Pares is an experienced and quality sitter and we knew our cat Juniper (and a few plants) was well cared for. We received regular updates and photos which was really nice to have during our travels. While we missed Juniper, we could see that she enjoyed receiving cuddles and attention from Pares. Upon returning home, our flat was clean and tidy, and Juniper was very happy! Thank you for taking care of her!

I am struggling with naming our top adjective to describe Michael and Jeanne. "Conscientious" will likely be it but then again, "personable," "reliable," "organised," and "animal-loving" are top contenders. If you are reading this review and contemplating inviting this couple to watch your pets, then look no further. We have had a number of excellent house sitters but this pair was next level in terms of the love they showed our cats, Maxx and Nala. When we came back, we could our animals already missed them. These cats, who have never slept with anyone other than us, were getting in bed with them each night -- and that meant climbing stairs! The day before our trip, Nala got an ear infection and had to be put on steroids for asthma. Michael and Jeanne did not sign up for that when the sit was booked but they took it in stride. In the last-minute rush, I relayed that Nala needed her oral steroids morning and night. Michael read the RX label, indicating one dose a day, and contacted the vet to clarify. So you can see why "conscientious" is right up there. They saved Nala from an overdose! We were gone three weeks and they sent us just the right amount of pictures and videos. They bought cat toys (I forgot to put ours out!) and actively engaged with them, including 20-minute massages for Maxx. I truly believed them when they said they fell in love with our fur babies. The house was spotless (which was not important to me but truly appreciated) but I smiled when all six water stations in our yard were filled. They took seriously my love for and the needs of the wildlife in our yard. Our plants were all in good condition as well. Sensing they were "next level" when I met them, I predicted they would want to leave a meal for us upon our return. I asked them not to but they found another way to bow out with class. They made a donation to a nonprofit I work with instead. This I learned from the lovely thank you note they left. I hope they will consider Charles and I friends because we certainly feel that way about them now. What special people. If you book them, treat them well because they are going to do that for you for sure.

Amanda is truly our trusted sitter "find"! She comes back regularly, so much so that our kitties think she is their secondary owner! Always reliable, clean, responsible and most of all loves our cats as much as we do! Good communicator, self reliant - all in all a perfect "10"!

We literally cannot say enough positive things about Susan and Miranda! They are the best! From start to finish, they did an amazing job communicating with us, giving our 3 (somewhat needy) cats extremely high quality care and tons of attention, and keeping our house clean and plants watered. They took adorable pictures of the cats and sent them to us several times a day, played with them and gave them so much love and affection, and when we got home the house was even cleaner than when we left. We even asked them for some tips on how they were caring for the cats because our cats seemed happier and more relaxed than ever when we returned home to them! This was by far our best cat/house sitter experience to date. We hope Susan and Miranda are available again in the future to sit for us and would invite them back without hesitation.

Kathy and Ron arrived at our home with a most fantastical toy for our cats and a giant apple pie. Need I say more? They are very experienced sitters and brought personal items that they prefer. We knew we were leaving out cats in good hands. A large part of their 'job' was hand watering our garden and Ron took that in stride. Everything is thriving. Our cats are usually distant with new people but we received photos of them keeping Kathy and Ron company in various situations which was reassuring. They clearly won our cats over. Although Ron and Kathy had a ferry to catch on their last day, they took time to wash their linens and hang them on the clothesline. They also left us a gorgeous plant for our garden. We would very much like to have them back for a longer sit if possible.

Denae and Burl were absolutely fabulous house/pet sitters for 4 weeks, Dec 2022- Jan 23. They are very friendly and intelligent, caring towards the animals (2 cats and 1 lively dog), and left our home clean and tidy. It all went very, very smoothly. Jenima is an excellent sitter! She is organized, communicative and flexible throughout the stay. We needed a sitter at the last minute because Jazz got sick, and Jenima saved us. We left a little worried about him, but Jenima took care of him really well and kept us informed. Cats love her! We definitely recommend her to take care of your pets!

Caroline is an amazing sitter ! We were far away, had never left our cat for such a long period of time and we felt really confident with her. She took great care of our cat Honey as well as she did for the house, pool and garden. She was even able to handle the end of the refection of the bathroom which was a last minute surprise… We felt Caroline was reliable and self sufficient. We had a great communication with her during our stay abroad. We even found many nice intentions when we came back from our vacations such as fresh fruits and bakeries for a nice and welcomed breakfast after a night in a plane ! We definitely recommend Caroline for your sittings and we will obviously call her back !

Amazing sitters - I feel so fortunate to have had them stay. Chapeau was treated to daily walks and belly rubs, and my cat Tica was overflowing with contentment from having been taken care of so well. The house was cleaner than I left it and I was treated to a nice note and a lovely candle upon my return. Also, they left a checklist of item that they had done while here. Truly above and beyond!

Terrible experience, dropped my dog off last night. Once arriving one of the owners came and greeted me, she took me to the pen when my dog was staying, they were extremely small cages with their beds covered in mold. I was not allowed to leave any of his toys or blankets with him. I asked how much they get fed in the mornings and nights and got told that they are only fed one small peice of chicken in the mornings. All the dogs looked frightened when dropping my dog off. After half an hour I made my partner go back and pick him up, upon arrival he witnessed the owners verbally abusing the dogs that were barking. After picking my dog up he was very shaken and scared with only being there for 30 minutes.
Just arrived to drop our dog off and the man who runs it was very rude. We asked some questions about how the dogs are cared for and exercise but got limited answers. Wouldn't leave my dog here. Will find an alternative
Cheap but don't recommend it my dog seemed really scared and super hungry when we picked him up. I don't think they fed him properly and the man was pretty rude.
Wonderful staff that show the dogs in their care love and attention.

I stayed in Warrnambool for a week and needed a place to look after my dog. I called so many places and Josee was the only person who was nice over the phone and understanding in person. I was able to pick up my dog for a day and take him out before returning him. Highly recommended

I have been boarding my pets here over the last 18 years. My two dogs, a guinea pig, cockatiel and a cat. My cat loved it so much she never wanted to leave! Josee is the only one I would leave my friends with. Very clean with ample space and a good price. Highly recommend.
Hi moved from Qld to Victoria and stayed in Victoria for a year. Found Koroit Pet Resort for our old stray cat PITA who we found when we lived in NZ and moved to Australia and brought him with us. He had been badly treated in the past so was very nervous with strangers. We put him in Koroit Pet Resort and Josee was excellent and her son also. PITA regularly visited the Resort as my husband and I were away at weekends a lot. I have now moved to NSW and will miss Josee and her son Rocky as they were excellent with PITA, nothing was a problem, pricing was very good and they treated PITA as their own. Would certainly recommend Koroit Pet Resort 100%.

Terrible experience. They verbal quoted me one price, I tried to pay in advance on drop-off, they wouldn't let me. They didn't give me a written quote. When I turned up for pick-up, they increased the quoted price by $400 for a ten day stay (several smaller animals as well as the cat) and threatened to keep our cat until we paid. I ended up giving them $200 more than I had agreed to. They also had said they would move our cat to the outside kennels during his stay if there was space, but when we turned up they hadn't been used and he was inside in a cage the size of a freezer in 40 degree heat. Unlike a previous cattery experience, he was quite traumatised - regressive and surly for about a week. The nature, attitudes and handling of the price increase scenario strongly suggested a pre-planned set-up. Don't use this kennel.

We have taken our cats to Astralmoon for 9yrs now and love it! Louise takes such good care of all the cats with lots of warmth (in places for cats to snooze and in her interaction with them). She takes specific note of individual cat personalities and places them in areas (next to or away from other cats) accordingly. I always feel comfortable leaving our cats with her as I know they will be well taken care of.
Was very happy with the professionalism and friendliness first time using this cattery. I often travel to Melbourne and the location was great. To add, definitely a high qlty cat kennel, with optional inside and out. Cat had either option. Even though my cat hissed at the owners (she hisses at everyone) she seemed much happier then she has when i take her in out of other cateries. Definitely will be back. highly recommend!
A lovely quiet place to leave your furry friends. The cats have beautiful indoor rooms with outside access and they are well looked after. Just like being at home.
Welcoming clean and Bruce is very well cared for. I would recommend it to all cat owners.

Well what can I say about this fabulous place. Our little moggie Mitzy was so well looked after. When we left her there she seemed to settle in straight away. I can highly recommend this place to anyone. Both dogs and cats are so well looked after. They even have heaters in the kennels, which I thought was just fantastic. All animals have their own individual space to roam around in. I highly recommend this place. We'll be using this place a lot hopefully in the future. Debbie and Des are wonderful carers for the animals.

Our dog loves her weekly visit to Ultimutt. She is making lots of new friends and comes home happy and tired. Bec is easy to deal with and will pair your dog up with others of the same energy level to ensure they get the most out of their session.

We were very fortunate to leave Buddy with Bec at Ultimutt Doggy Daycare while we were in Warrnambool. We had a funeral to attend and it was Buddy's first time in a facility with other dogs so we were unsure how he would go. Bec assured us he would be fine. We had peace of mind leaving him.
