Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Shaina was a great sitter for my cat Lionel. She was great with communicating before the sit and was willing to come meet me in person before the sit. She also kept me updated throughout the sit, with photos and little notes. When I returned home the flat was tidy and Lionel seemed happy!
"A relaxing and long time away from home made possible by the best pet & house sitters we could have asked for!" Judy and Steph went the extra mile over their entire one month stay at our home. Both our cats became fast friends thanks to the care and dedication provided for them. We were routinely updated with spectacular photos of our furry girls throughout our leave that helped us be anxiety-free the entire time. Even our older shy cat spent time sleeping on their laps or hanging out on shoulders. As for the house, Judy and Steph left it even cleaner than when they arrived! We had a few tasks to maintain the lawn and potted plants outside, which were completed perfectly. They even tended to our vegetable garden where needed! During a 'risk of severe hail storm' alert, Judy and Steph kept us in the loop and went even further to place potted plants under shelter out of harms way. In summary, we recommend Judy and Steph and would happily have them return again if our schedules cross paths.
Nia is a wonderful sitter - punctual, considerate, caring, and tidy, and also a lovely person, who I enjoyed spending time with before and after the sit. While I was away Nia sent photos and videos of my cats Tommy and Arthur every day, with witty updates and observations on their personalities and behaviours, and it was obvious that they adored her. Arthur has a mild neurological problem, so it was particularly reassuring to know that Nia feels especially connected to animals with specific physical or emotional needs, and knowing this contributed hugely to my peace of mind while I was away. I have no hesitation in recommending Nia as a sitter.
Susan and Miranda are amazing! I've had the pleasure of working with many sitters and they are truly exceptional. They were great at keeping in touch, sent lots of updates, asked good questions, really bonded with the cats, clearly very experienced working with animals and understanding their needs, and generally lovely to deal with. They were really patient putting up with a whole bunch of deliveries and even assembled a spare bed! They also left the place spotless with clean sheets on the bed. I'm pretty sure the cats loved Susan and Miranda more than us by the end of their stay! I'd highly recommend them to anyone and would love to have them stay again any time.
Best house and pet sitters we've ever had! They definitely gave our cat and dog plenty of love and attention.
Sharon and Milton are two of the nicest people I've met in my life. This is my first time having a sitter fly in from out of state and it was so simple, stress-free, and didn't affect any part of me getting ready for my trip, leaving for my trip or returning from my trip. Sharon was very communicative before, during and after I returned. It just couldn't have been more wonderful! If you're considering applicants stop looking and choose Sharon and Milton. They are just delightfully wonderful wonderful people!! They go above and beyond just housesitting and pet sitting! Tidy, clean, respectful down to earth and the most kind and loving people. I do believe Milton really is a cat whisper!! They slept with my sweet babies, and even followed silly grooming instruction on one of my cats. Would have them sit for me absolutely anytime.
Daniel and Vasylyna were incredible house sitters and we would welcome them back to sit for us again any time they are available! They were fantastic communicators, making sure to work out details far in advance and they sent frequent picture updates of our animals which made us so happy while we were away. When the power went out in the neighborhood while they were here leading to a technology issue with our alarm system, they handled everything well. Upon our return, the house was clean, the garden was thriving and well cared for, and our dog and cat were clearly very loved while we were away - in fact our dog was sooooo sad to see them leave! I had the pleasure of getting to know them a bit before I left, and they are such a kind, adventurous, and great couple. I would highly recommend having Daniel and Vasylyna take care of your house, plants, and animals!
Marianna was an incredible house sitter and cat sitter. She gave our property and sweet kitty top notch care. She is kind, easy to communicate with, thorough, etc. Would highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed.
Wow, what a find Justin is! I feel as though I won a lottery. As I was revelling in the communication we were having during his stay, I looked over his profile and realized either that he had updated it during his stay OR I never even read it. I was so impressed with his initial application that described multiple stays taking care of cats in Turkey that I knew he was going to be a great choice. So I'm not sure that I even read his profile or reviews. Turned out...he was more than I could have EVER hoped for. Justin is VERY organized and clear with his communication. Just as--or maybe more--important, he is a poster child for what zeewoi can be: more than just an economical way to get a pet sitter or a place to stay. Justin embraces the barter economy and the opportunity it presents to get to know people. Although we only met the day that I turned the house and my 2 cats over to his care, we had delightful communication throughout his stay. He wanted to be sure he was providing the right care to all living and non-living elements of my home as well as just chat beyond what we'd had an opportunity to cover when we were face to face on the handoff day. Bottom line: I'd have Justin back even if I wasn't going anywhere! I've met a friend. And my neighbors did as well! Oh yes, and my two cats were well looked after, the house was in ship shape, and Justin was able to brief the next sitter in person (I'd had to extend my time away and Justin already had another commitment). To say I felt confident leaving my pets and home in Justin's care is an understatement. Justin is a real adventurer and believer in the power of both human and animal connection. Without a doubt, I would recommend him as a sitter...and a friend! Thank you, Justin for a great example of how to wrestle so much more meaning out of zeewoi.
Lindsey watched our cat and dog for a long weekend when we went out of town. She was a very communicative sitter sending frequent pictures and voice notes with updates. She did a great job of following their schedules and giving them attention. The animals seemed to be happy and relaxed when we returned home and I believe Lindsey enjoyed getting to discover all of the eateries our town has to offer. A win-win for everyone!
Is it better to board cats or leave at home?

Greenlake Dog Care has made my dog so happy. She normally is very anxious and clingy, but she feels so comfortable when I leave her there. They have lots of toys, take her for periodic walks, and are very present and aware of her needs and habits. Thank you so much!
Greenlake Dog Care has been so good to my pup. Plenty of space for her to play and stay active. So glad I found this place!
Coral has been watching our baby Boba for a while now. Boba absolutely loves staying with her and being apart of Coral's dog pack. Coral sends multiple picture updates whenever were out of town or whenever she's a part of doggy daycare. Me and my partner would trust Coral with Boba's life. If something were to happen to us, we would want Boba to be with Coral.
Coral and her mom Shayla are amazing at taking care of pets. They are both kind and compassionate animal lovers, and I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else. They're friendly, responsive, and flexible. Highly recommended!
Coral was prompt and communicative while caring for my sweet fur babies Jeff & Ophelia, she even sent me pictures of them while I was away! Purrfect!
We have been clients of Coral for going on nearly 4 years now, and having owned dogs for over 20 years and we have never had a more reliable and caring pet sitter. Gabby and Kirby love their weekly walks with Coral and their furry "gang" of friends. In addition, Coral's and Shayla's experience with animals with special medical issues has been a god send while our beloved Kirby goes thru the final stages of renal failure. Coral and Shayla are more than pet sitters to us at this point, they are family. You can't go wrong with them as your pet sitters.
My husband and I hired Coral to dog sit for a weekend. She violated our trust, put our two dogs, our family, and our home at risk, and caused us to miss parts of our dear friends’ wedding weekend. We filed a police report, and have photo and video documentation to support this review. Here are some of the details: - Coral brought a man into our home without our permission around 2:15 am. Time-stamped doorbell camera video shows Coral and the man frolicking in and out of our house. She told us she had broken up with her boyfriend and would arrive around midnight after spending the evening with her mother. We had no idea who the man was or why she was arriving so late to care of our dogs. - I texted Coral for an explanation. About 40 minutes later, she texted a response that contradicted both the doorbell video and statements she made when we interviewed her. - We were alarmed, so starting shortly after 4 am my husband drove nearly 2 hours back home from the wedding venue. He arrived at 6:15 am to find music blaring and a naked man using drugs in our kitchen. - Both the man and Coral seemed severely impaired. - My husband documented drugs, paraphernalia and alcohol that they left out on our kitchen island. The drugs appeared to be loose marijuana and white powder cut into lines (presumably cocaine) with the man’s credit card and driver’s license, and a rolled $100 bill rolled next to the lines. The drugs were all within easy reach of our dogs. The alcohol appeared to be whiskey stolen from our liquor cabinet and cans of beer from our refrigerator. - After they left our home, we found that they had rummaged through our entire house. They rearranged everything in our shower, and moved our portable speakers, phone chargers, and other items. - Although we had explicitly prohibited Coral from entering our primary bedroom, we found our door open and all lights (overhead, both bedside lamps, etc.) turned on. They left an antique guitar lying out on our bed, and a half-empty beer can on our dresser. - They broke into another antique guitar case in our basement, and left the guitar out unsupported. - They took candles from the living room into our bathroom, and burned them about an inch from a flammable shower curtain. We found melted wax all over our bathtub, floor, shower curtain, counter and sink. - They left burned cigarette butts (both tobacco and marijuana) in our backyard. - To top it all off, our dogs' water dish was completely empty and the backyard was full of dog feces, which the dogs had tracked into our home. This was a terrible experience, and could have been so much worse had my husband not returned home when he did. I hate to think about what might have happened had we ignored our intuition or been too far away to return home early.
Holly and her team are just the best — we don’t know what we would do without Rocket Dog. We are huge worriers about our high energy dog and in the years we’ve been taking him to RD (for both daycare and boarding) we’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience. It’s become like a second home to him and he gets sooo excited when we tell him it’s time to go to “daycare!” We’re so grateful for this team of knowledgeable, caring, professional dog lovers!!
Love having a spot like this in the city with so much space for the pups to play. The vibe definitely is more like a “homestay” than most other spots which is great for my boys who dont do well in crated and cooped up!
I have been taking my dogs here for years and have always had a great experience. I trust Holly and her staff with my dogs 100%, I can go on vacation and not worry once because I know they’re well taken care of by a responsible caring business. I’ve sent multiple clients and friend to rocket dog, probably about 15 people, all of them have had really good experiences. 10/10 recommend rocket dog.
We LOVED Rocket Dog and trusted them 100% with our lab Quinn. Sadly we moved away from Seattle, but they were so good to her and she was always so excited for daycare. She has epilepsy and they took such great care of her so we didn’t have to worry when boarding her. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else in Seattle.
Excellent place to take your dog for daycare. We bring ours one a week just to get a long day of playtime and tire him out. He is so excited when we pull up to Rocket Dog, it's his favorite place! The employees are very knowledgeable and attentive to the dogs. Very clean and organized as well. Highly recommended!
We take our dog here for both daycare and overnight boarding and he loves it!
I love that rocket dog is off-leash and outdoor-based! They take trips to dog parks, daily. After 3 months with rocket dog, and I suddenly noticed that my shy little dog was running around with the pack and he knew how to swim. Amazing!!
Sweetie loves her play time at Rocket Dog care!!! Best doggie daycare around!!!!
Great team that recognizes us and more importantly our dog. We never worry knowing our puppy is safe and having fun during the day at Rocket Dog.
Cosmos favorite place in the whole world. I've never seen him be such a rude puppy trying to claw his way through the door to get in!
As owners of a reactive and sometimes rowdy pup I cannot recommend this place enough. We were paired with a walker, Jade, who was experienced with reactive/protective dogs. From the minute she met our dog wr knew she'd be a great fit, she did absolutely everything right and I swear he was better behaved when we got back. Very much worth every penny and we can't wait to work with her again. Thank you Jade and Strut The Pup for a stellar experience!
What can I say about the most amazing & best pet service and staff around! Our pup, Millie, has been loved and cared for by everyone from Max (owner), to Joey (groomer), to Niko (dog park sitter extraordinaire) to Jessica (overnight boarding) and everyone in between and the consensus is that our golden retriever adores everyone! For that we are so grateful and the communication and updates are top notch! Highly recommend for pretty much all your dog needs ❤️. The Mr. Pups gang is truly family for our Millie 🙏
We love Mr. Pups Pet Care! The owner and staff are amazing - they are responsive, friendly, and welcoming. They love all kinds of furry friends and we absolutely trust them to take good care of ours. The grooming sessions are short as they only take one dog at a time and do not leave your pup in a cage. Our pup always comes home with the best hair cut, nail trim, ear and teeth cleaning. The groomer is very experienced and produces amazing work, exactly to your liking! Highly recommend!!
Max is one of my dog’s top favorite humans of all time. We love Mr Pups so much that it was the #1 heart break when we moved out of their service area. Max has known my dog since she was 9 weeks old. Her experience with Mr Pups was a crucial part of her social development. Can’t say enough great things about Max, Lewis, and the rest of the gang. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Max and his crew are amazing! My dog loves going to daycare/walks with them and she always comes home happy and exhausted. Everyone is so attentive and I really appreciate how much they care about dogs. Highly recommend if you’re looking for daycare/dog walking/grooming services!
We love this place! Joey takes the best care of Wally and sends him home looking so beautiful and smelling so clean. They have always been beyond accommodating which has been really helpful for us. Highly recommend this doggy spa and Joey for your dogs!
Max and his team are not only professional and great with dogs but incredibly good people. I know that when my dog is with them shes having the time of her life, being loved and playing outside - I trust them with my dogs life! If you need any kind of help with your dog - park trips, boarding, or grooming - look no further.
Max and his team are the sweetest and most thoughtful dog walkers and sitters. This team is very professional, great at communication and truly care about the doggies they watch. It is so satisfying seeing how happy Wally gets when Max shows up at the front door for his day of adventure and always comes back well exercised. The new grooming salon is a such a boon to the company as well. It's made it so easy to get him groomed now, we just add it to a day of walking and he comes home all washed and trimmed up looking fancy! We love Mr. Pups!
Me Pups is an amazing doggie daycare, walking and grooming service!!! I highly recommend. Our pup spends time this the pack two times a week.
I am not a paying client of Mr Pups Pet Care. But we frequently run into their three or four dog walkers at the Woodland Dog Park. I admit that I now time my trips to the WDP to coincide with Mr Pets Dog Walkers. They are responsible with their charges, constantly cleaning up dog poop, praising good behavior and intercepting unsocial behavior. My dog gets great social enrichment time hanging out with their client dogs. John always remembers my doggy’s name even if we haven’t bumped into him and his crew for a several weeks.
My 9 year old husky has always had a major problem going to a grooming parlor until she met Joey and the Mr Pups grooming salon! She saunters in ( previously she used to buck and scream to even get her into a salon! ), greets Joey and has a sniff around. She sings while she is bathed … of course! She is a husky !!!! …. But she comes home happy, relaxed and showing no anxiety at all which is VERY different to the last several years. Joey is amazing … calm, gentle, thorough bathing, superb manicure and he is QUICK .. in and out in 90 mins or less. Gold star all round! Can’t recommend him more highly. Thank you, Joey and the Mr Pups Team!
Just to be a nice place for my little one, not anymore. After the new manager came in everything changed, the excuse is that they don’t have enough people so they forget my little one (5 pound Pomeranian) inside the kennel 2+ hours. Another issue with the manager was that she wanted to place Bella in the senior center?!? Bella is 6 years old and active! Why will I pay for my little one to go to the daycare and spend all day inside the senior center??? Just because she thinks my little one should go there! There’s no point in paying almost $1,000 a month for someone to mistreat my little furry kid. This just to be one of the best places in town… not anymore.
There is a special place in hell for people like Elise. The owner of DDL. I spent over 16K in two years on “care” grooming and training at the DDL facility. This 16K cost me another 24K in trying to fix my paralyzed dog that came from this “care”. Elise treats her employees so bad they actually DM me on yelp with the stories of them getting sick from the chemicals they use on your animals. Does the owner care? Nope. I have footage from a camera I put on my dog when my dog started showing severe aversion to going to DDL. The care was horrible. The chemicals used on them burnt her paws! From her being thrown in a cage to eat her meal to having her thrown around and being afraid. My dog is the sweetest dog you could ever meet. DDL should be closed down. This place is a travesty. I’m so sad at what she did to my sweet girl. It took her a year to learn to walk again. She had three discs removed from her back. Look beyond the facade that Elise creates. She does not care about your dog and until I receive an entire refund of my dogs care there I will not stop preaching she is the worlds biggest and greediest person that preys on your need for dog care but doesn’t CARE about your dog. After my dog was injured her staff tried to get me to sign some papers and I was already upset (rightfully so) I told them I would look them over at home and they wanted me to sign a statement that if my dog died they weren’t responsible. Has anyone read the paperwork you’re asked to sign? Guess what Elise, I never signed it. So you and your emails from you and your manager admitting the abuse, those are my winning ticket. You’re horrible. Just horrible. I will continue telling everyone who asks about my dog that she was injured there. It’s been a long haul. With the cost of over 40K. That’s right. 40 thousand dollars due to Elise stating she’s always there and watching her employees and providing the best care. Are there multiple Elise? No she’s just a liar. And although I got a month refunded of my dogs care (because she was paralyzed) I think I need to be more litigious and get the whole lot paid back so Elise feels the pain of losing the one thing important to her. Money. I should’ve known by my dogs reaction way sooner. Save your money. Get a reliable rover and a nest cam and a furbo. You’ll save your dogs life. From her employees - Hi April, I wanted to contact you after I saw your review on Downtown Dog Lounge. I was employed by DDL. Employees were prohibited from discussing pay. We worked 9+ hour shifts with one fifteen minute break, which violates all sorts of labor laws, especially for minors. During my time there, another employee became very sick. We were instructed to clean the rubber matts on the floors with a combination of pinesol and bleach, which creates a toxic ammonia - this is what made my coworker sick, who knows how it might have affected the dogs. Usually it was just one employee, a "wrangler" left in the back pens with a leash and a spray bottle to prevent aggression. The job was preventing violence, mopping pee, scooping poop, and using the bleach mix every 12 hours. Conditions were unsafe and unsanitary. At the time, TLC was trying to film a pilot for a show based around the business. The pilot was filmed I believe, but never aired as the business ended up receiving a warning for the poor conditions. I was fired after a month and a half because I was "not a team player" after I wouldn't leave high school early to pick up midday shifts. And Elise is a real piece of work. It's one hundred percent about money for her. She was my friend's neighbor in Magnolia back when we were in high school and was very difficult to live around, apparently. She let her dogs loose and even sunbathed nude in the front yard, just a bizarre lady with very little regard for anyone but herself. Anyway, feel free to ask any questions you want about that brief but crazy time. Years later it still bothers me that her business is open.
Our dog loves Downtown Dog Lounge! They are very friendly and our dog always comes home happy & tired from spending time outside. When we're on vacation we get some cute updates like the picture attached. It is a bit loud and sometimes smells a bit when we drop off our dog, but at the end of the day it is a dog lounge!
We absolutely love this place. Our dog always comes back extremely tired and happy from playing with all of her friends and they take good care here to meet the dog’s needs, allow for great play and also keep track of how your dog is interacting with others. Very happy with this place. :)
It is difficult for me to write this review because I know that there are a handful of employees here who do genuinely care. But I believe that the owner's greed has gotten out of hand. I used to pay for unlimited ($1000 a month) for over a year. Eventually, I learned that they had a great dane that was aggressive (biting staff and other dogs) that they informed me my dog didn't get along with. My dog is a certified therapy dog and volunteers at hospitals, senior centers, schools, etc. and has never had issues with another dog in that way before. This caused them to start kenneling my dog for hours so that the other dog could be outside. They of course never told me that was how they were addressing the issue, they just continued to cash my $1000 a month and kennel my dog for most of the day without telling me. When I raised it as an issue, they agreed to start cycling my dog in and out of the park with this other dog, but it continued to be an issue and I was paying exorbitant prices just for my dog to be kenneled inside most days. I stopped paying for unlimited and started doing half days once in a while, boarding when I had to travel. The issues persisted to the point that I witnessed one of the employees grabbing my dog way too aggressively on the webcam. It made me feel physically ill to witness. The owner's greed has frankly gotten out of control, insisting that the insane prices are to ensure staff are paid fairly when in truth they are constantly understaffed and over capacity. It is unfortunate but I think that the owner cares more about making money than about any dog's safety and well-being. In truth I am upset at myself for not stopping earlier as I am sure that similar incidents have happened with my dog previously that I didn't happen to see on the webcam. Immediately after I picked him up after this last incident, the supervisor on staff texted me and attempted to guilt me about not coming back. It was incredibly bizarre and inappropriate, and validated all of my concerns. I will not be bringing my dog back here, though I am sure they will keep his picture up as "dog of the month" for marketing.
We’ve left our dog here on a couple different occasions. The last time he was there several nights and came home with a cough and runny nose. He’s never been sick before so this was concerning. We know it’s a risk to contract viruses with boarding around other dogs, but he’s been so sick it’s not worth it to risk him going back. The staff however, is very friendly.
Deceptive business that posts one rate and then charges another, through the guise of taking a $150 "deposit" for a $94 bill and then giving you the remainder back as store credit.
We had an appointment to get our dog groomed at 3:00, our usual appointment with this dog groomer. The Dog Lounge staff phoned and asked if i could come in early. I got to the Dog Lounge at 1:00 and the staff said our dog’s shots weren’t up to date and they couldn’t take him. I left and phoned the vet who emailed the in the vaccination report stating our dog was vaccinated. I returned to the dog lounge and the staff, who was rude, said they still couldn’t take him. The groomer came out, stated it was her last day and she “was too busy for our appointment and I should take him somewhere else.” I offered to pay extra, but the groomer refused. Our dog is small and gentle and has been to the Dog Lounge for grooming on a regular basis. The staff was unprofessional and dishonest about the vaccinations and didn’t they were “too busy” to honor our scheduled appointment, so I wasted my time going back and forth.
2024 and still the same. finally trusting my own advice to go elsewhere. service here has gone downhill drastically since 2022 and i hope the owner isn't continuing to blame 'pandemic staffing issues.' as others have noted, phones are never answered anymore. and records uploaded via their portal are ignored. which makes their online reservation system useless. i should have followed my instincts when I last requested services a couple of months ago and was left with an uneasy feeling about the direction of Downtown Dog Lounge. At that time, there was confusion over my dog's appointment and requested services and no one would simply step up and own the situation, and make it right. Regardless, it's time to find a new boarder for my dog in Ballard.
Our puppy loves DDL - we tried two others in the area and our pup would come home smelling like piss. Never happens at DDL. Pup gets super excited when we approach, and the staff and facilities are great.
I have been using Patricia's service for the past 2 years. She is the best! Always flexible and accomodating, even with my irregular work schedule. My mini dachshund adores her, and would probably choose to walk with Patty over me. 100 percent recommed for those who need someone to take care of their loved ones.
I was referred to Ravenna Pets and I highly recommend it! Patty was wonderfully kind and patient with my senior dog Roco during his last few years of life, and has excellent communications. Your pets will be in good hands with her!
We love Patty so much! She is the kindest soul and we trust her implicitly! Takes the very best care of our Pippa and loves her as her own.
Highly recommend Ravenna Pet Care! I needed weekend care and walks for my dog with only a weeks notice and Patty responded to my inquiry immediately and was able to come by for a consultation visit right away. She was really flexible with timings and very easy to communicate with. The app was great and she sent pictures from each walk. She really went above and beyond, so happy to have found her!
Patty has been wonderful with our two dogs. She Updates us whenever she visits them for a walk. If we need to change up our schedule, she is always accommodating. Highly recommend Ravenna Pet Care!
Debbie is the best! She takes amazing care of our dog. She provides such a loving and safe atmosphere for all the dogs. We do not worry about our dog at all when he is with Debbie. She has a very fun instagram account so you can see your pup on a regular basis when you are out of town. It’s an understatement to say that I highly recommend her.
Debbie is amazing. We were new to Seattle when our friend recommended Debbie and it was such a great decision! Our dog is always so happy to see Debbie and has the best time when she stays. We even did an extended 3 weeks away this last summer and didn’t think twice about Debbie keeping our dog. Her standards are high, giving us the peace of mind that the dogs staying with ours are well behaved, cared for, and mesh well together. We highly recommend Debbie and the Dogs!
Debbie has been our dog walker for several years. She is just awesome - not only is she wonderful with dogs, she is extremely reliable, organized, responsive, helpful and super responsible and professional. Our dog also goes to stay with Debbie when we are out of town and we joke that she is having a better time staying here with Debbie instead of coming with us. Debbie is also just a really lovely person and someone we trust implicitly with the care of our dog.
We love having Debbie watch our dog. We've gone through many sitters and boarders in the past 6 years and Debbie is our favorite because of how caring and thoughtful she is (to humans as well as dogs!) We learned that our dog can be a good pack dog via Debbie's group walks and dog park trips. We have enjoyed getting to know Debbie and Pippin via our pickups and dropoffs!
Debbie is the best dog-loving person out there. She intuitively understands dogs, knows how to keep a group harmonious, knows your dog well, and gets them all the outdoor fun they crave! Boarding is so great too in that Debbie's home care is caring, un-crowded, and personalized. I feel complete confidence that out dog is happy and super cared for when we leave him with her. Such a relief to not worry and in fact- know that our dog relished his time with her dogs. Favorite dog-carer ever!!
Debbie has been SO amazing with my dog Oakley. She is so kind and trustworthy and always there for the pups when they need her wether it be overnight stays, walks or dog park trips! I have have 100% trust in her with my boy, and know she will take such good care of him! I know Oakley always has so much fun with Debbie and the dogs and he is always worn out when he comes home! We can’t thank her enough and we would recommend her to ANYONE!!
Debbie was our dogwalker for three years and leaving her service area was legit the saddest part of our move. Debbie is so good at what she does. She is organized, responsive, responsible and safe, and she genuinely cares about her clients — both dogs and humans. Her routine is predicable and she’ll give you ample notice if anything changes. She’s patient with the pups and brings them back home tired and happy. My dog absolutely adored her and her family. Thankfully, we live close enough for our dog to board with her, so our dog still gets to be a part of her pack from time to time.
Debbie has been our dog walker for several years and to say our dogs ADORE her is an understatement. They have done park trips, weekly walks and also boarded with her multiple times. She cares for them as if they were her own and is knowledgeable on dog behaviors. She not only knows how to handle them and keep them safe, she is so thoughtful, responsive and reliable! Just an amazing human! We recently moved cross-country and are so sad to not be clients of hers anymore but we are so thankful for the years of walks and love she provided to our doodles.
Debbie (and The Dogs) has taken great care of my 2 pups, Mateo and Lila ever since Mateo was a year old (3 1/2 years ago-or longer??). She has taught me how to be a responsible and knowledgeable dog parent and how to best serve their needs. My dogs love her and it broke our hearts when we moved and she couldn’t care for our pups any longer. I cannot recommend her highly enough, I trust her with their lives (and my heart). I wholeheartedly trust Debbie with my dog June, and just as important June LOVES Debbie. Debbie’s pack walks and park outings provide a great outlet for exercise and other four legged interaction that helps burn energy and fosters socialization. Pre quarantine I traveled a couple weeks out of every month requiring boarding for June frequently. I never worry when she’s at Debbie’s for boarding, I know she’s comfortable and getting lots of love from Debbie and her family. Debbie is also really easy to work with and flexible which has been helpful given my sometimes hectic and last minute schedule. June bolts out of the car when we pull up to the front of Debbie’s house, tail wagging, bottom wiggling, happy woo woo’ing and I would highly recommend Debbie for all your pups day stay, walking, dog parking, and boarding needs.
Lindsay has watched our cats twice and is a trusted, kind, and reliable pet sitter. Highly recommend! One of our cats is very shy but befriended Lindsay quickly. Do not hesitate to call Wild Pack Pet Care!!
Our little Louie is pretty hesitant to meet new people, but he warmed up to Lindsay almost immediately. We are so grateful that she is so attentive to Louie’s needs and always makes sure that he has a great time while we are gone! Lindsay goes above and beyond with pet care, and I would recommend this business to anyone needing pet care services.
Looks so cute, right?! While true, Grover is also a bit ornery, has developed a taste for fingers, and is quite discriminating when it comes to his circle of trust. So I was surprised and elated that he’d immediately taken so well to the pros at Wild Pack—they definitely have the It Factor when it comes to dealing with special little dogs with special little needs. This is a one in a million success for my dude, and we’re not about to shake that up. Grover will be a member of the Wild Pack for life!
Lindsay is fabulous. I can tell how much she cares for my dog. The photos and videos she shares always has Koko smiling. And, Koko doesn't smile easily when I'm not around because of her separation anxiety. I'm so glad to have found her!
Excellent, highly recommend! We were in a bind because we just moved to the area, had an upcoming trip for a wedding, and our booked sitter canceled last minute. Wild Pack to the rescue! They took the time to come by before the trip to meet and learn all about our two medically complex cats. Then during the trip they gave daily updates and pictures, asked thoughtful questions that anticipated the needs of the cats, and made sure they were both happy and healthy. Very detail oriented and professional. They are our first choice for pet care in Seattle!
This is how awesome Xander’s walks were with Lindsey. She allowed him to get outside and sniff all dirt and flowers he wanted, spending 45 in the sun, and she was such a gentle soul that he didn’t feel any separation anxiety from me. And miracles upon miracles, he came back and crashed hard right after each adventure—which means he got all the stimulation out of their interaction that I could have hoped for. It was also very satisfying and unusual that she was able to start the same evening as I contacted her and came with the same consistency each day so that Xander felt safe going with her.
Wild Pack has been such a great resource to help with my brand new pup (only ten weeks) when I have to be away from him for work etc. He is always so happy when I return and not exploding with energy, which shows he got a lot of attention and exercise/play during his visits! Great communication and truly care about your animals being taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for pet care in Seattle!
Wild Pack has been an absolutely awesome walker and sitter for my dog. Their daycamp experience is a unique highlight - they take my pup on outdoor adventures including long walks along the water. He returns pooped with his tail wagging!
Wild Pack was wonderful with our two-year old Beagle, Lambo. We felt like he was very well taken care of and we received frequent pictures and updates while away. They took him on multiple walks every day and even bathed him so he was fresh and clean upon our return. He was energetic and in good spirits when we got home. Would definitely recommend Wild Pack to anyone needing reliable pet sitting!
Wild Pack is one of the most genuine, caring and compassionate pet service providers in the area. Clearly committed to their soul purpose the love shows in all Wild Pack provides for our fur babies.
