Leaving my best friend Shadow Balloo for the weekend with a new daycare and groomer was a smooth and easy process. I was anxious so I went and checked out the facility a week before. The ladies were very accommodating. He came home a happy, clean, smelling great boy with an awesome hair cut. Other places have struggled with my playful pup. I am Sooo pleased with the results. I definitely will return. I could tell he loved it there as he loved on them before leaving. I will be returning.

If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I take my dog to day camp and the nice young lady up front is always super nice and all the dogs seem to love her, she always goes all out for holidays with my pup and the others with gifts, treats, and cute photos from parties. The staff is always welcoming and do a great job of cleaning and having the place not smell like dogs come in. My dog almost jumps out the window and that's a good sign to me! I've been to multiple dog facilities and seen some not so great things from the workers caring for the dogs but with Best Friends I know I can take a huge breathe of relief !

The folks at Best Friends are great. The grooming is always top notch and Bentley my Schnauzer loves coming here and they love him. I would highly recommend them for your pet needs

Gus loves it here. I never take him anywhere else. The staff all know him and shower him with adoration and professionalism. Their groomers are top notch as well as affordable. I especially like that it’s all indoors and climate controlled; the Mom in me never has to worry.

I brought my puppy in for his first little hair trim! Chasedy did an amazing job with my little guy. The front desk staff were so welcoming and kind too. Overall very happy with the service.

Best Friends has been the best thing for my dog! The groomer Chasedy is so AMAZING at her job I've been to many grooming facilities and they've always messed up his cut he was always nervous at his grooming appointments but with Chasedy he gets so excited for his appointment. The assistant manager Arianna is always so kind and provides him with lots of attention and care, my dog loves her! The new manager Quinten has made the atmosphere so welcoming when walking in. The staff is all in all the best I have experienced. My dog also gets to go play all day unlike pet paradise and barker lounge and not so many dogs like camp bow wow with one person seeming like my dog isn't really safe and can't be looked after properly

Zoey and Nina love it here !!! Staff are very sweet, great at sending updates , and place is always clean. Great location for drop off. Definitely will continue to use them ! They are always happy to go for day camp

Like so many dog moms, my pup is my 4 legged baby. I wanted to make sure to find her a safe and reliable place for her to spend time during my workdays. Gilly always has so much fun when she stays here. I can rely on her being not only safe, but well taken care of, kept clean and fed, taken out for playtime, and pampered when she visits. Chasedy, Gilly's groomer extraordinaire, absolutely spoils her! Arianna and Quinten, thank you both for running such a smooth ship, you guys really are the BEST!!! Highly recommend, 10 stars!!!! PS...they must be under new management, because I have NEVER had any issues like some of the reviews left many years ago. They are awesome!

Terrible service. Dog boarded two nights and was to have been bathed before I picked him up . Brought him to me and was obvious he had not been bathed. I brought it to attention of office staff. They were extremely rude, did not believe me. Will never go back. We live a mile away and was very convenient. Now we drive to Fort Mill- much better service. I don’t see how they are still in business.

I have been bringing my fur baby here for almost 7 years. Day camps, boarding and grooming. I have closer places, but the amount of excitement Charlee shows when she sees her people and the fact that she runs right to the playroom door is all I need to know. They're all very kind, and I can tell they are all loving dog people. So A+++ from me!

I had a great experience with Petsitters Of Charlotte! I had them check in on my two kitties while my family was out of town and they kept me up to date and sent cute photos of my cats while I was gone. It was super reassuring to see how the cats were doing. I liked the service so much that I decided to pick up part time pet sitting with them as well because they mentioned they were hiring. I have been nothing but satisfied with my services since I started using Pet Sitters of Charlotte. They insisted I do a face to face interview with my pet-sitter prior to beginning, which made a lot of sense to me. She was very nice when we met, and each interaction with her has been amazing. She sends me texts to keep me updated on my pets when I'm away on business trips, and hand written notes on my kitchen table. The administrative team have always been incredibly responsive, helpful and accommodating as well. I receive my invoices, and company updates, although they do not overwhelm my inbox. I highly recommend Pet Sitters of Charlotte to anyone looking for basic check-ins and over nights. Me and my cats are very satisfied customers.

Shay and Megan did an awesome job taking care of my furbaby! They sent me pictures and texts at each visit to let me know how things had gone. Dawn in the office was super nice and really worked with me on short notice to get these two wonderful women to take care of my dog. I really appreciated their enthusiasm and their professionalism! Top notch people all the way around! I will definitley use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of a pet sitter!

Outstanding Service! We've been using them for 4 years to care for our blind dog and they always place her with a caring sitter. We receive accurate invoices and reports on our pet's status. While we are away, the caretakers send pics and texts which make us feel at ease. Big fans!

Petsitters of Charlotte was great! Allison did a great job watching and taking care of our little 3 month old pup while we were gone for the evening. I loved how I got pictures while she was with her. Will definitely use them again!

AVOID THIS PET SITTING SERVICE!!!!!! I paid to have my cat checked on for 7 days and the sitter only came for 3 of the days. Visits lasted between 3 and 6 minutes – not the 15-20 minutes I paid for. I only know this because my home security system keeps a record of every time someone enters and exits. I suspect this is a common practice but unfortunately most customers don't know that their pet is being neglected because their homes don't have the technology. If you want to pay money to have your pet neglected this might be a good service for you. If you want a good sitter look elsewhere.

Pet Sitters have been taking care of our dogs for years now when we travel & they have always been very reliable. We really appreciate the quick updates & open line of communication they keep . Kalin is very good with the dogs & they really enjoy her visits.

We needed to find a Doggy Daycare place for our babies that wasn’t like ones that you hear stories about all day play, no rest time, & 10+ dogs with 1 employee. We were looking for a place with rest, enrichment, but a fun environment! Our girls are more on the shy side with other dogs and get overwhelmed, so it was tough finding a place that offers one on one with stimulation. We live an apartment so it was important for us to get them out of the house often! Since the first day, we loved this facility. During the assessment, they called us and let us know how they were doing and that they were resting. Ever since, we’ve been a couple times and our pups demeanor has changed for the better! They are more stimulated and rest from how much fun they have. They get excited when they get in the car and when we pull in the parking lot. The staff ALWAYS greets us and tells us how their day went. We love this place and could not recommend it enough to anyone especially for people with dogs who aren’t as social like ours!

I just started taking my dog brandy here and she seems to love it!! I was a little worried because she is super smart which also makes her a little nervous and stubborn. After her eval, the staff mentioned specific traits about her that they noticed which made me feel like they really payed attention to her. Brandy is my literal baby and I really trust the staff at social pet. The report cards are nice and the pictures are amazing. I am so happy i found a daycare that Brandy immediately likes and I can’t wait to see her develop more in their care!!

Toby loves Social Pet! He is super shy and anxious but over time we have seen his demeanor change around other people and animals in the best way! He is building so much confidence with Social Pet and we are so grateful we started taking him. The level of attention from the Social Pet team is unmatched, I love getting his Daily Report Cards and seeing how his day went!

So easy to book, drop off, and watch your pup play online. I do wish the camera quality were better, but I love the staff's daily photos! They seem to really care about the dogs and actually give them attention. My little Lincoln was nervous on his first day but much more comfortable on his second!

Our dog loved their time here! The staff connected with me prior to our pups first visit to walk me through their process which was very helpful so we knew what to expect. Our pup was so happy when he came home and the small group play is a perfect fit! The portal is also very easy to use, book, and see progress reports.

I recently took my pup to Social Pet for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the grooming experience! After moving to the area, I was a little nervous about finding the right place, but the staff here immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly attentive and kind, treating my dog with so much care. The grooming itself was flawless—they did an amazing job with the cut and paid extra attention to keep my dog’s beautiful eyelashes intact, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend this place to any pet parent looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about their work and the animals they care for. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We felt so relieved seeing the daily report card and pictures of our girl enjoying her time and friends. She cries when we leave her but seeing her playing and enjoying other pups eases our hearts. We had Ava groomed before we picked her up and she looked so beautiful! She was glad to be home! But like a fly on the wall I now know she enjoyed her time at social pet.

My pup Smokey had the best time ever there! We boarded him for 3 nights and he was well taken care of. Slept like a baby when he got home, no doubt dreaming of his wonderful adventures.

This place is special thanks to amazing staff. I've got a rescue with significant anxiety/trust issues and they have been amazing with him! Shortly after I adopted Friday and before I knew about Social Pet in Pineville I took him to a different place and he had a really bad experience so I was really nervous about bringing him anywhere after that. Social Pet was recommended to me and I figured "Well, Friday is going to need somewhere to stay when I have to travel so I might as well give it a shot." I think I was just as nervous as he was when we initially went there but the staff was SO good with him and so good at explaining their philosophy to me and just reassuring me that Friday would be taken care of. This guy means the world to me and I cannot express how thankful and appreciative I am of the staff here. You guys are awesome and knowing there is a place that I can take Friday where he'll be happy and safe and treated well means more to me than you guys can possibly know.

We have been a client of For Pet Sake for over 6 years and honestly cannot say enough great things about our experience. We have a pet sitter that comes at least once a day and as needed for evenings and weekends. We love that all of the pet sitters are very experienced, responsible, and professional individuals! We are also thankful that for the daily visits (and most add-on visits) we consistently have the same pet sitter so we always know the person coming into our home and our dog is very comfortable with the person. They even text me photos of my cats when I am away. They pill, feed, change cat litter and PLAY with my wonderful pets! They take a lot of time with my cats. I cannot say enough great things about Purrfect Paradise. I have boarded my cat here several times and they have taken such great care of her each time. I also appreciate the daily updates with photos. This most recent time, my cat was feeling ill (she's a senior cat and often gets easily stressed and anxious) and they did not hesitate to contact me first thing in the morning. They took her to the emergency vet right away and continued to take great care of her when she was brought back. I have complete trust in Purrfect Paradise and will continue to board my cat here.

Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel took exceptional care of our Trixie for a two night stay. Their Surf room was clean with so many ledges, cubbies, a window sill for her to enjoy. Having the camera with live feeds was a comfort. They even sent still shots of her interaction with the staff during social time. Highly recommend.

Beyond happy trusting my baby with Purrfect Paradise. The daily updates and being able to have a camera in the room really meant so much to me while being out of town. Congri will be back here for his next kitty vaycay.

Grayce did not do well in a standard dog/cat boarding facility since there were other cats in cages next to her. At Purrfect Paradise, she stayed in the Mountain Retreat room with visuals of the staff through the door. Grayce loved the wall mounted cubby during her 7 nights there. The staff are pleasant from drop off, to the daily update emails, to pick up. Overall, lovely experience for Grayce and will be our go-to for boarding in the future!

So thankful to the love and excellent care our cat received from the Purrfect Cat Hotel during an extended stay while we were out of the country. We received detailed updates with pictures every day. It was so obvious that our cat bonded with the staff and was happy from the pictures and when we her up. Would not consider leaving her any where else!

This was the second time our cat Bogey stayed here. They go above and beyond to make sure he’s cared for, which says a lot because he’s a handful. I cant recommend this place enough. They send daily updates and pictures of your cat and are quick to respond even after hours. We use the camera rental so that we can check in on our cat to put our mind at ease when we’re on vacation. Great place, great amenities, great people.

My cat Pistachio stayed here for almost a week, and I received pictures and updates on how he was doing. I felt very comfortable boarding him here, and he looked like he had lots of fun! Definitely recommend!

I love this spot, and so does my kitty! The facility is clean and well-kept, which is the exception with many boarding places. The staff remember my cat and are excited to see her when she comes to stay, and they send daily updates and pictures, which I always look forward to! The rooms are very comfortable for the cats, and I never worry leaving her at Purrfect Paradise. I searched high and low for a boarding spot, and PPCH exceeded all my expectations and more. I will continue to bring my girl here time and time again :)

Our experience with Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel was, well, perfect! Our cats stayed there for 8 days while we were on vacation, and had a great time! I was thankful for the camera to check in when needed, and the daily email updates were great as well. The staff was knowledgeable enough to reach out and suggest putting a Feliway in their room, too, which drastically improved our pets’ stay. Our cats came home happy and healthy, and there were no stress-related arguments once we got home (unlike with another boarding facility previously). Overall, I was very pleased with Purrfect Paradise. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for us, it’s a small price to pay for our cats’ happiness while we’re out of town. I’ll definitely be recommending them, and will be back in the future!

Such a great experience with having my cat stay here! The staff were all very friendly and super responsive to all of my questions. The facility is clean and my cat looked like he had a blast staying there. He was basking in the sun by the window when I came and wasn't stressed at all like with other cat boarding places he's stayed at. I also loved the daily updates and photos! Will definitely book here again!

We are extremely satisfied with the care Happy Paws and More provides for our fur baby. They adhere to the routine we provide, take care of any special requests for feeding or meds, and keep us constantly informed. Our dogs love going to Vaughn and Jenny’s. We use them for walks, doggy daycare and overnight visits. They are really responsive, and send tons of pictures. I feel good sending my dogs to them!

We used Fetch when we out of town for spring break. We didn’t want to board our dog and cat so we chose Fetch to watch our pets on a daily basis they came several times a day to walk feed give medication and they loved it! Fetch sent pictures, updates and journaled through the entire stay. I highly recommend Fetch! Great service and our cat and dog we so well cared for.

Pam (the owner) and all of the dog walkers are so friendly and my pup loves them! I work long hours and schedule walks during the day, they have a user friendly app where you can see the route they take and they upload photos and a summary of the walk. I had to leave to California for a few nights and we scheduled almost overnight care. I felt so comfortable with Pam coming into my home and making sure my dog was well taken care. I set aside chicken in containers in our fridge for once a day. Pam even washed those dishes, which she did not have to do. If you are looking for overnight care or dog walks I highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable and I can't say enough good things about them.

My husband and I were in a scramble right before leaving for a 2-week vacation when our dog sitter could no long watch our 2 pups. I contacted Fetch to inquire about dog sitting services and within 24 hours, we had a meet-n-greet set up. The responsiveness and professionalism is top notch. We ended up having someone dog sit in our house with overnight stays and daily visits/walks for the 2 weeks that we were gone. I received updates multiple times a day with pictures and status updates on how our pups were doing. Our dogs can be escape artists and we always get nervous when leaving them under new supervision so we tend to be helicopter dog parents and often have a lot of notes for dog sitters to be aware of. Fetch took every concern seriously and ensured they followed our requests. I highly recommend Fetch and we’re definitely going to be using them again in the future. Carolina is just wonderful to work with and our pups absolutely loved spending time with Noah! We know they were in very good hands.

we just moved to charlotte and are in the process of finding our 'go-to' spots and services. one of the most important services we were looking for is a dependable pet care team that can take care of our 7 year old french bulldog when we're out of town for a few days. luckily, we found fetch pet care! we had a meet-and-greet with carolina and brittany to introduce them to our little dude, his mannerisms and his routine, etc. while we were on our trip, we received regular updates and photos of our little potato and we knew he was in great hands. we highly recommend fetch and in fact already have plans to use them next month!

They came for 1 week in June for me. My dogs were happy getting to be home and they kept me up to date each day with pictures and comments. They also fed and watered my bird. They collected my mail and watered my house plants. Great job!

Such a great service. Daily visits where my cats were fed and loved. A daily message about my cats - complete with photos was sent to me. My outdoor plants were also watered! When we got back from vacation- my cats were calm and happy.

I needed someone to take care of my cats while I'm out of town. Jane from Fetch did an excellent job. Not only she fed them and kept their litter boxes clean, but played and talked to them, just as I do.
