Dr Karr and his vet techs are outstanding! My dog needed emergency medication just before Christmas after she caught an infection from my other dog. I emailed Dr Karr’s office and he was able to get her medication ready for pick up within an hour. His office is always very prompt, thorough, and courteous. They genuinely care about the well being of their clients. For routine visits, Dr Karr sees each patient individually and really takes his time to do a proper examination and make your pet comfortable. Every pet owner I have met in his office has been extremely pleased with the care he and his staff provide for their pets. I would highly recommend Pittsfield Pet Care and Dr Karr to any pet owner.

Dr. Karr and staff are super nice and we will continue to come here for our vet needs. Our dogs like the place as well, which is always a great indicator. They receive wonderful care here.

I love this place! The staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Karr is gentle, responsive, and he goes out of his way to help my doggos. I had to move out of the area and will need to find a new vet, and I was sad to have to leave Pittsfield Pet Care!

Dr. Karr is so personable and really treats my pets well! You can tell how much he loves animals. He has always followed up with me to make sure my pets are doing better if they had any issues during their visits.

I have lose hope of lot vet and boarding. but dr. Karr is the best vet I ever know, he love the dogs and take care of them passionately. Both my dogs Bailey and Alex love him, and enjoy the boarding, he and his assistant marsha take care good at them while am out town. Definitely would trust them to take care of my both dogs and recommend them to all my friends.

Pittsfield Pet Care has been boarding and grooming our goldendoodle for over a year now, and we are SO HAPPY we found them! They take wonderful care of our dog, and she is always happy to see everyone there. We've had some negative boarding/grooming experiences with our dog, who struggles with anxiety, but have never had any negative reactions from her while staying at Pittsfield Pet Care. And Holly (the groomer) is the best!!!
