"A relaxing and long time away from home made possible by the best pet & house sitters we could have asked for!" Judy and Steph went the extra mile over their entire one month stay at our home. Both our cats became fast friends thanks to the care and dedication provided for them. We were routinely updated with spectacular photos of our furry girls throughout our leave that helped us be anxiety-free the entire time. Even our older shy cat spent time sleeping on their laps or hanging out on shoulders. As for the house, Judy and Steph left it even cleaner than when they arrived! We had a few tasks to maintain the lawn and potted plants outside, which were completed perfectly. They even tended to our vegetable garden where needed! During a 'risk of severe hail storm' alert, Judy and Steph kept us in the loop and went even further to place potted plants under shelter out of harms way. In summary, we recommend Judy and Steph and would happily have them return again if our schedules cross paths.

Ally was great! We got to meet for a few minutes before I headed out and I felt super reassured that both Goose and my home were in good hands. My cat is picky when it comes to strangers, but he was comfy in Ally’s lap right away the first night! She communicated well and sent cute pictures while I was away. My home was clean and Goose was happy when o got back. I highly recommend Ally as a sitter and she’s welcomed back anytime!

We are thoroughly pleased with and impressed by Daniel's kind, generous, and careful care of our cat and our house. He is a committed and experienced sitter who completely understands his role and responsibilities and also how to gently win the confidence and affection of a pet. He is an excellent communicator, and he kept us regularly up to date on our cat's well being--sending us texts and photos at least once/week as we requested. Our cat who is a little afraid of new people, grew fond of him, and we have returned to a very calm, contented cat. We highly recommend Daniel, and we ourselves would be thrilled to engage him again when the need arises.

We were so pleased to meet John and Trisha! We had them come in a day before we left and enjoyed a nice meal with them and they got to meet Delilah (even if she didn’t seem interested) but she soon warmed up to them - except for the Cat Videos - she wasn’t very interested 🤣 When we returned our home was so clean (probably cleaner than we left it)! We got frequent pics and updates on our Princess! They also left us with a Progress Report with Delilah’s activities and what they did at the house before they left. Daniel and Vasylyna were incredible house sitters and we would welcome them back to sit for us again any time they are available! They were fantastic communicators, making sure to work out details far in advance and they sent frequent picture updates of our animals which made us so happy while we were away. When the power went out in the neighborhood while they were here leading to a technology issue with our alarm system, they handled everything well. Upon our return, the house was clean, the garden was thriving and well cared for, and our dog and cat were clearly very loved while we were away - in fact our dog was sooooo sad to see them leave! I had the pleasure of getting to know them a bit before I left, and they are such a kind, adventurous, and great couple. I would highly recommend having Daniel and Vasylyna take care of your house, plants, and animals!

If you are looking for someone to take care of your fur babies and your house while you're away, Daniel is your guy! I had discovered zeewoi just a couple of weeks before I was to leave on vacation and I was not only apprehensive if the website was too good to be true, but also under a real time crunch. I reached out to over 100 local sitters and several possibilities fell through. I was confident I would find the right sitter and when Daniel applied for the sit and I started to text and converse with him, I knew I had found the perfect sitter for my two cats! Daniel was upbeat and positive, articulate and personable, warm and caring, and he asked all the right questions about Lilly and Eli (I hadn't had the time to complete my Welcome Guide, yet!?!). I shared that I had an easy cat and problem cat -- Lilly, who is sweet, social and eats dry food, and Eli who is skittish, was periodically pooping outside the kitty litter box and was eating prescription canned food twice a day mixed with a probiotic and stool firmer. I asked if he thought he was up for the job and he happily said he was. Since he flew all the was from Chicago, I thought the least my husband and I could do was pick him up at the airport. When he arrived, he pulled out his notebook. He patiently walked with me as I reviewed kitty care, showed him around the house, and where he would be sleeping. He immediately picked up Lilly who was excited about meeting her new friend and Eli bugged out and down the stairs to the basement (his favorite hiding place!). We got Daniel connected to the internet, set him up at our dining room table and headed off to airport, leaving our house and kitties in the best of hands. Daniel wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and assured while we were away. He made sure to text with me every other day (he had asked my preference earlier), sent photos of Lilly being her cute self while Eli hid during the day although he gave me assurances that he was eating his food and using the litter box (there were a few accidents, but Daniel never complained about these additional duties). When we returned from our vacation, the house was also spotless and well cared for and Daniel had even washed the sheets for me! It is with utter happiness and complete confidence that I recommend Daniel as a fantastic Sitter. He is trustworthy, responsible, caring, and competent, and you can rest assured that both your house and sweet pets will be watched over and treated with TLC -- and will truly be in the best of hands while you are away!

Oh wow! Everyone should be so lucky to have Nicholas and Veerle watch their house and pets. These lovely people are pros! They communicated early and often, were super accommodating to some last minute changes (it was originally going to be only our cats to watch but we decided to keep the dog home as well so that added to the schedule and care needs) and they left the house spotless and all set up for another sitter who came in after them. We didn’t get the chance to meet because my departure and arrival times but I dearly hope I get to in the future because they were just great! I even heard how nice they were from My neighbors who say them out walking our dog. :-) They also sent regular pictures of the pets which look like pro-photography! Cannot recommend this couple enough! Your pets and house will be in good hands!

Ann Marie was an excellent house sitter who went above and beyond. She flew in a day early and stayed at a local hotel so we she could meet my cat and get the keys before my early flight the next morning. When I returned, she and Tryke were best friends and the house was immaculate. She even washed the sheets and towels, and remade the bed. I strongly recommend Ann Marie for any future sits!

100% 5 star service provided by Emma at Ozzy’s doggy daycare. Emma offers an amazing service at a lovely location with huge open fields. My dog adores Emma and loves attending every week, it is like a second home for him. The instagram page is also fab with lots of photos/videos uploaded throughout the day. My dog Finn just loves going to Ozzy's, he comes home exhausted from all the walking in the woods and all the fun and games in the facility. If I mention Ozzy's he runs to the door. Emma has such a fabulous way with dogs she really shows how much she cares for them. I couldn't be happier sending my dog here, fantastic facility, would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this service, my dog which started as a puppy under a year old was injured whilst in the care of Ozzy’s. A deep puncture wound to her neck, I was told by vets that she was “lucky” as it was so deep. This was not the 1st incident but unfortunately for my dog I did not go with my instinct, to remove her sooner. A large vets bill and not even a message to ask if my dog was okay! I now would always check for credentials and make sure that it is only clients dogs attending a daycare

Our dog Charlie stayed for a week and they looked after him brilliantly. Very handy to have him groomed while he stayed. Would highly recommend Country view boarding kennels.
My Charlie “golden retriever” has been going to country view kennels since he was a small pup he is nearly 7 now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Charlie jumps out of the car when we drive in and Martin, Niamh and the lads are all so lovely to deal with and I know they care for every dog that comes to stay for boarding/ day care.. Grooming is fantastic and I have been blessed with the lads as they have notified me of any changes “ which has happened” to Charlie skin and recommend what next to do.. 5 star all the way!! your fur-baby will love it there.
A lovely place to leave your dog while you are away. Niamh and Martin are sensitive to need and will accommodate each animals routine. They have a run in their top field each day and Martin ensures that small dogs don't run with big ones. Grooming is on offer too and is done well. A brilliant find!
I'm always happy to recommend Martin for both boarding and grooming. I always feel happy leaving my dog with them for a little holiday and there's loads of room for the dogs to roam and play
This place was terrible!!! I left my dog here for about 10 days I collected her she smelt terrible like she had been locked up the whole time. When they sent one picture of them outside on gravel not grass like mentioned in their web page she was timid and looked nervous. I would not recommend this place at all!!!!
Would highly recommend these kennels!! Our dog is older and is on a special diet and the kennel owners fed her exactly what we asked them to and kept strictly to her diet. She seemed to thoroughly enjoy the kennels also! Lots of ground to run around!
Fantastic kennels and grooming parlour. Very professionally run. Our labradoodle is an assistant dog and she loves it there. She practically jumps into their arms. She is always happy and healthy coming home. Wonderful service.
Left my dogs here for 17 days reassured with the high ratings, both lost a lot of weight, the “updates” I got during the stay were that “they are very happy” and only when seeing them and how skinny they were did I get more explanations about how they were not eating that well, that they were hungry and so and so. Never once on those 17 days was I told that they were losing weight, or asked if their food amounts had to be adjusted. To top it off, when I got home and bathed my dogs I discovered two wounds on one of them (one on a leg one on the tail) that seem to be caused by laying on hard floor for long hours. Where were the beds I left them with? Why was this not noticed or why was I not informed? This doesn’t look like they were being walked as much as I was told they were (the explanation I got for their weight loss). Never again am I bringing my dogs here, very disappointed and angry.

Our dog Buzz was absolutely well looked after at Cork Paws! we were kept very up to date during his stay, Kristian and Stephen were very kind and phenomenal, taking great care of Buzz, I'd have no hesitation in recommending Cork Paws, if you are looking to leave your Dog in a friendly and safe environment.
I would absolutely recommend Kristian and Steven to anyone in need of care for their dogs. They have a beautiful home and 2 gorgeous dogs who were lovely relaxed friends to my little 5month pup and my parents 18 year terrier. Kristian sends lots of photos of them enjoying their holidays! Honestly think they’re great and so glad to have found them, it was like a home away from home for them both.
Absolutely reccomend this place, went to a wedding for 2 nights and with a 1 week notice, they were able to look after our dog Lexi for those days. Steven and Kristian are lovely, they had us bring Lexi over to get familiar with the house and them and their two dogs Buddy and Abbey who are adorable and very friendly, before we left. While away they kept me up to date with messages and pics of my dog to show how well and happy she was, playing with their own dogs. There house is lovely and they have a nice big back garden that is fenced off that they play in, so your dog cant make a prison break they also walk the dogs everyday. If you want your dog to be looked after in a family home enviroment, while you're away, rather than be stuck in a kennel with 20 other dog's and not looked after as much, Cork Paws Dog Boarding is the place to go. Next time I have to go away, I will be sending my dog here.
I didn't there was such a thing as the perfect dog minder for my pampered pooch Charlie until I met Kristian that is. Charlie is just back home from an amazing stay with Kristian Stephen and their two beautiful dogs. He was so well looked after and made one of the family and I got loads of updates and photos from Kristian. Charlie can't wait to go back! I would have no hesitation in recommending Cork Paws to any dog owner. Thank you so much Kristian!
I cannot recommend Kristian enough 😊 My Rosie can be nervous at times with new people but after her first day care with Kristian she was all waggy tails going again. Rosie recently spent 4 nights boarding with Kristian and she had the best time with walks and her friends Abby and Buddy. It was a huge relief to know she was in such good care. Thank you so much for everything we will see you soon!
My boy Toby stayed overnight in Kristians and I was very happy with everything. He sent regular photos and updates and Toby got on great with the other dogs in the house. He came home absolutely exhausted after a fun filled weekend! I would definitely use their services again.
Chico had a great day at day care with Kristian. He was well looked after and he was exhausted when he got home after a full day of fun with the other dogs. Highly recommend!
Elmo had the most wonderful weekend. He loved all the attention that he got and we got regular photos and updates. The biggest surprise was when we collected him and he was surrounded by three other dogs, and loving it. This was far from the dog we left three days earlier that barked at every dog he saw! Can't recommend Cork Paws enough. We'll definitely be bringing him back for his holidays!
Alfie stayed with Kristian recently while we were away. We were delighted with the updates daily and the photos sent on to us. Alfie looked like he had great fun there. It was a relief to have Alfie looked after in a home environment and with their own dogs there for company too. We would not hesitate to use Cork Paws again.

Our golden retriever stayed at the old mill for 10 days in July (2024). John was absolutely fantastic and Bolt had such a great time. The whole set up is so professional and John gave me some great tips on feeding Bolt. We didn't worry about Bolt at all while we were away. Bolt made lots of friends and was reluctant to come home. Will definitely be using the Old Mill for every holiday.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
John is a wonderful person who takes good care of the dogs he cares for. My 6 month old collie puppy was very anxious about interaction with other dogs, and we were worried for him too. His first experience with another kennel wasn’t great. John really made him feel so comfortable, that there can be times now that my up may rather wants to stay back than come back home with me 🙄😅My pup looks forward to being back at the kennel. It is like a home away from home for my baby collie who is now 8 months plus.
Selkie stayed for three days. She was happy and calm at the kennels, and when I picked her up, she was her usual bubbly self. The Kennels' setup is professional and spotless, and all communication with John was clear and helpful. I recommend Old Mills Kennels and will happily trust them to take care of my girl again.

We used Old Mills Kennels while we went away for a two week holiday. John kept us up to date regularly. You can see his love for animals. Our dog was very happy there. We were so comfortable knowing our dog was happy. We’ll definitely use again. I’d highly recommend John and I have done so already.
A colleague recommended the Old Mill kennels and we were so impressed by the professionalism, care, attention to detail, interest and enthusiasm of John that we will return as repeat customers. We got lots of video and photo updates which we wanted during our 10 days away. We were completely able to relax without worrying about our girls and happy in the knowledge they were being well looked after. Our two golden retrievers were really well taken care of , fed Ou, watered, walked and had great fuon their own and mixing with other dogs. The kennels are secure , spotlessly clean and set in the heart of the country. I would highly recommend. Price wise , great value for money. ❤️

Lovely kennel, that I have since recommended to friends and family. Our dog Bonnie, boarded for 5 nights with John at Old Mill Kennels and she was so happy and content there. John sent us daily WhatsApp pictures and messages to keep us updated too, which was an added bonus. This will definitely be our go to kennel in the future.
We would highly recommend Old Mill Kennels if you are looking for a top class kennel for your dog. It is truly home from home, our dog Bob loved staying there as John has a real way and love for animals.

Not good. Dropped off our dog Friday morning and said we'd collect him Sunday afternoon. We were told he's not open Sunday afternoon. Fine. We'll collect him Monday morning then, grand. Arrived to collect our dog to a closed gate, had to wait ten minutes of ringing the bell and calling the mobile before someone came out. Then after collecting our dog, they tried to charge us for 4 days instead of 3. I explained that Friday morning to Saturday morning was 1 day, Sunday 2, so Monday 3. He said no, even Friday evening to Saturday morning would be 2 days because its Friday and Saturday, no matter what the time. Ridiculous. I feel ripped off and I will not be going back.

Brilliant kennels. Have been using them for 7 years
1st visit to Howladay Inn, with Luigi (our dog) I was welcomed by the owner John, who gave me a full tour of the kennels, which were immaculate and so well organised. All the dogs were so happy playing, jumping on the trampoline while listening to music 🎶. I would highly recommend. Thank you John.
Great place run by great dog loving people. Hayley has a great set up here with a heated dog kennels with spacious pens for each dog to sleep in. There are great outdoor areas for the dogs to play in too. Hayley has a great welcome for our dog Toby and he is happy staying there. We are so happy having him stay here as we know he will be spoiled....just like at home!
This place is now known as Currabinny kennels. John seems very nice and the dogs seems happy around him. Facility is kept very neat and he checks the vaccination record before accepting pups / dogs. Conveniently located on the roadside to Currabinny woods.
Currabinny Boarding Kennels is wonderful. Our dog loves it there, always comes home happy and exhausted and well looked after. John is kind to people and the dogs alike.
John helped us with boarding at the last minute a few times. He clearly loves his furry visitors!

Fantastic groomers tried a few different groomer's over the years and this is definitely the best place for our dog "Happy"
Fantastic is all I can say, our dog hates going there to be groomed, like many pets, but is absolutely happy, content and beautifully groomed upon collection. Staff are great our pet, who has a skin condition, and take extra time for her needs. Very knowledgeable and caring, well worth trying out.
Just brilliant, my 2 shih-tzu’s (one of which is a very tough cut) love going there for grooming. My other chap was fostered there and they really looked after him before I took him. The just love dogs and it shows. Highly recommend.

I've been bringing my dog Taylor to The Hound Hotel every week for over a year, and she absolutely loves it! They're real dog lovers and they welcomed Taylor like she was part of their family from the very beginning. There are regular dogs that go every week, so she has her pals to play with as well. They also have cosy couches where they all take turns having snoozes, and lots of toys around for them to play with, so they all have a great time. It's just really nice to know she's being looked after so well and is getting lots of rubs and attention while I'm at work or away. I highly recommend The Hound Hotel!

We have 2 dogs that having been spending their doggy holidays with Ger Mills for years now. He is absolutely delightful & obviously loves dogs, our 2 are always nicely looked after & happy & love the fact that all the doggies can see each other & sniff each other in neighbouring kennels through the mesh pens. Tony was great with our dog Bella. She wasnt there in nearly 12 months but she ran into Tony and was happy too coming home. Great service as always, Thanks Tony.
We dropped our beloved little Yorkshire Terrier, Rex, in for a few days at Ballyorban. It was our first time using the kennel. All his vaccinations were up to date and we gave written permission that should he become ill that he should be brought to the vet, When we brought him in he was happy and healthy. When my father picked him up he was clearly very sick. The staff at Ballyorban said he was “constipated”. However after my father rushed him to the vet he died. So to be exact he died exactly 90 minutes after he was picked up from this kennel. Three experienced vets outlined that his death was totally avoidable. Needless to say we were devastated. To anyone bringing their pet to a kennel I would urge them to get a personnel recommendation...like most people we chose this kennel based on the great reviews it had received to date. Our vet outlined that Rex would have been in considerable pain during his stay at Ballyorban.
For Purrfect Cattery: Helfpul, friendly, affordable. The accommodation was clean and nice, out cat was happy and Tony wad great at looking after her (she needed medication and special food after a vet's appointement and all were administered correctly).
Tried calling this guy and literally had to draw the info out of him, he was so rude, hardly wanted to give out any info, eg pricing etc, and when he did, was so rude about it, i told him his customer service was appalling and he actually didnt care! Just basically told me "ok". Imagine how hed look after my dogs! First impression?? I would never bring my dogs here! I normally never leave a review unless its positive, but he was so rude i just had to!
Fairly priced and a friendly service. Our dog was better behaved in return.

I always take my dog sammy to gemma in comfy kennels to be groomed, the service is first class. He loves going there,hes like a new dog after .we also use comfy kennels when we go on holiday its home away from home for them. No better place
Extermal obliging. Rang them to say running a bit after time and no problem and spent a while chatting with the owner at a distance but having her reassuring us about the dogs. So so considered and very helpful. Couldn't do more for the doggies
