I have been trusting Pooch Schoochers with the two most important things in my life for the last two years....my dog, and access to my home. They are 100% trustworthy and reliable. On the occasions where I get to see my dog interact with the walkers, it is clear how much he loves them and values his daily walks. I love the status emails of each walk and the pictures they take of him having fun exploring the world when I am at work. Ashley is very professional, accommodating, and reliable. The Pooch Schoochers have become extended family to my dog, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I reached out to Ashley in a complete panic after the pet sitter I had hired was a no call no show to a meet n greet, a week before I was leaving the country for 2 weeks. Ashley called me back in less than 5 minutes because she could tell in my voice that I was about to burst into tears. Ashley was so kind and compassionate towards me. Within an hour, she found 2 pet sitters and scheduled meet n greets, accommodating my work schedule. Ashley went above and beyond and really took the time to obtain information about my complicated cats (allergy cat and anxiety cat) to make sure that they would be well cared for. The original agency did get in touch with me with a reasonable explanation for the no show and rescheduled for the next day. While I did decide to stick with my original agency, I would absolutely consider using Pooch Scoochers the next time I need a pet sitter. My experience with Pooch Scoochers has been nothing but positive. The owner Ashley is very easy to get in touch with and shows a genuine interest in me and my dog’s needs. When I first moved to East Falls and had my new dog with me, I considered using one of the dog walking apps. Because of my apartment complex, I realized it would be too complicated explaining to a new dog walker each time where to go and how to get in. Pooch Scoochers was already very familiar with my complex and had multiple clients there already! There is a noticeable benefit to having the same 1-2 walkers for your pet, and their walkers are all fantastic. 100% recommend!!

Emily provides such loving care to my boy, Finley, and always gives me detailed updates on his walks/visits along with the BEST pictures. Emily is also great at keeping a watchful eye on him - she will notice if something is off about him (both physical and behavioral) and be sure to bring it to my attention which I appreciate so so much. I was off from work one weekday and decided not to cancel the walk - seeing how excited my dog was to see Emily and watch their interactions together made me feel so at ease. Pooch Scoochers truly treats their animal clients as if they are their own! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I love using Pooch Scoochers! My husband typically works from home, but on the rare occasion he doesn’t, Alex always comes to the rescue. She’s so sweet with the dogs and I love the emails she sends to let me know how their walk went! She even went the extra mile to text me pictures of them while on their walk. Ashley is wonderful as well! Any time I’ve ever had a question she’s been so quick to respond and very accommodating. I’d highly recommend!!

We’ve been using Pooch Scoochers for a few years now and we love them! You can really tell how much Ashley loves all of the dogs in her life. Our furbaby is lucky to have Ashley and the team as a best buddy while we are at work. We look forward to our daily message from our walker letting us know our pup was happy on his walk. We have been using Pooch Scoochers for over a year, once my dog required extra medical attention and could not go all day without meds or a walk. They have only been excellent with managing his changing medical issues. He is much healthier now and we have kept up his walks because he is so much happier with them! I used Manayunk Pooch Schoochers for the first time and it was an AMAZING experience. I met my walker and the owner in person previous to walking my pup for the first time and I loved them instantly. They are very professional as well as extremely personable. My dog walker is Stow and he LOVED his walk with her and cried when she had to leave. Their pricing is SUPER cheap and well worth every penny! (Make sure to tip your walker, they deserve it) After the walk was complete I got an email from my walker on how it went as well as tips on what would help me walk him better! I cannot say enough good things about Manayunk Pooch Schoochers!

I decided to bring my boys for an evaluation here, and everything went spectacularly!! They had a blast! We previously were going to a smaller daycare. Playtime Pet Resort of KoP is so much bigger, my boys have much more room to play! The outside area is really fantastic! We are two days in, and the boys are loving it!! Everyone is friendly and happy to see the boys when we get there. I love that when you are boarding, there is someone there overnight, the pups are never left alone!

We absolutely love Playtime Pet Resort @ King of Prussia! We found it when we knew we'd be traveling from NYC to see our daughter in Philadelphia and planned to bring our dog with us. We wanted him to have a great day but didn't know anything about doggy day care options in the area. Until we came upon the Playtime Pet Resort website and then made a call! The resort is amazing (and it really feels like a resort!). It is beautifully appointed with every detail taken into account. Super clean and really with everything you could think of being present (treats for pets, collars, etc.). We were there in December and the holiday decorations were stunning. Our doodle loved it! The staff sent pictures along with his report card. Everyone made him - and us - feel extremely welcome and cared for. We MOST highly recommend the King of Prussia Playtime Pet Resort. Kudos to the team there who handled everything like pros!! Thank you!

Our 7 month old Great Dane, Diego, had his evaluation today. I was extremely pleased with how professional and hospitable everyone was and impressed with my tour. It was clean and the dogs seemed really well cared for and happy. I was kept informed of how Diego was doing throughout the day and loved the report card I received. When I picked him up, his tail was wagging and he didn’t want to come home! Looking forward to many more playtimes, boarding and grooming. Thank you!!

this was my first time putting my dog in daycare. i think $35 isn't bad. it was pretty last minute; we scheduled the evaluation for the day before we needed her first daycare day. i was pretty worried because i adopted her only a few months ago and she definitely has a lot of separation anxiety. surprisingly, everything turned out fine! i received detailed report cards with photos of her and her new friends. she did come back smelling very strongly (no way to sugarcoat it), but a bath fixed that right up. i guess there's not much they can do about that. i would recommend playtime pet resort!

Playtime Pet Resort in Downtown is the best. The facility is so clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing, especially Christina and Karleigh. My dogs love the personalized attention and we love knowing that "our babies" are safe and well cared for. I would recommend them to any and all owners.

The level of care and attention to detail is outstanding, and it is clear that the staff go above and beyond to ensure that every pet has a positive and enjoyable experience. Murphy returned home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for. The resort itself is immaculate and well-maintained. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for pets to move around. I was particularly impressed with the outdoor play areas, which are secure and filled with engaging activities to keep pets entertained. Playtime Pet Resort in Downingtown is one of favorite places! The people are so professional and friendly, the facility is clean and organized, and it’s easy to see that the staff and management really care for the dogs. They are also conveniently located, open 365 days a year, and have someone on-site 24/7. My pup comes home happy, tired, and I feel comfortable that he has been well cared for while he is there.

The customer service was A plus, and everything for pets is top. The quality. When my grandson told the owner that the family had just purchased a pet bird for him , she ordered 2 large packs of millet spray on the spot . We only had to pick it up on Friday during their normal morning delivery time. Wonderful!

Great pet store with a friendly staff. I haven't used their pet care services, but many of my clients rave about them. People show me framed pictures of their pets that Queenies gave them. Seems like they really care about your pets and your family.

Queenie's is fantastic. They provide excellent and loving care for our dog and 2 cats. Completely reliable.

Queenie's has become my go to place for pet supplies, food, products, and advice. They have a delivery service which is so reliable that I feel like I have a boutique service for free. They regularly check in to see when I need more pet food, they remind me of promotions, and they are flexible when I have unusual requests. They helped me adjust my food for my dog's allergies, find a food my cat would like, and found indestructible toys that would last. They even deliver pet friendly snow melt. I haven't used their pet sitting service, but I would trust them to love and care for my pet like their own.

Queenie's has been taking care of our cats for almost 9 years and they are never anything less than wonderful. Our cats are high-maintenance, get into everything, eat multiple special diets and are all-around pains, and our sitters get every detail right and then some. I am so thankful to be able to travel without worrying, knowing that our pets are in trusted, professional hands.

Queenie's is absolutely amazing! The owner Adina is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond to help me transition my adult cat Calliope onto higher quality foods. In just a little more than a month, Calliope's hairballs have gotten so much better thanks to the food and supplements Adina recommended, and they're far from the first I've tried. Calliope also seems more satiated with the wet food options despite a similar caloric intake. I feel very lucky to have such a caring, knowledgeable and helpful small business just around the corner.

We receive monthly deliveries of food and other items for our two senior dogs from Queenie’s. Products & service are of the highest quality. Everyone we’ve interacted with is kind and helpful and Adina goes above and beyond wrt taking the time to share her vast knowledge and provide personalized advice. She’s also an exceptionally generous and caring person. We are excited to use Queenie’s pet sitting service too—Patti is likewise incredible to work with, another gem of a human. I have a larger puppy Bernese and he’s sometimes anxious. They were so good with him and kind. He looked fabulous. They gave him the entire royal treatment and took great care of him. They know how to work well with animals and are very careful and attentive.

I had to leave my baby (cat) for 2 weeks and was so nervous about leaving him anywhere but Hickory Inn really took care of him and emailed me with updates whenever I asked. They took wonderful care of my little angel and I highly recommend! The whole team was so nice and I could tell they cared a lot about our little furry friends. Thank you! <3

We have been boarding our boys and girls (Shih Tzus) at Hickory Inn for decades! We appreciate their loving care and wouldn't think of having someone else take care of them!

Never had an issue. Our dog is always clean and happy when we pick him up. Staff are friendly and courteous and respectful. They take him out a lot and don't keep him in the cage all weekend. Many walks and time with other pets. Our dog has a cough and we noted it and they saw that and took him for a medical checkup. They said it's an allergy and aren't alarmed by it. They are attentive to what conditions he has. The prices are to be expected. You pay for good care of your pet.

The staff is great and my dog enjoys her stay. They are connected to the hospital in case of an emergency. Many options for treats, bath and nail clippings for an additional fee.

Benny has been staying at Hickory since he was a Puppy. Anytime I go out of town, I know he's being taken care of. The staff that I have met over the years are great. A few faces have come and gone over the past nine years but most have been around a while. My only complaint is when they started changing their price structure around, but the new owner seems to be going back to the way it was before on pricing. He also is already improving other areas that were outdated (such as going digital vs paper). Update: it's been 11 years and Benny is still happy at Hickory. As with many places inflation has hit the price but I am still happy to leave Benny in their care because I know he is taken care of.

My name is Callie Wilder. I own 2 toy poodles. One is 6 months the other is a year. I went on vacation for 8 days December 23rd to 31st, 2012. I want to publicly say that it was a pleasant experience. I was permitted to bring their toys and food. I called three different times during the week to check on them, and they were doing fine. The staff is very friendly and the facility is very safe and clean. I was reluctant at first to use Hickory Pet Inn because of negative reviews on various sites. However,I would highly recommend this facility to any dog or cat owner. My dogs were clean, well feed, happy and in excellent health when I picked them up after an 8 day stay at the Inn. I will use them again in the future.

Great service and convenient location. We have boarded our large shepherd/husky dog here at least a dozen times. They require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccines and shots. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Always a good experience for my large dog (100+ lbs). Employees are great and always take care of my best friend while I'm away. Price is kinda standard... Wish add-ons were a bit cheaper apart from standard boarding. Should be a bit more full-service.

I have been using Jim for dog walking and boarding since my 10 year old dog was a puppy. He is reliable, flexible, and trustworthy. Most importantly my dog is crazy about him.

I didn't think I'd be able to find anybody that I trusted as much as much as my close friend who had been walking my dog while he was in between jobs. Not only is Jim very dependable, but he's also willing to deal with my sometimes fluxuating schedule. I highly recommend him.

Asked Jim pretty last minute to see my cat when we went away for for a week. He came over the next day, got oriented, and then checked on her every day for a week. Rates seem fair, he played with her, did litter and food and brushing. Seemed to look for things to do for my cat. Will use again and do recommend.

We have two Lhasa Apso dog woody is 14, blind and on three eye drops twice daily and three pills twice daily. They had a wonderful time !! Sophie is a compassionate and knowledgeable dog sitter. Our dogs will be spending great times there !!! Thank you !!!

Mariann did a super job of taking care of all our pets. She wiped Gus’ bulldog wrinkles so when we came home he looked perfect! She was very capable at feeding our birds too. Even tossed fish food to our outdoor goldfish. Communication was reassuring while we were away.

I am happy with my pet nanny. She is on time, Has an excellent disposition with my rescue and sends pics and emails daily. She meets my dog where she is and understands her personality. Excellent service. Bravo Sue Durant!

Knowing that someone will be there to give my cat some company and playtime while we’re away helps to alleviate some of the guilt that we have when leaving her. We used Pet Nanny for several months until one day we saw their employee abusing our very fragile dog. They will deny it happened, but we saw it with our own eyes.

I used Pet Nanny in December of 2023. I had to pay $20.00 to two different pet sitters, just to meet them and familiarize them with my dog and house. Ok, that's a money grab, but I paid it. The one sitter, whom I pay $20 to come to my home forgot how to gain access to my home in only a short week. She then went to every door in my home and tried to gain access. I'm sure my dog really appreciated that. She was able to gain access because one of our sliders did not lock, lucky for my dog. She was scheduled to come to our home at Noon. We left early for a flight and I needed her at Noon. She did not show up until 1:30. The other pet sitter who was supposed to arrive at my home at 4PM did not arrive until 6:30. For both instances I was told by the office, "They have other jobs!" Caring for my dog is a job! Needless to say I cried all night the first night of my vacation. I was so sorry I hired this service for the care of my dog. I will never hire them again. The customer service and attitude of the office is unprofessional and a disgrace. They act like they are doing YOU a favor by paying inflated hourly rates along with a hidden "Administrative Fee" that you don't know about until you get the bill. I caution anyone from considering this company for your pet care.

I have been using Pet Nanny for 13 years and they have been FABULOUS! They are ALWAYS there for me and my boys. I have had a number of sitters over the years and they continue to find the most amazing dog lovers to take care of my babies when I am not home. We’ve been using the pet nanny for just a few weeks with our new puppy and are very happy with the service and especially Theresa our walker. She’s definitely made our in-office work days a little easier knowing the dog is well taken care of.

We have been a loyal PetNanny client for over a year now. We have had two primary PetNanny caregivers for our dog 3-4 days a week for an hour during this span. The caregivers walk and play with her as well as provide her with water and lots of love. We receive regular texts and photos from the caregivers at work about how our dog is doing. We have NEVER had a lapse in service. If a caregiver is unavailable, then PetNanny always supplies a backup person. Our caregivers are very experienced with dogs and have provided us with many helpful tips about raising her. Also, PetNanny is incredibly responsive if we have an emergency or unexpected need for dog service. We have never doubted the level of care and attention that our PetNanny walkers have given our dog. It has been consistently excellent. Many of our neighbors have commented on how loving our PetNanny caregivers are to our dog and about how much our dog loves each of them. We have already recommended PetNanny to several friends and family members.

Rosie is absolutely wonderful! She is not only reliable but also incredibly loving towards our dog. Every time we leave our pet with her, we have complete peace of mind knowing that she is in great hands. Rosie goes above and beyond to ensure our dog is happy, well-cared for, and safe. We also love all the pictures she shares with us of the activities our dog is doing! We couldn’t ask for better dog care and highly recommend to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring.

Rosie kept our dog overnight. Our dog can be nervous, especially around new people, but she warmed immediately to Rosie during our meet and greet time. In less than ten minutes my dog was sitting next to her getting her ears rubbed! Rosie was also careful to introduce our dog to her other boarders one at a time so that she could be sure that animals had good interaction and our dog was not overwhelmed. We will definitely place our pup in Rosie’s care again when needed!

Rosie has been caring for my 3 fur babies for a couple years now and always pampers my pooches to the point they don’t want to leave! I feel so very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and she always accommodates me the best she can (especially last minute). When I pick up the dogs, they honestly act as though they don’t want to leave. That is a true sign that they are loved and cared for by Rosie. I highly recommend her!

Rosie has been a phenomenal find! Our dog (3 year old goldendoodle) loves to stay with her in her home when we are busy or on vacation. We've boarded our 10 year old Havepoo Daisy with Rosie several times in the last year. Each time has been a very good experience for both Daisy and us. I wish I could give her more stars if I could! I was so lucky to have found Rosie back in 2020. I rescued my dog Winston in 2020 and was a little nervous finding care for him because he was quite reactive. Big dog boarding facilities were just too overwhelming for him. The one facility we tried, he would book it out the door as soon as you picked him up, just trying to get out asap! Now at Rosies, he runs right up to the door so excited to go in! She welcomes these dogs into her home like they are her own. She's so great with sending photos and the photos I receive always put a smile on my face knowing he has dog friends to hang out with, couches and beds to snuggle up on, and a big backyard to play in. It's so much more personal and home-like than a big boarding facility. As for the negative review, I would fully expect to pay for anything Winston might have destroyed of hers. This is her home and you're taking your dog there knowing that. At the end of the day, dogs are dogs. Your dog could have never chewed anything up in it's life and then just decides one day to chew something! As a millennial woman with no children, my dog is my child. He is my life. And I trust Rosie with him 100%! <3
