We have been using Pets For Life for a while now they are absolutely fantastic! Ali and Tine are very knowledgeable and have given us great service even at late notice. Our dog spends all of his holidays at Pets For Life as well as daycare and we trust them implicitly, he has come on leaps and bounds since going there. Our dog loves Ali and can’t wait for the door to open when she comes to collect him. They are a very hardworking team and it’s abundantly obvious how much they care. We highly recommend them if we could give more than 5 stars we would!

Absolutely fantastic. I have total trust in Tine and Ali. Barley loves it. When he comes home he literally goes straight to sleep. It's been so good for him to socialise and learn how to behave with other dogs in a safe environment.

We've had two of our dogs with Tine and Ali over the years, right from when they were puppies, and I can't recommend them enough. They are so caring and helpful, love dogs, and have so much knowledge - I don't know what we would have done without them!

Kiera & Ayden are absolutely brilliant! They looked after my 2 pet Degus while I was away for a week and I couldn’t have been happier. They are lovely people, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The love and care they show for animals is amazing. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

The most genuine, caring, animal-mad people you could ever wish to meet. We instantly knew we could trust Kiera & Ayden, and they made us feel like they adored our elderly cat as much as we do. Even though we just booked a single check-in they sent an text and photos to keep up updated and put us at ease. We would use The Micro Zoo in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you Kiera & Ayden.

Kiera and Ayden have just checked in on our rescue cat Alfie whilst we got away for a long weekend. They did an excellent job, are such lovely people, real animal lovers and very professional. I can’t recommend them enough

Kiera and Ayden took in our Bearded Dragon at short notice and we would highly recommend them. The care, knowledge and their love for animal's is outstanding. We felt bad taking our lizard home as I'm sure he had a much better time here. We have already booked him in for our next holiday. Marley also had his nails trimmed and we was kept updated as regularly as we had asked for. Thank you so much Kiera and Ayden, Marley is looking forward to his next holiday.

Obi ADORES his days at Bruce’s! From the moment his bus driver picks him up to the moment he gets home, tired and happy, I know he’s having the best time with lovely humans and his doggy friends. Highly recommend!

Marley loves Bruce’s doggie day care, he waits for Isabel at the window and goes nuts when he sees her pull up in the bus to collect him. He has so much fun when he’s there that he curls up for a cuddly sleep with me when he gets home. The staff there are amazing and I would highly recommend it, especially at this time when our dogs really need the interaction and socialising. He makes lots of new doggy friends and plays interactive games, I know he just loves going. They also send you regular photos to show you how your dog is doing and keep you updated.

My Golden retriever attended Bruce's and has loved every moment. He is always excited to see his driver, he loves getting in the van every week. They team are excellent, they arrange all the dogs according to temperament so I know that he's having fun in a safe environment. I'm kept well informed, I love getting photos of his time in day care. The whole process has been so easy. From my initial visit, to arranging his hours/transportation to invoices. Bruce's is a very well organised, professional organisation. I thoroughly recommend Bruce's Doggy Daycare!

My dogs have really enjoyed their time at Bruce’s Tunbridge Wells. The staff are very caring and enthusiastic. Unfortunately i mo-longer require this service but would highly recommend to dog owners looking for day care where you pick up a happy but tired dig

Lovely community feel, where our dog has certainly thrived

Bruce's DDC provides a completely secure environment for my Beagle to run free, off lead. I get photos of her on her mornings there, which I genuinely appreciate. She seems to have a different activity when she goes from "What's in the box?" scent games to climbing over obstacles to simply playing with other dogs. She is happy and alert when we arrive and has clearly had a busy morning as she sleeps most of the afternoon when she gets home. It is great to give her time to socialise, engage her brain and to be off lead. Due to Covid I haven't really had the chance to have a proper conversation with the people who take care of her, but they all seem very nice in the brief hand over time. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Murphy absolutely adores his days at Bruce’s Tunbridge Wells! The team at Bruce’s are absolutely wonderful, great communication and extremely friendly accommodating service always. From puppy training classes with Georgina at 3 months old, joining day care at 4 months old and now nearly 11 months Murphy is definitely a Bruce’s pup through and through! Couldn’t recommend enough!

There is poor communication between staff which leads to the customers time being wasted. They have no issue cancelling last minute. The staff aren’t particularly friendly or apologetic for their shortfalls. The play doesn’t look to be worth the price. There is a strong feeling that profit is the priority and customers/dogs are a necessary evil to meet this. I made enquiry online and was contacted the following day to discuss my dogs breed. I was transparent about my dogs breed and they invited me to a taster session to see if it would be a fit. I didn’t attend and was called to explain why and rebook. I rebooked. In the week before the second session, I received a follow up email and a phone call to confirm my attendance. On attending I was told my dogs breed was unsuitable and he wouldn’t be admitted. Vile treatment and extremely annoying and time wasting. Don’t recommend.

Bruce’s Tunbridge Wells is amazing! Ruby joined when she was a young and scared puppy and they were incredibly caring and took the time to help her settle. The staff are incredible with Ruby and I can fully trust them. They always have fun activities for the dogs which helps with enrichment and play - Ruby always comes homes exhausted after a fun day. I honestly can’t recommend them enough

Mazzie has been fantastic with our dogs and always responds quickly to enquiries for scheduling walks. We have no concerns that our girls are happy to see her and it is great to know they are getting walkies when we are not around. Mazzie also is always happy to sort out feeding if needed and anything else we might ask. Great service and so pleased we found Poppy and Pals. Thoroughly recommended.

Mazzie was a fabulous lady to look after my timid and shy Beaker. She really got to know her and her growl really well and definitely understood Beaker and her weird ways. Poppy and pals is a fantastic pet care service and I will highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Poppy and Pals are amazing. They looked after Hamish while we were away and he has been thoroughly spoiled. Mazzie spent time getting to know him and kept us up-to-date with photos - some really great ones! so we had complete peace of mind while we were away. We are very grateful for the care given to him (all 3 of us!) and will definitely use them again :)

Highly recommended 👌Mazzie is reliable and trustworthy so we felt very reassured that our little girl would be looked after in her own home ... without the stress of a cattery. We were kept up to date with photos (these great photos were taken by Mazzie 🥰) and sent little reports whilst we were away. I have had our labs walked by this company for years. They are brilliant trust worthy and love the dogs in thier care as they were Thier own. I would not hesitate to recommend. All our hairy guys have loved them and so look forward to going out with them.

Where do I even start! The Poppy and Pals team are wonderful, very reliable, kind and caring. They have walked our super crazy dog Odie since he was a puppy and that is no easy task. The team have also recently welcomed our latest addition to the family Molly for walks whilst we are at work. Mazzie is really great and I really can’t recommend the team enough.

We have used Poppy and Pals for the last 18 months have found them to be brilliant. They have treated our dog Babs with so much love and care, it’s been reassuring to know she was so well looked after on her walks while we were working. Overall an excellent and reliable service, we highly recommend Poppy and Pals.

Highly recommended, Mazzie is a lovely lady who look after for our 3 cats. She kept us up to date with photos and even video how our lovely boy Titu is playing with her whilst we were away. We will definitely ask her again when we are going away. Thank you Mazzie 😘

I could not recommend Karen at the Gate House Guinea Pig Hotel and Grooming enough. Karen looked after our tortoise for a few days whilst we went away and our tortoise had a lovely holiday. Karen is very knowledgeable, caring and has great communication - I felt comfortable in the knowledge that our pet was in very safe hands, especially if they became unwell etc. Karen was very helpful with our tortoises needs and was very accommodating. The price for the service is also very reasonable considering all the work Karen does. I would 100% recommend this service and would use again in the future.

I can highly recommend Karen who has recently looked after my 3 rabbits. karen has so much experience with small furries and takes so much care to ensure all the animals are happy and comfortable. I went away knowing that if one of my rabbits became unwell she would do what is needed and I trust her judgment completely. Will definitely use Karen again as I could really relax and enjoy my holiday knowing my rabbits were safe and happy.

Fabulous. Karen is knowledgeable and caring. She has a lovely set up and really took care of my guinea pigs as if they were her own. It's brilliant knowing you can trust the person you are leaving your little furries with and I will definitely be using her again. Can't thank her enough.

My rabbit stayed here last summer for a week whilst we were on holiday. From start to finish the service was incredible, we had photos and daily updates so we could see how he settled and how much fun he was having and he didn't even seem to happy to be home! Karen clearly loves all the animals as her own and a brilliant price too! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for small animal boarding!

Karen is so flexible, helpful and efficient. She takes amazing care of our guinea pig, and she’s also been great when he’s had medicine, or has been under the weather. Would highly recommend!

Karen is amazing! She always treats our piggies like superstars and gives them the most wonderful treatment during their grooming sessions with her. We are looking forward to being able to board our pets with her during the upcoming holidays too. She is very trustworthy and we highly recommend her.

This place is amazing! We used them for our beloved tortoise, Sheldon. I felt completely comfortable leaving him with them. They even gave him a gift when I went to pick him up. 100% recommended.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Karen is amazing with all animals and cannot do enough for them. She is communicative and helpful, and super friendly. The service is excellent value too.
