Just like home! We had never boarded our dogs prior to this year. We have used CCC twice in the last three months. Both with the prior owner and the new owners. They are excellent and attentive caregivers of our pack. For a fee they offer departure baths and nail trims so your pooch is returned smelling fresh. Book really early as they fill up.

We love Camp Critter Creek! My dog enjoys his time there and is always excited when we pull in. They are busy so book in advance, it took a while to get in but I'm so glad I kept calling and found a time that worked with our schedules!

We have been using Camp Critter Creek for 9 years and they never disappoint. Our pet is well cared for and actually enjoys visiting there. Patty and her staff are excellent!!

They are absolutely the best. Highly recommended. Will only trust our pets with them from now on. Great place. Our dog loves these guys. They care and it shows.

These folks were kind enough to take my German Shepherd in at no cost while my husband was hospitalized. Awesome place!! Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Camp Critter Creek. The staff are all amazing! You can tell they really care about your animal and take the time necessary to make them as well as you feel comfortable.

Our three big dogs are always happy to go to Critter Creek. We feel that they receive great care at Critter Creek. I feel that the dogs are well cared for and a home away from home.

The Dog Lodge is absolutely amazing!!! My boy has been attending daycare there for months and he absolutely loves it. He cries in the morning in the car for me to get there faster. All of the staff are amazing, I can’t say enough great things about them. Ollie loves them and you can tell as soon as he sees any of them he gets excited. I never worry when I drop him off because I know he is in great hands. They are the best by far!

We love the dog lodge. Our little Cookie is treated so well. We spend a lot of our time watching her on the camera when she’s there! We enjoy our text updates and photos, too.

By far the most passionate and dedicated staff I have seen in a facility. Took fantastic care of my 13 year old corgi during what we didn’t know were her final days. Called me for any emergencies, updated me throughout her stay, made sure she got her medication and allowed me to check in on her when she wasn’t doing the best. Tiffany, Steve, Cydney and their staff are amazing and my family & I can’t thank them enough. Bella will be so missed but we are glad she got to experience the dog lodge and bond with staff. We will forever bring our fur babies here! ❤️

The people who work there are great people and really good to the dogs that they take care of they get plenty of attention when in their care. Once I got to see the care, attention, and the amount of time to run , play and exercise is amazing. I like the fact that they aren't locked up in a kennel all day like some other kennels do .

Highly recommend! Just picked up my dog here after a 5-night stay. Fair prices, easy to use app where they have 8 different camera’s to watch all the dogs play. Indoor/outdoor access for them all day long. Nice overnight pens. They also send text message pictures throughout the stay, with add-on treats available. Great experience at this WV owned biz! Take your pup here!

I love taking my dog, Annie, to the Dog Lodge. Annie is loved on, gets exercise, plays with other dogs, and gets excited to go there. I am so happy Annie has a place she is well taken care of, and I don’t have to worry. The workers are wonderful as well.

Had a very pleasant meet and greet ! Although my puppy did not respond well they didn’t give up on him and willing to try again in a couple of weeks. Will deff recommend ! UPDATE: My dog went to another daycare and excelled in the environment there ! So, my puppy showing my teeth at a staff member means he didn’t like something or something happened there. He responded well to the staff at the other daycare, they seemed to know more about puppies and how to treat them. Also, this daycare has nothing to do, just a big area with a lot of dogs. No agility toys or anything. My honest review.

We have two pugs and a husky and my husband is home during the day, so they're never alone for long. We went to the beach a few months ago and we were super nervous about boarding them. The staff at the dog lodge were very kind and compassionate and provided us with the reassurance we needed. We initially thought they were going to have to be separated from the other dogs because our husky wasn't crazy about the bigger dogs during her temperament test. The staff decided to try her with the smaller dogs and all three of our babies did very well. We'll most definitely be going to the Dog Lodge for future boarding, grooming, etc!

Charleston Dog Lodge is AMAZING! The staff is so sweet and kind to the dogs and love them all like their own. Our dogs come home exhausted from playing with their friends and they have a blast. I love being able to log into the cameras when I’m at work and watch what my monsters are doing!

If there wasn’t a House of Hounds, I don’t know what we’d do daily so our babies didn’t have to be home alone. House of Hounds not only provides wonderful daily daycare, but it is so comforting to know the dogs are never kenneled when we board them. The staff is exceptional! They are very responsive, provide updates as needed, and I know they love all of their furry clients! We have been using House of Hounds since 2018 and highly recommend their services!

The House of Hounds is a wonderful option for day care for your dog. The Charleston location has an incredible staff who truly love dogs. My dog has been going to House of Hounds about once a week for the last few years. He is always excited for daycare day, and it is part of his regular routine that he looks forward to each week. I feel confident dropping him off at HoH because I know how much the staff there care for the dogs. I also use the grooming service at House of Hounds in Charleston, and they do an expert job in maintaining my dog’s high maintenance coat. I also love the convenience of having daycare and grooming in one place. I can drop my dog off for daycare and pick him up, freshly groomed, after work that same day. If you are looking for a caring environment to trust to take care of you dog during the day, you can’t find a better option in Charleston than House of Hounds. It is pawsitively great.

Great location and beautiful interior. I love the assortment of products they have available when I stop in - but of course the best part is knowing my dogs will have fun and be well cared for. We love and appreciate you House of Hounds!

It has been awhile since we have been to this location. Taking Beyla went seamless even though it has been awhile. We always enjoy finding Beyla on the TV in the waiting room once they take her back. We adore all the decorations there and how cozy they make the place. If you feel that way walking in then you know your dog feels just the same; just like home! .

Love this place!!! Our Jack Russell HATES getting his nails clipped. Finally gave up doing it ourselves and took him to House Of Hounds of Nitro and not only did it take like 5 minutes if that...he didn't even make a whimper! Customer for life now :)

House of Hounds is wonderful! My dog Blue loves it there!!

I absolutely love how the staff takes care of my boy, Cooper. I appreciate how if they see something off in his behavior or see something physically wrong. This is at both locations too.

I would never send my pets here the staff is rude and I have witnessed them miss treating dogs being bored there I watched one of the staff kick one of the dogs because she looked like she was in a bad mood but that is no excuse

I take my Shepherd/Pyrenees mix for grooming and Katelyn is the absolute best! She does such a great job with Dolly. I recently took my other dog, a boxer mix, and his coat is so shiny! He looks like a pup again! Dexter and Dolly highly recommend Club K9, especially Katelyn!

I liked this place for a long time but the last time I took my senior dog here they scraped his back so bad with clippers that's he came home covered in bloody scabs. I will NEVER go back.

I have been taking my Adult Dog (Fish) for the last 2 years and my new puppy (Chips) for about 1 month now. Awesome staff. Kind and caring for dogs that are super shy (like fish) or dogs that don't know manners yet (like chip) lol. Recommend their boarding and day care services to anyone.

Best place ever for dog grooming! Everyone that works here has always been so friendly and very sweet with our dog Coco Bear who always looks amazing after being groomed! I highly recommend bringing your pets to Club K9!

We've been taking our two dogs here the past several years for daycare and boarding (and the occasional nail trim). Love everyone who works there, and always know that our fur-babies will be taken care of and cuddled while we're away!

Club K9 is great! They are very attentive to the dogs and always greet you with a smile. When we brought our large dog to the club they made sure he was properly and slowly introduced to the staff, buildings, and other dogs. He has had a blast so far! We would recommend this doggy haven to anyone!

Their staff is friendly. Their walk-in nail trim service is very convenient and a great price. They do a good job grooming my German shepherd when he's blowing his coat.

I love the groomers here. They helped calm my normally nervous dog and showed him lots of love and attention! They also helped fix the huge disaster that was my furbaby's fur after the last place messed it up bad. Shelley one of the owners is an Amazing person and very sweet and helpful. I will forever take my dog to Club K9!

Always take our 4 dogs there for nail clippings. Everyone is always friendly. Would recommend.

They didn't have a clue on how to approach a new dog. I came for an interview to be able to board my girl. I got out of the car , a young guy came out of the gate and said nothing, just started walking towards my car with his arms out with a leash. She started to growl, which she Never does, then a woman came up behind me and started me and said , no we can't take her she seems vicious and might hurt an employee. If I were a dog I would have been freaked out by both of them too! We went and found a great place for her they approached her being friendly instead of intimidating, no problem. She was great with them. She has been through extensive training and even her trainer said they needed to figure out a better approach. They definitely lost a lot of business through me. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Absolutely, unequivocally, best pet boarding service in WV. The whole staff is amazing, the grounds are beautiful and fun for the pets, and they genuinely cared so much about our pets and made sure they were so well taken care of. They were also always open to a last-minute reservation. I’ve moved since, but for any pet owner in WV, these guys should be your first choice for pet boarding. You won’t be disappointed.

I boarded my dog for two nights and the process was so easy. They get back in touch with you really quickly and are very nice! Cooper had a great time there. It's nice to know you're pet is being well taken care of while you are away.

Not recommended for rescue organizations. We had a Great Dane surrender there and asked if they could keep the vet records and surrender paperwork for us until we could come and pick up the dog and paperwork. They lost all the paperwork and owner has nothing positive to say about helping rescues even though we paid all bills on time and communicated everything going on.

Visited today (Jan 20, 2021). The safety features in place for dogs, the "Play Yard" as they don't believe a dog should be kept in a kennel, the caring staff top-notch. And the work they are continually doing to this "Pet Resort"!

My dogs love CRPR! They are excited to go in the mornings and as soon as we pull down the road, they know where they are. They get plenty of exercise and come home tired, which is exactly what I want!

Loved this place! My dog Murphy had a blast everyday and would get excited in the mornings as I’m about to drop her off. The staff is super friendly and always pick up their phones. I had zero problems and a happy pup, couldn’t ask for any better.

My dog loves daycare and had a great deluxe boarding experience. They sent me pics as promised during the weekend and responded by text to maintain communication about pickup. Very responsive and helpful but most important seems to care about taking care of Hudson with plenty of dog friends for him to play with! Always tired when he gets home.

I was so nervous about leaving my cat for the first time for vacation, but the staff were very communicative about her during my trip which kept me at ease. Thank you so much! Will definitely consider coming again ^^

We found country roads on Google and I desperately needed a place to take care of my two dogs and four cats where I could have the option of an alone kennel away from other dogs because of my dogs temperament and emotional instability and wow. I am so impressed by the people who work with the animals. My dogs arrived and they took care of them and worked with them and tried to coax them into having fun with the other animals. My cats are well taken care of and have fun window watching, playing on cat trees there and climbing up top in wooden planks. The staff are wonderful and I just love everything about this place. I will only ever go here for grooming, boarding, and day care. I just can't stop talking about this place.

Best animal keepers around. It is clear when dropping off and picking up our dogs the folks who are here love animals. The spaces are kept clean and the dogs get plenty of "yard time" when there. Prices are very reasonable.

This was the first time we had to board our dog, Sunny. The night before I cried hysterical. I was so nervous having to leave her. The morning we dropped her off I had a perfect peace, and knew she was in good hands. I called daily to check on her. Neil also sent me the cutest pictures of her while we were gone. I could tell she was so happy because in every picture she was smiling. On the day of pick up Neil had nothing but amazing things to say about her. I had her bathed before she was even boarded, and she still smelled clean, looked clean, and definitely healthy. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take her to. I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of her. They truly are amazing.

My dog Mando has stayed here twice. He has some anxiety being away from his family but they always put my mind at ease about leaving him. I can alway tell that he is taken care of really well.

I won't take my Shepard, Izzy anywhere else! She is a little shy and won't eat sometimes or gets sick when we have to leave her and Rea is the best with her. The inside is spotless, and smells clean and sanitary. I know my dogs in good hands.

Great place to board dogs. We had to leave town for a week, which then turned into two weeks. The staff there was great and accommodated me even with the change in travel plans. Neil was very through about explaining their pricing (very reasonable) and the care they would receive. They even texted us photos when we were missing our pups a bit. Thank you CLBK! We are already planning our next trip knowing our dogs will be in good hands.

I called Becky’s on a Monday. Tuesday Becky’s called me and we set up an appointment for Friday at 1:45pm. Somewhere between Tuesday and Friday they LOST my phone number to cancel the appointment. I never got notified. It’s 80 miles round trip for me. Not very professional. Becky wanted to reschedule for next week . I spent $20 in gas so I would be out $40 and still not have my dog’s nails done and that’s not counting the cost of the clipping. I will NEVER go back.

Becky’s is not easy to get an appointment because she has so many loyal customers. And that’s for a good reason—she’s the best dog groomer around. Hands down!

We always board our pups at the Pet Plantation. They seem to love it. When they arrive, they rush for the door. Pet Plantation is clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. I enjoy reviewing photos at the end of the day showing our pups playing.

Winston had the BEST time at his first overnight visit at The Pet Plantation. 🐶 The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the grooming services are very reasonable pricing wise. Boarding is only $35 a night for Winston’s size, and even with additional grooming fees it came out to much cheaper than we anticipated. We had a little scare when Winston came back with potential limping, and the staff and owner contacted us immediately to see what was going on. ( It did turn out Winston was faking it to try and make his parents feel bad for leaving him! ) I was incredibly impressed with the staffs care and knowledge on what was going on with every dog under their care. Winston is still a pup, only six months old, and we can’t wait to bring him back for more daycare and overnight services to help him become a more social little guy! I highly recommend The Pet Plantation.

My pup loves going to Pet Plantation. He gets to play both inside and outside with other dogs. I am particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. My pup loves the staff. In addition to playgroup, he gets his nails trimmed while he is there. He also gets a bowl of ice cream! I'd give Pet Plantation 10 stars if I could.

We LOVE Pet Plantation! My Cavapoo, Tilly has been going to stay with Amanda and her staff for almost 3 years. We also use Chrissy for grooming. I can’t say enough about how professional but personable everyone there is. Tilly absolutely pulls on her leash to get inside and literally lays on the door for me to open it when we get there! She is always greeted warmly and when I pick her up from boarding she is always clean and relaxed! Chrissy does an amazing job and my sweet “doodle” always looks like a “doodle” after her groom. Best haircuts she’s ever had! I really can’t say enough positive things. Thank you Pet Planation for giving my best friend Tilly a safe, happy experience!

We love the Pet Plantation! We have brought our dogs multiple times and each time we are so pleased. We have also had one of our pups get groomed while there and he smelled so nice at pick up! Staff is always friendly and they are great with communication. Our pups love their time there. Recently, one of our dogs had a medical emergency while there due to his underlying health conditions and the staff were incredibly caring and went above and beyond to make sure our pup received the most care, love, and attention. We 100% recommend them and will always be using them anytime we need a boarder or groomer. Cannot say enough good things about the staff here!

These guys seem yo be pretty great! My dog has been here twice for daycare, and seems to have so much fun each time! The people are friendly, the prices are reasonable, the rules appear to be adhered to, from what I can tell the environment is clean, and it seems a safe space for my pup. They even did a great job with his nails! My only wish would be for the installation of cameras so I can have peace of mind proof that my fur baby is having the time of his life while there. I will continue to take my fur baby to the Pet Plantation for daycare/play/socialization. They are reliable, accepting of feedback, and loving!

I've taken my dog here for overnight boarding 3 times. 2/3 times, she did not receive all of her meals. The first time she missed a meal, I went off the schedule on their website and broke her food up into 3 meals a day. When they handed me one meal, I questioned whether or not I had given too many meals. The last time we took her, she was only there one night and I had only given them 2 meals (one for drop off day dinner and then breakfast next morning.) I wrote on each bag the date and which meal, very simplified. I picked her up at the exact time I had selected for pick up and the guy handed me her "dinner" saying that "since you're here early, here's her dinner." Confused, I asked why she wasn't fed cause it was ~3pm which means she had gone hours and hours playing hard with no food. The guy showed me the feeding calendar which did not show that she was offered any food. My poor dog was starving. I had to hand feed her 1.5 cups in the car immediately and she scarfed it down (very unlike her). I still give 2 stars because all the workers I've met are so nice and because they have (what looks like, you can't tour it to be sure) such a nice facility. If you're gonna pay the price they charge, the absolute LEAST they should do, is feed the dog. I am guessing they were understaffed, but still, there is no excuse for not feeding a dog and having no explanation other than "they must have missed her or forgot. " Sadly, I will not be returning.

Xena loves being boarded here. She has the best experience with the staff and other dogs she plays with. They offer a safe and convenient facility when I need to leave her for daycare or a weekend stay.

My girl, Abby, is 16 years old. We have taken her to Tails R Us for grooming for several years. In the last year, grooming wears her out but the staff take such great care of my girl. They are patient and allow her to take breaks. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my girl’s care.

Our dog is very very anxious. Hates car rides, hard floors, new places, etc. It took her a couple days to warm up to being there but we loved watching her on video the whole time we were on vacation! They were so sweet with her and she didn't want to leave when it was time to come home.

I've had my Bella there 3 times, two for grooming and once for a nail trim. I live this place. They are so kind to the animals. In Aug we will be taking Bella there for doggie day care and I trust them completely to take great care of her. Thank you all for what you do!

Super cute environment with amazingly helpful staff. Gave my 2 cats a place to stay in a pinch before the holidays. They do have cameras with an app you can log into and look at your babies ANYTIME, which is super nice considering I am a super hands on cat mom. My cats stayed here half day and they abided by all special instructions because one of these guys is special needs. The reason for 4/5 stars is because for the half day, I never once saw my cats on the cameras unfortunately. I will definitely give it another try though and possibly change my rating, just because these guys know what they're doing. Thanks Tails R Us.

Took my poodle there and because they could not finish her ears I was not charged. That kind of honesty and professionalism is refreshing. My dog loved the staff. I will never take my dog anywhere else but here. 10/10.

Tails R Us is an outstanding dog daycare, grooming, and boarding facility, owned by two of the most caring and loving friends and pet owners I know - Maricris and Scott Miller. Their genuine love for animals is evident in every aspect of their business, from the warm and welcoming staff to the comfortable and clean accommodations. The spacious daycare area has separate dog playgrounds for small and large dogs to keep them entertained, while the grooming services left them looking and smelling fabulous. As for boarding, I had complete peace of mind knowing my dog was treated like family and in the best hands. My dog Cosmo loves this place, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for exceptional care for their beloved pets. I can't thank the owners and staff enough for their dedication and commitment to providing top-notch service.

Just got my Oliver groomed today for the first time, they did a lovely job. Staff was amazingly nice. He can be a difficult pup but they did well with him. Well worth the $90.

We just went in for a nail trim this visit, but we were very impressed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had a lot of questions about daycare and boarding, and they were very easy to talk to and professional. I will definitely be back.

Our silver lab Macy goes to HOH of Charleston and they are fabulous. We had a trip planned and needed boarding services. She was 7 months old before we finally stopped cancelling trips that we couldn’t take her on. We decided to try the boarding services offered in Nitro location. Talk about a great experience! They have completely set our minds to ease. They sent us updates and pictures. They were patient, professional, and just all around top notch. Anyone needing daycare or boarding services for your fur baby, look no further! You can’t go wrong with either location of House of Hounds!

I always have a good experience when taking my Great Pyrenees to get his nails cut there. He's always anxious about having anything with his paws done, but they're really nice and make it as easy for him as possible.

We went out of town for an early birthday celebration and left our Beyla behind at HOH. This girl had us so worried when we got the call that she was being rushed to the Emergency Vet because they thought she had bloat. They took all the proper precautions when feeding her, but sometimes this can still happen. We suspect it was the anxiety from being away from home and her excitement from being in a place that she loves that caused it. We can't thank House of Hounds enough for keeping an eye on our girl and catching it so quickly. If this would have went unseen we would have lost our girl because it can be fatal in a short amount of time... Timing is everything with bloat. Thankfully knowledge and a watchful eye coupled with an amazing reaction time from the House of Hounds staff save Beyla's life. Doctors told us we were so lucky she was in excellent care from them because this would have been devastating. This is a big shout out to House of Hounds in Nitro and the South Charleston Emergency Vet for saving our girl's life! We cannot thank them enough for saving our girl's life!

We love House of Hounds and so does our pup! It’s a great place to take him when my fiancé and I both have long work days. He goes there for the day and he’s tired for the next two days. They do overnight boarding too, which we have not taken advantage of yet, but we plan to during our honeymoon after our wedding!

A little pricey but excellent service! I am picky where my little buddy stays, house of Hounds has not disappointed.

My dog is a drama queen and doesn’t like many places. She loved going to house of hounds to get groomed. But every time I make an appt which I wait months in advance for they cancel. They’re also a little bit more pricey than other groomers. Will not be returning.

I’ll start off by saying they do a great job but this year alone the price has went from $50 to $60 then $70 and now it’s $85 I lived with the first price increase and I mean what are you doing to justify that outrageous of a price when other groomers in the area are doing them for $48-$65 . I just paid $90 with a tip for an 18 pound dog and most groomers charge that for large dogs . I had her adjust my appt frequency due to the outrageous price . I don’t see how they can justify charging $85 for a groom for a small well behaved dog . Dunbar grooming told me $60 so I think I’ll be canceling all future appts . What upset me the most was being told after the fact of the price increase. I’d recommend telling consumers before hand or post a sign . I hate leaving this because they do a great job . This is just greed plain and simple and you can’t use the economy or supply excuse because I mean how much does shampoo really cost to charge your loyal customers $85 . The owner really needs to rethink this because it’s gonna cost her a lot of loyal customers -edit. I decided to update this from one to 3 stars to be fair because nothing was wrong with the service just the outrageous price

I have been a loyal customer for about 6 or 7 years now. I take my 10lb shih tzu every 2 months. For the last 6 years or so it has always been about $50 to get him groomed. That was a bit on the high end, but they were always so good with my dog that I felt like the services were worth the money. The last 3 or 4 times they have increased rhe price every time. First it was $60. Then it was 70$. Then today I took him to be groomed and asked how much it would be and was told they had another price increase and it would be $85! When I asked why the price has been increased I was told it was because of the price of the shampoo. Exactly how much shampoo are you using for a 10lb dog?!?! I find this price increase outrageous. In the last 4 to 6 months your price had increased $35! The time before last, they sliced my babies paw open. The owner came out and talked to me and was very apologetic about the situation and said he'd call and check on my dog the next day, but he never called. Despite this situation I continued to take my dog there. Stuff happens I understand, but a 70% increase in price over the last 6 months is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sorry to say they have lost a loyal customer today.

We feel very safe leaving our fur kids with auntie max. She sends photos and videos very often and she loves the dogs like her own children. We have left our pups for weekends or 3 weeks and they are always well taken care of. ❤️

I love Auntie Max’s! We can go out of town and have no worries when our Buddy is with her! She takes great care of him and all of his friends there! She even makes their own food. She’s a wonderful person! We wouldn’t trust anyone else with him, only Auntie Max. If I could give her a million stars, I would. We just love her so much!

I definitely recommend. We are so grateful for the care our pup Izzy received! She’s only 8 months old, so I was very nervous about how she would do staying away from us for the first time. Clair was awesome! She sent plenty of photos and videos of Izzy, and I could just see her coming out of her shell through those. I’m so glad to have found a place where she could play with other doggies and get the love and attention all of our fur babies deserve instead of being locked in a crate most of the day. I felt completely comfortable letting my 8 month old golden doodle stay with auntie max she went above and beyond for us provided images and video updates on how Harley was doing! We will be using her anytime we need doggy daycare she has a very thorough process to make sure she understands your dogs needs/personality❤️ she also gave us the cutest gift for Harley at pickup I can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough good things about Auntie Max’s. We were visiting from out of town and need a last minute place for our dog, Boomer to stay for a few days. Clare took him in and instantly treated him like family. Her place is clean and comfortable and the yard is fully fenced and tightly secured which was extremely important as our dog is an escape artist. We received txts, pictures and videos and it was clear that he had made himself at home and was having the time of his life. On his last day he received a gift bag with treats and a toy chicken which was a nod to the reason he needed a last minute place to stay! 😂. Highly recommend on every level! Thank you so much, hopefully we will cross paths again!

Auntie Max's is like a second home to our two dachshunds, Copper and Todd. They get lots of personal attention. Homemade snacks is a bonus. Each day we were gone, we received photos and videos showing how happy they were. They love Auntie Max - and Shera, too!

I wouldn’t take my dog to any other pet sitter. I hate leaving my 2-year-old puppy at home in a crate while I’m at work for 7+ hours. Claire is an amazing woman who understands my dog’s needs. She has the perfect space to accommodate all shapes and sizes of dogs. My dog has some weird quirks but those didn’t seem to phase Claire. She treats them as her own and is so thoughtful about keeping me updated on my pet’s care while I’m away.

Our Bindy loves to go to auntie Max’s!! She treats them so well!! Plus she makes them special snacks and always sends them home with treats. She’s by far the best around!!! Highly recommend

Clare is heaven sent! I do not trust many people to take care or watch after my 2 year old German Shepherd pup. I just returned from a 2 1/2 week vacation and it appears that Nala enjoyed her get away just as much as I have. Not only did Clare take the time to make sure Nala was acclimated with her dogs, she took extra time and made effort to ensure Nala was just as comfortable with her. I received daily updates about Nala and all of the fun things they had done for the day. Nala was most definitely spoiled with treats and love throughout the entire time I was away. At the beginning of the stay, Nala was not eating her normal food... Clare helped her feel more at ease and even gave Nala the food she was feeding her own dogs. On my trip back, my flights kept getting delayed which pushed my return back a day late.... Clare was very understanding and reassured me that everything is fine. It is nice to know you can call for any emergency and she will work with you and your schedule! She was also available to text/call all hours of the day/night, which also kept my mind at ease. Nala was all smiles when I picked her up. I hope this place becomes a second home to her! 10/10 would recommend taking your pup here for a stay. Nala already has her next few stays booked! :)

I have left my two Shih Tzus with Claire a couple times. Would definitely recommend her to take care of you baby. My dogs loved it there. I received pics and videos while we were away. We love that our babies can play with other dogs, be outside in a yard and be given care and attention instead of being alone in a kennel. Give her a call.
