My dog David just didn’t wanna come home 10/10 we love Rick so much

Oscar enjoyed his stay, he was looked after really well and seemed reluctant to come home!!!! we have already booked him in for April for a further week. It was reassuring for us to leave him in a family home and definitely recommend Charlie's Pet Care.

Rick’s looked after our dogs lots of times now and he’s been fantastic. Very reliable, trustworthy and our dogs love him so highly recommended.

Simon is fantastic and we can’t recommend him enough. He has been taking our 1 year lab called Blake out about 3 times a week for the past 3 months. He is reliable, friendly and absolutely loves dogs. He has helped us with lots of advice and we really trust him. Simon house sits too and his prices for everything are very reasonable. We would struggle without him and Blake loves his walks.

Simon pet care is amazing, he is so good with our year old puppy Fuse, Fuse is so excited when he hears Simon coming and I know he is great hands when out on walks. Simon will always help us when needed and was so supportive when Fuse was a tiny puppy.

Simon has been walking our dog Ruby for over 6 years since she was a puppy, he is reliable and accommodating. He has been great from day one flexible and always has the best interest of the dogs, we wouldn’t use anyone else, fantastic person and dog Walker, we couldn’t recommend more highly, thanks for everything you fo for our Ruby

I would not leave my dog with anyone else. Simon and his associates are amazing, always really accomodating and more importantly have a great way with dogs and other animals. I have used Simon for dog walking and for dog and house sitting while away for weeks at a time and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Simon has been looking after our staffie for years, always available for short notice requests (he 'saved the day' more than once). Now taking our dog for regular walks. Very professional and reliable, highly recommended 👌 …

Our 7 month old Norfolk Terrier puppy had a first 'strip' with Elizabeth. She came home looking better than I could have hoped, and smelling sweet too! It was evident that she had suffered no trauma at all, and was exhausted by all the dog-socialising during her trips for treatment, and then back out to the garden with some of the boarding dogs. If you're a dog, this place is better than home!

The first time I took my reluctant Westies to the Doghouse, they had to dragged up the driveway, having never enjoyed previous experiences of dog grooming. However, they loved it and now sprint to the front door, hardly giving me time to lock the car! They happily spend the day being patiently groomed and bathed and when I return to collect them, they are usually dozing in one of the dog beds, hardly bothering to acknowledge my arrival. Happy dogs: happy owner!

Left Lady our wee dog with Elizabeth for several days and am very happy with her care during her stay at The Doghouse. Highly recommend it.

Albus LOVES both Sharna and Stanley :) he has been in their care since he was only 5 months old but we have felt completely at ease. We receive LOADS of updates each day of Albus playing with his friends and he's tucked up snoozing in his bed by the time we get home! Would recommend to all :)

Nala, our total princess of a mixed breed, joined Stanley’s team for some very long walks to try and wear her out while we worked. This was a huge success! She adores boss Stanley, and loves meeting so new many new furry friends to socialise with. With the new addition of Day Care, Nala will be a regular visitor as we know how happy and safe she is, and the simple ease of her being collected and dropped home is worth more than Stanley’s team know! Sharna and head boss Stan have created a wonderful Day Care for dogs, and we’re very lucky to be able to send Nala to them.

Our Dog Bella absolutely loves the day care,and will be staying for 2 weeks while we are on holiday,a big thanks to Sharna and Emily who have made Bella welcome into there home.We wish you all the success in your new venture of Stanley,s day care.many thanks,Lee ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

What a marvellous find! Sharna and Emily offer a wonderful professional service, and provide fun, exercise, and socialisation for the dog, and a trouble-free pick-up and drop off for the owner. My dog loves Sharna, and leaps in the van totally ready for a good time with his mates. He's exhausted but very happy when he comes back. I can't thank Stanley's Doggy Day Care enough, and hope the girls go from strength to strength - they deserve to.

My dog who is under a year old has been going to Stanley’s daycare for a day a week for a couple of months now. She sits waiting for her ride in the mornings and is reluctant to say goodbye when she is delivered home… she LOVES LOVES LOVES it!! Highly recommended.

We send our boxer to Stanley's and he has a great time stretching those legs and playing with other dogs in a safe environment. Always comes home sleepy. Easy to book and hassle free with collection and drop off.

My dog Murphy loves staying with Lucie 😊 he rushes off to see her and doesn't even look back at me 😂 I love how Lucie sends doggie logs every day, sending pictures of Murphy having fun on his walks with the other dogs. I highly recommend Lucie, such a lovely person 🙂 …

Lucie and her family 4 legged and 2 legged are lovely. Our 6 month old pup had a wonderful first day at doggy daycare. I loved the email notifications of the walks along with tons of pictures of what they were getting up to. He didn't want to leave. Once home he slept like a log and we had our first dream experience with him making noises and his little legs going. It's such a relief knowing he is happy whilst I am at work. Wonderful great secure facility and garden for them to play in. Thank you Lucie and Co

Bo Collie had his first stay at Dukesmead this week, and wow he has loved it. The staff are exceptional and he enjoyed all his fuss and playtime, especially the pool. He has come home like a playful puppy (he’s almost 8!) and smiling, looking forward to his next visit in October - well done ladies

Dukesmead really is the best! We used Dukesmead for the first time in March after having to leave our long-term kennels because our youngest was still entire and not fully socialized and we are so glad we found such lovely people to care for our 3 dogs and at the point we handed them over we knew we had made the right decision in choosing Dukesmead! Felicity, Kayleigh and Imogen are a wonderful team and I wish I had the words to write a review which does them justice. Not only were our dogs happy and relaxed staying there, but we’ve also never had anyone else take the time to provide care, advice and amazing support after bringing them back home. One of our dogs in particular who is very misunderstood 😉 and at the tender age of adolescence needed someone to understand his needs and Felicity certainly provided that and more and showed that some humans can be rather wonderful without the requirement of additional fees and glory. Hard to find now a days! Felicity, you have gone above and beyond for us and Ozzie and we seriously cannot express how thankful we are to have met you and we would never go anywhere else now. Thank you!!

I have used Dukesmead for 8 years and have always had a fantastic service. This year my dog who is 13 yrs old became very poorly and needed emergency treatment while I was away in Greece. Felicity was amazing in her care of him and had to fight several battles with the vets to get him treated . The other kennel staff were also amazing and took fantastic care of him. Excellent communication throughout so I was kept up to date with all of the treatment. Absolutely brilliant .

The absolute best kennels and cattery around. They are rated 5 stars for a reason!!! ⭐ The team are so friendly, welcoming and complete animal lovers. Our German Shepherd is a diva and not the easiest to care for, but nothing is too much trouble for Dukesmead. They genuinely love every animal in their care and it clearly shows. We absolutely hate leaving our dog behind, however having Dukesmead to care for her makes it all the more bearable. We would never use anywhere else. They are the absolute BEST!

We’ve used Dukesmead Boarding Kennels numerous times for our two ladies ever since they were 6 months old and we would never want to take them anywhere else! The team are amazing and Felicity keeps us updated with videos and pictures which is so reassuring. They love the time they spend at Dukesmead, always happy to go in and always knackered when we pick them up as they’ve had some great play time!

The team at Dukesmead are phenomenal! We’ve been leaving our dogs with them for years and we always felt really good dropping them off - our dogs would jump out of the car and run in to get hugs from the team! We’ve left puppies, older dogs, adolescents- you cannot go wrong here. We love the attention to detail - paddling pools when it’s hot, long walks, an owner who takes personal attention and ensures everyone including dog owners are informed and updated about how the dogs are doing. The kennel has been recently renovated, dogs have lots of space and an outdoor and indoor area. Our dogs always came back healthy and happy.Thank you to the team - we are very grateful for what you do.

I highly recommend this wonderful establishment. Felicity and her team work so hard to make sure all their fury residents are taken care of with lots of love and cuddles. I have two dogs who are so very precious the eldest is 12 the youngest is 6 I would not leave my boys with just anyone I’m thrilled to have found Dukesmead I know from the minute I drop the boys off they are in good hands and about to have lots of fun and cuddles, wagging tails do not lie and there’s a lot of wagging and excitement when we arrive at Dukesmead, if I could double this star rating I would 🐾😍

The best kennels I’ve ever used, my dog Major absolutely loves spending time here. From the moment we arrive he is jumping around inside the car, he leaps out and races into the welcoming arms of the staff who adore him. The staff are always happy, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and well experienced. You can tell they are extremely passionate about the dogs and don’t rush you at drop off, they take the time to speak with you about the dogs needs and what makes them happy. The kennels are well suited for dogs, especially when the dogs are of a larger breed and the staff make sure all dogs are exercised properly and socialised at no extra cost. 100000000% recommend, I won’t be going anywhere else 🐶🐕🐾

Fabulous owner Felicity and her team are professional, knowledgeable and engaging, creating a great environment for ones precious four legged friends. My shadow chasing slightly nutty Springer Spaniel Reggie has had 3 mini breaks at Dukesmead this summer & I feel so relieved to know he is in a kind, caring, safe environment. I cannot recommend his second home enough!

Well done !!! Hope you are happy . This association in Gran Canaria has worked very hard to save animals, it's not easy here and they only get help from private companies and people who try give as much as they can . No government support whatsoever, your company is cruel and stands for nothing good. If you weren't so aggressive and evil,, I'm sure you could have cooperated with them and the results of both companies meeting could have been awesome, but now, thanks to all the effort you have gone to to assault this NGO your image is ruined for ever. If there is any justice in the world you will have to rebrand your company or see it go bankrupt.

Such a shame you forced an animal charity that has been going for years and doing so much good to change its name just because you wanted to make money on their name Shame on you
