We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!

We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

I’ve used Namrata three times now for all-day Doggy Day-Care and she has been wonderful with my fur baby! She’s sent me photos and updates, and the last time I pulled up to her home for drop-off, my pup was whining with excitement to enter!! Thank you Namrata, for all your love and care!

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. I am so happy that I have found an amazing dog sitter for day care and dog boarding. This lets me go on my trips and into the office without worrying about her. I would definitely recommend Namrata for dog day care and boarding!

We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.

Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)

Happy pets dog boarding is amazing!! They take the best care of my dog - lots of attention and walks and love. I can tell that my dog loves going there and it gives me great peace of mind to know that my dog is so well taken care of when I am out of town. Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. I’m thankful I was able to find Namrata and now feel confident that I have an excellent dog sitter for any travel in the future. I highly recommend her services.

Namrata took great care of my pup during his stay there. She sent me pics everyday to keep me posted, and also hand fed my dog when he had low appetite. My dog came back home happily, indicating that he had a great time there! Thank you for your care!

My best friend, Rosie the labradoodle, is a high energy kind of girl, so I make sure she gets plenty of exercise and socialization. Recently I found the doggie daycare at North Main Pet Lodge, which also does boarding. The good news is that Rosie loves her stays there, and I have complete confidence in the owners and staff, who are both friendly and professional. The lodge is not fancy but both the kennels and the play areas are clean and perfect for an active girl like Rosie. Highly recommended.

This business used to be the best for your pet services, but since it's changed ownership, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We have a huskie, and before the change of ownership, our dog Dee loved loved loved this place, but since the change of ownership, the 1 time we took our dog, when we went to pick her up... she was crying and didn't even come up to us, and ran straight to our car 😞 this was heartbreaking for us. She was depressed for 3 days after we brought her home. Dee is usually a happy go lucky, fun loving dog, so this was disturbing for me. We miss the old owners....

I have been taking my dog Jasper to North Main Pet Lodge for 6 months and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their services. Chris and Colleen have a lot of experience working with pets and it is evident by the care and attention they give each of their customers. I especially like that there are supervised play times to ensure everyone plays safely. I trust the care of my pet for both daycare and overnight boarding with North Main Pet Lodge!

We love North Main Pet Lodge and have used it for our cat for the last 8 years. The cat facilities are large and the enrichment provided by staff keeps our cat happy. We know he is safe and well looked after which gives us peace of mind. This is all besides the fact that the owners and staff are responsive, friendly and caring :)

Really pleased with North Main Pet Lodge, especially the good care and personal attention they gave our dog during his stay. This is a family owned operation, and they really know what they are doing. Will definitely be back -- this is now our preferred dog sitter! I especially like the upgrade options they offer for overnight stays, including 1 on 1 time with the dog, group play, various walks, and evening treats. We signed up for a couple of those extras, and they noticed which ones were effective for our dog and which ones weren't as effective. They proactively adjusted the play time so that our dog could do what he likes best (which also saved us some money). We also know exactly what to sign up for next time. The kennels are a very good size (4 ft wide by 15 ft deep indoor/outdoor area separate with a wall and doggy door).

We have been kenneling our dogs here for quite a few years. They have always been happy and healthy when we've picked them up. Owners are very nice and personable. They even managed to make my horribly unfriendly toy poodle like them. She hates everyone! They are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them. Of note, when one of our dogs passed away from lymphoma in March, they were nice enough to send a condonence card.

Love it! Well taken care of. Great experience. We’ve been using them for almost 4 years. We have a old rescue cat. She needs a lot of extra love. Comes back very happy and adjusted. Owners are very personable and respond quickly. Great prices for the area.

Our 9 year old German Shepherd was recently diagnosed with intestinal cancer and we were afraid to board her. We left her at North Main Pet Lodge for 5 nights and she did fantastic!!! Chris and Colleen make you feel so at ease! We love this place and so does our dog!

Matt is wonderful! He takes excellent care of Tucker, as if he were his own. Our little guy is so excited to go play with Bizzy and the other pups every time he sees Matt. He is happy and exhausted when we come and pick him up, regardless of whether he was there for a half day or full day. Matt is super communicative with scheduling.

Matt has been watching our Weimaraner since she was four months old. I never worry about her while she's there and she is always tired and happy when she comes home! He's very thoughtful with the mix of dogs he allows and she has really grown in her socialization while there. He's very flexible and really makes working life with a young, energetic dog much easier!

Matt is amazing and my pup loves and adores him! My pup is always excited to see Matt at drop off and is exhausted by the time I pick him up. Matt has been amazing at sending pictures of my pup throughout the day and keeping me updated. He responds quickly to any need and has been pretty flexible with my schedule.

My dogs love him and there is truly no easier person to work with. I spent a year going through other people on other services—you don’t need to do that! Go with Bizzy every time. He did a spot check on the dogs because my flight left earlier than I recalled within ten minutes of being asked if he could swing it. Hero stuff.

Our usual dog sitting plans fell through last minute and so in a rush, I turned to Google to find an alternate plan. I stumbled upon Bizzy’s Buddies website and, with their great reviews, decided to reach out. Within minutes, Matthew called back, took the time to explain his business philosophy, confirmed his availability, and we setup a meet and greet. I immediately felt comfortable and trusted that they’d take good care of our sweet girl. While away, he shared a lot of pics and we were able to stay updated from his active IG stories. Leaving your loved family members with a new face can be stressful, but Bizzy’s Buddies instantly made us feel good. We already have another reservation in the books! Thank you, Matthew.

We are doing roadtrip from Vancouver, Canada with Shiro, our 5 months old puppy. We looked for dog sitter near by where we stayed and found Matt on google. We contacted him and we got a reply right away. The communication was very clear and professional. Matt sent us photos and videos for us throughout the day so we had a peace of mind that our fur baby is doing OK. Matt's dog (Bismarck) is a very gentle dog and Shiro had a fun time playing with him. I would recommend Matt for any friends and family when they visit San Francisco with their fur babies!

As life races past us, a business trip my wife and I had arrived on the calendar sooner than we anticipated. We called our usual kennel, but they were booked solid. I did some looking around for another kennel with high ratings, and came across Dog Over Breed. They were kind enough to return my call promptly, and said they would have to "vet" my older dog for temperament and ability to listen. This was for her and the other dogs safety. They quickly gave us the thumbs up, we booked the girls that day and left for our trip. Fast forward a few days; and my in-laws, who were set to pick them up, were unable to at the scheduled time. DOB were able to hold on to the girls until my in-laws were able to pick them up. Obviously for an upcharge, but at the standard daily rate. We had them groomed by DOB, and I'm very tempted to even change my groomer to Dog Over Breed. They both came back to us as beautiful as ever. Highly recommended, and will board/groom our dogs there again.

Dog Over Breed has been an amazing place for my dog Lázaro. They do an amazing job ensuring he is always well behaved, always training on how to walk with a pack on and off leash, and their grooming services are stellar. There have been several times when we needed to board Lázaro and Dog over Breed always comes through assisting us with our Furrson. I would give them 1,000 stars if possible! Mo and Vic love what they do and you can tell, my dog Lázaro is always super happy to see them! Best daycare on the east bay hands down!

So glad to have found this hidden gem in my community for my husky! I use their nail trim, bath and grooming services. They are always so accommodating with my schedule, they seem to be able to squeeze me in whenever I call for a last minute appt. I know they do a good job because my dog hates getting her nails trimmed but now she doesn't mind. Mo and staff handle the dogs in their care with lots of patience and love.

My husband and I adopted Maverick from the Contra Costa Animal Shelter in April 2024 and were struggling with training and socialization. I found Dog Over Breed driving by as my work is 2 blocks away. I met with the owners Mo & Vic and was immediately excited to enroll Maverick in their Doggy Day Care! My husband and I will be retiring in a few years and decided it was time to adopt a pup. We fell in love with a sweet 4 mos. old rescue that turned into the Tasmanian Devil when we brought him home. Roy was aggressive toward us resulting in a few bites and leaving me afraid of him. We had a trainer come in that yelled at the dog, yelled at me, and stressed us all out. Roy had started daycare at Dog Over Breed so we reached out to Mo and Vic for help. They spent a few hours with us on a Saturday morning and focused on puppy training and Puppy Parenting 101. The dog is doing well, I am still a work in progress (but trying). Roy has extreme separation anxiety-cries if I go to the mailbox. Yet he will jump over me, run to Chris and never look back when dropped off for daycare. He loves playing with the other dogs but needs to learn his manners. The training we received at home is reinforced in the daycare program so there is no confusion. We are looking forward to starting him in the group walks when he is ready and have already booked his first overnight boarding. When you read that Mo and Vic are dog whisperers, that is not an exaggeration. You must see them in action to believe it. And I cannot stress enough how peacefully they work. There is no yelling, no hitting, no meanness. The dogs understand what is acceptable behavior. A huge shoutout to Chris and the other staff members that happily greet our pup in the morning. Not sure how we were lucky enough to find this place, but so thankful we did.

I cannot recommend Dog Over Breed highly enough. Mo and Vic are a Godsend. By the time I reached out to them, I was convinced I would never be able to vacation or have strangers into my house. We rescued our Rookie when he was about 8 weeks old. We were given a lot of bad advice in the beginning. We were told to bring him to the vet and not introduce him to any other dogs until he was fully vaccinated. Due to COVID, when we went to the vet, we were not allowed to enter. When I took him back to the vet for his last round of shots, he started freaking out. He was terrified. He was so scared, they actually had me walk him in. When i took Rookie to his first puppy social, he was scared and acting in an aggressive manner. The trainer told me that he was suffering from fear aggression and due to his age, he missed his biologically opportunity to be socialized. She suggested finding a good trainer ASAP. I found a trainer and she helped me with socialization and basic obedience. This was helpful, but Rookie was often times taken away from the pack because they had too many dogs to work with mine. I also struggled having people in my home because Rookie wasn’t comfortable with this. By this point, Rookie was 80lbs. He is a Shepard/pit mix and can be very intimidating when he is barking. Due to some issues at the vet, I ended up switching vets. When I requested Rookie’s records, it appears there was an incident at the vet that triggered his fear and nervousness. After reading his vet report, along with all the negative reinforcement I had received from several trainers, I was afraid of what my dog would do. I was not afraid at home, when it was just us, but definitely did not want to bring him around people. I was not willing to give up on Rookie. If I had surrendered him, he would have been put down. I resided myself to the fact that for the next decade, I would be tied to my house with my sweet, scary looking dog. After a few months, I really needed a vacation. This is when I started to research trainers and boarding that work specifically with more challenging breeds. Dog Over Breed came up in my research. Based on the reviews, I decided to give them a call. Mo answered my call. He asked me what I was looking for. Instead of answering his question, I started to explain Rookie’s story and he immediately stopped me. He asked if he could meet Rookie and form his own opinion. He said he did not want to know anyone else’s opinion before he met Rookie. We made an appointment to meet up. We met in the parking lot of his place. When I got there, Rookie was going ballistic. There were all kinds of people walking by and Rookie was not comfortable. Mo stood back and just ignored Rookie. We chatted a bit as Mo stepped closer and closer to me. Rookie was calm as Mo never acknowledged him. Mo put his hand out for the leash and I freaked out a little, but I handed over the leash. Mo walked away with Rookie. He gave Rookie all the basic commands and Rookie listened. At this point Vic arrived. Rookie was a little bothered at first but quickly calmed down. Mo and Vic both said Rookie was a good, well-trained dog. They said he was not vicious, but he was nervous. They said my fear was a large part of the problem. I completely agreed with them. It was then that my training and Rookie’s socialization began. We have been going to Dog over Breed for about 10 months. We do daycare and overnight boarding. In that time, Rookie has become more comfortable around other dogs and people. We can now have company over and I have been to Hawaii twice. Mo and Vic have taught me so much. The most important lesson they have taught me is that Rookie will never be a mellow, easygoing dog. He is who he is and that is okay. It is okay to not bring him around everyone that comes into my house. It is okay if he is uncomfortable to put him in his crate. It is okay to trust myself with Rookie. Dog Over Breed gave me back my life. Mo and Vic and Chris are phenomenal with Rookie. They are good and what they do and I feel fortunate to have found them.

Dog Over Breed has been with us since we first got Brooklyn. It’s been almost 5 years and they treat her like she is their own. They’ve done an amazing job with her socializing and dog training, and we are lucky we found them when we did! Brooklyn gets happy every time she sees them. Great group of dog experts. These guys understand how the dogs think, what motivates them, and how to change their behavior. My cattle dog mix is very much a 1-person dog, but he loves his pals at Dog Over Breed and is better behaved with them. As is often the case, it’s been my inconsistencies as the pet owner that my dog was taking advantage of and getting confused by, so these guys also helped to “train” me on what my pup expects/needs to be his best self. They have supported us with walks, which are more than the typical walk around the block for 30 min you often get. They pick up and drop off the dogs and it turns out to be a few hour adventure for them. Doggie daycare is well managed at their facility as is grooming (bath, nails, defur, brushing, etc.). Communications and timeliness are spot on. Thanks guys!

Dog over breed has been an absolute blessing to us! When we first moved to the area I spent months looking for a reputable dog trainer and dog sitting service for our reactive pitbull. After our first meeting, we knew we finally found someone that we could trust to help us. Mohit and his team not only helped our dog live up to his potential but helped us become better dog owners! Our dog can now walk calmly on a leash without reacting to others, he is able to socialize with other dogs in a friendly way and we are no longer anxious taking him on walks. Dog over Breed is the only place we trust to board our dog. When I tell our dog we are going to Uncle Mohit’s he gets the zoomies and waits at the front door ready to go. Mona and her team of walkers have been wonderful. I tried for two years to get my dog to walk on leash without pulling. After walking with professionals for a few months we we a huge difference in her. Her reactivity to other dogs while on leash has also improved.

Mona was fantastic! When she first greeted my pups, they instantly loved her! She welcomed them with open arms, and treated the pups as if they are her own. Usually my pups have a lot of energy and I was surprised that she was able to keep up and make them tired after their walk. Juneau and I completely loved the Happy Go Luck Pet Care pack walks and awesome service and love from Lisa. Juneau would race to the door when she heard Lisa coming in and start jumping up and down and rapid tail wagging. Such a lovely team and service plus awesome four leg companions.

Lisa and Paula picked up and walked our Brittany Lady for about 4 years until they relocated recently. I can’t say enough good things. They are so trustworthy, communicative, and kind. Lady would run out the dog door when she heard them with such excitement for her walk ahead. Lisa and Paula always sent the most wonderful photos and videos after the walk. I always knew that they genuinely loved our dog and would always look out for her. They took Lady to so many amazing hikes and trails. I know that Lady became very attached to them and misses them very much.

I've been postponing this review for years now because no amount of words can give my gratitude to these two amazing women and what they do for our dog everyday :) this is not a traditional doggie daycare experience. Paula and Lisa put their soul and sweat into ensuring our dogs have the best time with them. When I moved to the suburbs and had a newborn, my biggest worry was that I would never be able to give my dog the attention and energy outlet he needed. Paula gives him the best experience(for the last 2.5yrs or so) with off leash hikes along with the training/reinforcing needed on recall, impulse control, protection against foxtails and rattlesnakes. This is not a business that lets their dogs run crazy in a gated park, they put in a lot of effort to take the dogs on a mentally and physically stimulating hike and our pups come back home satisfied, and well exercised. In this busy and tough phase of life, I can safely say Happy Go Lucky has become an extension of our family.

Without hesitation, I gave Paula and Lisa at Happy Go Lucky Pet Care 5 stars! We had them take our dog, Milo, on walks most days a week for about 2 years. I loved how each walk Milo would literally run the hillside with his friends and Paula would send me videos/pics each walk so I felt connected with where he was at that day. He had the most incredible adventures and was exhausted afterwards which was comforting to know as we both work full-time. They are reliable, flexible and truly go above and beyond to support a beloved family member! I enthusiastically recommend them!

Lisa is the best dog walker! Our golden retriever always comes home tired and happy. She takes the cutest photos of the dogs on their hikes and leaves thoughtful notes about their adventures for the day. She is incredibly reliable and thoughtful. I highly recommend Lisa!

We have been using Happy Go Lucky Pet Care's dog walking services for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Paula is extremely reliable and my dog LOVES his walks. He is already at the door ready to race out before she even rings the bell. I love the fact that they go with other dogs, as they try and put your dog with others that will get along, as my dog loves seeing his buddies. They let them off leash and go to the open spaces so that he can get lots of running around time. My dog has lots of energy and acts up if he doesn't get out, so having him come home happy and tired is great. They also switch it up for variety and know where to go based on the weather. After each walk, they always send the greatest pics, videos and an update of the walk. We are so happy we found them!

I am confident in Paula's care of my puppy. She loves the dogs and is soooooo good with them. She provides advice and training tips to me as well and sends me videos and photos of each hike. There's something special about seeing your dog so happy! I was cursed by an injury that led me to search for a day hiker for my puppy because I could not offer that type of exercise for him. I am SO glad I went with Happy Go Lucky Pet Care because Paula & Lisa have exceeded all of my expectations with their care for him. They are reliable, caring, and just exceptional at what they do. They treat my dog like he is their own, & I am totally at ease when he is under their care. I get notes about his day, really cute pictures of him having the time of his life, and they have even been able to help out last minute in a pinch, which I appreciate immensely. I couldn't recommend them more!!!

If I could give 100 stars to Lisa I would!!! Lisa has been taking care of my dogs for at least 13 years. And during all that time, she has always been caring, responsible, professional, and at times, my savior when I desperately needed help with my dogs! I have to also give a shout out to Paula as well who also pitches in now and then to help out when needed. You can't go wrong with Lisa or Paula. I trust them completely!

Molly and her team are wonderful, reliable, and experienced. Not only did my pup have a great time, but I got daily updates with tons of pictures. The Doggie Llama team does boarding, training, and dog walking right. When your pet is left with them you can rest assured that your pet is receiving quality care tailored to their needs and comfort. Their science-based approach to training and care sets them apart from the industry standard and sets my mind at ease knowing that my pet is receiving the highest quality of care.

EDIT: We are coming up on our five year anniversary being with Doggy Lama! Wow time has flown. We do have two new walkers that tag team, Joe (who is our primary walker) and Vero (who provides backup), but all the previous statements in my review are still valid. Joe and Vero are always communicative, respectful, and Warren can't wait to go on adventures with him and his pack. You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Vanessa is pure gold. She has been walking my sweet husky-pit mix Margaux since she was a year old and forged an incredible bond not only with my pup, but with our whole family. We feel so comfortable with them, and often lean on their guidance and advice for taking care of our dog Rory. Our walker Jeysi feels like a member of the family. Every weekday she reliably arrives at our home, Rory runs to greet her, and off they goes with a pack of 5-7 dogs on a beautiful East Bay trail. A few hours later Rory comes home happy and tired. And then Jeysi sends us a written summary along with beautiful photos and videos from the day. It seems like such a fun pack. We're so, so grateful for Jeysi. Attaching just one pic here. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

My dog loves Doggy Lama! She cannot wait for them to pick her up and is always exhausted and happy when they bring her home. She has totally bonded with Vanessa and Merrigold. I appreciate their communication and professionalism. and the photos.

Everyone at Doggy Lama has been so good to my pup, Rosie, since I adopted her over a year ago. Rosie has arthritis so Dorothy takes her to the park to sniff about at her own pace or just lay in the sun. It's clear that she loves her time with Dorothy because she always comes home with a huge smile on her face! Kendrae is super communicative and responsive around scheduling, too. Kasper and I we both LOVE Doggy Lama; obviously for different reasons - Kasper loves the walks, treats and keeping his brain working while practicing recall on every walk. I love it that the Doggy Lama team is super reliable and feels like extended family. After I broke my foot they were able to immediately schedule Kasper for walks every day so I was able to rest. We love Hound Lounge! It’s by far the best doggie daycare around. Our little Elsa loves her canine buddies, the loving attention of the staff, and the creative daily activities. Also the holiday celebrations and how they take the time to post and send stories of her throughout the day. We are so grateful we found this place!

We are so happy we found the Hound Lounge as our groomer. We have taken our doodle there 3 times now and have been satisfied with the cuts. Other places we tried have been sub par as our doodle always comes back unevenly trimmed. At the Hound Lounge we have not had to worry about it! Also their staff is extremely nice and is always willing to touch up Ziggy if he ever needed it. Plus, the grooming was really quick compared to others in the area, Ziggy was done in a little under 2 hours This place has definitely become our go to groomer in the area. We would recommend them if you are looking for a groomer in the Pleasant Hill/Concord/Walnut Creek area.

We have been to a number of grooming locations and love how sweet everyone is at Hound Lounge. Our mini Labradoodle doesn't like to be kept in crates after grooming so it's nice to see her chilling in the play area with the other pups. we have always been happy with the grooming. Highly recommend!

I just recently had my first visit with Hound Lounge with my new dog that my girlfriend and I rescued named Abel. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind to both Abel and myself. They took the time to explain all of their services and overdelivered on their promises. As this was my first time ever taking my dog for a haircut, I had a little bit of anxiety and the team quickly put my mind at ease. I knew instantly that he was in good hands. The cherry on top was the actual haircut where Abel came out looking absolutely perfect. The extra extra cherry on top is that their prices were very fair as well. All around amazing experience for me and I will definitely be back!

After boarding him with them for over a month, I picked up my dog from Hound Lounge today. I've been sending my dog (a 10-year-old Chihuahua mix) to Hound Lounge for boarding many times, and they've always done a great job taking care of him. Their reliable service has always put me at ease. They're trustworthy and my go-to when it comes to boarding my dog. I would have sent my dog there during the day for more play time, but I live too far from them. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service.

Hound Lounge is a wonderful daycare place! My dog had a great time there! They are all small dogs, so they were about his size. They had toys to play with. He came home good and tired. I know that he enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend Hound Lounge!

Drop-off was easy, they were very accommodating and welcoming to my dog. The staff informed me about his progress, and texted me when he was ready. He waited in good company while I returned to the business for pick-up. Though he was pretty shaggy beforehand, his haircut was nice and flattering as requested.

I’ve been taking my schnoodle to Hound Lounge for years, and I have always been happy with how they groom him. I like how they keep a file of him on their computer with details on who groomed him last and what kind of cut he had. They listen openly to my suggestions if I want something different. They communicate well with you if your appointment needs to be changed for some reason. They text/call when your fur baby is ready to be picked up. The last time I was there was on a Saturday and I didn’t realize that they had different closing hours from the rest of the week. When they texted me an hour later that my dog was ready to be picked up, I called them back and I told them I was 45 minutes away running an errand and had no idea that they closed at 4:00. I told them that my dog is always there for at least 2 hours and I couldn't get there for another 45 minutes. They were very understanding and accommodating. The owners were coming in to close up the store and said they’d wait for me. When I got there my fur baby was waiting for me, all happy and wagging his tail, and I was able to meet the owners who are very nice. They went above and beyond for me when I made the mistake. My schnoodle and I love going here.

Jeremy managed to get us set up with a great dog walker at very short notice. We are working with Eric--he's gregarious and clearly into dogs and his job. We interviewed him with our dog and were immediately at ease. We have an ever changing schedule and Jeremy and Eric have been able to accommodate that with no problems. THANK YOU Red Rover!

Our dog has been getting walks from Red Rover for almost 4 years. We have also boarded her with them. We couldn't be happier with their services and customer service. Riley loves her walks and comes back a happy and tired dog. I really don't know how we would function without them.

I’m so glad to have found trustworthy, honest, friendly & truly caring walkers to take care of Ned. As a first-time rescue owner, Ned was adopted and lived with two other dogs for two years. I recently moved to the area on my own with this sweet dog and as an anxious dog parent, I do worry about him without his dog mates. Dave is amazing with Ned and goes beyond his dog walking service. Once on a very hot day in Oakland, Dave ensured Ned did not overheat and turned on the fan for him. Including checking on his water bowl. This was not our first dog walker - I had a few before who did not have the same level of professionalism and general care for my Ned. I am so grateful for Jeremy and Dave.
