Absolutely amazing place. This was my dogs second time staying here for 21 days. He was completely relaxed both on drop off and collection. I loved the daily photos on their FB page of him and his new friends. Both Anna & Jason are super chill and it shows, as my dog can be standoffish but not with them. Icing on the cake is the underfloor heating if it gets cold and air conditioning if it gets hot in the kennels.

This is the second time we’ve left our 11 month old kelpie with Jason, she’s got a lot of energy and loves going as she gets to run around freely in the paddock. The kennels are a great size and heated & air conditioned, we have complete piece of mind leaving her and know she’s in the best hands. Nothing is too much trouble, huge thank you!

Wouldn't take our five anywhere else. Simply the best kennels I've ever used and run by a lovely young couple.

Highly recommend Mountain View & the proprietors. Our dogs have stayed with them a few times over the years and each time we have been thoroughly impressed by the keen interest taken by the kennel owners in our family pets. Photos & videos are supplied daily to update pet owners on kennel stays. Would use this boarding kennel every time!

We hadn't left our 6 year old German Shepherd Ida in anyone else's care since she had an unsuccessful home boarding trial elsewhere (unsuccessful due to her separation anxiety), and were nervous about whether she would cope. We wondered whether she may cope better in a kennel environment instead, and Anna and Jason were very understanding and allowed us to visit and have a chat before arranging a one night trial. We were so pleased when that went well and we found that Ida had had a good time. Since then she has had another 3 night stay, and we have a longer stay booked for later in the year. We appreciate the photos on Facebook of her enjoying her walks, and we find that we don't worry about her while she is in their care, which is quite a big thing for us - thank you very much Anna and Jason.

Fantatsic kennels and the owners are lovely people. You can leave your dog with total confidence and you get daily photo updates on Facebook. Really cannot recommend them highly enough, absolutely brilliant.

Excellent service for both dogs and owners. Efficient booking service and prompt check in and out from friendly owners. Clean and comfortable kennels with individual outside area. The regular posts on Facebook with photos of the dogs being looked after was very reassuring.

Where do I start.jason and Anna are our favourite go to place for our boy we know he's safe and well looked after. We get daily photos on fb of him enjoying his play time and walks ..thank you both for looking after our boy we always enjoy ou break knowing he's with you both. Thank you again

Anna and Jason were welcoming and very enthusiastic about the kennels and the work they do! My Stan had a lovely 3 days there and made a doggy friend apparently. He came back exhausted but happy and I would definitely recommend. The kennels are large and clean and they have large grounds for the dog walks and their run arounds! It is set in a beautiful setting and I felt happy with leaving my dog there and will return! (If they’ll have him!)

Sian and Nathan are amazing - we have had expert advice and tips for our puppy and the results have been outstanding. We are thrilled with our experience and inspired to continue the training journey. The expertise that Sian and Nathan have shared with us has always been clear and concise, they both clearly love dogs and pay such close attention to both dog and owners behaviours to achieve the best outcome. It's been an absolute pleasure to have met them both and Muddy Muttz is highly recommended!

This lovely couple of Muddy Mutz are extremely dedicated to understanding you and your dogs needs. I contacted them last year and saw them until Christmas 2021, with behavioural issues with my pup. We had 1.1 sessions which were very informative and have helped us a lot. Thank you both!

Watched their first session with a large reactive dog and very impressed by trainers attitude and the immediate effect was impressive. The owners have continued the training and are gaining. I am so pleased for them. I have no personal experience with them but would have no hesitation in using their service.

Muddy Muttz offer a bespoke, tailored service at a very reasonable price. They have responded with advice tailored to our circumstances and the changing behaviour of our puppy as it rapidly grows in experience. Muddy Muttz have responded quickly, even over the weekend when we needed advice about how to introduce the puppy to a friend's blind cat! An excellent, friendly and expert service directed precisely to our puppy's training needs.

Sian and Nathan are great. They came to our home to assess some anxiety/frustration behaviours we were struggling with. Freya is 7 months old now, she is clever, sweet, empathetic, loving… but struggles to calm down if she gets excited. And recently she seems to get excited quite easily! More than training the dog I think they were training us to be her handlers. And it was so much needed. We are not new to training sessions at all but they did a whole family/routine assessment of the situation, which was new to us. They were very understanding of our own concerns, worries and needs and adapted the session to our own goals, teaching us how to teach the dog. Just perfect!

We have really enjoyed going along to the puppy classes. We have learnt so much and it has hopefully given Meg a really great start to her life with our family. You only have to see how Meg responds to Sian and Nathan to know that they are really training us not the puppy! Their techniques work so well and we will definitely be signing up for more classes in the future.

We have been taking our Springer Spaniel puppy to dog training with Muddy Muttz since November, 2017. We are impressed by Sian's calmness with the puppies. She does not have large classes 8 is the maximum as it allows for lots of one to one attention. I have noted the training is not only for the puppies but for the owners too, which is exceedingly helpful. We endeavour to practice the things learned between classes. We are now in the adult class although our pup is just 7 months old but she responds well and it is a great safe place to socialise your dog. We decided to continue as we learn something new each week and the benefit to both ourselves and our puppy is huge. We would not hesitate in recommending Muddy Muttz and Sian Perry. Just Brillliant

i have attended workshops and obedience classes with muddy muttz training i have found them to be brilliant. Sian and Nathan are both great very knowledgeable and quaified they really undertsand dogs and they are very personable. they take the time to focus on what each dog in the classes needs and theyre happy to answer any questions you have. i would recommend the workshops and classes to anyone they are great value for money and my dog really enjoys them they have been so helpful.

Really great trainers, very patient, calm, gentle and understanding both of the owner and the dogs needs! Did a house visit which was very helpful as saw the dogs in their own environment, explained everything carefully and followed up with written instructions and are available to call if we need additional advice. Very happy to recommend them

Our Lurcher Bryn goes for regular Daycare at Barkers. OK, I have to admit Bryn is the loveliest dog in the world, so of course he could be marked out for special attention but he is treated just the same as all others there. Like Royalty! It's the most amazing place for dogs. In fact I would love to go there be be treated so well in such gorgeous surroundings. This is a photo the owner sent me after his day there today. When we finally get to organise a holiday away for us, there is no doubt where he will be going! Barkers!!

We couldn’t have been happier with the care our puppy received. It was a big step for us to use day care, but Barkers were friendly and reassuring. Dougie had a great day, Helen sent photos during the day and at the end of the day sent an amazing video compilation of his day! Barkers is truly outstanding! The venue itself is absolutely fantastic with all home comforts , play barn and so much more! Helen and Kim’s care and thoughtfulness is second to none! I can’t praise them enough !

Dog paradise! Barkers look after your dog like its their own. Everything that your dog wants from the amount of walks they've got on their land to the indoor play area incase it's too wet to take the dogs out is designed with dogs in mind. Absolutely perfect safe and happy place for dogs. I wouldn't take mine anywhere else.

This business is the bee's knees of dog care. Our 7mth old retriever puppy has had wonderful care there, both at day care and overnight. His behaviour has improved in leaps and bounds and he is learning how to play properly and that we are his owners, not other dogs! His respectfulnness has increased. The girls who look after him are fab, end of! Can't recommend them highly enough.

This must be the best place ever to leave your furry friend. @choco_gina loves it here. Her auntie Helen spoils her rotten, games In the dog barn, walks in the woods, furry pals to play with, curled up by the Aga. Gina says her fur mom and dad can go away and know she will be looked after better than any kennels.

Great place to take your dog. Helen clearly has a great love for dogs and they love her in return. Wonderful facilities and a warm welcome.

Barkers is the most amazing place my dogs absolutely love it there and they come home happy and content and eager for their next play day.
