I had never boarded my senior cat Baby Girl before and was so worried about leaving her. I found that the staff treated her with such patience and kindness! They are truly wonderful people. The facility was also spotlessly clean. I'm so grateful for the care they provided my cat!!

We have been taking our puppy to daycare and are so thankful we found Barksburgh. The facility is clean, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about dogs , and more importantly my dog love it! He races to the door every time. We are beyond satisfied. Thank you Barksburgh for taking such great care of our boy!

The cleanest, calmest kennel I have ever seen! The staff took great care of my dogs on their first visit (an overnight stay). Very reassuring that our own vet is just a text or call away. We will definitely board our pets there in the future.

We ended up with a "COVID puppy" and the one thing that I was not prepared for was how I would NOT want to leave her alone. Ever. Now, thanks to Barksburgh, on the rare occasion that I am going somewhere that my girl can't go, I know that she will be in the best care. She is hilarious whenever we turn into the parking lot and starts going nuts, unable to get out of the car fast enough. And I can see why-everyone there fusses over her and she eats up every second. The TLC time and cameras are a huge plus. The cost is extremely reasonable, especially when you know that your furbaby is being cared for like their own.

We are Sooo Happy that we found Barksburgh for our boarding needs. The facility was clean and warm for our babies, I loved that I could log in and see my pups when I wanted, and the staff was super sweet and attentive. We Highly recommend Barksburgh and will definitely use them again if we’re in the area.

My Daisy baby loves it there! I need to start taking her back just even once a week. We boarded her for a weekend and it was Daisy first time away. She is a rough collie and shows her emotions and I thought she would miss us, but it was like the opposite. Lol. Thank you!

This is the only place we can take our three-year-old Pitbull that he doesn't freak out. He loves going there. And they have webcams for you to see your pet at any time on your phone

We have been using Bow Wow Stay Now for years. Stacy is very easy to work with and takes such great care of our dog. He is a German Shepherd and has bad anxiety but is always relaxed in the photos she sends! We would recommend to anyone!

I can’t say enough great things about Bow Wow Stay Now!! My dog Basil is more of a shy girl and she is so comfortable going for her day and overnight stays!! It’s also comforting knowing she is in great hands when she is there and we don’t have to worry!! I love getting the picture updates as well!! This is the best doggy daycare out there!! We started taking our Sheltie puppy Griffin here when he was about 8 months old and at the time he wasn’t always confident around other dogs, even occasionally hiding behind our legs at the dog park. So we weren’t sure how he would do, but Stacy made everything work smoothly! She has a process for all her new dogs, including always keeping a very close eye on the situation to make sure that everyone was safe. Because Griff’s adjustments to the new dogs and new surroundings were made slowly and carefully, he did great. Ever since he started going to Stacy’s (almost 2 years ago), Griffin has come so far out of his shell and has become WAY more confident around other dogs! Griffin always comes home SO happy (and tired!) from all the playtime both inside and outdoors (weather permitting of course). Stacy always sends GREAT photos, too (see attached), which never fail to make our day! We couldn’t be more grateful that Griffin has a home away from home where he can have fun and we can be 100% confident that he is safe!

We love Bow Wow Stay Now! Stacy sends daily pics when my dog Lulu is there and she is great with communication. Lulu has been shy with other dogs and taking her here has made her more confident to play with other dogs!

Our rescue, Sophie, loves Bow Wow Stay Now. Sophie is skittish but we were amazed at how she adapted to the environment that Stacy provides. Stacy keeps us informed with videos that are so reassuring and we were delighted to see her playing with the other dogs. I highly recommend Stacy and Bow Wow Stay Now.

We’ve been boarding our dog here for almost four years on extended overnight periods. He absolutely LOVES it and Stacy! She was recommended by a friend who boards there as well. I can’t say enough good things about how excited my baby dog gets when we are approaching, so much so he might likely just choose to live there if he could. Stacey is great to communicate with, always sends photos, videos and updates. The cost is beyond reasonable and especially for having free roam and a lovely environment instead of an anxious kennel dog area. Best kept secret that I hope stays a secret! Thank you

Bow Wow Stay Now pet sitter is the best I have had in Pittsburgh. I travel frequently and have great peace of mind with my 2yr old golden retriever! My golden practically runs me over when she sees them and knows she’s going to camp or for an overnight. The owners are very attentive to my dogs needs and constantly are sending me updates and pictures. They work around my schedule with pick up and drop of and make sure my dog feels comfortable and at home on their home! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend BowWowStayNow. Stacy is very accommodating regarding pick up and drop off times. Her place is clean and there is a nice/secure fenced in back yard. She is thorough in screening the dogs so all are current with shots. She is a very nice person and calm with the dogs. She treats my dog as if he is her own... one of the family!!!

Stacey has been so important to us since we like to travel but hate leaving our dog behind. Bow Wow Stay Now is like a second home to our dog. She’s always excited to get there and I have peace of mind while we are away knowing she’s in a loving home.

For around 8 years we have been taking our dog Harley to Stacy for day care and also overnight boarding when we take trips. She and also my husband and I love it! My dog gets so excited when we tell her that she is going that she doesn't calm down! We are so fortunate to have found this place of business, that treats and cares for our dog like one of their own! Harley comes home a happy and THOROUGHLY exhausted pup! I can always count on Stacy for taking great care of Harley! Highly recommend!

My dog is 9 years old and can be very difficult. He is not cage trained and will NOT get in a cage, and he is an escape artist!!! My husband and I have never boarded him anywhere out of fear that he would escape. After talking with Stacy, and her reassuring us of her safety precautions, with dogs similar to ours, we decided to give her a try. We were so nervous and panicked the first time we left him. Well.... that was almost 2 years ago and he has stayed with Stacy 5 or 6 times since then, for up to 10 days at a time. We are so grateful to Stacy for allowing us to have great, carefree vacations knowing that our baby is safe and happy. Stacy’s dog watch is a home away from home and she is a second mommy to our baby. Our doggie even sleeps with her in bed! She also sends us daily pictures and updates! Took excellent care of my fur baby.

Really wonderful service! Our dogs are very dog-selective and don't do well with traditional boarding services, so we were looking for an alternative during a weekend trip. Pied Piper Pet Sitters was perfect - our animals were able to be in a place that they were familiar with and stick to their regular routine. We got text updates and pictures with each visit, and everything was very reasonably priced. So pleased with this decision, and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Laura is the most kind, gentle, loving human who truly cares about the animals in her care. Our two cats are our entire world and we wouldn't leave them in just anyone's hands for a week while on vacation. Upon meeting Laura, we were blown away by her knowledge and attention to detail. She took notes during her visit and made us truly feel like our girls were in the best of care. While we were away, she sent us pictures and updates daily which always put a smile on our face! We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that Laura was watching the girls. We can't wait to use her services again on our next trip! We are customers for life!

Laura is great at taking care of my puppy. Always very flexible with our time request even if it varies all the time. Our puppy loves playing with her each time they go for a walk. Definitely recommend her

Jennifer is untrustworthy. She was gone significantly more than discussed, lied about when she was there, allowed her minor child to feed my dogs unsupervised. The child gave medication to the wrong dog and gave the wrong dose. Jennifer also refuses to answer if her child is covered by her insurance. She turned off my outside cameras directly after I confronted her about being gone for almost 6 hours well past dinner time. The first night she was at my home she crated my dogs without a potty break from 8:20pm to 8:48 am. She fed my dogs breakfast at that time then "dinner" at 12:31pm! They did not get to eat again until after 8:30am the following morning. She gave very little interaction with the dogs as I have cameras inside and could see that she sat on the couch ignoring them most of the (short) time she was there. Be careful she uses 'fancy' language to deny and overlook major problems. Jennifer is extremely untrustworthy and has been caught in several lies. I will never trust her in my home or with my dogs again.

Jennifer has taken care of my 3 dogs for years. Every time we have to be away from home, we can count on her. The dogs even get excited when they hear her voice on the phone. They just adore her❤️. I never worry about my little angels when she’s taking care of them.

Would give zero if it was an option. We contacted Jenny on Dec 17th 2023 to see if she would be able to watch our dogs while we were away on vacation in April 2024. She responded right away and we set up a meet and greet. The meet and greet went well- no concerns. We let her know on Dec 22nd that we would book her to watch one of our dogs overnight from April 25th to April 30th. She set up the appointments in the calendar on Jan 17th which came with an automated payment link, and I paid her the full amount of $500 on Jan 28th. On March 19th, we reached out to let her know we would not be needing her services in April as something had come up. She did not respond. I went in and canceled the "appointments" in the system on March 24th, thinking maybe she didn't see my message or our MULTIPLE phone calls to her, but she would definitely see her calendar. She responded on March 28th and told us she is sorry plans had to be canceled, and said that the payment stays on the account so to let her know when we want to book again. We responded back on March 29th asking her for a refund because with what we have going on we really don't know the next time we would need her services. No response. We sent another message on April 14th asking when we would get refunded the money as we could really use it right now because of our situation, and as of today, April 22nd, we still have no response from her. Looking at the cancellation policy: "Clients may cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the due time". It does not say anything about not being able to receive a refund. We were considerate and gave her PLENTY of notice to be able to book with another client, and we paid her way in advance to be sure that the trust was there. Clearly we were mistaken. Long story short-- VERY unprofessional and VERY inconsiderate. We are going through a really hard time right now as we explained to her, and this was not a small amount of money to lose. Honestly just at a loss for words with how awful this whole situation is. PLEASE do not book her services, and PLEASE do not trust her.

No rodent freezer available to the public. I had to flag two different employees down to ask them where it was, turns out that even though there are FOUR freezers full of frozen dog food, snake owners do not have the same access to buying feeders at this location. What should have been a 15 minute in and out purchase turned into an almost hour long stressful situation that I ended up paying MORE than what I expected for two boxes of rats (almost $30 for what should have cost a fraction of that anywhere else)….due to the fact no prices were listed for them and there was no accessible freezer on the sales floor for them. First PSP that I haven’t been able to price and purchase feeders for my red tailed boa at without having to ask an employee to go bring me boxes of rats TWICE. Won’t be back here again.

Typical pet supply store but the reason that I lower the star rating is because every time I go in any birds that they ever have have overgrown nails and there's plenty of fish that end up dead in their tanks that aren't removed. They don't care so much for the animals that they have it seems. I have told the management about the state some of them and they never did anything because I've gone back a couple weeks after in the same exact animal would have the same exact issue.

I love the Belle Vernon location, all the employees are so nice, and one employee that is always there when I stop in is always ready to help if I need it. He’s even brought me a basket seeing I was carrying so much stuff, I always end up buying more than I went in for. I will never shop those big name stores again after 2 years of shopping Pet Supplies Plus, I’ve had a great experience every time.

Ridiculous prices. Found same basking bulb $28 cheaper and ceramic bulb $11 cheaper on Amazon. Also found off brand bulbs even cheaper. We started buying worms on there for prices and availability and need to start doing bulbs too.

Against my better judgment, I went back for a third time. Never anything on the shelves, never anyone around to help you, and when you do finally find somebody, they say, I'll be with you in a minute and walk away and don't come back. Don't waste your time.Find a better pet store.

It is so nice to have a pet store nearby!! We have 5 guinea pigs and a demanding corgi-their curbside service is THE BEST whenever one of the girls needs something. The store is always clean and the staff has always been nice. Also, Sam in the grooming salon is FANTASTIC. Maggie can be a little nervous, but she is so excited to see Sam for her monthly spaw treatment❤️ This picture was right after she was groomed today:)

Looked very good but sat down and waited like 10 minutes for a menu then got one and was going to order a drink while we decided on the food but nobody came back over it wasn't packed there were a lot of empty tables so after about another 15 minutes of not being asked if we would like a drink or anything we up and left the employees at the time was on other side of bar chit chatting

WOW! That’s all I can really say. The workers are extremely rude. The cashier didn’t even acknowledge me and played on her phone. Her name was Kaelyn. I know people don’t like to work but it genuinely takes nothing to treat someone with human decency. This is happened at two locations of psp now. Took a look at their fish they have ich and half were dead! So disappointed and upset.

I contacted Melissa on short notice with what I thought was a difficult request to fill. She was responsive, and immediately came to meet my pups. She cared for my babies like they were her own. I was relieved to have found such an amazing individual and service to help with my little fur-babies. I cannot thank her enough, and will definitely be using her again in the future! I want to edit my review to say that Melissa took care of my pups for about a year while I was living in Oakdale. In that time I had gotten a puppy, and I worked a non-traditional schedule. I could not have raised my puppy without her. She became like family to us, and was the closest we had as our family all lived out of town. On my moving day she came to say goodbye to the pups and spend some time with them before we left the state. I know the pups miss her! Melissa is absolutely wonderful. I would hands down recommend her to anyone who has any pets!

Melissa and her staff are absolutely INCREDIBLE! Anytime I need her, she is there for me even if it is a last minute thing. She is so flexible and understanding. Plus, my dog loves her and is very comfortable with her! Melissa has also been a great guide with pet advice. Our dog has separation anxiety, and she has given us great tips to help him overcome that. She’s gone above and beyond. We are thankful for her and her business! And we highly recommend her to anyone who needs their pets watched or taken care of!

Top Dog has been great with our two energetic dogs. Our dogs are a bit of a challenge but Melissa and Judy have been great with them, always communicating to let us know the dogs are doing well. They have been professional, timely and respond quickly when we contact them. Would not hesitate to use them again!

Was having trouble finding someone to walk my puppy every day in the Oakdale area. Melissa got back to me right away and set up a schedule with me. Very convenient since she lives near the bright oaks complex. Gives me updates during the day and has also worked on training. Came to the rescue when I had to make evening plans on short notice. Rocco is a happy pup thanks to her!

It pains me to write anyone a negative review but I genuinely do not feel I received even bare minimum. I requested help about a month in advance, signed the contract, and heard nothing after that. So the Sunday before my trip I reached out again via email and heard nothing. I then had to reach out again a day or two later to figure out if she could still do the service. I was a little irritated at this point because I felt like I was the only one reaching out and staying on top of the meet and greet/key exchange. I went over the instructions with her and asked for the food dishes to be rinsed and put in the dishwasher. I came back to a pile of food bowls in the sink. My apartment also seemed to be in disarray - various items moved around and litter boxes askew. I hoped to receive daily updates with photos and even left a note asking for them, but I only got a short update 2 of the 3 days. The one day I heard nothing so I didn’t even know if my cats were checked in on. I think I received 3-4 photos over the span of the visits. Melissa was nice but I truly feel like I received very poor service. I need someone reliable, communicative, and who makes a decent effort to show pet parents their fur babies are doing well and are in good hands. Clients should not have to beg for decent service.

I love using Top Dog!! They are so convenient and have met my needs last minute on multiple occasions. They are very sweet, personable, and reliable. If your looking for help with your dogs in the oakdale/ imperial area, they are outstanding.

Melissa and Judy have done a wonderful job taking care of my older kitty who requires insulin shots twice a day. It is so nice to have peace of mind that she will be taken care of when I travel.

Heather was FANTASTIC, not only did she come every day to look after our beautiful cat Charlotte, she went above and beyond by watering my flowers, bringing in our mail, and even putting out our trash while we were away. We received daily updates and pictures through the app for our baby girl. Just wonderful reliable service at a more than fair price. I will definitely be using her services again!

Heather is amazing! She cares for our pet when we aren't able - and provides much needed in-home grooming for our sweet dog -- who isn't too happy getting a bath! Awesome service! So glad we found in-home services since it takes a lot of stress and anxiety off our pet when she's able to stay at home.

We first boarded our puppy Romi with Heather when she was just a few months old and have been sending her to No Place Like Home Pet Sitting ever since. Heather sends daily updates and photos and I never have to worry about my girl when I’m away. She truly feels like she is at home and is always so excited when we drop her off. Sometimes I actually think she is disappointed when she has to leave. Heather is very responsive and goes out of her way to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable. I highly recommend NPLH and wouldn’t think about sending my pup anywhere else.

Heather is wonderful! My dog Murphy has special needs (back legs are paralyzed from intervertebral disc disease) so his bladder needs to be manually expressed. Heather is great with him. She is kind, trustworthy, attentive, and thorough. Her regular emails with photo updates ease my mind while I'm away. Plus, she's only a text message or phone call away. Don't hesitate to hire Heather to take care of your pet!

Our family used this service twice a day while we were on vacation. The sitters cared for our two cats, one of whom had health needs that required administering daily medication and lots of "accident" clean-up. The sitters kept in touch with us daily to update us and even included photos of the cats. It gave our family peace of mind to have such wonderful caregivers for our kitties. I'd highly recommend Heather and her staff.
