicest personality, clearly actually does it for the love of the animals.

The owner is awesome. We never have any issues. She does awesome with our dogs. It's so nice to be able to go away and know they are safe. Thanks Jenny for everything we appreciate you so much!!

I will not take my dogs anywhere else for boarding. Jenny is a dog person through and through and it really shows. She's always excited to see our dogs like they are her own. She takes pictures and videos for you as well. Nothing bad to say at all. I wish every animal boarding facility was ran by her!

The Best Vacation We've Ever Had! 🐾 Hello hoomans, I'm Ender! I am a seasoned 5-year-old Chocolate Labrador and this is my little brother, Elio, a hyperactive 5-month-old Golden Retriever. We wanted to use the internet (paws don't work too well on keyboards but we've managed!) to share our amazing experience at Country Road Kennels. From the moment we trotted through the doors, we knew we were in for a treat! Not just literal treats (which, by the way, were delicious!), but a treat of a time! The humans there were super friendly and knew exactly how to make us feel welcomed and loved. The Kongs! Oh, the Kongs! I'm pretty laid back, but Elio and I had so much fun playing with them. Those toys were filled with our favorite fillings and kept us busy for hours on end. Elio got to experience the joy of a Kong for the first time and he hasn't stopped talking about it (or chewing on them) since we left. The humans also took some really glamorous pictures of us. They made us feel like supermodels, and to be honest, we probably looked the part too! These were not your regular, run-of-the-mill snapshots, but proper photoshoots with great lighting and angles. Can't wait to show them off to our friends back in Omaha! Just before we left, we were taken for grooming. Now, I've been groomed before, but this was another level entirely. The groomers at Country Road Kennels took their time, were super gentle, and ensured that every bit of our fur was looking its best. They even got that pesky spot behind my ear that I can never reach! Elio was a bit anxious for his first grooming session, but the staff were patient and kind, making it a positive experience for him. We were a bit nervous about our long trip back to Omaha, but we needn't have worried. With our coats looking shiny, our tails wagging at maximum speed, and our hearts filled with fond memories of our stay, the journey was a breeze. We can't wait to go back for our next visit! Tina and her crew have taken great care of my dogs over the years! All are super friendly and accommodating with us humans as well:) I especially liked the daily photos sent to us while our pup was there.

This happened back in July but it’s been weighing on me so I need to share. Initially I thought this place was great since they were sending me pictures everyday but when I went to pick him up oh boy. He is a white dog and I fully expect him to get dirty but the amount of pee on him was disgusting, he absolutely reeked like pee and throw up. He was also COVERED in mats. I use to work at a doggy daycare/boarding place and this would have been unacceptable. I understand they can’t watch the dogs 24/7 but I didn’t know it was so little to where they pee all over themselves.

They did a wonderful grooming for our Golden Retriever. He looks great.

We always have a good experience . I always take my f u r baby to get groom very friendly and professional. Iwould not take MY BABY nowhere else . and yes I tell all my friends know they that's the place to take them very reasonable prices

Initially I loved this place. They seemed very friendly, I loved the text msg updates with pics option, and their prices were pretty good. It was overall a good experience… until the little blood sucking hitchhikers he brought home started terrorizing my family. My puppy stayed there in June… it is now the end of August and I’m still battling these fleas. He had never had fleas before and this was his first time staying away from home. Had I known this would’ve been the results I would have never chosen this place.

Tina and her crew do a great job on my dogs. It's great to make an appointment, but she has helped me out with a walk-in before and I really appreciate it. My dogs trust her to clip their nails, and if they like her, I like her! Thanks for doing a great job Country Road Kennels!

Fantastic place for our three dogs. Very affordable care. They also offer a full slate of grooming services. Lots of little extra add-on boarding services to keep every pooch happy. Our dogs especially love extra supervised play time each day for only $3 each 15 minute increment. We love this place.

I've been really happy with the grooming. The rates are really competitive. Best prices I was able to find. They do just as good if not better than any other place we have tried. Our girl always comes home with a seasonal bow in her hair. Great value.

I didn't even end up boarding my dog here. What I'm assuming to be the owner was rude and careless. Literally shrugged her shoulders and said "dogs escape" I have a husky so that was a clear concern of mine. She was very abrasive and her assistant was condescending. I definitely don't recommend putting any trust into these people to keep your pet safe. I'll be sharing this experience with every pet owner I know. I see that the owner responds to her poor Google reviews with the same attitude I was met with at check in. I'm glad I chose to ask questions instead of blindly putting my faith in those people, my lord. I'll pray for you.

My Harley girl has been coming to this facility for a few months now and she is always so excited to go play with her friends. The staff there are always so happy to see her and sometimes give me a review of how she did and what friends she had made that day. The only thing I could maybe critique is the cameras to check on the pups aren't great quality but now that she's so happy to go every few days, I trust these beautiful humans to take care of my baby girl. We have been taking our border collie puppy Dexter here for a few months now for daycare. They always take great care of him! He gets so excited when we pull up, and is always tired coming home. The staff there are friendly- we especially love Izzy, they always gives us nice little updates on how his day went! It's really nice that they have cameras as well, where we can check on Dexter throughout the day. The last few months he has grown a lot, turning into a nice young adult dog and we have them to thank for helping with that!

Absolutely Love and Highly recommend The Furlough Dog Daycare. I have two large dogs a Husky and a German Shepard which are difficult to find overnight stays or grooming, not for The Furlough, they are amazing. I use them for a dog play day, to let them mingle with other dogs in an amazing and safe environment or more recently a few nights vacations for the family I was able to board my dogs. My dogs love this place. Grooming is great too!! Thank you Furlough!!!

After having a few bad experiences at another facility with Titan, a previous dog I owned, I decided to groom him myself. I currently have 2 Keeshond dogs, Maive and Maverick. There is NO way I could groom them! I have only ever gotten them groomed here, and don’t plan on going anywhere else! Why would I? They ask me what I want for them. They follow through with the directions I give. They do it with a smile on their face. The best part is they do a beautiful job!

I have gotten my dogs groomed there and I have bored them there. I love this place they live on my dogs and take great care of them. I won't go anywhere else!!

I read all the reviews and a family friend recommended this place to me. I needed a place for my dog to be boarded for Thanksgiving week. This place is so nice and friendly. The staff members really care for your fur baby while you are away. There are nice dogs everywhere. My little husky-mix, Plum made lots of friends both human and canine while she stayed there. Miss Plum was so happy so she and I will definitely return to the Furlough for sure.

They take great care of our Sailor! You can trust them with your fur baby!!!

I love this place, it has been the only boarding kennel that gives me peace of mind with my 3 dogs. Friendly staff, they listen and care. With a high fence, my huskies can run around. They even take pictures to send to you and update you regularly regarding your furry babies.

Our dogs love staying here. Missy Forster-Rooney and her crew are very conscientious and knowledgeable. She makes sure her clients are current with shots, have all their meds, a healthy diet, exercise and rest. The kennels are very clean and the dogs get plenty of playtime as well as rest. Her rates are quite fair and her business hours are customer friendly. Try Walnut Ridge next time you need to board your dog(s). You will become a repeat customer.

The dogs seemed well taken care of. They got 2 dogs to get along when the dogs previously couldn't. They always seem fully booked, so make your reservation early.

Cannot recommend this kennel. Despite clear instructions to not allow my dogs to be exercised together - they were - resulting in an attack and death. I received notification of the death 2 days into a two week vacation. I still find this unbelievable.
